Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor, Luxor1 / 29

Luxor, Awameya Road, Kings Island 🧭 Map
Nile - 120 m
We spent two nights at Jolie Ville and wished that we could have stayed longer. The rooms are decent and clean and the property is just marvelous. They have three swimming pools, the best being the infinity pool
Their Italian restaurant is too good, especially their vegetarian pizza! Surprisingly their menu is pocket friendly and doesn't feel like a 5 star rip off menu prices
Thank you Jolie Ville! Wish you all the best and see you in future!
After a stay of 14 days with a group in this great place I am definately coming back with my husband and daughters! Many thanks to the lovely Rovena from the reception, the always friendly people from the restaurant, swimming pool, spa, gardeners and not to forget, the man who took care of our rooms every day
We would highly recommend to stay at Jolie Ville if you are visiting with your partner or family. The only thing is that we got a standard room which was connect with others just like a family room
Although the door was shut, but you can still hear people next door. So that feels like someone is just about to enter into your room. You can also book through their website for better deals

Pretty old rooms and facilities, but the staff were excellent and extremely accommodating, while the complimentary breakfast was of a high standard.
I highly recommend it because the staff are very nice and the hotel is fairly cheap but the food is very good and its close to downtown. You get good service and a clean room for a relatively cheap price
The only way I see is that there should be a hole in the wall to be able to sit, the food there was no good even the breakfast the quality of the cheese they get is terrible, the rooms are average and the place looks decent, the elevator doesn't always work, if u'll just sleep there it's good but expect nth from the service
Ten minute stroll in a straight line to the Winter Palace and the temples, and plenty of excellent places to eat within a few minutes walk
The hotel is in a central location, fairly calm, room was a decent size and the hotel management and staff were friendly and efficient - perfect for a rest to escape the heat
Such a fantastic experience. The staff are very attentive. Nice large clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Steigenberger has to be one of the best hotels I lodged during my stay in Egypt. Really friendly staff, their service was top notch, the ambience was just amazing and the rooms were really neat and functional
Tidy room, comfortable mattress and pillows, good bed linen (for those who know)
We were here only for lunch. The atmosphere is very nice and the location directly at the Nile is amazing. The food is good. The service is good as well, although it was bit hectic and payment wasn’t that easy.
The lunch was good yet, since we weren’t actual hosts of the hotel, the waiters were a bit rude with us, forcing us to sit in a specific zone and hurrying us to leave the table while still eating
The personalized service and friendly interactions truly enhanced my stay, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Steigenberger Resort Achti to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming stay
The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. Would definitely stay here again!

I also tried the Japanese restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! The rooms are very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable but my absolute favorite thing has to be the view it was breathtaking!! The room service was very fast, the staff was impressive they helped with everything from getting medication I forgot to pack to booking a hot air balloon
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sonesta with a great view over the Nile from our balcony. Two highlights of our room was watching the hot air balloons in the morning and the mountains lighting up at night
The hotel is very good, the best hotel and service I experienced during my 15-day trip to Egypt. The hotel has its own boat that takes you to explore the Nile at sunset, which is a great way to relax after a tiring day
Our room steward, Selah, was sensational keeping our room in top condition and cleanliness
The hotel is situated close to all facilities with tour operators generally offering pick up and drop off, which we found worked well
And the views are absolutely gorgeous from the hotel depending where your rooms located. The restaurants at the hotels are really good

If you're an expert traveler and not afraid to venture out on your own. Skip the restaurants and spa in house, they're just average. So much better food, drinks and spa services just outside the hotel
We recently stayed at this hotel during a family vacation and I simply can’t fault it. From the moment you walk in the hotel you are greeted with helpful and knowledgeable staff
Exceptional Stay with Breathtaking Views I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Steigenberger Luxor Nile Palace, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had
The rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean with attention to detail. The pool is enjoyable with a stunning view of the Nile. Best of all, is the sunset view from the hotel overlooking the Nile
Perfect location just in the center as well as on the bank of Nile. Reception very professional and welcoming. Got upgarded which was super appriciated since we've had a very long and exhausting trip behind us
Comfort and impeccable service - Steigenberger Nile Palace We recently stayed at the Steigenberger Nile Palace and the whole experience was amazing! The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great facilities and a stunning view overlooking the Nile

Good hotel with a mostly friendly staff. The people running the amenities are wonderful and the restaurants operate on a charge to your room policy and include service charge so no tipping is done there
I am loving it. Currently threre! The manager and his staff are so professional. I am sure that i will come again. Prices are reasonable and you feel really welcomed. I love it! A++
The place is amazing, visited in NYs, staff is extremely friendly, food is nice, location and views are beautiful
Drivers working with the hotel are also very friendly and informative, he took care of us during our stay and showed us everything in Luxor
We had a great time here! The hotel was held up to high standards. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us resolve any issues and provided us with a very high customer service experience
I really enjoyed the hotel itself, the atmosphere, the location on the Nile River and the room cleaniness

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. Rooms are Ok, style of Mercure hotels, but (as per 2017) needed some renovations
For if you want a quiet place on the east bank, close to the ferry, clean, great bed, Nile view room means sun on the balcony, great pool, average breakfast.. good price/quality..
Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing
The restaurant food is decent and caters to the tourist palette (if you are after delicious, authentic food best to go into the city centre). We also visited the spa and had a salt treatment and full body massage
This hotel is the best in Egypt and first class everything here, the food and the staff are great and deserve 6 stars from me, house keeping is 1st class and any problems sorted instantly
I had the spicy chicken kebab and ate all of it. I'm a give foodie! The rooms were clean and had a view of the Nile river. I booked my stay based on reviews

This hotel and experience was above and beyond. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff, the food, the cleanliness and everything was just fantastic. Words can’t even explain the experience my family and I had
the room we stayed in was very basic, but very clean. the room cleaner was very good at his job
Very pleased to have discovered Iberotel, enjoyed its central location, Nile views and the professional attitude of management and staff. We felt welcome and cared for during our three day stay
Already planning to return to Luxor and visit sites we didn't manage to go to - hope to be able to stay at the hotel again. Would gladly recommend to anyone planning to visit Luxor
One of the best hotels in Luxor. The hotel and the staff were extremely good during our stay. The ambience of the hotel and especially the reception and the restaurants with multi cuisine facilities were just great
The most important thing is the calm atmosphere, it was nice to come back here after walking and sightseeing. Breakfasts are good, a lot of options and everything is delicious

Amazing hotel with a magnificent view over the Nile. Rooms are in excellent condition. Has a highly equipped thermal SPA with an infinity heated swimming pool. I highly recommend this place
The staff and service is great. They prepared an excellent breakfast in a box despite being quite early. The shared facilities are very well maintained. The room is good but a bit dated
This is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean
The food in the restaurants was, again, extremely good and the staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient
The food at one of the on-site restaurants ,Olives, was incredible! The two infinity pools overlooking the Nile were simply gorgeous. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful
The level of service was also exceptional - especially at reception, the restaurants (both within the hotel and outside by the pool area) and the pool area itself

If you want to avoid the hassle, you can search for “Winter Palace Pavillon Parking entrance” on Google Map to go through the back door when you are arriving by car or leaving by your own taxi
An affordable way to stay in the same grounds as the Winter Palace and to enjoy the same facilities as guests of that hotel. The Pavillion Winter hotel is a cheaper and more modest property
Well worth a visit, surprisingly the Sakara beer I had in the bar was cheaper than other locations in Luxor. The gardens are extensive and contain numerous plants, shrubs and trees, probably the best garden in Luxor
An enjoyable breakfast to start my day, a nicely furnished room with good wifi connection for my work, and wonderful, well maintained gardens
The rooms are basic and have a bit of wear and tear, but the garden view from the balcony is lovely, so it was a great hotel to have a stopover on the way to Aswan - but there are nicer, modern, hotels in Luxor that I would probably opt for if I was staying for longer
Best location ( walkable distance to Luxor Temple) , market place and Nile river opposite to the hotel. Also I had dinner in the Palace and it was mouth watering, mostly had French cuisines and wines

Service is very good & staff, most amiable. Offers excellent meals with variety of courses and dishes. Great sun deck with a small, lovely pool (towel service included)
This review is for Semiramis III. A grand old lady in reduced circumstances, lol. The staff, crew, rep, chefs and waiters were all really friendly. The food was excellent unless you were a vegitarian
Heaven help you if you had hairy feet. In need of a good revamp and upgrading but overall a good experience
Good food, friendly staff. Staff prepared breakfast box for us on the day excursion to Abu Simbel. Condition of whole ship is in need of upgrade. I give it a 3.5 star for the ship not a 5 as informed by agents
There is no elevator so not recommended for people with mobility issues

We were impressed with the food, it was very good! The grounds is massive with a lot of Garden area and pools! Definitely a great place to stay while you're in luxor!
The Sofitel Winter Palace is one of the most grand and beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel is massive with really high ceilings and is very ornate! The staff is very courteous and friendly helping you out in any way they can
The Winter Palace Hotel is excellent. The service is refined and attentive, with staff who truly care for every detail. Perfectly situated near historic sites, the location offers both convenience and stunning views
No problem and we enjoyed the beer - the staff then later presented us with a plate of French fries on the house since they didn’t have nuts to offer us. What great initiative and hospitality
Later we moved to the inside bar for those nuts and more beer. The bar and interiors - like the large lounge room - were full of old world charm. Love the atmosphere and aesthetic
The drinks we ordered were very enjoyable and delicious, the staff was very polite and easy to communicate with they speak many languages which we find very considered

Potentially the best, most beautiful place I've ever stayed. The staff are wonderful and nowhere else in Luxor even comes close.
A perfect 10 out of 10! I was hesitant at first, wondering if the photos would match reality, and I’m glad to say my expectations were fully met. The hotel looks just like in the pictures
It feels as if time has stood still here since the early 20th century: antique interiors, books available for reading, grand high arches, and spacious halls – truly an oasis in the midst of bustling, crowded Egypt
The staff is incredibly attentive and courteous. The attention to detail from the hotel's designer is truly impressive—it feels like every little thing has been carefully thought out. This hotel is worth every penny
The exquisite blend of traditional Arabian opulence and modern luxury creates an atmosphere of pure magic. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s design is nothing short of breathtaking
The service was impeccable, with every member of the staff embodying warmth and professionalism. From personalized greetings to anticipating my every need, their dedication to excellence was evident
