Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via

Nice spacious room. Our room was for 3 persons and it was really comfortable. No double bed (for a couple) available though.
The hotel has a good location and it has parking on site.
Their breakfast buffet was great.
There are plenty good restaurants around you can walk to (Piccatta and Donizetti were our favorites).
There are taxis, rental bikes and a metro station nearby as well.

Great location and really friendly/helpful reception! Very good value hotel breakfast, super affordable with lots of great options. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds.

The hotel is well located with comfortable and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities.. perfect for a short and longer stay with very helpful staff. Great value for money !

My Wife and I had a great time at this hotel, its close to the airport. Even though its a flat rate charge for a taxi of 40 euros. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location to walk around to local restaurants. We found an awesome tapas bar up the main street about 10 minutes away. Very clean, had a great view from the pool on the roof. And nice bar to hangout at.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Barcelona. Easy access to the Plaza Cataluna and all other parts of the city via the nearby Metro system (this is also easy to use and relatively cheap). There are many and varied cafes/bars/restaurants nearby, so you can't possibly go hungry even if your tastes are for the eclectic. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and all the staff are very welcoming and attentive.
The buffet breakfast is superb with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries etc etc. There are several nice touches to the hotel such as lemon water and fruit and sweets available on each floor. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. Very happy with our sadly only a short stay and would happily return to this hotel when we are next in the city.

I would like to share my experience with this hotel - we were 3 friends and even when we booked 1 double bed with sofa, we got double bed + standard bed, which was awesome. Room was very spacious and clean and was cleaned up every day by room service. We also booked breakfast and I must say that it was awesome. Variety of food was big enough that even my friend with allergies (lactose, soy, gluten) was able to pick up comfortable. Really nice touch there was: fresh juice, fresh fruits and also marshmallows (which we didn't expect at all).
Staff was really nice and always helpful. They also informed us about weather and upcoming events (as marathon) which would complicate our sightseeing or travelling to airport.
If I visit Barcelona ever again, I know which hotel I will choose again. Thank you!

The stay in this hotel was fine. The room is very neat and clean. The breakfast is varied and the dining room is decent. The staff is mostly very friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, about 20 minutes' walk from the center and close to the metro station. The complaint is the thin walls with poor insulation, so you can hear literally everything. The view from the room extended to the wall, so there was very little daylight in the room. And the fact that we couldn't sleep at all one night because some team had a party in the hotel, but it didn't happen again the next day, it's a shame that no one from the hotel reacted.

Excellent hotel! Super clean and taken care of! The staff is young friendly and always eager to help. Many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Great breakfast and lovely dining room! Will return here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, near a metro station and only a short walk from plaza España. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. And in comparison to other hotels in Barcelona, the price was reasonable.
