Hotels with pool in Benidorm

I would like to go back when it wasn't the school holidays. I like children but not hundreds of them

Check in and any reception queries are a complete nightmare, despite there sometimes being 3-4 members of staff at reception the queue just doesn't seem to move, at least a 45 minute wait before the queue even starts moving

Pool very busy but again spotlessly clean

The hotel itself was kept clean throughout, but could all do with being refurbished

The pool area was the best part with multiple options

ROOMS are a good size and the bed was comfy, there are no tea and coffee making facilities so I brought my own, towels and toiletries were provided, and the view from the balcony is what it is due to everything being so built up

Good hotel room is basic but good. Really clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful

I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same

Location of hotel is brilliant for old town or new town. I booked the deluxe room which gives access to private pool, so worth it. Can’t wait to return next year

Feels luxury for a very reasonable price. Would have liked a balcony but understood for the price this is not possible. They provided a washing line in the shower to accommodate for this

The best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and by far this is the best. Food amazing, staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

A few small flaws - The air conditioning made me and my partner cough in the night not sure if it could do with a clean. The soap in the shower smelt like toilet cleaner

And initially we were settled in awful noisy room on first floor, where we can hear everything from lobby and restaurant, we asked for replacement and in two days got a new room on 3rd floor, much better in terms of noise, but with slightly broken AC, it wasn't possible to set up the temperature below 21 degrees

On site parking is a little tricky but reception will guide you in the right direction. In my opinion, a stay at this hotel is always money well spent

Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good

Great hotel in the perfect location. Especially Paco at the pool bar who looked after s so well. And Raquel who kept an eye on everything and made sure we were happy. The friendly staff are always cleaning

Tiny TVs without smart capabilities even in their “upgraded rooms” Food was okay but not worth the $$$. The glasses at the pool were dirty

Room is absolutely amazing, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it is so nice! Service is outstanding bar staff are lovely and very accommodating! Location is ideal right on the beach front and shows amazing attractions in the old town

Not far from old town, the roof top pool although small has got excellent views and plenty of seating/loungers . Place was very clean. Would recommend if you have any disabled travellers.

This Hotel is in the beautiful Old part of Benidorm with great Sea views and the beach 20 yards away from the front door. Rooms are modern and adequate. The staff are friendly and helpful

reception staff were very helpful- the pool is just basically a plunge pool. but the rooftop views are amazing. This hotel is not for young families. Note to management- please supply a fridge 100% needed

We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine

Immaculately clean with helpful staff, for a short stay we couldn't fault it

At check in the staff were very helpful. I booked a single room which was clean and had a 4 ft bed. It was identical to the room shown on the website

The main pool itself doesn't get any sun to midday because of building shadow , but this is not a problem as there is a pool on the pool. The infinity Rooftop pool is a fantastic area to relax and take in the views

5 mins walk into the old town. Hotel very clean in all areas. Rooftop bar has great views a pool and a good vibe. Bar area on 1st floor has a good choice of drinks and food. Room is spacious with free safe

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024 for 2 weeks , and we had no issues at all. The staff were pleasant and polite and the girls round the pool area bar were great

There is a big drinks and food menu and the food is very tasty. The main pool area is a fantastic place with no issues getting a sunbed

As guests we could take full advantage as the infinity pool was beautiful. The views at sunset were stunning. We paid for B&B and was very happy with the service. The food was beautiful and had lots of choice

Lovely swimming pool and staff is very friendly and professional. Location is perfect ,5 min walk to the old center of Benidorm. Not a lot of entertaining options but that's how I like it

The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good

a 5 night stay with my wife fully enjoyable stay staff very helpful on reception and all the bars rooms are stunning the hotel has spent very well we cannnot fault them Lovely brand new pool area to finish the renovation Only thing we felt let it down was the all inc soft drinks they tasted of nothing at all and the food was just warm and repetitive at all 3 mealtimes but i suppose all Spanish hotels...

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. There are 14 floors and 3 lifts

Lol 😂 Alway able to get a sunbed as the doors only open at 9am so no 6am sunbed wars. The one thing I would say is that they should deal with towels that have been left for hours as this is just selfish

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

You take the empty cup back and they give you a drink in a new clean cup. At the end of the day you take the cup back and get your token. Not sure how people find this a difficult concept but hey ho

I agree that the food could be better but we found it no worse than any other all inclusive. Always something to eat albeit random Pizza with chicken tikka for instance

I thought they may have made some kind of fuss in the room. but there was nothing!! The choice of food in the bar/pool area was 4 types of pizza or cheese toastie

Another great week at the Benikakus .The man you saw as you walked in the restaurant was so nice looked after us and when my family came for a meal (sorry can't remember your name ) will be back

Brilliant hotel friendly staff. In a great location..view from rooms unbelievable.. enjoyed my stay I will definitely be going back

the pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds to go round. the views from here of the beach was brilliant. it was a great alternative to the beach which was easily accessible from the poolside area

Room modern,clean and good size. Lunch and dinner excellent great choice something different every day. My only criticism is that the coffee in the bar was poor quality and expensive at 2

20€ a small cup so I drank brandy , I can't remember how much that cost

My room was adequate though for the amount of time you spend in there. The rooftop Pool was very nice. The Hotel had mainly Spanish guests when we stayed

The Hotel front, reception, and dining area have been modernized and are very nice. The room I had was a little dated whereas my friends had more modern rooms on the same floor

Great value all rooms at a good specification the showers are amazing and have a choice of pool areas... Not eaten there though...

Good location in the Old Town. Pools and jacuzzi were cold though.

Amazing for children. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool areas are clean. Can not fault anything. The bar, restaurant and reception staff are very friendly. Have 6 or more lifts. Will def come back.

Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly

The main pool is on the other side of the hotel wuth it's own veranda and snack bar

The family rooms are very nice, the buffet is good and the location of the hotel is good, you can walk straight to the beach

I was surprised by the COVID infection control system. Professional service, ideal for holidays with children. Good food

With a heavy load of the hotel in the restaurant for dinner, there were queues for hot dishes, since meat and fish began to be prepared with the opening of the restaurant, and not in advance

We had a great experience starting with our amazing room that had the most comfortable beds, rituals bath products and a huge balcony. Breakfast was 10/10 and the pool/sky bar was also great

Everyone was friendly and helpful, there were taxis stationing in front of the hotel if we needed to go somewhere but since the hotel is located right at the strip it was easy to walk everwhere

Shout out to all of the bar girls for the Sky Bar, who called out "Margareta" whenever my brother walked in as he only ever ordered Margareta pizza lol! We had a few problems with the room but they were immediately fixed, and usually with a smile

One of the best hotel if not the best in Benidorm. I was just having my best life in this place and the way they treats you from the first day till last day is unbelievable and amazing

I would recommend this for friends and anyone who wants a great experience place to stay. Marilin and Lales treated everyone with love and amazing hospitality at the Restaurants

Breakfast has a ton of options, and everything is fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool is a little small, but there's still enough space and beds for everyone, and they even have free towels

Hotel was good though, good location and there was plenty of space by the pool

I had a good week, the food was delicious, the service was pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that they told us we could visit the facilities of the Hotel Gran Bali since we were in the same group

But when we got there, the security guard told us he didn't know if someone from another hotel in the chain could come in, so he asked at reception

It is on a hill but it's only £8 to get back from town. The pool is lovely and not over crowded with sunbeds which was good

Didn't eat here but wanted to get out and about so it was just really to sleep and chill by the pool. The hotel is a little dated but was very clean and the reception staff were fantastic

Just recently came back from here. The hotel room was clean and I found the staff friendly. They also maintained the pool daily

Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

6, and wine at around €6-10 a bottle, there is no service at the tables so you are expected to get you own! Entertainment in the hotel seems to be shared by the other hotels and bars this company owns so you get excellent tribute acts at the hotels Explorers bar

On to the balcony now, which was on the opposite side of road to John and Josephs, and not that far from the road, so knowing Beni didn't expect a quiet night, but for a people watching balcony you won't get better

I then realised I hadn't taken the option of the safe box, back down to reception sorted straight away, it's €4 per night or €20 per week, the safes are activated by your room key

Over all we had a very enjoyable 3 night break and didn't mind the noise from the strip outside, just a tip if you want a quieter night, ask for a room away from the road, although the back of the hotel ( non pool facing) isn't as nice

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. Friendly staff comfortable rooms. Food was standard fair for most Spanish hotel plenty of it and very tasty. Rooms where light and airy bed very comfortable had a great sleep

Every day we had breakfast and dinner in hotel and food was amazing! There is always something that you like to eat and they never run out of it, if the trey is empty they fill it up straight away

Service from everyone was exceptional and other facilities were great especially the pool which is awesome

minus: being a very big hotel, it is permanently crowded in the season, because of the many sports schools that come here, There is a queue at the table, at the bar at the pool at the elevator, the furniture in the rooms is old, it is very difficult to find tables and have dinner in peace

Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. My room was huge for single occupancy with a good sized bathroom, plenty of storage space and an amazing view of Benidorm from my balcony

We were staying on 18th floor and in peak hours we’re waiting 10 min for lifts (hotel is tall 181 m and they’re busy, so there is waiting for lifts)

Overall we really enjoyed our holidays and definitely recommend this hotel

In August, it was pretty crowded, and difficult to get a sun bed, as people just leave their towels since early in the morning (and there’s no one to enforce the policy of not doing that)

There is one massive pool, and there smaller ones, including one that simulates a small beach. Pools are pretty nice and really the highlight of the hotel. There’s a well equipped gym that’s free of charge

If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer

Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Only the buffet restaurant is included

Plenty of free parking space outdoors, and smaller underground parking for 12 EUR per day

Food is average, plenty of options but quality not outstanding

Good choice of food.and nice.. plenty of sunbeds, in the process of refurbishment.(not a problem ) good location. Staff helpful . enjoyable holiday. .Resident entertainment was fabulous.

Hope the hotel isn't clinical with no character once it has been fully refurb as this has a good lounge bar area, 'pop in bar ' that shows sports really nice atmosphere and hopefully they don't out price the customers that have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 -30 years

Myself and my Wife Janet enjoyed our stay. We stayed full board our room was on the eleventh floor. Room was good, as was the entertainment and food. Staff are very helpful and friendly making our holiday very enjoyable.

we stayed in January weather warm in the day but chilly at night so wrap up The only downside are the beds as they move

Went here for Christmas Lunch. FABULOUS. Stayed here many times. Excellent value for money. Lovely clean swimming pool. Food is always good.

We had the most fabulous break here. Miguel on reception was so helpful. Jose so welcoming in the restaurant. can't fault the hotel for the price we paId. we will definitely be back 💖 highly recommend this hotel

The room was clean and spacious , we were round the back of the hotel I requested a low floor and we were on the 6th floor which I was happy with having a young son , there were building works going on for the hospital extension which you wouldn’t know was going off The noise was non existent in my opinion I will be going back for definite The pool was massive and it was crowded at times but we went...

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24

Love this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful especially bar staff. ALL very courteous ,Carlos Javier could not do enough for us . Have been coming here on/off since 2007.

Always felt at ease and safe with my 9 year old son walking round the hotel at his leisure

Entertainment poor which is a shame as there are lots of acts that could be booked. Seems to be Entertainment staff most nights. Piano bar is best for Entertainment

The included access to zoo and water park was the highlight. Lodge we stayed in was beautiful, pools overlooking elephants and other animals was the cherry on top

Also the snack bar in the water park gave you free food with ur all inclusive band. Sunbeds were included on the all inclusive as well at the water park

Loved the park kids had a ball. Prices for food were surprisingly cheap but you need to remember your discount coupon if you dont, they dont mention it...really was a memorable day. Great fun

Very nice, all the animals groomed, fun to track the schedule of feeding the animals, all comment on the zoo staff in English and Spanish. The territory is vast, learning is comfortable

Absolutely loved it while we were there. Stayed in one of the new lodges. Staff were all friendly even with working long hours. Definitely recommend and definitely be returning

Zoo and water park were amazing especially the seal lion experience!!! Lodge was very comfortable and modern, definetly will recommend the resort to families

Awesome rooms nice stuff but we had a slight problem: In the middle of the night (around 00:00)the fire alarm went off without a reason but the rest is awesome.Its a nice addition of having 2 free tickets!
