I feel disappointed that I am leaving the following review. Initially booking this particular hotel I did a lot of research prior to making the final booking. Read reviews, searched social media to see what reviews came up and yes there did seem to be the odd few that were disappointed but this appeared to be outweighed by the positive ones.
