Hotel Acta Azul in Barcelona

The hotel is close to the station, but the environment is rather poor, with homeless people roaming the entrance. The room lacked teacups, coffee, or a kettle; it's more like an apartment than a hotel. The towels were unclean, though the room was quite large. The surroundings are unsafe and not recommended, and the room rate is quite high. The breakfast had a wide variety, but some items were not fresh, such as the watermelon and canned tuna. Breakfast in the restaurant cost 9 euros.

It was the worst ever hotel in the world the water didn’t go out from the sink the air conditioning was very poor it made very bad noise and it waked us up in the middle of the midnight so in the hottest nights of July we couldn’t turn on the air conditioning and at first night it was raining outside and suddenly we heard a loud noise and saw that something was coming out of the bathroom and a poorly smell and we brought the reception and he said it was normal.
Other things I am a disabled person on wheelchair and the hotel said it was wheelchair accessible but the bathroom was really small and I couldn’t get inside with bathroom chair and the door of the room was so tight that it broke my wheelchair hand spot and even the elevator was tight and now is our last day we want to go to continue our trip and now the elevator is not working just a disaster and at breakfast we saw something disgusting the eggs were unwrapped and when the morning breakfast was over they putted the eggs into water and putted it in refrigerator and I think for the next day and we paid 1300 for 5 nights
Lastly if you want to have peace never come to this hotel.
