Diamond status ignored. No upgrade but luckily I booked an executive room. Any lower room category and I would have stayed in a broom closet. Never experienced such a small room in any Hilton anywhere especially not an "executive"
The "executive lounge" mirrored the absolute disinterest to the Hilton brand and its members. Best thing is the coffee, self service but great quality. Otherwise a wast of time to go there at any time of day.
Noticed later that the hotel only has 4 stars (S?) - it explains a lot but is unknown to the Hilton brand.
Whatever, at the prices in BCN you could do worse - for me, never again and Barcelona will not see me again.
Surprised there were no slippers or a gown for a room at that price.
Staff were really nice and the location was perfect. Will miss this place! I would definitely recommend staying here. Phillipe especially at the bar staff was such a nice person and really welcoming to us.
The hotel rooms are decent, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with a good variety of options.
