Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. The staff are brilliant and tend to your every need,always with a smile and we will definitely visit again in the future.

Stayed here as part of a friend’s hen weekend (single room for me). Great value. Super location just back from the beach in the old town. Lovely big apartment pool fantastic, we are 2, 71 year old lady's, we had a bed each (which is what we wanted because we are friends) BUT we would have appreciated 2 bed sheets each instead of 1 each, and we would have liked pillow cases on the pillows, apart from that lovely apartment.

Family of four stayed for a week in july 2022, and came back 2024. This time in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apt. Staff is incredibly helpful and so sweet. Perfect location in the middle of playa poniente with everything within walking distance. The most amazing view, and no aircondition needed, as you can just leave the windows open. Stayed for a very happy month here. On arriving collected key from hotel three hundred yards away up the street. Ideally located in the city center, with parking, this establishment which does not pay for mine, is worth the detour. Large and well-equipped room. The only downside is how to get there? Narrow streets, even with GPS. Finally we are there and it is perfect
