We particularly recommend the hotel for business trips due to its proximity to the Exhibition Center and the Congress Palace, as well as developed infrastructure, designed for business meetings and business events. In addition, we will note the hotel's convenient location close to the train station Sants where there is a direct line to the international airport. It is also worth mentioning the original interior of the rooms, simulating the atmosphere of the space.

The location is great if you arrive late at the airport (to get to the hotel take either the R2 train or airport bus plus 10 minute walk) and have an early train from the station. The space-themed deco is a little strange but the rooms are spacious with good views. The gym is decent and breakfast was good. Most of the time, the hotel is quite pricey but there was a special offer in November which made it very reasonable.

I stayed at Barceló Sants for one night, and overall, it was a very smooth experience. Check-in was seamless, and what stood out most was the spacious bed setup – the large bed combined with the child bed made for an exceptionally roomy and comfortable arrangement. Luckily, the room I got offered a distant but beautiful view of the Sagrada Família, which was a pleasant surprise.
Although I didn’t use the room service, it was good to see some options available. The location is excellent – incredibly convenient with taxis always available. However, to access the station, you need to exit the hotel and walk towards the backside of Sants railway station. A small note for travelers to keep in mind.
Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort and convenience in Barcelona!

This hotel is always good to be back. Rooms are clean, tidy you feel so comfortable in there. Black out curtains works perfectly, little fridge inside, courtesy dark chocolate, personal bottle of water, Internet super fast. I mean no complaints at all.

We stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions in October 2024.
The first time it was mostly fine. There was a hair in the omelette prepared during breakfast, but the chef was a nice guy, acknowledged the mistake and made a fresh omelette for me. I decided at the time not to make an issue about it.
The second time in the same month, it was a bad experience. We specifically booked a room with a flexible rate where modifications can be made. A day before checking in, I called the hotel to inform that we'd like to remove the breakfast from our booking, we were told by Juan Ho it would not be a problem and we can just inform the front desk. The next day we got to the hotel around 22:30 to check in. Francisco was at the reception; he said the breakfast can't be removed. To make it easier for him, we suggested for the breakfast to be packed for take away as we had an early morning train the next day. He blatantly said that it can not be done as you should have informed us before 8pm. He was talking down to us as if we were school kids and didn't want to find a solution. We then explained that our train had been delayed due to the Valencia floods and could an exception be made but he kept refusing saying we can neither remove your breakfast nor pack it. If we were told that the breakfast can't be removed at the time I made the phone call, we would have cancelled the booking then, but we were only told this when we were at the hotel.
The other staff (Facunda at night and Victor in the morning) were helpful about it, and eventually we were offered to take the breakfast as a take away. The guy in the morning mentioned that a take away should have been possible, so the information previously given by Francisco about not being able to have a takeaway was also wrong. The breakfast staff (guy with moustache) was also very helpful.
We managed to pack the breakfast and just about caught our train on time. It was useful for us to be able to pack the breakfast.
In addition, it's quite an expensive hotel. We paid around 210 Euros for a night. It's also a little hard to find. You have to walk up a ramp with your luggage and go to the first floor.

Booked Orbital room for 3 nights in late Oct 2024.
The check in was quick and easy. The room is excellent. Spacious enough for couples with large luggages. The room was also spotless clean. Nice design with two sinks so couple can enjoy brushing in the morning together.
One thing to complain is you can hear quite clearly about the sound from next room (such as phone ring? phone alarm?), but lucky that our neighbours were quiet too.
The location is excellent, right above the main station and you no need worry about the rain. There’s a way to go into the hotel from the station.

Cool hotel if you like Star Wars! Interesting concept and makes the hotel quite unique. Room was modern and clean, with great blackout blinds. Perfect for an overnight stay before train/flying the next day. Quite hard to find when making your way through the train station, could use better signage and a more premium feel entryway. Otherwise, everything else met our expectations.

While it's an amazing value of money, it's not centrally located within Barcelona. I would recommend to look for other properties

2) It's located at the main metro / train station (Barceló Sants)
3) The staff is very friendly and helpful
4) The rooms are clean
5) The breakfast spread is exceptional

1) Unlike other cities, Barceló Sants station is not located in central of Barcelona. Hence, you will need to take a metro to travel to any place

The location is amazing. It is situated in a great quarter near railway so you feel very safe. Regarding to rooms,You cannot hear neighbours from other rooms. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is conveniently located within the same building as the train and subway stations, making travel very easy. The decor follows a space theme but feels somewhat outdated. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor; we stayed for nine nights, and unfortunately, the guest above us was a woman in high heels who seemed to have forgotten her slippers🤣

It’s a hotel with great location, just adjacent to the railway station. If you are new to the city it’s best to stay here though cost is on the higher side.
The design is quite fascinating and innovative which I like most. Consistency of the same theme everywhere has made this hotel very unique.
Service is good but lady stuffs are sometimes very rude in even they make the mistakes.
Rooms are quite cozy and washrooms are big with good products.
