A super stylish little hotel. The breakfast was superb- The staff was exceptional which made Abaca one of my favorite hotels ever.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Everything was just perfect and we had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spotless and very comfortable.

Everything was perfect, from the moment I’ve made the reservation with a special request to the final goodbye after the check out. Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Wonderful apartment and the view oooh my god I can’t describe how was beautiful , the place very quite just you can hear the voice of sea and birds …. the stuff was very kind, helpful and respectable .. they do everything that they can to let us comfortable.. surly highly recommended.. Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days.. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea. The quality of service and hospitaly of the people working there are also to be mentioned! We will come back as soon as our schedules allow it!!

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

It has two outdoor swimming pools, a small one at the terrace located at the chill out area, and a big one at the ground floor. Great camping experience here. Excellent location, off a main road with good bars and cafés. The site shop is very reasonably priced and run by lovely people. Toilet/shower block modern and clean. Nice pool area although perhaps a little small for the amount of campers at that time. Overall highly recommended.

Arrived in November for a few days stay, stayed for three weeks. Loved it so came back again. Friendly staff, dated but very clean facilities, lovely swimming pool and bar area. Best part....no dogs!!!!

Supposed to be a dog friendly campsite, but no dog area or facilities on site. Whilst taking our dog out of the site for a walk, he wee'd up a palm tree on the site, and I was subjected to a torrent of abuse from a German motorhome owner. I complained to reception, but they were apologetic, but unable, or unwilling to help. Dog friendly sites should have basic facilities, and if you don't like dogs...

Not too far too cycle to the town and beach. Having an acsi card puts you in the 'cheap seats' and the webs photos don't reflect this. Can't think of anything negative. Staff are very helpful. Toilets and showers spotless. Café food and drinks great price and food good. You can walk too town easily enough. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire. Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach.

Our 3rd time to sandos. We love the location. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly. We love the hotel and keep going back when we go to Benidorm.

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it. We stayed Oct 2021. A very large room with balcony big enough for table & chairs and two sun loungers. Good food, nice staff. The only issues were: 1. Location, its quite a way from anything with a 15min walk to the beach & 25mins to the old town. 2. Like many hotels in Benidorm the other tower blocks cast a shadow across the sun terrace.

Rooms are brilliant. Food is mediocre. Quite bland. The pool area is in the shade a lot because of surrounding high buildings. Drinks are fine although you're not allowed pints only halves. Entertainment ain't great!

Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Kids enjoyed the pool. Price was good to I would stay here again.

Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm..

Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town . The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels. The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October) . Cheap and sufficient hotel

Stay in the apartments. Large apartments with self catering facilities. Balcony with view over area. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet/shower. Ideal for couples or groups. Also has a pull out bed/sofa. TV too. Hotel has reception with bar and out door pool and sun loungers. Nice spot. Bit of a walk to main strip but plenty amenities around the area including bars and restaurants.

We have been a week and we have been very comfortable, everything very clean and the treatment of the owners is excellent, totally recommended. To go to the beach you need a car but it is worth it since the area is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Very quiet stay. The house is very good and it is also the ground floor. Many amenities and close to the beach (although it is better to go down by car that is 2 km away). Passing through and stayed here as it had an indoor heated pool which was great for November. Not huge but lovely to relax for a few days. Hotel is positioned near restaurants and the beach however the car park is tricky to find, so do your research before. Room was OK but probably was the most disappointing thing. Could be renovated but overall was a great hotel and will stay again in the winter.

Happy with the room and room cleaning but i am very disappointed with some reception staff and how dismissive staff were when i reported me and my partner getting food poisoning twice from the hotel food! We booked half board in hope to save money. We had dinner once and the burger was red inside (undercooked) and bread was stale, luke warm beans. The staff are amazingly nice. The receptionist is super friendly, even the cleaning staff are always in a good mood. At the bar it is a highlight when Christina sings and serves the guests with verve, but is always efficient and professional. My stay at Hotel Los Alamos was fantastic, largely thanks to Laura at reception. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and made check-in a breeze. The location is ideal and the rooms are comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Stag doo of 25 of us stayed here, the place was clean and tidy (but didn't get our room even looked at for the 3 nights we where there no new towels or loo roll had to sort it ourselves) good location to get to the strip 5/10 min walk.. Air con was just about ok in the room to keep you cool at night.. The bar/pool was good, pizzas where tasty and they never ran out of any of the drinks on offer.....

I was in a group of 12, including 3 children. We got put in this hotel as an emergency as our accommodation was was dirty and bug infested! Hotel was lovely and clean, and staff were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're on a group holiday and want nightlife.
