The good things that it is still not crowded you can enjoy the pools and the kids aqua which are working with good services. Sure price is the most attractive option which allows you to plan for many other activities

Bease is 15 min far away you can go by bus , beach is very small with limited activities but you will enjoy the sea and colourful fishs there. You must plan for other activities specifically at night

Location is far away from most of other places or services but you can use the shuttle bus for free with prior reservation

Most of the services are not working, supermarket is closed, very small shops are working only pools is working

Wonderful hotel with big territory and several swimming pools. The living part of the hotel consists of 2 or 3 floors houses with 2-4 rooms. Rooms differ from each other and include all necessary facilities

It was quiet ,out of season with few guests. Very large hotel area but gives the feeling of intimate small "private", adorable buildings. Gave me a "neighborhood feeling", rather than large hotel

The beach is very close and private, but has many stones and close to water entertainment stops. The hotel staff is very nice and professional, they pay attention to everyone

Awesome place! Great hotel, wonderful territory, nice beach and the magnificent sea! There's a coral reef close to the hotel's beach, so you can explore corals and see quite a few fishes when swimming with the mask.

Sonesta Beach Resort & Casino IS one of the nearest hotels to the down town or neama bay. Enjoy the location which is close to everywhere and the sea facing the lovely resort.

The only big advantage that it is near Sharks bay. The acommodation price is not high. Honestly it is not 4 stars resort.It can be rated less than 3 stars. I spent most of the days outside and I go there to sleep.

Great Hotel for the rate it offers. The staff is what makes the hotel great, otherwise don't expect 4 star treatment. No glasses, no towels etc. Still would come back. Plus it has an aqua park!

The bed linen in one room was a bit old and yellow. The plumbing worked, but leaked a bit. But there was no internet, even in the lobby

The Water is not for drinking so you need to buy water from the shop. There is one at the hotel and there you can book any excursion you want

Very good location right next to Soho Square which is good for a wander round in the evening. Lots of restaurants there too if you want a change from the all inclusive buffet. Egyptian people are warm and friendly

the hotel is located at the happening area of Sharm but our In drive car cannot access to the hotel, every time we need to walk outside or the driver have to drop us on the roadside and we have to walk back by ourselves

I really think it's pretty good, with a high cost-performance ratio. The front desk was also very polite, especially when I checked out, a guy at the front desk smiled at me, which made me feel very comfortable

At first they gave me a completely dirty room without all the amenities. When I came to the reception and asked for at least toilet paper, they changed my room in the same house

A little cleaner, two towels, air conditioning and a refrigerator working, the key unlocks the electricity in the room, there is no internet in the houses, only in the reception area

The rooms have balconies, either small or larger for two, you can look and smoke. There is a store there with all kinds of household and edible food, open at night

It is very big inside, with about 15 buildings, each with two to three floors, two outdoor swimming pools, and many cats in the garden. Many service staff are cleaning and irrigating the garden non-stop

Quiet place with nice views for location 4 star. For hotel accommodation 3 star. but for service i can give just 2 star.

We didn’t like Italian restaurant as the food taste was far away from Italy. If you are a gourmet probably you will be not satisfied with the food taste but again, I think in Egypt is very hard to find delicious food

And also if you love Italian wine you’ll find in this hotel Italian wine from Egypt (included in Ultra All Inclusive) but Italian wine from Italy is for extra pay 😊 Location is not perfect as it’s a windy place

The entertainment pool was absolutely great and a big thanks to Ibrahim who works at the bar and served us the whole time and took care of us the whole stay he was a great and very nice

Our family room was big and super clean. I can’t tell all food was very delicious but we could find our own favorites and it was good enough. But food quality was really high and you can take as much as you wish

This 7 stars resort is beyond imagination starting from ur first step entring the reaort through the fantasy life u will experience ending with a bad feeling for leaving a joyful moments behind that u will never live except there

We were in this hotel 4 times, this time was the best, in terms of service and food especially, they started feeding not in the catacombs as before, but in a good restaurant where music plays, air conditioning works, a variety of food, I don’t know what happened there, but I was very I was pleasantly surprised

The rooms are of course old, but they are gradually being renovated, you only sleep in them and not always 🤣, there is a mini refrigerator in the room, the air conditioning works, there was always hot water , a couple of times they turned off the water altogether, but not for long, some kind of pump broke

There are mosquitoes, but not enough, every other day they were poisoned by smoke. Ehab cleaned the pool every morning, the water was like fresh milk in it

We took all inclusive, but only food and soft drinks, everything was delicious and plentiful

Meat and fruit are served by a special person there. The staff are quite enthusiastic. It is recommended for people with a low budget

If you have more budget, you should go to a better hotel for Europeans and Americans to spend their holidays
