Hotel Primavera Park in Benidorm

I had a really good experience at Hotel Primavera Park in Benidorm. The hotel is clean, the accommodations are comfortable, and everything felt very well taken care of. I especially enjoyed the Selvatico Bar — it offers a beautiful view, great service, and really good cocktails. The only thing I would highlight is that the music volume was a bit too loud at times, making it hard to talk. Still, the overall atmosphere was lovely, and I’d happily stay here again!

Simply wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff throughout. Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Probably one of the best breakfasts i've had from a hotel! Easy walk to the Old Town, New Town and the beach.

Lovely modern hotel with a very clean and quiet atmosphere. The hotel and rooms are very modern and well equipped with TV’s in each room of the deluxe family or double
Rooms. Pool is cold but refreshing but the bottom of it could do with a clean but this is our only downside to this hotel. Food is acceptable but limited by nature. Breakfast is better than evening meal. Rooftop terrace vat is amazing with awesome views of Benidorm and beyond. Most of the rooms have sea and Mountain View’s and balconies are very large. One little niggle is the motion sensors in the room which don’t allow for the AC to stay on every long when you aren’t doing the can can in Huey sleep ha ha. Definitely would come back as it also has very convenient parking.

We stayed at Primavera Park Hotel in Benidorm for 5 nights with our 7-month-old baby, and overall it was a fabulous stay. The hotel is super modern, very clean, and the staff clearly take great pride in keeping it looking its best.

Highlights:

-Location is excellent – close to everything, but still feels relaxed.

-The pool area is lovely and never too busy, with plenty of loungers.

-The junior deluxe suite was spacious, well laid out, and had a big balcony with a great view.

-Toilets around the hotel and pool areas were always plentiful and spotless.

-Staff were outstanding – friendly, kind, and a real credit to the hotel.

Things to be aware of:

-The pool water is very cold, especially the rooftop pool (which felt more like a plunge pool). Even the sea was warmer! It looked great, but hard to enjoy for long swims.

-Air conditioning in the room worked, but took a while to properly cool down.

-Drinks at the hotel bar are quite pricey compared to average Benidorm prices.

-While elevators were usually quick and reliable, the rooftop bar seems to attract outside guests. This means non-hotel visitors have access to the lifts and potentially to guest floors, which made me feel a little uneasy from a security perspective.

-Not many children around – it’s not really a “family hotel,” which I didn’t realise beforehand.

Overall:
It’s a fantastic hotel – stylish, comfortable, and with excellent staff. I’d definitely stay here again, though probably as a couples’ trip rather than a family holiday.

Officially (according to us) the only hotel to stay at in Beni! 4 visits so far, at various times of the year for birthday celebrations, Christmas and Summer holidays. Whether it be a long weekend, or a week long… it’s never long enough. Perfectly clean, stylish and comfortable rooms (stayed in both premium and penthouse rooms) Wonderful pool areas, great bars, decent and reasonably priced food. To top it all over an absolutely fantastic location. Primavera Park has become like a second home

Just back from 5 nights at Primavera Park and we loved it! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Benidorm’s Old Town. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome straight away.

The rooftop bar and infinity pool are amazing – great views and a lovely place to relax. The main pool is also really nice and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of hot and cold options every morning.

The only downside was the bathroom – we had a wet room and the floor would get very wet after showering. Next time I’ll request a room with a proper shower and hopefully a pool view too.

Overall, a brilliant stay and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fab, the hotel itself is lovely, the rooftop pool is amazing (with great staff up there), the buffet was great (great selection and i liked everything i tried for breakfast and dinner). Having a mercadona 2 blocks up is fantastic as well. There's another supermarket a bit further up on the main road as well. Perfect location between old and new town as well.

However, it couldve been 5 out of 5 if it wasnt for the following.

1. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. Spacious with a separate sitting area and fridge. Really well presented. However, the noise of music coming from the buffet (esp on Sunday AM), the dragging of chairs along the floor and the music from the pool (Sat AM) resulted in a noisy awakening on occasion.

Also, the view from the 3rd floor room wasnt great. No views over Benidorm, and an obstructed view of the pool on the 1st floor. This should've been clearly explained to us when we 1st went to the room, and/or provisions made.

2. Trying to get the room cleaned/towels changed seemed more difficult than it needed to. In our week stay, the room was attended to twice. When we asked at reception, we were told they can come anytime between 9am and 4pm. On 1 occasion, we left the room at 11am and it hadn't been attended to by 3ish.

3. Our initial greeting on our initial arrival couldve been a bit nicer. Not sure if it was a language barrier but we had hoped our room would be ready upon arrival (arrived about 130pm). We were told "room not ready, come back at 330". Which is fair enough, but it couldve been communicated a bit better. Plus, im not sure if we were given the "short straw" with a room on the 3rd floor.

Overall, I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely consider it if i was to come back to Benidorm, but would push for a room on a higher floor.

Stayed here 7 years ago but the hotel has been significantly upgraded since. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. The showers are outstanding!
Rooftop bar and pool offer stunning vistas.
Great location - will be back again - this time without the 7 year gap!

Very good breakfast, new and clean hotel, towel service and staff at swimmingpool excellent!

Nice location close to Old Town. Very clean and modern throughout.
Food was a bit disappointing, not really 4 star but it was OK.
No aircon in communal areas like reception or lifts etc, so very very hot!
