Went to this hotel for our holiday in Barcelona. We stayed seven nights and I can thoroughly say that this hotel is one of the best. Breakfast service is amazing and well prepared with dishes which would satisfy anyone’s taste, cleaning is done daily, air conditioning is powerful and fresh. The positioning is also good, restaurants, coffee shops, a mall and the Glories station are nearby. It is also a safe area. What is more, is that the hotel is quite close to the beach (20 min walk)which is very convenient for a sunbathing day. The view on top, the pool and the restaurant make the experience even better. Would recommend this hotel and will come again.

I'll be honest, I have no idea about the room. The location itself is fine. What I don't like is that the staff blatantly pick and choose who they allow up to the rooftop bar. We were told it was too busy upstairs and it would not be free for x amount of time. The reality is there was plenty of space which we confirmed with someone who came out 5 minutes later. I don't understand why the staff would do something like this - it's generally poor customer service and doesn't paint a good picture. We were dressed well and really just wanted a drink on a rooftop to finish off the evening. It's really not the kind of establishment to adopt a pick and choose ideology in honestly. Really disappointing, but at the end of the day my money can be spent at a more deserving place.

Where do I start. Outdated room with no soundproofing - literally every word is heard from the adjacent room. Hot water barely running in the shower. Passive agressive staff at reception. Breakfast is low quality, everything is cold. Gym needs to be booked in advance - weird. Washbasin is in the room. To be avoided.

I love the location and how central this hotel is. The front desk employees were wonderful, kind and great with tourists. Knowledgeable and patient. My favorite part was outside on the large patio with the 1000 yr old olive tree.

We stayed here for 7 nights and reserved 2 adjoining rooms, one for my husband and I and one for our teenagers. This hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the metro and about 15-30 minute walk to most attractions. The staff were very helpful at the front desk, happy to answer any questions we had. The only issue we (actually my kids had) was that the bathroom door in their room allowed for almost no privacy, it was frosted glass with a hole in it for the handle. In our room, it was a normal bathroom door. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, there was ample closet space and amenities were appreciated. My husband is 6'3" and we needed more than just a double bed so we asked for a second bed and they provided one. The rooftop pool was a bonus

This is an excellent hotel. Nice and clean rooms, the room was very silent (which is the most important factor we are looking for). Excellent breakfast, good location.

I checked out on May 11 2024. On the 13th I emailed the hotel asking about my leather jacket which had been left in the wardrobe, but the staff said there was no leather jacket left. I was very disappointed with the cleaning staff because I clearly remember that after returning from Montserrat I hung my leather jacket in the wardrobe and the next day immediately checked out of the hotel and boarded the Sunprincess Cruise. So what made the most sense was for my jacket to be taken by the cleaning staff, because after I checked out they would definitely clean the room.

Dont expect housekeeping, they won't clean your roon even if u ask for it.
The sauna, not working.
The tiny gym, most of the machines not working.
Check in is a mess, huge line because they wont let u check in before 3pm, so expect a wait in line at least of 1 hour.
The TV in my room was not working. I called reception, took hours to someone answer, and a couple more hours to have my TV fixed.
The room upgrade promotion when booking on the hotel website is just fake as the hotel is always full and the cant honor this benefit.
Not a 4star superior hotel at all.

A modern and cosy hotel located not far from the beach and the centre of the town. Top floor terrace with spectacular views and fabulous pool. Clean rooms with everything you need for a business trip (as in my case). We organised a company event here and the meeting rooms, as well as the service around the event, were truly outstanding. We were supported throughout the duration of the event and we did not miss a thing. The rich breakfast and the arranged lunch also deserve a high mark. Highly recommended.

The rooms were somewhat underwhelming. They were clean but the smell of bleach and humidity just hits you when you walk in. It’s the small things which would make this hotel go a mile like for example the shower gels and shampoos were just very old fashioned and poorly scented. The roof top is nice but somewhat useless during winter months. Overall a good stay but for the price we wouldn’t stay here again without improvements.
