If the rooms had soft close doors we would come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. Good all round service by all staff in these straight times. Food was good under restrictions. Always continued to keep a very good cleansing service throughout my stay. Entertainment was good. Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Surprisingly calm oasis just outside Benidorm, very easy for the airport and the town centre. 2 golf courses both worth playing, the shorter course is more mature and more scenic

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

Beautiful family all-inclusive hotel waterpark and zoo. Access to these is almost direct from the hotel. Great food, great location, a little outside of Benidorm, but a short taxi ride or the hotel bus will take you to the old town or the beach. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Decent functional hotel, good buffet breakfast. Good swimming pool (pity about the poolside music though). On the outer edge of town, so a 25 minutes walk to the beach, or use a cheap taxi. Overall, perfectly fine for our two night stay.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Ok if you are not on floor 1. Prison style balcony doors to stop your room being robbed. We would have preferred little bottles of Shampoo and Shower gel and fresh soap rather than used bottles of cheap hand wash and shampoo and shower gel in 1, alts when you ask for maintenance they should be straight on the job which the problem with the toilet was not fixed. The marina is bang in the middle of the strip in Benidorm. It is a very lively hotel. There is music around the pool every single day . There are plenty of eating places and plenty of bars nearby and you are literally 3 mins from the beach front . If you like it lively and fun this is the place to be . My husband and I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was extremely clean and tidy. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of availability beds. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly and cheerful especially Alberto. He was always professional and friendly.

Superior room is anything but. Ill fitting glazing means noise. View is a multi story car park 10m away. Lobby bar and breakfast good. One Lobby bar waitress did her best to not serve us so had to go to the bar myself.

I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same. They then sent a maintenance man who said there was a problem.
