Wonderful hotel with big territory and several swimming pools. The living part of the hotel consists of 2 or 3 floors houses with 2-4 rooms. Rooms differ from each other and include all necessary facilities

It was quiet ,out of season with few guests. Very large hotel area but gives the feeling of intimate small "private", adorable buildings. Gave me a "neighborhood feeling", rather than large hotel

The beach is very close and private, but has many stones and close to water entertainment stops. The hotel staff is very nice and professional, they pay attention to everyone

Awesome place! Great hotel, wonderful territory, nice beach and the magnificent sea! There's a coral reef close to the hotel's beach, so you can explore corals and see quite a few fishes when swimming with the mask.

Sonesta Beach Resort & Casino IS one of the nearest hotels to the down town or neama bay. Enjoy the location which is close to everywhere and the sea facing the lovely resort.

Nicely located on the beach Lots of amenities, super nice clean pools and outside live music Staff very friendly and helpful

The only big advantage that it is near Sharks bay. The acommodation price is not high. Honestly it is not 4 stars resort.It can be rated less than 3 stars. I spent most of the days outside and I go there to sleep.

Great Hotel for the rate it offers. The staff is what makes the hotel great, otherwise don't expect 4 star treatment. No glasses, no towels etc. Still would come back. Plus it has an aqua park!

No maintenance for this place for many years , but it still cheap if you seek for low prices Unclean pools , old rooms , but moderate beach

It's not a good place to visit if you are searching for a good/clean/relaxing ppace... of you need a cheap place go ahead and book there.

The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the beach walk is generous for prams and those with low mobility , and the hotel is right near Naama bay with shops and restaurants The rooms are a little outdated but everything was clean and the hotel housekeeping go above and beyond

Hotel is lovely I’ve been coming for the past 3 years ! all the staff are amazing!! especially all the animation team absolutely made the holiday always on the go many laughs and many memories thanks to the animation team! I will be back in April

Great hotel, fantastic staff, especially animation team, Amr, Mustafa and Ashraf (Mohammed) non existence of English breakfast, other food acceptable, rooms are basic but clean, WiFi terrible, our shower was always cold but guy came to sort it

The food was great we love Egyptian food and trying new things and the desserts were great. If you are a fussy eater then you may not like but there’s plenty of great food non the less

Lots of hassle in Nama bay but it is what it is and we got used to it. Would I stay here again?? Definitely yes! Great price! Loved our holiday 👍

The room was in a great location on the first floor. The rooms are a really good size and very clean. We had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool. The rooms are nice and quiet with air con and a bug screen

Although our plans were initially to go out for a meal at a pre-booked restaurant my wife asked me if they could do anything at the hotel. I spoke to a manager and they arrange a magnificent night

Having never really been interested in visiting Egypt, we took a chance and decided to try this lovely super friendly hotel and now we have the bug!!! On arrival which was late at night, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff then taken to our room

There are 2 pools, the main one was pretty cold but it is early in the year and the heated pool was comfortable. If I had one complaint - the pool is not easy to get in and out of as the steps are very steep and slippery

All done in secrecy, but was well beyond what I expected. I couldn't of dreamed of anything better. We have already booked to come back and can see this becoming a regular destination for us

The service was of a very high standard, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food selection was varied and tasty – there was something for everyone

I'd recommend the snorkeling and desert quad biking. This is the view from the top if the private beach

Very good location right next to Soho Square which is good for a wander round in the evening. Lots of restaurants there too if you want a change from the all inclusive buffet. Egyptian people are warm and friendly

In general, the hotel leaves a favorable impression, which, unfortunately, hopelessly spoils the disgusting work of the reception. If not for her stupid actions, the hotel could have been called excellent

The hotel complex consists of two hotels located in the SoHo area. This hotel is located far from the sea, in contrast to its more cool fellow Garden View, located on the first line

The rooms could do with a refurb but the staff do a good job of cleaning every day and they'll always leave you some bottles of water

There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area

They also offer a free shuttle bus to a nearby beach, which was a great bonus and made it easy to enjoy the sea without worrying about transportation. The location was also very convenient

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — they brought fresh fruit to our room and provided as much water as we needed, which was a really thoughtful detail

The food was tasty and served buffet-style, with plenty of variety, and we really appreciated having snacks available throughout the day as well

You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm

Wifi only in the reception area. There is a dive center next to the pool as well. The rooms are basic with ac and small closet, big bathroom however there are no lifts in this hotel but they bring the luggage up for you

The beach is about 10 min walking away, you get an entrance ticket for sunbed & umbrella and there are showers and a restaurant. The hotel is right next to the center so you can easily walk around but it’s very quiet

Good value for money, basic breakfast was included and the pool area is nice with a bar and food service and some entertainment all day even though I sometimes wished it was more quiet, staff was very friendly

Transfers are provided to the beaches. The territory is well-groomed, there is light sports animation, its own bars and cafes and the possibility of water activities for little money

The hotel is excellent, they feed you a lot and deliciously. The only thing is that there is a biased attitude towards Russians, as far as I have noticed

Waiters at the bar bring beer/wine only to foreigners, at the pool they immediately run to bring it to them, maybe they gave them money or something

The cleaners were amazing the room was clean I forgot their names but one of them would always make animals and leave them in the room which the kids loved. His service was amazing too always happy to help

Wonderful stay at this all inclusive resort. The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

All staff are good and friendly❤️ They have access to 2 good beaches calmera and jewel and both are good and its staff are friendly too and you can snorkel in calmera it's a sandy beach but there is a small rock inside which a lot of fish live in Thanks to Mrs Walaa the owner i booked with (wella travel)

Just got back from an amazing 10 day holiday. Mahmood and all the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Rooms lovley and clean and cleaned nearly everyday with fresh bedding

The staff were all wonderful, & although I didn't use it, the pool looked excellent. The views across the town & harbour are great, & the main part of the town is about an eight minute walk away

The hotel is a little rough around the edges here & there, but nothing that put us off. The breakfast was absolutely fine, & the small bar is nice

The place itself is perfect it's like accommodating in your own house in a luxurious compound. Decorations are amazing. But services are not.

Hotel is let say OK, service is good, food are more or lees OK, beach is far away you need shuttle bus to go to beach or to walk 20 minutes, so if you like to be on Naama bay you can find better hotel,.

Quiet place with nice views for location 4 star. For hotel accommodation 3 star. but for service i can give just 2 star.

Would definitely return to this hotel Mohamed sabri from the entrainment bar is such an awesome and great person he makes wonderful cocktails and drinks and his smile is so beautiful thank you Mohamed for everything

We didn’t like Italian restaurant as the food taste was far away from Italy. If you are a gourmet probably you will be not satisfied with the food taste but again, I think in Egypt is very hard to find delicious food

And also if you love Italian wine you’ll find in this hotel Italian wine from Egypt (included in Ultra All Inclusive) but Italian wine from Italy is for extra pay 😊 Location is not perfect as it’s a windy place

The entertainment pool was absolutely great and a big thanks to Ibrahim who works at the bar and served us the whole time and took care of us the whole stay he was a great and very nice

Our family room was big and super clean. I can’t tell all food was very delicious but we could find our own favorites and it was good enough. But food quality was really high and you can take as much as you wish

This 7 stars resort is beyond imagination starting from ur first step entring the reaort through the fantasy life u will experience ending with a bad feeling for leaving a joyful moments behind that u will never live except there

Good location not far from old town. Clan facilities and wide selection of food. Wifi is available, which works across resort and even beach area. Friendly customer service, definitely recommend

I really think it's pretty good, with a high cost-performance ratio. The front desk was also very polite, especially when I checked out, a guy at the front desk smiled at me, which made me feel very comfortable

Everything was good except breakfast. There are very nice rooms and bad rooms. They try to give the best rooms as possible.

Food was all buffet style and the drinks were never filled up and the service took forever even when there weren't many people about. Only a very short walk to the beach

Was some years ago I visited here and it well situated but the all-inclusive was terrible

Quiet, comfortable hotel. On foot - 10 minutes to the sea, and the market "Old Town". Buffet. At night, mosquitoes bite their legs, but when did the Russians scare them?

In April it was beautiful and comfortable and tasty.
