There is a pool, but it's a bit of a gimmick, and we wouldn't have felt comfortable using it with people at the bar.
The room was beautiful, very well cleaned every day and a great design. There is a fridge and a safe which we found really useful. I also used the supplied clothes steamer, which was very helpful. The bed we had was king-size, but felt huge.
We had some noise from outside on the last night at 3 am, as the area around is a bit dodgy in places. But nearby the food is much cheaper, which was very useful for getting breakfast and lunch.
We used the restaurant one night and the food was delicious and really well presented, and not very expensive.
We loved the design and layout of the whole hotel, it's really modern and cool.
A big thank you to Eduardo at reception, who was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to explain everything clearly. His kindness made my stay even better.

The staff were all very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Ellane, who recommended visiting Poble Espanyol and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya—both incredible experiences we might have missed without her suggestion.
We also enjoyed the variety of selections at the buffet breakfast, which gave us a great start to each day, and found many reasonably priced restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

We had 2 rooms (501 & 509) and both were clean & comfortable with minimum noise from the outside. Note that these rooms are not over- sized to fit "Americans" but they are quite typical for European hotels. The buffet breakfast in the morning was generous and the helpful staff (particularly 'Xavier') gave us ideas and helpful hints to start each day off on the right foot. We would happily stay here again.
