A great and unique experience. The 18 course tasting menu took about 2.5 hours.
The set is quite varied, the taste of the dishes are not similar to each other. Although at the beginning, there was too much black caviar, but then it became more varied.
The food is very interesting, introducing many ingredients and various techniques. Particularly creative presentation, but the taste of some dishes seemed too ordinary, less than expected (especially desserts). And others, on the contrary, are super concentrated.
It wasn't the best meal I ever had, but I had a great time here.

We were here in april 2024 and was really worth it. The food was on point, the services as well very good and the ambience was really cozy. The presentation was very beautiful, the decoration of the restaurant very relaxing and in a quite area.
We had the whole menu along with the wine pairing. Also, they helped me organize the moment when I proposed my girlfriend and for me, was perfect. I will never forget this restaurant. Hands down.

One of the best Michelin star restaurants we’ve visited. The food of course is magnificent and a constant challenge for all of your senses, but the way the chef and his staff manage the whole experience is outstanding. Truly immersive (even in times where that could sound as a cliche).
The honor to tapas at the first part of the experience is remarkable.
Allow yourself to let go, this restaurant is a safe space, nobody judge you here. This place is a gem.

Perfect service, very nice setting and the food was good. Dont get me wrong, there is not much to complain about but I feel that for a 3 star restaurant it was a slightly underwhelming experience and rarely did i have a wow feeling with most of the dishes. Spent a good time but would not come back.

A surprising and adventurous tasting experience, definitely worthy of 3 Michelin stars. From the food to presentation and service, you can tell that every detail had been carefully thought through. The servers were particularly entertaining and very attentive to detail.
The starters and the desserts were the highlights while some of the mains fell a little flat such as the eggs with bread which tasted like a quite simple breakfast item. The whole experience takes about 3-3.5 hours and is well worth the price if you enjoy trying interesting and creative textures/flavours!

Unfortunately the expectations that 3 Michelin Stars create were not met. The menu was awkward in composition and order. There were numerous issues with cleanliness and creative artifacts used, do simply not meet the required hygiene standards. There were some nice dishes, but 3 stars requires perfection in timing, texture and temperature. This was simply not there.
The staff tied hard, but the quality to justify 3 Michelin Star is simply not there anymore unfortunately.
The restaurant scene in Barcelona is highly competitive and creative and they currently can't compete.
This was my 9th three Michelin star experience in 2021 and it was by far the weakest performance we experienced.

An experience like no other. I’m maybe that the service outpaced the tasting menu, but it impossible to say anything negative about all the many flavors we tasted. We were treated to a private tour of the kitchen and wine cellar to cap the night. Don’t miss this experience in Barcelona

Had a stellar experience here for my birthday. Every dish was fantastic. Service was superb. Ambience is bright and inviting. I highly recommend coming here for a special occasion. The hotel was great, as well.

You can’t go wrong with this 3 Michelin star restaurant. Sure it is pricey, but it is worth it.
There is only one tasting menu, 225€ by the time we went. Everything in it is special and perfectly cooked. Ingredients are first class.
Service is relaxed and close, they adjust to your special requirements perfectly.
They have client parking and a hotel with spa if you want to relax after 5 hours of lunch.

The worst experience with the hotel manager over the phone. We have booked the hotel on Chase Reserve Card awards for five nights in September. Unfortunately my brother passed and we needed to changed the dates for August. We were aware that once we book the hotel with awards we cannot make changes on the reservation. Considering that this is an extraordinary circumstances, I was hoping that this hotel of supposedly five stars would understand and change the dates. I wasn't trying to be reimbursed, simply reschedule. Rooms were available of course. The hotel manager was the most insensitive person I ever spoken to. Rude and abrasive, he should be fired, person like this does not belong in the service industry. Mind you, we have made a different reservation also with awards, same restrictions for September as well, at Chateaux Valmer. Amazing handling and understanding of our situation from their front desk over the phone, our reservation was modified without any problems.
The bottom line, ABaC lost not just two customers, we will make sure all of our friends and family never stay at this five stars establishment with zero stars customer service and experience!
