The food was good, offering a decent variety, and the dining experience met our expectations
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend Jolie Ville as a reliable and conveniently located hotel for travelers needing a comfortable and hassle-free overnight experience
Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated
We were there in winter, the unheated pools are too cold to swim then. Small things for improvements. Bathrooms slightly outdated and needs some small fixes
Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble
I stayed at Jolie Ville with my family and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were child friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough
+ very good service from everyone at the reception to the staff at the restaurants +excellent location- very close to Luxor Temple and Karnak temple and not very far from the other major sites such as Valley of the Kings +breakfast buffet was lovely, fresh eggs made to order, pancakes and waffles and big selection of other foods you’d find in a hotel buffet +I paid about $33 for a dinner buffet, which...
Great hotel on the Nile. In a good location but on the main street so can be noisy at times. Many restaurants in walking distance
We get a free upgrade room with Jacuzzi. Really appreciate and thank you so much. The staff is very friendly upon check-in, if not mistaken called Yusoof. The room is comfortable and unique, with beautiful sunset view
Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.
Great contemporary hotel, situated right in the heart of Luxor's East Bank with an amazing pool side and deck to the Nile. Brilliant concierge services offered by Hany and team

If you still thinking to go to Luxor - then yes!!! Absolutely!!! We love being here and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone )
The room was a bit different from what I saw in the photos; it was clean and tidy, but overall, nothing in the hotel is new or modern: a small 24-inch old TV, a very old hairdryer, and a bathtub shower with years of usage stains on it—of course, except for the lobby, which is almost chic and modern
However, upon arrival, there was no trace of the warm and friendly Egyptian welcome or the welcome drink, and the hotel and its facilities were not introduced to us at all—we were just given the room cards
The hotel, since we had mentioned beforehand that the purpose of our trip was our wedding anniversary, had very warmly decorated the room and gifted us a cake and delicious fruits
I don’t know why??! Because later I saw that they didn’t treat all guests this way
Another downside of our room on the 5th floor facing the courtyard was that the smell of food from the two restaurants in the courtyard wafted onto the room’s terrace, making it practically impossible to enjoy the cool evening air at sunset

Ten minute stroll in a straight line to the Winter Palace and the temples, and plenty of excellent places to eat within a few minutes walk
It was so close to all the sights Luxor and Karnak temple the museums. The breakfast spread was amazing , I ate very well. Enjoyed the great variety and abundance as well as the omelette station
I enjoyed the fresh baked Egyptian bread. The restaurants the Italian one the food was delicious and very affordable. You can walk around the gardens before or after dinner
The grounds were so beautiful and right next to the Nike I felt very Zen. It’s right next to the Nile which invigorates the soul. Not to mention the clean ad refreshing pools
Almost all my best memories in Luxor are tied to that balcony view
A massive shout out to Nesma who was soo helpful when my credits/ units ran out but I didn’t know pointed me to the Voda phone shop which got me up and running again

Good hotel with a mostly friendly staff. The people running the amenities are wonderful and the restaurants operate on a charge to your room policy and include service charge so no tipping is done there
I am loving it. Currently threre! The manager and his staff are so professional. I am sure that i will come again. Prices are reasonable and you feel really welcomed. I love it! A++
The place is amazing, visited in NYs, staff is extremely friendly, food is nice, location and views are beautiful
Drivers working with the hotel are also very friendly and informative, he took care of us during our stay and showed us everything in Luxor
We had a great time here! The hotel was held up to high standards. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us resolve any issues and provided us with a very high customer service experience
I really enjoyed the hotel itself, the atmosphere, the location on the Nile River and the room cleaniness

1.staff are really helpful and friendly 2.room is very comfy and clean (standard inside view) 3.food is great and tasty 4.pool view on the nile is perfect Enjoyed my staying to the max, best value for money
Good location. Near to Luxor Temple, bus station and train station. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices.
Only one thing bad happened, 10 am today the manager of 5th floor asked me very ramdon wich number of room i have after leaving my room walking in the hall, when i comeback from breakfast 1,200 egyptian money are gone, not there
The rest is very good, nice staff, food, swimming pools, rooms, bed, everything
The hotel is beautiful, clean with good facilities and beautiful views from the garden, pool area, boat restaurant, sultan restaurant etc
However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. Rooms are Ok, style of Mercure hotels, but (as per 2017) needed some renovations
For if you want a quiet place on the east bank, close to the ferry, clean, great bed, Nile view room means sun on the balcony, great pool, average breakfast.. good price/quality..
Great location to major attractions and restaurants. Aly (manager), GiGi, and Badwin took great care of us the entire time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Food at restaurant out of this world amazing
The restaurant food is decent and caters to the tourist palette (if you are after delicious, authentic food best to go into the city centre). We also visited the spa and had a salt treatment and full body massage
Gigi is the kindest and most professional hotel host. They took very good care of us when we got sick. Nice breakfast and fruits in the room.
The spa staff were very welcoming and the massage was excellent

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and ours opened out onto a large balcony with fantastic views over the Nile — a real highlight and a beautiful way to start and end the day
While the interior design is a little dated in places, this is more than made up for by the kindness, professionalism and generosity of the staff
We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel during our stay, so can’t comment on the food, but there are numerous outlets on site, giving guests plenty of choice
Both of them genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a special experience from the very start
Absolutely great place to stay by the Nile. Slightly away from the main city center and other hotels but worth a stay. You get a beautiful view with full breakfast. Good value for money!

Excellent hotel in a good location. Service at a decent level. Just super SPA area with a swimming pool, relax and take cool photos
Perfect environment to live in, great infinity pool with sunrise or sunset, but not convenient to go to town center.
It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort
The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I like the spa, thermal area and infinity heated pool, which was the most relaxing experience
The food in the restaurants was, again, extremely good and the staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient

Very well kept property with well maintained iconic garden  . We have stayed with best properties across the world and this one we will remember for a very long time. Thanks Team Pavillion for a wonderful stay
A lovely hôtel situated in beautiful gardens next to the Winter Palace. Service was excellent. A lovely heated pool area where you can relax. The hotel offers a variety of food options. I will definitely return.
anyway the best part of staying here is the amazing royal garden, this is impressive. Swimming pool is also gorgeous, deep and 25m lengths. Breakfast is not impressive, but enough
The property is iconic and location is awesome. Excellent team who listens to guest ( Special mention to Nesma  and team at Front office ) and proactively take action
Overall, I don't think it offers good value for money, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I were to return
Pavillon was top notch! From service to customer service it was amazing. The gardens are so pretty you can definitely enjoy the pools and bars and truly a slice of heaven The rooms so clean I slept so well

Omar is the most personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind tour guide we had during our travels. His passion for Egypt is obvious, and he made every site more meaningful by sharing context, history, and local insight
We feel incredibly lucky to have spent those days learning from him and would recommend Omar without hesitation to anyone visiting Egypt. An unforgettable experience from start to finish
He also took us to a fantastic spot in Luxor for lunch, which was the perfect break after a full morning of exploring
great property, very creative with beautiful ambience , but the staffs are not warm gave a wrong room to my adult son with 2 bed and when asked they replied that they are nit charging for other room, that is the most abnormal and awkward reply we ever received from a luxury hotel
also we went to their farm to table restaurant with a huge expectation but it was a disaster -firt they didn't have any item we wanted to order and taste was horrible and service was no upto the mark
the stay was not worth at all. we met the main person , she was lovely and we feel without her this place will be nothing

It is a 3 star hotel but it was well worth our money. Clean, plenty of warm water, spacious rooms/apartments, comfortable beds, friendly, polite and very helpful staff. Excellent location on the west bank
He took me to a high-quality cotton store, where (even if he did get a % cut) I saw scarves being hand-made and yarn being spun, and bought 2 gorgeous scarves for $30, cheaper than I'd get similar quality back home
I enjoyed breakfast indoors and in the courtyard, but I’m sure you could also take it up to the roof terrace for a great view over the town & Nile—I simply didn’t feel like climbing all those stairs first thing in the morning, but did head up there some evenings for nighttime views, and once at sunrise to watch the hot air balloons parade across
He warned me about common local scams, recommended what's worth seeing, and personally walked me to the ferry so that I reach it without getting harassed away by motorboat/felucca owners
The majestic courtyard from the photos really is as great as it looks, and it was pleasantly cool sitting there for a post-breakfast coffee
He was always ready to help, including when an excursion canceled on me last-minute, and checked in on how I'm doing throughout my stay

Excellent hotel, location, price and food. We loved it.
Very nice hotel. Stayed during day time before travelling by overnight Cairo train. Had good rest for 6 hours. Beautiful view of nile river. Good amenities.
Getting a taxi to attractions on the East Bank is easy and costs around 50 EGP. The surroundings are lovely, and you can even watch hot air balloons from the terrace!

Rooms were a little outdated but very comfortable and had a cute balcony overlooking the courtyard. Very good local meals and cheap drinks. Staff were lovely and the owner was great fun and friendly
Speaking of the pool, it’s a lifesaver after sightseeing in the summer heat! A huge thank you to Allah and Mohammed for making our stay so special, and of course to Queenie, one of the owners (the cat!), a cutie, always there to greet you
The local food 🍲 in the restaurant is very delicious and cooked in professional way. I didn't use the pool but it looks very good. The prices are very reasonable
Rooms are a little dated but air conditioned and clean. Pool is a great bonus and is well cleaned. Breakfast also basic but delicious. If you want great service and location without the frills then this place is great
We didn't stay here but for 100ep you can use their super lovely pool.. very clean, free towels, pool side service. Food is a bit pricey than elsewhere but real tasty and by a pool so what's not to love.
Authenticate hotel on the West Bank of Luxor. Lovely staff and great service. Location is just 2 mins walk from the Nile and an ideal location for all the West Bank hotspots like valley of the kings etc

The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a variety of vegetarian options at great prices, with a stunning view of the Luxor Temple and Nile. Abuzizo at the restaurant was especially helpful
An incredible choice for Luxor, clean, terrific location for sites & market, unbelievably helpful staff, fantastic views from the restaurant
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, a hairdryer, and a good bed
It was really good location, Nice host
On the downside, breakfast could be improved — the choice is quite small and repetitive, and the bread is a bit on the sweet side. The highlight, however, is the omelet freshly made by the chef every morning
Their taxi service to the airport is one of the cheapest, safest and most reliable around. Budget $2-$3 for someone to take your bags to your room, as there is no lift

I stayed in 3 other hotels around the country and none were as good as this - highly recommended!!
The hotel has character and personality and is on the lusciously green and scenic part of the west bank (total opposite to east bank). Views from the rooftop are STUNNING and photos cannot do it justice
The best hotel in Egypt! I stayed here for 6 nights, but it wasn't long enough and I am already planning my return
The location is very convenient as it is on the same side of the Nile as most of the things you want to see, so you can use the hotels car to get there before the horde of tourists from the other side arrive
The rooms are large and spacious with beautifully cool air conditioning and their own balconies. Breakfast is a delicious kind of western version of an Egyptian breakfast served in the shade on the rooftop
Having tea and enjoying the views of the mountain and hot air balloons from our room and rooftop were ideal. Their extended staff took care of us like we were family and we felt safe and taken care of

We didn't actually stay at this hotel, but had lunch at the associated restaurant after visiting the Colossi of Memnon, and the food was truly excellent - one of the best meals we had during 3 weeks in Egypt!
