• Broken safe: The safe in our room didn’t work. We asked the front desk to send someone to fix it; the technician came, looked briefly, told us to wait, and never returned. The safe remained unusable for the rest of our stay. We noticed it was just a dead battery, but they couldn’t even manage a simple battery replacement.
• Shower drainage: When showering, water overflowed to the area near the toilet. The drainage is poorly designed.
We had breakfast twice, which was lovely but abit expensive.
Kids were treated like royalty, very family friendly.
One highlight was the pool...what a novelty and lovely pool side area.
Nice location to a tremendous building, which is the Barcelona symbol, I can see it in my room. Strongly recommendation.
The experience was great! The hotel was very clean and modern and the food was amazing.
A huge thank you to the Events and F&B teams, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were apparent from start to finish.
