Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The food was hot and plentiful and all tastes for everyone so a plus there. The staff couldn't do enough and were first class and were very friendly and good at their jobs

Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful

Great clean hotel really enjoyed my stay there roof top sunbathing pool clean bar great. Liana was fantastic highly recommend holiday food was plenty to choose from. Pull your own ice cream kids loved me too

(My friends room didn’t have working hairdryers or tvs The staff mostly are ok not the most friendliest but not ignorant, I loved the roof top defiantly the best part of the stay pool was ok but weird having a massive glass roof but the cocktails were lethal We were room only so can’t comment on food A lot of other people staying there are Spanish and I wouldn’t stay here again but I don’t think...

I was so Sceptical about staying here as the reviews are not pleasant, You get what you paid for it’s a budget hotel our room was very spacious with a big window that opens quite a lot (missed having a balcony) our views were out the front facing the school the room were dated but are clean and have massive beds

A fridge for our milk and decent air con also had a tv with British channels. The pressure of the shower was good. Hairdryer was old but worked

This spot is truly something special, the views are incredible. Getting around was a bit of a hassle with those elevator lines, though. Accessibility could definitely be improved for those with mobility issues

You have to either buy or leave a deposit for a plastic glass to get drinks. Drinks were mostly branded which was good. Hotel is in a decent location in the old town, would we stay here again, absolutely not

Staff are friendly and always smile food is excellent and with a lot of choice. Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff. Lovely hotel we will be using the Poseidon again

Nice hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Could do with up grading but ample for a weekend break. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. I would recommend it to families and single people too. Great Staff and an all round great experience again 😊

On the 17th floor there is a beautiful roof top bar ‘Selvatico’ which is an absolute must visit. The views are absolutely stunning and drinks are very reasonably priced. It also has a beautiful infinity pool

This is by far one of the best - if not the best hotel in Benidorm. Its location is fantastic, close to the beach and to Old Benidorm…where you will find tapas alley

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

We have been for a short 4 day stay and wished it could’ve been longer. The receptionist was very polite. The hotel was immaculate and super modern and stylish. The roof top terrace was a place to take your breath away

Hi we have been to this hotel around 23 times. It is basic but very clean the food is first class and the staff are wonderful. Very Spanish orientated but we go out most evenings to the new town or a local tapas bar.

The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive

You can easily be there within 10/15 min! The hotel has two nice pools (one for adults and one for children) and one indoor pool which I think it was closed as the weather was gorgeous so no need to stay indoors! The hotel serves food throughout the day (if you opt for the all inclusive package) and the lunch and dinner menu would vary

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

Clean, tidy, excellent staff, beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants, beach etc

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service—every staff member was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava. Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1

Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either )

Just returned from a stay at the Diplomatic Hotel, Really nice hotel and food and very clean, just be careful if you staying in the back as there is a hotel opposite that has a loud air con unit going all night which keeps you awake

All the staff were very nice and helpful, would definitely stay there again, Nice central location

I was saddened that there were not enough people around to watch the hotel evening entertainment, we could see the local singers from our ground floor terrace which was lovely and they were great but I noticed the lack of an audience which felt like a real shame, this was not what we chose the hotel for but I did notice an evening entertainment program also

Perhaps the absolute best thing about this hotel for me was the electric shutter on the bedroom window, being someone with paper thin eyelids and when we are in Benidorm out until the early hours I have never had such great sleep, it made the world of difference to me

The location was exactly where we wanted to be in between the old and new town and a stroll along the front for live music as far up as the tiki bar. At night it was quiet and the beds were comfortable

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, we never were never up or only just in so missed the breakfast offering

Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful

The buffet evening meal I have to say is very good and extensive as there is so much choice ranging from cold cooked meats through to pork chops and fried fish, chips, potatoes and vegetables etc

It is clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equiped with 32" flat screen tv 📺, coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge

There is a lovely man serving drinks in the bar who makes everyone so welcome, the bonus he is Scottish and speaks English and Spanish, he is friendly, polite and professional

Went up to the roof terrace, well the views are spectacular, there are plenty of sunloungers and also a splash pool with play equipment for the 3 to 7 year olds

The spirits are top shelf which is a real positive and the beer 🍺 is pleasing. We still have to try the cocktails, hopefully they wont disappoint

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel

They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it

The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable

Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds

The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else

We recently stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Benidorm and couldn’t fault a thing. The entire place was spotless – from the rooms to the communal areas, everything was immaculately clean and well looked after

Great hotel, we had fantastic support from Cristian from customers service who was happy to help book our experiences with the All inclusive Ultra package, the food was great with lots of variety, the water park on the hotel was brilliant

Family of 5 went to this hotel for 7 nights on 30th April and can honestly say we all had a fab time clean rooms staff lovely and friendly and always cleaning (smell of bleach everywhere) food was fine none of us had a bad meal and was always something for all of us to eat entertainment was good we watched from our balcony slides are fab water is cold but kids didn’t feel to til they wer getting out...

Reading reviews after we booked I thought “ oh dear “ but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic but always cleaned and welcoming and really is a place to rest your head

The hotel and surrounding areas were always clean, with cleaners constantly cleaning up around the beds and pools everyday

Staff and lifeguards did a great job. Drinks were mostly top brands. Slides at the back of hotel were great fun. Couple slides in main pool were good fun. Ice cream van and waffles van very enjoyable

What a brilliant idea pay 1 euro for drinks beaker. Get a drink in it , then when you want another they give you a clean one. Keeps pool area and Sunbeds area clean and tidy no empty cups everywhere

Birthday We went for my 60th birthdsy ask for low floor which was accomodated. Very clean and tidy room and surroundings. Restaurant and bar area good. Left a card in room with free drinks voucher

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereal, pastries, freshly cooked omelette, fruit, hot choices and cold meats etc. Pool was really nice to sit by with a good amount of sunbeds

Breakfast wasn’t great, we have usually had better quality & choice in other 4 star hotels in the area - but we found something each morning. The coffee from machine was terrible though

Really clean rooms, ours was a high one overlooking the pool which was lovely. Gave us a free drink voucher for a birthday while we were there, which was a nice gesture

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless. The staff were lovely and very helpful. My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location

The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain

Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful. The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer

There was also a cooking station providing freaky cooked eggs etc for breakfast and grilled fish and meat to order for dinner. There were several coffee making machines and toasters at breakfast so no long queues

I had a double room with decent size balcony at the front of the hotel with fantastic sea view. The bathroom was a good size with walk in shower. The room had a mini fridge and safe for valuables

Smart modern hotel with one of the best locations in Benidorm. right on the seafront of Levante beaches. The buffet food was good and main meals differed day to day

In April the evening entertainment was limited to Fri and Sat nights with quality Spanish duos playing a variety of popular songs in English and Spanish

The hotel is premium priced as befits its location and that probably amounts for fewer families as the majority of the guests were mature couples

There was a small wall mounted TV which I didn't bother to watch. but on skipping through there didn't seem to be many English language channels

A very good hotel in a great location. Beach 3 or 4 minute walk and shops etc right outside. Located on a pedestrian street so it is a short walk from the nearest drop off point, but not far

Although on a busy street we never heard a noise from outside at night. Rooms are a good size with a decent balcony, although a little tired and well used. Shower is strong with plenty of hot water

Excellent service during our stay from all the staff at this hotel. Room great and food also great. We were all-inclusive and well worth the extra. Our room with balcony was also great

Plenty of staff on hand all day and during meal times they are very attentive and helpful. Evening entertainment is not something I’d rush back to see, but each to their own

The other problem was not the hotel but if expecting to hire a mobility scooter book in advance but this cannot be kept at hotel so hire for few hours a day if you can

Hotel is great. Little bit further away from the old town than I wanted, but taxis are easy to get. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All.staff I came across were friendly and working hard.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The options at breakfast are absolutely perfect, so many options including a freshly cooked omelette. Entertainment was every evening which was great

Gym also available and a quiet room /lounge library. However the best thing about the hotel is the location right in the heart of the old town only 2 minutes from the beach ! I would definitely return

It's not central to benidorm town but not far by bus or taxi and there are mainly Spanish guests so food in the restaurant reflects this. We really enjoyed the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

Had 4 nights away with the girls and we all said this hotel is far better than we expected. The photos do not do it justice. The rooms and corridors must of recently been done up and are very modern and spotlessly clean

The pool area and restaurant also much nicer than expected with a very nice shaded chill out area that looks new. All staff are lovely and perfect location, just few minutes to lovely bars, restaurants, beach and shops

Meals are at set times so no snacks available between but it didn't bother us. Will definitely be booking again

Would have given it 5 out of 5 but we weren't allowed in the pool as it was out of season. it's an all round Spanish orientated hotel. staff speak miminal English but all have been extremely lovely and friendly

only downfall was the other visitors were all Spanish and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome even tho we were friendly, respectful and quiet, also quality of food could have been better

the hotel was relatively clean apart from marks on the walls and the ants that live in the baseboards we think that they may have bitten us (there might of been something else we arnt 100% sure) The staff were helpful even with the language barrier bit of a pain that the beds were separate (we weren't the only people that had that issue) in our opinion the way where seated at the buffet...

food delicious and varied all in all a brilliant experience. will be back september for sure and a special mention to dario on reception he was very helpful and professional made to feel at home by all the staff
