For adults there’s entertainment every night which was of a good standard either in the large auditorium, outside by the reception or on the beach stage

Just got back from a week at Rixos Seagate. 8 of us went and there was something for each generation. Would definitely recommend.

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Seagate in Sharm, and it was an experience to remember! The weather was delightfully hot, perfect for a sun-soaked holiday

They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting

We are staying here at the moment and everything is really nice. The food is tasty and always fresh, with good variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming

Restaurant and pool staff especially helpful. Food is fantastic, amazing quality and choice and premium quality drinks included. Rarely return to a hotel but will definitely be back

The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

Staff very friendly will help in anyway they can. Shops across the road and a 20min taxi into soho. Sunbeds are hit and miss but the lifeguards will try their best to locate some for you

I enjoyed all the pools and the activities that I joined in with, I enjoyed all the food and all the different options. The staff are so lovely and are always helping whether that’s with drinks or finding sun beds

From the moment we checked in we were treated like an old friend, the staff could not do enough , the drinks at the Tiki bar during the day were welcomed in the heat, the lifeguard Shaz I think at the top Pool was fabulous with Amr at the tiki bar they looked after us

Rooms are beautiful and views are amazing! Amany is also the best pool and events host helping me out with my swimming toys and games etc! Will be coming back next year for another vacation!

We did give a tip and this was greatly recieved. The rooms were a good size and very cool which was perfect. The food was very god in all the areas, the beach BBQ was a fave

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like, we did tip well but we felt the service deserved it. The shop on site is a rip Off, £35 for fake glasses, £7 just outside the hotel. The shops were usual outside

The young man at the beach bar mahhammoud is very friendly with great drinks all day!!! All the staff at this hotel are very friendly and always making your holiday special We had exceptional service from Farida in customer relations, with any assistance we required during our stay !!! We very enjoyed the afternoon tea and the sunset party on the roof top with dancing!!

You have to walk about 10 minutes to the beach or you can go by shuttle bus. There are many lifeguards in the sea and they warn swimmers with whistles not to approach the corals

There were not enough sunbeds on good beaches between 1000-1200 in the afternoon. Although the hotel is in Shark Bay, thankfully we did not see any

Hotel personnel said they do not come to that area because of the corals. There is a bit too much hospitality, different employees constantly come and visit you for massages, spa, sea tours etc

The hotel is located in an excellent position, very beautiful, the staff very kind and helpful, it is fantastic not to mention the excellent food, a large choice perhaps too much but very very well looked after, Especial Thanks to the reception staff, they were always helpful and friendly

The hotel is a very modern hotel, we chose all inclusive. However, construction is still ongoing to expand the hotel in the area close to the beach

We got to do the sauna, steam, Turkish bath, face mask, full body massage and jacuzzi for a great price. I would highly recommend doing the programme as it makes you feel so relaxed for the remainder of the holiday

The pool and beach area is lovely but you cannot enter the sea from the beach. Any snorkeling or swimming in the sea has to be done from a jetty

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

The hotel claimed they make all the necessary health checks but whatever the case, the stanard is not up to the expected Sheraton standard. The hotel is showing its age but they are repainting and maintaining it

When other reviewers have mentioned stomach upsets and blame the food, I have seen a number of people, both young and old, not using the food tongs for items but using their hands, picking up food and putting it back, I wonder if their own personal hygiene is to blame for others falling ill

This was an excellent hotel from the lovely greeting by the reception staff, the room was clean spacious and one of the comfortable beds I have slept in. The food was wonderful especially a la cart fish restaurant

It's a big hotel with a special shuttle bus for internal transportation, beach, swimming pool, snorkeling and other hotel activities. It's a great place for vacation!

You can book it with your eyes closed. We stayed during peak season in April, and it was almost fully booked. All the rooms are private villas, offering great privacy

We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful

Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation

The Indian restaurant we reserved, located by the sea, had acceptable flavors, but you'd need to translate the menu yourself. Regarding the BBQ, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it

The hotel grounds are expansive, with various room types designed differently; those closer to the sea are generally newer

I stayed in a pool room, and the mini-bar had a good selection of soft drinks, plus three large bottles of mineral water

Pleasant atmosphere during the day by the pool, unobtrusive music and wonderful relaxation and entertainment. Also interesting and varied evening programs and shows, every day there was something new and interesting

Over at the Columbus Bar, Zakira Ibrahim impressed us daily with his beautiful coffee patterns – a true artist! At the sports bar, Mahmood worked so hard every night on his own, serving fantastic drinks with a smile – the kids loved the whole atmosphere thanks to him

Also Waheel (not the massage one but the one who does the hairtcuts etc. ) who did my treatment was the most miserable person I have met in a long time. The facilities were dirty and not well maintained

Special mention to Omar, the young man cleaning the hall – such a polite and hardworking lad who always had a smile on his face. There truly is something for everyone of all age groups at this resort

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

Pool side was great and the beach area too! Ahmed the poolside Bartender was very nice and brilliant at his job

The rooms were also very clean and cleaned everyday. Food was great and with many many options to chose from (lunch and dinner were different everyday)

They also have other stuff like a diving centre, parasailing, massages and safari tours (you need to pay extra for these)

Overall we had a great stay, even extended with an extra day and I would definitely come back in the future!

I would say the only downside is that it doesn’t have many entertainment options

we had so much fun at this resort! The beach is so beautiful, overlooks an island, and well-maintained, the water is so blue and you can see and swim with lots of different fish! I would recommend scuba diving as there is a lot to see just one the shore of your own beach! Went there with our 16 month old at the time and were so impressed by the cleanliness, the food quality (and variety) and the amenities on the beach!! The resort has a playground close to the breakfast restaurant AND a playground ON THE BEACH - making it ideal for toddlers

The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked

The facilities were excellent, and the beach was amazing

We didn't feel the need to do any snorkeling excursions because you could go snorkeling all day long just on the beach that comes with the resort

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

The food was good and diverse. There are some delicious snacks However, The beach is very good to be honest but the staff's style is not upscale on the beach and the bar

By far one of the greatest hotels i've been to, And this comes from someone who spent well over 12 years going to different hotels around the world. The staff is welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are well put together

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

In august i had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The beach was absolutely stunning, crystal-clear waters that made for a perfect of relaxation

I really liked the hotel🩵 we lived in the first building with a terrace and access to the pool 16+ perfect place! Everything is beautiful, aesthetics, lots of greenery

Seafood was available for lunch every day. I recommend it for families with children. There is a water park, heated pools! We stayed at this hotel several times
