It would have been perfect if our suitcases had been brought to our room. We arrived in the morning and didn't get to the hotel until 6:00 PM. There were no suitcases in the room, so we went back downstairs and asked. Then it would have been 100 points, but we got only 90. :-)
The staff were super lovely and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Ladies at breakfast were friendly and welcoming, the food was a good selection, however the hot food items sadly weren't hot (think cold bacon slices, warm eggs, warm beans) just about warm nothing more which by the time you've buttered your toast and started to eat its all cold.
The room was super clean and comfy, room service was excellent, I requested more pillows and they arrived at my room within minutes.
The hotel is centrally located for the city/harbour and for all the sightseeing.
Beds are too hard for me but that's personal preference.
I would definitely come back here again.
The breakfast buffet had enough variety of dishes.
One small thing I would like to point out is that the table and chair in the rooms were not very suitable for business travelers. Perhaps the hotel management should pay attention towards this issue.
The room was spacious enough for all three of us to spread out our suitcases.
