The staff doesn't react on all requests in a proper way. E.g., 6 hours wi-fi didn't work, but the girl at reception told us that some guests informed her about this as well but her wi-fi is working, so she can't fix the problem. Also the day before the guy at the reception didn't tell me that still water will be replenished every day because we live in a suite. Actually it was.
Nice location to a tremendous building, which is the Barcelona symbol, I can see it in my room. Strongly recommendation.
They are get 2 times tax city and room is not clean
