Novotel Barcelona City

We organized an event in this hotel last week for 220 people.
The experience was great! The hotel was very clean and modern and the food was amazing.
A huge thank you to the Events and F&B teams, who were exceptional throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were apparent from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Special thanks to Juliette, Clara, Carolina, Nacho, and Roger for their dedication and tireless effort. I stayed at this hotel in Barcelona about a month ago with my wife and daughter, and we were delighted with our experience. I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Cristian, who works at the hotel bar. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional.

Cristian not only made sure our visits to the bar were enjoyable, but he also went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations and make us feel welcome. His dedication and personalized attention truly stood out and made a significant difference during our stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to Cristian’s outstanding service. We look forward to returning soon to enjoy such impeccable care once again.

We recently stayed at Novotel Barcelona City for 3 nights during our honeymoon, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Ivan at the reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. When he found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, he made a fantastic effort to secure us an upgrade, despite the hotel being quite busy that week. We had originally booked a standard room, but thanks to Ivan, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more unforgettable!

Not only that, but Ivan also helped expedite the preparation of our suite so we could check in early, which was such a thoughtful gesture after our long journey. His friendliness and attention to detail really made all the difference.

The suite itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could need. The hotel’s gym and swimming pool were great additions as well, and every staff member we encountered was warm and helpful.

Overall, our stay at Novotel Barcelona City exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable honeymoon. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to visit again in the future!

Easy check in, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the Rituals amenities! The views were incredible, so many landmarks visible from our room. The swimming pool was quite small and therefore crowded, but otherwise I would highly recommend.

The hotel and staff has been amazing and bend over backwards to accommodate me and my Service Dog. They even made his favorite meal supplement, pumpkin and he was very appreciative.
I highly recommend this hotel but it’s their staff that makes it exceptional.
The front desk Maria, Alex and entire crew really made me feel at home. You guys are awesome!

Our stay (family room), 2 adults and two small children was very comfortable. Especially our visit in the restaurant was incredible enjoyable due to the great Service of the waitresses Carol, Emerson and Luis who played with our Kids so that we had more eating time! :-)) thank you so much! The food was really good and we could watch the Cook preparing our food!
