staff wasn’t super helpful or friendly, also when cleaning their room, they left all their cleaning supplies in our room which was super confusing. they didn’t give us towels also on one of the cleaning and were not sorry.

They ignored guest needs, making you feel disrespected. Communication lacked patience, and they avoided responsibility when solving issues. The entire team appeared untrained and failed to embrace a guest-first service culture. Staying here felt like begging for service rather than being treated as a valued guest. Absolutely not recommended – this hotel is nothing but a major letdown.

We stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately were quite disappointed! We booked the double room with the terrace and, whilst the terrace was lovely, the room was nothing like the pictures. Much smaller, the furniture was old, the bathroom needed updating and our aircon wasn’t working. (They did send someone to fix it but then we couldn’t turn it off the rest of our trip.)
The rooftop area was really lovely but the pool was GREEN?! It looked so cloudy and dirty and we didn’t see a single person go in it the whole time. Really disappointing considering it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
Staff were friendly, beds comfy, breakfast was good. All the communal areas were really nice - but we were disappointed with our room and the pool and just felt that it didn’t compare to other 4 star hotels we’ve been to before. Not worth the money and unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

I have spent 7- nights vacation in Barcelona and made a great choice by staying at the SB Glow Hotel! The prices were reasonable, the room service was excellent, and its convenient location near the metro made accessing the city center effortless.

Really great hotel with a beautiful rooftop view. Rooms were clean. Sagrada familia is not too far from it. Paid parking offered plenty space.
My only complaint (though minor) is that the room doors are loud when closing them, but nothing that affect your overall stay.
Safety wise, key cards are needed to access your room, elevator. The hotel also has a bodyguard near the entrance. Lounge area is near entrance.
Hotel has a bar, sauna and roof pool. No laundry room. There are also restaurants within walking distance. I didn't do much in the hotel as I was mostly touring, but some of the services such as gym and sauna must be scheduled ahead of time.

The location is nice and just 5 minutes to walk to Metro station. The room is nice design and the bed is comfort. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The reception is friedly and helpful. The roof swim pool beautiful and face the Gloria Tower.

Decent hotel ...but don't expect ait conditioning in the rooms. We slept with windows open which invited a few mosquitoes.
Their ac at 20° is also as if the heater is on. Perfect for winters as you wouldn't need air conditioning.

Went to this hotel for our holiday in Barcelona. We stayed seven nights and I can thoroughly say that this hotel is one of the best. Breakfast service is amazing and well prepared with dishes which would satisfy anyone’s taste, cleaning is done daily, air conditioning is powerful and fresh. The positioning is also good, restaurants, coffee shops, a mall and the Glories station are nearby. It is also a safe area. What is more, is that the hotel is quite close to the beach (20 min walk)which is very convenient for a sunbathing day. The view on top, the pool and the restaurant make the experience even better. Would recommend this hotel and will come again.
