I enjoyed the resort on a huge site. I thought the rock in the courtyard looked like Disneyland. The staff were kind and talked to me a lot. Our vacation is very good. Every day different restaurant foods. Very nice very big area and Aqua park also big enough. Pools are good. Beach RedSea is delicious. Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was perfect. I was greeted by the staff and promptly shown to my room. Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Nice hotel with decent facilities. Pools on the roof are great with the breeze. Rooms dated but I believe it's being refurbished soon. Food ok with choice that suited me. Staff lovely. A bit of a nothing location in what would describe as a run down area. Would I go again ..yes I would especially after the refurb.

The staff was ok, the room was clean. There were shops to buy souvenirs, perfumes and scarfs. The hotel taxi gave us the best price when compared to the taxi outside. Their beach and corals are actually 10/10, beautiful.

Was a good resort, at 2016 but now, barely can get 3 stars, not 4 stars resort, quality of food is about 3 from 5, varity of food is good, facilities is soo poor, the stuff is good but to much stressed at the restaurant hope to change the weak points, i don't recommend for anyone

We came here last june, it was first experience in Egypt so I am not sure how to rate it. The hotel and the garden was looking gorgeous, the room was okay, only the bath tube had a bit of stain. We had a terrace view. The pools were lovely. The food was okay, not great. We had to go trough the other resort for the beach- they had amazing garden and pools!! Overall for the money I would say it was good

Was in 2015 in February. Very beautiful reef at this hotel, the staff was courteous, first checked us harm, and then settled into a luxurious room. The food is delicious, the grounds are very beautiful. Because the hotel is on the 2nd line, every 30 minutes there is a bus, but we often walked. The food was quite varied, fresh and delicious. The hotel is decent. The breathtaking interior. The feeling that you live in the Palace. The sea is beautiful!!! So many fish corals!!!! The food is not very special Breakfast! We had to eat granola!
