One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had for an establishment that claims to be a 4 star hotel. Some, but not all, issues below:
1. my room was dirty upon check in. Toilet was dirty and needed to be replaced. Literally got it replaced the next day, but I had to stick with it for the night.
2. There was no soap in the shower soap dispenser upon check in. I had to have someone from management bring more soap. She soiled my room furthermore with her dirty shoes.
3. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear any and everything when people were not in their rooms. From maintenance people to other travelers. As you can guess it woke me up every day.
4. What they advertise as a gym is one of the worst “gyms” I’ve ever seen. It’s a treadmill in a basement and it’s even dirty in there. No weights. Just awful.
5. The cleaning service also sucks. Dirty floors and they even threw some of my garments on the floor.
6. It would have been nice to have just a hint of guidance on the Wifi code at check in, forcing me to go downstairs again.
7. The WiFi isn’t strong in general.
8. Shower had an extremely slow drain.
The only positive from this hotel is that it’s next to an outdoor basketball court. Also, the guys working the front desk were nice. Everything else was a truly disappointing experience. I stay in hotels often / travel a lot and I think this is my first one star review. Please do better.

The room was extremely big, we actually had an extra bed! The bathroom was spacious. The front desk was accommodating and changed out our room for one facing the street which was very nice. The hot tub was cold, and rooftop didn't have much to offer but that's not why we were there so still giving 5 stars. Taking off a star for the rooms because the AC didn't get extremely cold and in the summer that's necessary for us. Very close to most Barca staples, like las ramblas etc, we pretty much walked everywhere from here. Would totally stay again.

The hotel was old. It wasn’t like they said a four star it’s more like two star or one star I found a bug on the bed. I found hair on the bed. The place is nasty. I do not recommend this place to anyone to stay here. I have travel a lot, and this has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I am very disappointed.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms on the 9th floor, though small, were comfortable and offered a charming city view. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making the experience warm and welcoming.
The highlight was the 360 rooftop bar, providing breathtaking panoramic views—a perfect place to unwind. Overall, this hotel combines cozy accommodations, excellent service, and a standout rooftop experience. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in a bit of a run down area.
The hotel is nice enough. It has a bit of neo 1940s roger rabbit thing going on which, depending on your persuasion, could be a bit tacky.
The reception is nicely air conditioned though and a welcome reprieve from the heat.
Reception staff are lovely!
Rooms are modern and fresh, if not slightly badly designed in terms of layout. Things just seem to be in the way, especially in the shower/wardobe/bathroom area. If someone goes to the toilet and someone else opens a drawer, the bathroom door becomes wedged shut.
Location feels a bit rough, which I didn’t mind generally, but there’s a bit of a camp out round the back where gangs of guys are passed out all day and night in the square. Our room looked down on this, so we spent the weekend with the curtains drawn. It’s the sad reality of life nowadays I guess.
Rooftop pool is tiny. Barely 5m. Don’t book this hotel expecting relaxing times in it. There are better options out there. Bar staff on the terrace are rubbish - which seems to be a thing for Barcelona rooftop bars - and is stark contrast to the staff in reception where were great. A shame really.
Overall we had a good experience though. Nice late checkout at 12pm too.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Just pay attention to the neighborhood in which you stay. You feel even safer in Rotterdam. There are special people around the hotel, so you don't feel safe. Tramps who throw a can of drink at you because you ignore them. We even saw a man being pulled by his bag and pushed into a store. We have chosen to travel mainly by taxi. Would I go back here again? No, honestly not and that is mainly because of this dangerous neighborhood. The rest of the hotel is fine.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Was a little concerned after reading some reviews but the hotel exceeded our expectations.
The 360 roof top bar is amazing and offers the best city views whilst enjoying a few beers.
The staff at the hotel are friendly, professional and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.
We used the hotel app to report we were running low on shower gel and within minutes a new bottle was brought to our room. Top service throughout our stay.
Overall a great stay and will definitely return.

The receptionist are very friendly and helpfully. He can speak english very well. I can cek in hotel early..he grab passing by taxi for us. There are label at each food so i don't choose wrong food. The hotel near halal restaurants and masjids. The hotel is passed by public transportation.

We were staying for 2nights with my sister. Well the hotel says its 4 🌟, be honest i would only give the maximum 2… Not what we expected, i was shocked when i saw the roof top(garden) very old… and completely different than in the pictures. Location was ok… but as we were 2girls.. so would not recommend to walk in the evenings… The only one thing i will give 5 stars is staff… absolutely amazing people working very helpful very friendly!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the experience. The rooms are quite small and lack amenities such as an iron and other simple facilities. While the location is ok, I don't believe the hotel meets the standards of a 4-star rating.
