The hotel suited our trip to Barcelona because we wanted access to the waterfront and to the city by bus and metro. The room was super and we would have used the pool if it was warmer weather. The breakfast was great with a large selection of local cheeses, meats and breads along with the usual breakfast offerings.

Rooms are okay, breakfast is good, you are provided with 2 water bottle on day 1, even though you stay for 4 nights with same price, clearly only 2 bottles. So you have to check out abd check in, marketing department? What a nice policy. On top there is no water spots for the guests to fill water.

Great place with great location. Spacious rooms. Hotel staff were very nice. However I have to give it a 3/5 due to it being extremely noisy and expensive. We could hear very loudly if somebody was in the hallway (and this could be drunk people very late at night) and we were woken up early by slamming doors and we could hear housekeeping in every other room. This got quite annoying. Also there is water damage in the hallways and on the bathroom door. Not sure how this happened and more so not sure why they don't fix this.
The windows were very difficult to close, and this isn't normally an issue but with the noise it creates when people slam the window shut in order to close it was incredibly annoying. When you're in a big city with lots of people and lots of sounds it's nice to be able to come back to a quiet place to relax and sleep at the end of the day.
Breakfast also was ridiculously expensive for such a limited choice of foods. Scrambled eggs were actually tasteless and the "fresh homemade sweets" were cold.
I would stay here again if they managed to fix some of these problems, but I've seen reviews with similar problems addressed earlier so in all likelihood if I ever were to visit Barcelona again I'd probably go for another hotel.

Nice looking hotel. Okayish rooms, WiFi was nearly non existent in the rooms. Had to use mobile data. Beds for kids (horrible couch which kills everyone's back just coming close) and ours were very uncomfortable. Gym was all trechnogym...good cardio equipment. What annoyed me the most was the room service. Moved all stuff in the room despite the no disturb sign

My bad experience started with the reservation and it went only downhill from there.
When booking my stay, I was asked to send my card details by email to the hotel in order to secure my reservation. I was not comfortable doing that so I asked for a payment link. But they insisted on the card details by email... I should have looked for another hotel but instead I booked through an agency simply because the hotel is right next to our office.
Upon arrival I noticed straight away that the floor in the bathroom was flooded, the sink had a blocked drain and the safe was not working. I asked for these items to be fixed - after mansplaining to me how a plug works, the receptionist promised he'd get someone to fix it immediately. He did not.
I reminded them about these maintenance issues again the next day in the morning. And then again when I came back in the afternoon. When I returned again in the evening after dinner and the floor in the bathroom was still flooded, I asked for a new room.
So at 11:30pm I had to pack all my things and move to another room. I asked if someone could help me carry my things from one room to the other, and the answer was no, there's no one who can help. That's when there were 3 staff standing behind the reception desk and no guests that needed their assistance.
I addition to this very unpleasant experience, I'd like to add that the rooms facing the pool are extremely noisy as the outdoor seating area is open at all times and I was kept up by people talking loudly well after midnight.
The breakfast was very underwhelming, not a great choice of food, plus I waited forever for my cappuccino which, when it finally arrived, was generously sprinkled with cinnamon.
I strongly recommend to anyone to find a different hotel for their stay in Barcelona.

Nice proximity to office buildings and frindly staff, but room could use some reconditioning here and there. No soundproof, window handle was loosen, my window was right on the pool and outside terace, I coupd gear every noise, day and night. Good variety of food over breaksfast.

Only went to meetings in the meeting rooms. Non-existent WiFi and screens basically at ceiling level made the experience really challenging. On top of that all the meeting rooms are in the basement. Lunch was fine, but we were served the same exact food four days in a row.

A nice central location, close to the metro and easily walkable to everywhere too. 5 mins to the beach. A nice pool and sun deck in the complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again!
