Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful

Can’t comment on the swimming pool as it was too cold and didn’t bother with it. Can’t comment on the entertainment, as I’m younger and didn’t really attend any

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and a great atmosphere makes this Hotel a great place to spend your holiday. With the all inclusive package you get 3 meals a day plus snacks and drinks

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life

Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving

Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol

The location was excellent! The food was more than excellent! Plenty to choose from well cooked and lots of flavour. Beds and pillows very comfortable

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the main strip. I think the location is excellent. Between old town and new town

I am just starting 2 months of treatment on leg now that I am home in UK, following an attack in waist high water by some type of piranha according to the reports, off Benidorm's main beach

I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other

Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed for the evening 😂 overall experience of the hotel was excellent

Comfortable bed (180cm) and pillows - and I could never say that before about any other hotel I stayed. 5 min once you find the best route) and easy (even with a baby in a stroller) walk to the promenade and the beach

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend. Stylish, great location for the Old Town, modern and spacious bedrooms, huge swimming pool, beautiful infinity pool with sunset views, exceptional team and customer service

They should provide a small reserved area up there especially for guests that have booked a penthouse suite? However the location was perfect for us. Very close to the beach and again for the old town

It's a great location and in a quiet area. The hotel is really clean with a good pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food at the bar was good overall. Pizzas weren't great but not a big issue

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

My kids loved her! Keep up the great work! Regarding the cleaning, this hotel is very neat and clean! I’m the worst when comes to this matter but wow, we could see all the common areas being cleaned on a regular basis, including the pool being properly cleaned in the early hours

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

If there’s one thing I love the most is money well spent. We’ve decided to escape the bad weather in the UK (even though it’s summer) and we bought this all inclusive package for 7 days

The whole hotel was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff made the beds and changed the towels everyday (if needed) and the staff were seen cleaning throughout the day

This was our first family holiday and honestly we can’t have 1 single complaint, from the rooms, food entertainment and especially the staff, just amazing with the kids, we didn’t want to leave, we will certainly be rebooking up to stay again at this hotel! 5stars all round! Just had a week in this hotel from the 16/10/2017 till the 23/10/2017 beautiful rooms and lovely view of the sea me and my daughter Paula and granddaughter Alisha enjoyed it so much it was my first time but their second time

Awesome food (buffet), eat as much as you can till you literally drop. The cleaners were friendly and everything was intact each day, after they cleaned our room. Drinks are unlimited for the all inclusive folks

Brilliant, very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Food was perfect and plenty of choice. Good choice of drinks. Mario barman good fun friend. Reception good. Slides and pool areas fantastic

We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!! On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish

Great place for family fun and very friendly staff also very hard working. Staff do long hours to help to make your holiday. Food to much to have and to many choices

A little more varied evening entertainment would encourage guests to stay in the hotel and use the bar, rather than go out looking for entertainment

music quiz, general knowledge quiz, sports quiz, bingo, it could begin early and then the music to follow. Just a big thank you to every member of staff within the hotel that makes it such a pleasure for us to stay there

Everything perfect except a 4 star hotel had NO Butter after the very first day, no excuses should not have happened. If shops were open I would have gone out and bought some. Excellent Christmas organisation spot on.

Fantastic hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Very Spanish feel which is unusual for Benidorm. Have stayed in a few hotels in Benidorm before but none are as good as the Diplomatic.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and close to the beach. The hotel is always spotless and offers a very good service. The rooms have a nice terrace, a modern bathroom and the beds are very comfortable

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful

The buffet evening meal I have to say is very good and extensive as there is so much choice ranging from cold cooked meats through to pork chops and fried fish, chips, potatoes and vegetables etc

It is clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equiped with 32" flat screen tv 📺, coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge

There is a lovely man serving drinks in the bar who makes everyone so welcome, the bonus he is Scottish and speaks English and Spanish, he is friendly, polite and professional

Went up to the roof terrace, well the views are spectacular, there are plenty of sunloungers and also a splash pool with play equipment for the 3 to 7 year olds

The spirits are top shelf which is a real positive and the beer 🍺 is pleasing. We still have to try the cocktails, hopefully they wont disappoint

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava. Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1

My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds

Nicely placed close to the old town and the beach. Rooms nice size, beds extremely comfortable. However walls seem to be quite thin. Reception area has a lovely atmosphere so does the bar. Staff very friendly and helpful

The best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and by far this is the best. Food amazing, staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

From the time of arrival to departure the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The choice of breakfast was continental, which was beautiful, or the fried eggs and rashers were equally lovely

Finally the location of the hotel was perfect, exactly 5 minutes from the beach and shopping and eateries are all around you. A very safe,quiet, and lovely hotel to stay for your holiday

The room, while small with a small balcony, was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given, and sheets were changed every 2nd day. Cleaning staff couldn't do enough for you

Located within walking distance of Benidorn old town and harbour. Competitively priced accommodation. Not great for evening entertainment though.. very geared to the elderly..Great service and pleasant staff👍😎

Hotel is in a really hood location near poniente beach. Our room was a good size but really smelled of stale cigarette smoke as a non smoker this was so uncomfortable but only for 1 night was ok

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we love the old town and we were just a few minutes walk from it's tapas bars, shops restaurants, cafes and bakeries

The staff, rooms and facilities are top tier. The restaurant is a unknown secret, all the food is exceptional lots of variety and really caters for the typical English diet but lots of good nutritional dishes to try

Situated in the Old Town not far the beach and promenade, so we found everything is accessible. Wonderful hotel, not just saying that, I read all the reviews before we visited and honestly can't fault it

Couldn't have been in a better location right in the middle of old and new town and on the sea front. We had a side sea view room which was spacious and a good view of the sea

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late

Once in our city view room on 8th floor, the noise from the streets below was very noisy day/night so didn't sleep well. The evening entertainment in hotel only fri & sat was poor

Within 30mins of checking in the first room. In all honesty I feel they don't consider those who are blind/visually impaired appropriately in this hotel

No issue with the beds like I've read on here, the mattresses were fine! Can be quite noisy but that's the guests, not the hotel I might add! We would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect and it's a suitable base to get around to everything

Stated here for a month very friendly staff , service excellent. Room was spacious and would definitely be asking for a room at front with large balcony as we were in 419 lovely and big , bright

Building is wheelchair accessible, I am not sure if the have any accessible flats, whilst you will get a wheelchair into the living room/kitchen space is limited in the bedrooms and our bathroom was not accessible (you would need to contact the manager to ask)

Beds need updating mattress's whilst clean have seen their best days about 10 years ago. Location is great for the beach, 2 minute walk, for the old town, for shopping, bars within steps of the front or rear doors

All round we had a very good stay here!

In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards. Thank you to all the kind staff!

Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night

When I ordered a drink in the bar the waiter tried to take my full bottle away from me when I was sat drinking it. Then went onto the dance floor to return back to table the drink had been removed

Ok stayed here for 8 nights last week august. Firstly the negatives you had to pay for water in this hotel despite paying already for the food water was not included absolutely disgusting

Having read the reviews after booking I was not looking forward to my stay. But what a surprise!! The hotel was lovely very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Food was good not a lot of choice but enough to please most people. Other guests voiced their surprise on how nice the hotel was as they had also seen the bad reviews

Location superb 50m from the beach shops and bars in walking distance and a taxi rank right outside. Enjoyed my stay so much have booked to return in May

Hotel pool wasn't open but my visit was early in the year. Roof terrace was lovely to sunbathe on and had views of the sea and the mountains

My advice, take no notice of the bad reviews and give the hotel a try

She was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions and ensuring that my stay started off perfectly. Her customer service made a significant difference, and I will definitely book with her again in the future

The pool at Hotel Los Alamos is simply spectacular. It provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for spending the day under the sun. Moreover, it is well-maintained and clean

I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast

The lady was rude and said “ i understood the 1st time”We received no apology for this and was told we should have reported this on the day ( we was out all day and reported it to the night staff that day, the gentleman was lovely but said it needed to be reported to day staff) which is what we did on 03

The Hotel front, reception, and dining area have been modernized and are very nice. The room I had was a little dated whereas my friends had more modern rooms on the same floor

My room was adequate though for the amount of time you spend in there. The rooftop Pool was very nice. The Hotel had mainly Spanish guests when we stayed

This is lovely hotel with perfect location. All the staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful. We have great time and need to say we enjoy every minute of it

Spent Christmas there this year. I couldn't fault it. Christmas eve and Christmas day meals were fantastic. I hope to return again very soon.

Nice hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach Playa del Poniente. On arrival the accommodation was fast. Room cleaned well and towels changed every day. Breakfast is quite varied, only the tea is not delicious
