Hotels with aquapark in Benidorm

Amazing for children. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The pool areas are clean. Can not fault anything. The bar, restaurant and reception staff are very friendly. Have 6 or more lifts. Will def come back.

Positive: - Swimming pool - Location - Kids area (playground) - Mini club - Animacion - Breakfast. & dinner buffet - Hygiene/clean of the room and hotel - Service Negative: - The rooms are noisy

The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy

We stayed for a week and it flew by the weather was a bit hit and miss but in Benidorm you have a great time whatever the weather. So the Princesa is a thumbs up for me and the wife and we will come back again 👍

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday

The hotel although clean is extremely dated, Pool is on top floor and is covered, there is a small jacuzzi outside, but not many sunbeds, and not enough chairs for the number of tables

Great clean hotel really enjoyed my stay there roof top sunbathing pool clean bar great. Liana was fantastic highly recommend holiday food was plenty to choose from. Pull your own ice cream kids loved me too

The sun-drenched terrace offered a lovely space for relaxation, though the heat became intense during peak hours. A refreshing dip in the pool was often desired, but finding a free spot proved challenging

I was so Sceptical about staying here as the reviews are not pleasant, You get what you paid for it’s a budget hotel our room was very spacious with a big window that opens quite a lot (missed having a balcony) our views were out the front facing the school the room were dated but are clean and have massive beds

A fridge for our milk and decent air con also had a tv with British channels. The pressure of the shower was good. Hairdryer was old but worked

This spot is truly something special, the views are incredible. Getting around was a bit of a hassle with those elevator lines, though. Accessibility could definitely be improved for those with mobility issues

I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it

However for dinner, drinks are not included, not even water. Drinks can be ordered from the waitress and paid at the cashier upon exit. They don’t offer the best buffet but it’s ok for the price that we paid

The adjacent sister hotel has a nicer outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool and guests have access to those facilities as well

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

My only complaint is the fact that the sea had some type of fish that liked human flesh. The papers say that holidaymakers were warned, but this is not true

Also the AC in the room worked great for those warm days! It kept the room cool enough throughout the night! 😌 About kids entertainment, besides the pool, they have an “entertainment crew” and every afternoon they would have a different activity for them, like volley, dancing, Zumba… so fun! Overall, amazing experience and all the people that crossed paths with us were super friendly! Always smiling...

The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive

We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

Awesome rooms nice stuff but we had a slight problem: In the middle of the night (around 00:00)the fire alarm went off without a reason but the rest is awesome.Its a nice addition of having 2 free tickets!

Amazing and unique place! A worth visit! Especially the Blue Man Group Show! Do not hesitate to visit!!! Awesome and spectacular!!! ;-)

I think maybe the entertainment cancelled but it was much better than some of the singing acts that have this slot. Water park and zoo facilities fab we made so much use of those

We went for a holiday and our boy got on stage to dj, and with help from the entertainment team they smashed it out the park. They went above and beyond to make sure it went off without a hitch

First time staying here and would happily stay again just because of the staff alone. The animation team themselves went above and beyond for our son to experience his first live gig

Ice cream car fab Games room fab Cleaning staff fab Cup system a little annoying. just bring your own For a family with young kids there is just very little to fault at this resort

We were able to use the app more this year and it was more updated. We didnt have any rain this holiday which was amazing because it is a bit poor here when it rains

The evening shows can get a bit repetitive but found that happens in most hotels to be honest. Nice clean rooms, didn't miss having a balcony at all as have plenty of places to sit inside and out

Magic Rock Hotel was such a fun stay! 😊 Great food with lots of variety, and the evening entertainment was a blast – karaoke, shows, games

Hats off to the entertainment staff, to the kids zone Sandra and Evelyn and to the amazing kitchen/restaurant staff David and Jose David who always provide us our high chair every meal and for being so kind to us especially to our toddlers

Thank you all for making this trip a memorable one. ❤️ Although one thing, we hoped that the kids shows were moved earlier instead of 9pm onwards because it’s too late for them, and the sound system was way too loud

We also felt bad for the magician for the magic show as he was amazing but some families had to leave middle of the show because it was already near midnight. Way too late for children and parents

At first, we were skeptical to book the hotel after reading bad reviews. Good thing we did go with our guts and booked it anyway. Our stay had been amazing especially for our children

just had a total refurb and new extension looks appsalootley amaizing,would love to try it,even has a new outdoor swimming pool on the third floor,has the most amaizing bar which you can sit in doors or out,probably the most modern Hotel in the old town,even has a supermarket a 100 yards up the road,must be seen to be believed,great views of the modern town Hall,

Couldn't fault hotel, mini break with friends. Bed and breakfast and so much choice for breakfast. English and continental, bar prices were very competitive with superior drinks and very large measures

Location of hotel is brilliant for old town or new town. I booked the deluxe room which gives access to private pool, so worth it. Can’t wait to return next year

Would rebook if we went back to Benidorm. Swimming pool very cold at this time of year

Nicely placed close to the old town and the beach. Rooms nice size, beds extremely comfortable. However walls seem to be quite thin. Reception area has a lovely atmosphere so does the bar. Staff very friendly and helpful

We only ate breakfast there but it was spot-on with a good selection or cooked or cold food options. Location was perfect for us - very close to the old town. About 3 minutes stroll to the beach

Checking out we were charged €3 for a drink and reception couldn’t specify what from since you pay as you go and being all inclusive we woulnt need to pay for extras? And nothing was taken from the fridge? If you don’t want noise stay upstairs in the adults only pool and the staff were good keeping young loud teens out however there is never a lifeguard and when there was a lifeguard by the kids pool...

This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black. water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling

The hotel overall was amazing.great entertainment was also very good.staff however were a little grumpygreat food for kids and very spacious rooms with great balcony.i strongly recommend.

A beautifully designed hotel with spacious areas all around and lovely big rooms and balconies

Their language, shouting and leering at any passing female was absolutely awful and I know many guests avoided the area and the pool cafe certainly lost business

Nice hotel, right on the beach front. Not many sunbeds so no chance of getting one unless up with the lark. Breakfast is nice spread but no other meals taken in hotel. Drinks quite expensive at pool bar

Nice hotel. They really need to stop people from reserving the sunbeds though! 10:17 all the sunbeds are taken by towels but only 3 people are actually using them!

Pool area at the front was immaculate but small and the usual sun lounger towel issues were apparent, but that is the case in nearly any hotel nowadays

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

Fabulous location, very comfortable room. Wouldn't book half board next time as there are so many different places to eat.

Food was good, the hotel attracts an older crowd, but that just means less loud people at later hours of the day

This Hotel is in the beautiful Old part of Benidorm with great Sea views and the beach 20 yards away from the front door. Rooms are modern and adequate. The staff are friendly and helpful

We loved the feel of this hotel and in particular the roof terrace and pool. The staff are friendly and what we noticed is how clean it is everywhere. We had breakfast included and this was adequate for our needs

reception staff were very helpful- the pool is just basically a plunge pool. but the rooftop views are amazing. This hotel is not for young families. Note to management- please supply a fridge 100% needed

We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine

We had a two night stay and on checking in , we were immediately offered a free room upgrade , with balcony over the looking the sea. The balcony is huge and sunloungers are provided

During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark

When checking out leave at least 20 minutes before any bus service is due to make sure you make it on time

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming

I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

The big pool is a lot more relaxed and a lot warmer. Haven’t had any problems getting sun beds

Bar prices cheaper than a lot of establishments outside, 3 euros for pint of San Miquel, 2 euros glass of wine at the bar. The entertainment was great with good acts. But most of all the staff were amazing and engaging

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

Port Benidorm is an excellent hotel, we had a great stay, the view from our room was amazing, we requested a high floor and was allocated the 16th floor

Just got back from a10 night stay. Hotel staff are so friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel. One big advantage is that it’s in the old town such a beautiful place to explore

We were all inclusive and enjoyed every meal, there was something for everyone even if you were a bit of a fussy eater like my daughter is. Great location, short walk to Levante beach and not far from Poniente

Lots of shops nearby, nail salons etc. Only fault I have is that they advertised for late checkout due to a late flight and when I asked about it they were fully booked so unavailable

Only just back from Port Vista Oro and could not fault it, will definitely be booking again. In the Old Town which suited us as we didn't go for night life

Hotel exceptionally clean, rooms are a bit dated as most people will say but really comfy beds, great air con, nice balcony, mini fridge

I asked if I could leave my bag and the guy on reception just told me to go through that door and put them with the rest. Anyone could have gone through anyone's bag

Would have preferred netting curtains on window as it directly overlooked the pool area and no balcony so felt a bit a bit like a fish bowl had to keep curtains shut when wanting to change or just had a shower

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

Also not the slimmest of people would have preferred a larger shower. Good breakfast and also a good lunch at 10 euro well worth it

Nice hotel in the centre of Benidorm, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and adequate. I booked a late check out it cost £28 it was worth it as check out was 1800

Upon arrival we were very impressed with how clean the hotel and rooms are. The interior is modern and simply really nice. The food was the downfall… we had all inclusive, however didn’t spend much time eating their food

We often kept falling down the middle of the bed and had to essentially sleep in separate beds - not nice. The mattress was also very hard and almost every morning I woke up with back pain

Amid this awful covid-19 pandemic hotel was clean food always hot and well presented xmas dinner was amazing staff were helpful and friendly 😀 loved it 😀 I would go back x merry Xmas 😀 😋 ❤

Had a lovely stay just outside of the old Town. Didn't clean floors change bed only changed towels. 4star Hotel. I wouldn't say that

Beautiful boutique feel to this family run hotel set footsteps from the beach at beginning of old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for exploring Benidorm town!

Truly worth paying a bit more to wake up to each morning!! All the staff were extremely helpful especially storing luggage because had a late flight

A little gem of a hotel right in the middle of Benidorm. It is exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Breakfast has lots of choices

Hotel was OK but noisy when they switched on a big generator at the pool at 8 in the morning. Staff were great

Very clean hotel . Room cleaned and fresh towels daily . Staff pleasant and breakfast good . The only negative was the air con was either not strong enough or not working properly ( this was what people said it was )

Only a 1 night stay. Check swift and very friendly. Great hotel in a hreat location....Food at breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend and stay

There are endless bars and cafes nearby to have lunch, dinner or snacks and it’s only a short walk to the beach
