Hotels with aquapark in Benidorm

Amazing for children. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool areas are clean. Can not fault anything. The bar, restaurant and reception staff are very friendly. Have 6 or more lifts. Will def come back.

Positive: - Swimming pool - Location - Kids area (playground) - Mini club - Animacion - Breakfast. & dinner buffet - Hygiene/clean of the room and hotel - Service Negative: - The rooms are noisy

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The hotel although clean is extremely dated, Pool is on top floor and is covered, there is a small jacuzzi outside, but not many sunbeds, and not enough chairs for the number of tables

Great clean hotel really enjoyed my stay there roof top sunbathing pool clean bar great. Liana was fantastic highly recommend holiday food was plenty to choose from. Pull your own ice cream kids loved me too

The sun-drenched terrace offered a lovely space for relaxation, though the heat became intense during peak hours. A refreshing dip in the pool was often desired, but finding a free spot proved challenging

I was so Sceptical about staying here as the reviews are not pleasant, You get what you paid for it’s a budget hotel our room was very spacious with a big window that opens quite a lot (missed having a balcony) our views were out the front facing the school the room were dated but are clean and have massive beds

A fridge for our milk and decent air con also had a tv with British channels. The pressure of the shower was good. Hairdryer was old but worked

This spot is truly something special, the views are incredible. Getting around was a bit of a hassle with those elevator lines, though. Accessibility could definitely be improved for those with mobility issues

Staff are friendly and always smile food is excellent and with a lot of choice. Rooms cleaned every day by friendly staff. Lovely hotel we will be using the Poseidon again

Nice hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Could do with up grading but ample for a weekend break. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Mini fridge, safe , hair dryer , shampoo , shower gel. 10 minute walk to the main strip. Fabulous , clean pool areas

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Food is limited choice and a bit repetitive we was half board so could escape by eating out, it the only hotel we have stayed at what charges for water with your meals

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

Also the AC in the room worked great for those warm days! It kept the room cool enough throughout the night! 😌 About kids entertainment, besides the pool, they have an “entertainment crew” and every afternoon they would have a different activity for them, like volley, dancing, Zumba… so fun! Overall, amazing experience and all the people that crossed paths with us were super friendly! Always smiling...

The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive

We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

Awesome rooms nice stuff but we had a slight problem: In the middle of the night (around 00:00)the fire alarm went off without a reason but the rest is awesome.Its a nice addition of having 2 free tickets!

Amazing and unique place! A worth visit! Especially the Blue Man Group Show! Do not hesitate to visit!!! Awesome and spectacular!!! ;-)

Loved the taste, plenty of food. good combination of zoo and amazing water park. Don’t need to go out of the resort much. Just wished there were more convenient to and fro from the airport

We spend 8 days there as a family and in total we had a great time. The place is truly made for families and has a lot of activities for kids. The zoo and the water park are really great

Beautiful family all-inclusive hotel waterpark and zoo. Access to these is almost direct from the hotel

There are two pool areas and they are absolutely fine. The stuff was not really friendly especially at the main reception

The water is extremely cold though and probably did reduce our enjoyment of the pools. The food was plentiful and had plenty of options with set times periods for breakfast, lunch and dinner

All the staff were lovely and polite,they were all constantly cleaning even washed down the floors outside, the food was lovely and a massive selection of food

The evening shows can get a bit repetitive but found that happens in most hotels to be honest. Nice clean rooms, didn't miss having a balcony at all as have plenty of places to sit inside and out

Magic Rock Hotel was such a fun stay! 😊 Great food with lots of variety, and the evening entertainment was a blast – karaoke, shows, games

Hats off to the entertainment staff, to the kids zone Sandra and Evelyn and to the amazing kitchen/restaurant staff David and Jose David who always provide us our high chair every meal and for being so kind to us especially to our toddlers

Thank you all for making this trip a memorable one. ❤️ Although one thing, we hoped that the kids shows were moved earlier instead of 9pm onwards because it’s too late for them, and the sound system was way too loud

We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children

Spotlessly clean, friendly & helpful staff. Stayed with Breakfast & Dinner which was lovely. Drinks very reasonably priced. Only downside is the pool area isn't very big so need to get there early for sunbeds

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel

A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site

All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine

They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it

The location was absolutely perfect too – just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. It really made getting around Benidorm easy and enjoyable

Checking out we were charged €3 for a drink and reception couldn’t specify what from since you pay as you go and being all inclusive we woulnt need to pay for extras? And nothing was taken from the fridge? If you don’t want noise stay upstairs in the adults only pool and the staff were good keeping young loud teens out however there is never a lifeguard and when there was a lifeguard by the kids pool...

This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black. water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling

The hotel overall was amazing.great entertainment was also very good.staff however were a little grumpygreat food for kids and very spacious rooms with great balcony.i strongly recommend.

A beautifully designed hotel with spacious areas all around and lovely big rooms and balconies

Their language, shouting and leering at any passing female was absolutely awful and I know many guests avoided the area and the pool cafe certainly lost business

Nice hotel, right on the beach front. Not many sunbeds so no chance of getting one unless up with the lark. Breakfast is nice spread but no other meals taken in hotel. Drinks quite expensive at pool bar

Nice hotel. They really need to stop people from reserving the sunbeds though! 10:17 all the sunbeds are taken by towels but only 3 people are actually using them!

Pool area at the front was immaculate but small and the usual sun lounger towel issues were apparent, but that is the case in nearly any hotel nowadays

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

Fabulous location, very comfortable room. Wouldn't book half board next time as there are so many different places to eat.

This is a lovely hotel located just south of the Old Town and right on the seafront with access to the beach and promenade. My bedroom/bathroom was large clean and comfy. There is a great rooftop pool and sunbathing area

We had a fantastic stay here for 2 nights. A lovely hotel with a great Seaview. I would certainly recommend the sea view room. We sat having a glass of wine in the bar area while they checked us in

The staff were helpful and pleasant too and we got a late check out at no extra cost. The only down side for us was the check in and check outs. We arrived earlier in the day and couldn't check in until 4pm

Fantastic hotel , right on the front of poniente beach with fantastic views over to Peacock island……. ( city view rooms also available). Really nice breakfast served informally on the ground floor

And no option to book early check in meant we were exhausted after very little rest travelling and we could have done with an afternoon siesta to enjoy our evening that night only being there for 2 nights

During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark

When checking out leave at least 20 minutes before any bus service is due to make sure you make it on time

I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

The big pool is a lot more relaxed and a lot warmer. Haven’t had any problems getting sun beds

Bar prices cheaper than a lot of establishments outside, 3 euros for pint of San Miquel, 2 euros glass of wine at the bar. The entertainment was great with good acts. But most of all the staff were amazing and engaging

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

Port Benidorm is an excellent hotel, we had a great stay, the view from our room was amazing, we requested a high floor and was allocated the 16th floor

The pool was nice and there were plenty of sun beds

We have just returned from the hotel in July 2025, 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is in a very good location to the old town and near to bars, supermarkets and close proximity to the beach (about 5-10 min walk)

Room view was a wall but pool view would come with more noise as hotel on a busy road. Pool was perfect for us but can imagine quite small in season

A tip for Dinner would be to go down early as the Spanish will eat later, so it does get busier after 9pm but the staff manage it well and there are no queues (we tend to eat late and they jotted our name down and came for us in the bar area 5 minutes later)

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, staff super nice and friendly, the hotel was very comfortable, Great air conditioning and modern fresh rooms, Breakfast buffet & drink selection was also very good, something for everyone

I have just spent 4 nights at the Port Vista Oro hotel with my Husband. The hotel is in a great position for the old town, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good in a bright dining room

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES

Would have preferred netting curtains on window as it directly overlooked the pool area and no balcony so felt a bit a bit like a fish bowl had to keep curtains shut when wanting to change or just had a shower

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. The food was the downfall… we had all inclusive, however didn’t spend much time eating their food

We often kept falling down the middle of the bed and had to essentially sleep in separate beds - not nice. The mattress was also very hard and almost every morning I woke up with back pain

Amid this awful covid-19 pandemic hotel was clean food always hot and well presented xmas dinner was amazing staff were helpful and friendly 😀 loved it 😀 I would go back x merry Xmas 😀 😋 ❤

Beautiful boutique feel to this family run hotel set footsteps from the beach at beginning of old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for exploring Benidorm town!

Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! All the staff were extremely helpful especially storing luggage because had a late flight

A little gem of a hotel right in the middle of Benidorm. It is exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choices

Hotel was OK but noisy when they switched on a big generator at the pool at 8 in the morning. Staff were great
