Rooms are clean and a good size. Beds are comfortable. Close to all landmarks very safe place need a hotel card to get in. Breakfast is good different items. Will comeback. Nice terrace, sauna and a jacuzzi.

Haven’t completed my stay here yet but felt compelled to write a review. The hotel is gorgeous with a cute barbie theme. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the showers have great heat & water pressure. Chamomile tea was offered our first night as a gift to help us rest after traveling. The staff at the front desk, the staff cleaning and even the bartenders have all been extremely kind and friendly. I gave some feedback that there weren’t wash cloths and they brought something similar a few hours later. The 360 rooftop view is breathtaking and the bartenders craft amazing cocktails on the top floor. The rooms also have amazing views and made me want to keep the curtains open (when I normally keep them shut). Breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is good too. We will be ending our 2 week stay in Spain here and it’s such a relief knowing we are basically in good hands for the next few days. A lot of reviews say the area the hotel is in, is dodgy but it is up to you to be aware of your surroundings in general and engage in safe behavior (that includes loitering!). I would recommend this stay to others 1000 times over.

Fine hotel at city center near from the attractios. Noisy at mornings weekdays, near a school I guess. Room was small but comfort. Service was great only didn't got an iron when I asked first time. And I didn't check at morning as they told.

Overall the hotel is value for the money in terms of quality of the property but the location is probably the most scariest part of the city be it during the broad day light or during the night. Even inside the hotel when we wanted to charge our phone while waiting for our room the staff said it's under your own risk even in the lobby area.
Some hotel staffs are exceptionally rude whereas some are very kind.
Breakfast is pretty decent.
Terrace is pretty cool gives panaromic view of the city, the pool is tiny.
Watchout for the area would never recommend such area for tourists.

Great hotel. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious and very clean.
I was initially concerned about our stay due to reading the reviews on the area of the hotel prior to our trip, however this was nothing to worry about. The location is excellent only a few minutes walk from La Rambla and the area itself was not of any concern. If you’re from any major city this is no different to any city centre.
Had a brilliant stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The hotel is modern and nice but the location is very bad. The area are not safe, we even witnessed a street fight that luckily the police arrived super fast. Close to La Rambla, but you have to cross the neighborhood which is really scary. There are times during the day when it is hard to get a taxi. The smell of the lobby has a strong fragrance that gave me allergies. The noise at night from the street especially on the weekend does not let you sleep until 2 am the noise did not stop. The rooftop is very nice during the day, at night you don't see much just lights. Everyone goes up from outside to the rooftop without security and they use the same elevators that go to the rooms so you don't feel safe, anyone has access to the rooms. The breakfast was good. Employees are very nice. Rooms are nice and clean.

Perfectly fine hotel, good value for money for its supreme location, friendly staff and clean rooms. I read a lot of bad reviews, but as far as I'm concerned, they're bogus. This is definitely a good enough place to stay.

We have just finished our stay here.Very impressed with the hotel rooms and service both at reception and Restaurant for Breakfast.
The only downside is the location it's in a bit of an bad area lots of dark alleyways and the Red light district which we found when going to La Rambla.
I would recommend getting a cab as they are cheap and plentiful.
There is a big police presence as they are clamping down on pickpockets!!.
But all in all a very pleasant stay.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had for an establishment that claims to be a 4 star hotel. Some, but not all, issues below:
1. my room was dirty upon check in. Toilet was dirty and needed to be replaced. Literally got it replaced the next day, but I had to stick with it for the night.
2. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser upon check in. I had to have someone from management bring more soap. She soiled my room furthermore with her dirty shoes.
3. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear any and everything when people were not in their rooms. From maintenance people to other travelers. As you can guess it woke me up every day.
4. What they advertise as a gym is one of the worst “gyms” I’ve ever seen. It’s a treadmill in a basement and it’s even dirty in there. No weights. Just awful.
5. The cleaning service also sucks. Dirty floors and they even threw some of my garments on the floor.
6. It would have been nice to have just a hint of guidance on the Wifi code at check in, forcing me to go downstairs again.
7. The WiFi isn’t strong in general.
8. Shower had an extremely slow drain.
The only positive from this hotel is that it’s next to an outdoor basketball court. Also, the guys working the front desk were nice. Everything else was a truly disappointing experience. I stay in hotels often / travel a lot and I think this is my first one star review. Please do better.

The room was extremely big, we actually had an extra bed! The bathroom was spacious. The front desk was accommodating and changed out our room for one facing the street which was very nice. The hot tub was cold, and rooftop didn't have much to offer but that's not why we were there so still giving 5 stars. Taking off a star for the rooms because the AC didn't get extremely cold and in the summer that's necessary for us. Very close to most Barca staples, like las ramblas etc, we pretty much walked everywhere from here. Would totally stay again.
