Amazing hotel lovely staff central for everything gorgeous pools brilliant great entertainment

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

Iactually staed at the POSEIDON PALACE as POSEIDON RESORT was full. Same company same quality.

A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors...

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean

Very clean Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Mini fridge, safe , hair dryer , shampoo , shower gel. 10 minute walk to the main strip. Fabulous , clean pool areas

This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.

Hi we have been to this hotel around 23 times. It is basic but very clean the food is first class and the staff are wonderful. Very Spanish orientated but we go out most evenings to the new town or a local tapas bar.

Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade

The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda on reception was especially lovely to me and could not have done more to help despite the fact she was trying to deal with some very difficult guests at the same time - I am very grateful to her

There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon, orange and a beer. Being so this gave us access to the “fast pass” and very little waiting in queues

This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food

The food was lukewarm which was a shame but there are microwaves. There is plenty of choice … but i get that it may not be food that those who like a simple diet of burgers and pizza may not enjoy

At one point a drunken woman accused me of pushing in so if others are not aware of this perk they will feel that people are pushing in. With the ultra we also had premium brand drinks

The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security

Our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel and it didn't disappoint with any of the facilities. The staff are so friendly nothing too much trouble. Food excellent would be even be better if plates were warm. Will b back.

Great location for the madness of the ***** and the peace of the old town, excellent food and the staff are friendly and helpful, would stay there again

Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day…. Overall great hotel, location and couldn’t have asked for more

Breakfast was well presented and a great selection was provided. We didn’t utilise the hotel entertainment really but the snippets we saw were good

The hotel is in a central location and the rooms are clean the staff are friendly and there's a lift to all floors nice area

This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel

The breakfast had plenty on offer and the food was good. It is an excellent location for the old town and had everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples

Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing

We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the ***** as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

Absolutely brilliant hotel I’m lost for words, it’s run like clockwork, so clean and fresh , brilliant staff , nothing is too much trouble, the food is outstanding everything was superb, I even had a Sunday dinner today , the entertainment is good too , lovely pool area ,just fab ,will definitely be back

Seen a few people who required first aid due to cuts, slips and falls, one parent had to go inside to get help from a staff member from the bar when there was a lifeguard present who should of seen the immediate need for help given the situation with the child

There must of been a conversation thereafter as they removed the parasol from blocking the view to the splashpad. Great week, great hotel, good location, short walk to the beach, fantastic staff

We didn't visit the indoor pool however loved the outdoor pool and the kids loved the slides and also the play area and the games room. Great location for both old and new town with everything in walking distance

It is absolutely spotless, the cleaners and domestic teams need a fab mention as it really is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in on holiday. Food options were always plentiful and hot

I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals

The staff service was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Ruben at reception was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff was excellent

Great hotel. [ my thoughts] Room nice size, great views [ 12th floor] Staff always gave a smile. A lot of spanish staying so you know it's a good hotel. Only breakfast on my deal & very good. [ mostly spanish] choices.

Shower was good pressure but we couldn't get constant temperature. I think thermostats should be fitted as it blasted very hot then cold. Predominantly Spanish no problem. We had a coffee machine with capsules

Stayed 1406 10th November 4nights. Good view of the croo lit up at night and the island. Food good not Michelin but we eat well at Breakfast and evening meal. Staff i found helpful and polite

We stayed for a week over Xmas, the staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff. The entertainment it's self was very good

Food is very good, especially for meat-eaters, though there is a good variety of pastas, rice, and salad, plus a small, separate, vegetarian section. The chairs in the lounge area and concert room are really comfortable

Minor gripes, but they don't detract from the overall rating, are. Dinner plates are only lukewarm, so food can cool quite quickly. Luckily, everything is usually piping hot

WiFi is excellent throughout with no complicated sign-on, though it does slow down a bit during busy periods. Most of the staff are really friendly and very attentive

Outside has plenty of tables, chairs, and loungers too. In all the communal areas there is nice background music which is just that, in the background

He is genuinely so kind with every single guest and super helpful when help is needed. He could easily work in some of the top restaurants in the world. We are about the check out with only positive things in our mind

Just got back from a week here. Brilliant hotel, great location on the Poniente handy for the old town and close enough to walk into the Levante. ALL the staff were helpful,attentive and gave service with a smile

H10 has absolutely beautiful hotels everywhere we have been so far (Malaga, Madrid and Benidorm). This particular hotel is right on the sea front, next to the old town which is the charming part of Benidorm

Our room is very spacious and stylish, the bathroom is perfect too. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The service is always 5*, and in Benidorm they went beyond our expectation from the moment we arrived

Great pool on the roof, with a bar with loads of space to enjoy the sunshine. Rooms are spacious and to a high standard, could not fault the hotel at all for cleanliness, service and attentive staff

And on the show cooking grill I did have to ask the grill chef to ease up on the salt, as a couple of times I recieved over seasoned meat. That apart I can say I will definately return again

We visited the local market and arranged a day trip to Mundamar. You can upgrade to Ultra AI to receive a few extra benefits, but this was going to add another 600€ to our holiday, which we didn’t think was worth it

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides

Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge and amazing views! We had access to a main buffet restaurant which had a good selection of food and theme nights every evening I

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

I had a really good experience at Hotel Primavera Park in Benidorm. The hotel is clean, the accommodations are comfortable, and everything felt very well taken care of

Pool is cold but refreshing but the bottom of it could do with a clean but this is our only downside to this hotel. Food is acceptable but limited by nature. Breakfast is better than evening meal

Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Probably one of the best breakfasts i've had from a hotel! Easy walk to the Old Town, New Town and the beach

Lovely modern hotel with a very clean and quiet atmosphere. The hotel and rooms are very modern and well equipped with TV’s in each room of the deluxe family or double Rooms

One little niggle is the motion sensors in the room which don’t allow for the AC to stay on every long when you aren’t doing the can can in Huey sleep ha ha

Rooftop terrace vat is amazing with awesome views of Benidorm and beyond. Most of the rooms have sea and Mountain View’s and balconies are very large

This is a lovely modern clean hotel with great staff and a good location. The only thing that lets it down was the evening entertainment. The rooms are fine with everything you need and were very clean

Just spent Christmas at this Hotel, although guests said it’s not as good as it used to be, being our first time we couldn’t fault it, the food was excellent , the staff worked extremely hard especially on Christmas Day , tables where set out lovely all well organised by the manager , who worked nonstop to make it a wonderful day for everyone , the rooms where spotlessly clean, the reception team...

The food was well presented, always hot and plenty of it, it can get a bit repetitive but there was always a good choice so again not an issue for us

This hotel has a fantastic location just on the edge of the old town (about a 4/5-minute walk) On our arrival we were recognised as previous customers, addressed by our first names which was such a lovely welcome and beginning to our Christmas stay

We loved the extra goodies of the table ornament gift on Christmas day and the festive pack on New Years Eve (hats, streamers, masks, blowers and lays) The best asset in any hotel is the staff and their ability to help customers have an enjoyable stay

Our apartment was huge with a large balcony. Carlos on reception was very helpful and sorted out the car parking for us. Its was a tight squeeze in a 4 x 4! Pools were clean and not too busy the heated pool was great

Booked in here for a few nights to meet friends, the hotel is separate to the apartments and takes a bit of getting used to as you have to go through the hotel, walk around by the pools to get to the apartments

Most of the hotel was full of Spanish pensioners receiving their 2 weeks all inclusive holiday they have with their Spanish sate pension, and it was great to them all dancing in the evenings

Perfect hotel in the middle of all the action of benidorm. Friendly, happy staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely book again soon.

Situated a few rows back from the sea front it is in a good position, not too rowdy but there was some noise at night from the bars opposite

Food was nice and bubbles on arrival in Benidorm was a pleasant suprise. Our room had a very large balcony which had the sun for most of the day

Very small negative was the lack of sun loungers and the wasted space with Cabana’s not being used due to a fee to hire them. All in all, as long as the Mrs’ fancies another Benidorm visit, we’ll be back to stay

I went with my daughter for a few days break and our room was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, toiletries provided, great shower and very comfy beds. We had a sea view and a huge balcony with chairs and a table

My birthday Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed

We like our staying at this hotel. Free early check in, good services, excellent food (a great variety of fish, meat, vegetables and fruits), the beach is a 8-minute walk, the sea is amazing

The hotel's location in the Old Town is perfect and it's only a minute's walk from the beach. The hotel is very clean and it always smells really fresh too. Our room was spacious and the shower was a nice size

There's a lovely roof top/terrace with a pool. This wasn't fully in use because we were there in December. However, you could still sit in the sun and see the beautiful views. I would definitely go back to the Voramar!

A good choice of Continental breakfast (ham, cheese, jam, bread rolls, toast), as well as biscuits and pastries. There was also cooked UK style breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc

We went for the new year celebrations and oh my word! The party started at 6pm, canopies and welcome drink in the bar, 7pm in the canteen to a booked table, and then a 9 course meal, and every course was pretty much a full plate, far too much food, we sent a few of them away untouched as it was too much, and left at about the 8th plate, and every time your wine glass was half empty it got refilled...

Since we first came here it has been upgraded to 3* the guests are mostly Spanish, which gives a great atmosphere, All the facilities you need, including a small fridge in the room, excellent aircon/heating facility (summer/winter)

Good number of power points in the rooms, bathrooms equiped with basin, shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and toiletries and towels are changed regularly. Hotel is kept clean, the friendly staff and the food is good

Entertainment available in the bar area each night. The area is quiet at night, being opposite the police station. Its a short walk to the Poniente beach with many bars, restaurants and shops in the vicinity

Excellent value for money! Rocio, Sabina and Carmen all great staff, as well as those whose names I forgot!! See you all again soon

A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site

The hotel facilities are quite good, but the breakfast is the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. Everything else is OK.

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel

They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it

The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable

Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds
