Regency Plaza has a great atmosphere—clean, comfortable, and the people were friendly. It felt like a good place to relax. Unfortunately, the service didn’t meet expectations. We ordered room service and it never arrived, with no explanation or follow-up. It took away from the overall experience. With better service, this could be a much better stay.

The rooms are very nice, with big balcony and good services. People are very friendly and accommodating. Has pool and beach very close by. Drinks are always available with lots of options. Had a fantastic stay at charmillion sea life hotel from 3 rd June to 16 th . Cant fault this hotel at all . Spotlessly clean throughout from the rooms to the grounds . A special thank you to our cleaner Islam an abdulla at the pool bar . Would deffo return

Traveling with my mother, the hotel allows you to eat breakfast and lunch in advance. The luggage is left at the door, and they don't let you touch the luggage. It seems that they have to carry it all the way. No tip is required, but I still gave a $1 tip after walking a distance with the big and small bags. The food in the hotel is OK. It was very comfortable and I'm glad that I got a service that was more than worth the money. I was surprised at how quickly the food was served at the dining area. I'd like to go again.

Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities. Locations is far from everything and need to walk atleast 10-20mins to find nearest shop outside, taxi is needed from further places.

Excellent hotel, very family oriented. Has a large selection of facilities especially the Aqua park on site or you can chill by the swim up bar, there really is everting. Rooms are basic but spacious. The balconies are big and provide extra space. Customer service was outstanding especially Abdullah in the palm restaurant who went about and beyond to make our stay special. How excellent 1st class...

The location is good and the food also a wild vareity of food and the stuff is freindly especially abdallah in the restaurant very helpful guy and always smiling The tables are very clean and the pools also. The beach of parrotel is wide and safe.

They did not accept reservation via zenhotels.com Front manager with staff from 29.12. on reception wanted new payment. I call to support zenhotels. Guy from suport said that I can pay and they will refund me it. Front manager & staff on reception Michael and Hesham are swindlers and thieves. Go out from this hotel. Terrible food, horrible personal.....dirty restaurant
