Hotels on first line in Benidorm

The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent

A lovely peaceful hotel away from the beaches in a largely residential area

Had a great time would really like to give a big thanks to the desk staff. More so the lady on the desk when we had problems with our transport to the airport NO thanks to JET 2 who left us high and dry

I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same

Location of hotel is brilliant for old town or new town. I booked the deluxe room which gives access to private pool, so worth it. Can’t wait to return next year

Great variety of food on buffet breakfast. Powerful shower which was amazing. Lots of the seating in the room which was very convenient

Feels luxury for a very reasonable price. Would have liked a balcony but understood for the price this is not possible. They provided a washing line in the shower to accommodate for this

The best hotel we have stayed in Benidorm. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and by far this is the best. Food amazing, staff cannot do enough for you, so friendly and helpful

I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean

My only complaint is the fact that the sea had some type of fish that liked human flesh. The papers say that holidaymakers were warned, but this is not true

Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite

Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's

I am just starting 2 months of treatment on leg now that I am home in UK, following an attack in waist high water by some type of piranha according to the reports, off Benidorm's main beach

stunning hotel,great staff,wonderful selection of world meals,very clean,adults only,swimming pool,beach front hotel,we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend sol costa blanca,we usually stay at Hilton hotels when we can,but this hotel is right up there with hilton

Nice hotel, right on the beach front. Not many sunbeds so no chance of getting one unless up with the lark. Breakfast is nice spread but no other meals taken in hotel. Drinks quite expensive at pool bar

Would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could want, even doors that open automatically as you approach, it is spotless in all areas, staff are helpful food is excellent breakfast and evening meals, and it us well placed right on beach front

Probably the best location we have stayed in Benidorm as the beach was literally a few metres away, and the hotel was well located for access to either the old Benidorm area or the newer area

Just came back home on Friday lovely hotel, very clean, lovely staff, ideally situated in Old Benidorm 5 minutes walk to new benidorm, would definitely go back to this hotel.

Good hotel. Friendlystaff. Very helpful.big balcony's. Comfy beds. Big selection breakfast items. Quiet nights in road.heating good.strong showers and plenty hot water. New towel's daily and daily room tidy.

It is comfortable and well located to the beech. Would have preferred walk in shower but only here for four days so will happily uses the shower over the nice low bath

Very friendly staff, Rooms are clean and tidy. In an ideal spot in old town as its a short walk to walking street and the bars

Now to the restaurant which we found very cramped with the tables far to close, the food was nothing special but edible, but found breakfast a lot better with tasty back bacon on offer, the drinks are amazing value with 1ltr of sangria costing €6 and a pint of Estrella €1

6, and wine at around €6-10 a bottle, there is no service at the tables so you are expected to get you own! Entertainment in the hotel seems to be shared by the other hotels and bars this company owns so you get excellent tribute acts at the hotels Explorers bar

On to the balcony now, which was on the opposite side of road to John and Josephs, and not that far from the road, so knowing Beni didn't expect a quiet night, but for a people watching balcony you won't get better

I then realised I hadn't taken the option of the safe box, back down to reception sorted straight away, it's €4 per night or €20 per week, the safes are activated by your room key

Over all we had a very enjoyable 3 night break and didn't mind the noise from the strip outside, just a tip if you want a quieter night, ask for a room away from the road, although the back of the hotel ( non pool facing) isn't as nice

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. Friendly staff comfortable rooms. Food was standard fair for most Spanish hotel plenty of it and very tasty. Rooms where light and airy bed very comfortable had a great sleep

You have to pay for all extras ect gym very boring no entertainment it may be the highest hotel but there are 2 and we was in the small one 100 euros to up grade rooms very dated would not go again 9r recommended

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat

A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't

Location wise it's away from the hustle and bustle but this isn't a negative because you can relax enjoy an amazing walk down to the beach and take in amazing views

We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable

Room was modern, clean and turned over daily with fresh towels, however bring your own towel for the pool area as these aren’t provided. Great shower facilities and air con in rooms

The pool area was the best part with multiple options

ROOMS are a good size and the bed was comfy, there are no tea and coffee making facilities so I brought my own, towels and toiletries were provided, and the view from the balcony is what it is due to everything being so built up

Breakfast had everything you needed but a nicer sausage would have been nice. POOLS are nice, there are pool bars and food courts so no need to go inside for lunch if you prefer to stay by the pool

LOCATION is good, you have everything you need all within walking distance, beach, shops, places to eat and plenty of bars and clubs. There is also a taxi rank right outside the hotel

A large beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were smart and very pleasant. The food was very Spanish which I enjoyed but there was even roast beef and Yorkshire pud presented some days

Hope the hotel isn't clinical with no character once it has been fully refurb as this has a good lounge bar area, 'pop in bar ' that shows sports really nice atmosphere and hopefully they don't out price the customers that have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 -30 years

Myself and my Wife Janet enjoyed our stay. We stayed full board our room was on the eleventh floor. Room was good, as was the entertainment and food. Staff are very helpful and friendly making our holiday very enjoyable.

we stayed in January weather warm in the day but chilly at night so wrap up The only downside are the beds as they move

Went here for Christmas Lunch. FABULOUS. Stayed here many times. Excellent value for money. Lovely clean swimming pool. Food is always good.

We had the most fabulous break here. Miguel on reception was so helpful. Jose so welcoming in the restaurant. can't fault the hotel for the price we paId. we will definitely be back 💖 highly recommend this hotel

We recently stayed here in a penthouse suite, The room was amazing with an extra large calfornia king bed, freestanding bath near the large fully opening sliding glass doors with incredible views please see photos

Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend. Stylish, great location for the Old Town, modern and spacious bedrooms, huge swimming pool, beautiful infinity pool with sunset views, exceptional team and customer service

Small issues were no rubbish bin in the room and the water pressure sometimes unstable if you turned on the taps slowly they would fire water everywhere, quite funny unless you're dressed for the evening 😂 overall experience of the hotel was excellent

A surprise, hotel was clean, friendly staff, food was great at halfboard. But the location was the best 3 minute walk and you’re on the beach with some great bars close by, I would definitely stay again.

Food plenty of choice at meal times bit off everything Enjoyed stay very close to beach and nightlife and hotel quiet in the evenings. Pool area clean and nice to relax with cheap beer at bar

Good location, decent food, cheap drinks, lovely pool area, sea view. The room I stayed in was basic and in desperate need of renovation, but another room used by our party was fine

Basic hotel clean good food. Few minutes from beach and night life. I certainly would be happy to come back to this hotel.

Stayed in May rooms basic but cleaned everyday and fresh towels also hairdryer provided

I was also pleased with the chairs on the balcony: not like in many other hotels - wicker or plastic, like in street cafes, and always dusty - here they are comfortable, like armchairs (the seat and back are curved for comfort) and they are wiped when cleaning the room

Conveniently located (beach nearby, bus stop nearby, several supermarkets nearby). But the price is too high, although hotels on the first line are even more expensive

A very good hotel, a solid “four”. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are in good condition (plumbing, bedding, and furniture). The size and layout of the rooms are typical of Spanish resort hotels

The staff is appropriate - polite and ready to help with any questions. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food; there are themed dinners (Italian, Asian cuisine)

We stayed over Christmas and the only disappointment was the time of the Gala dinner - 8pm is far too late for us to be eating a big meal which finished at around 11

The hotel was nice in the reception and food areas and located on a quiet street just 5 mins from the beach. Carpets in communal areas were stained and old. I was on floor 6 and they were terrible

Hotel is well worth the four stars ! Had a lovely warm welcome and a glass of cava. Room wasn’t ready on check in for a few hours which was a pain as arrived at 1

Only negative was getting a sunbed was impossible even with signs saying towels would be removed the beds where still reserved early so went to the beach everyday

The pool and the garden areas were fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and seating, providing a serene oasis to escape the bustle of Benidorm

We stayed in a standard double room with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The room size was fairly standard, not huge but certainly not cramped and was adequate for a relaxing stay

Loved having jokes with the staff especially the pool guy and friendly dining room and catering staff, big love and thanks to the house keeping staff and reception staff for always being so helpful ordering taxis for us and explaining things to us

Very nice staff which speak English pretty well. Bar open late (until 2am), which was good. Spacious and nicely set out rooms, to enjoy at the end of the day. Lovely pool, other than the fact that it was a little small

Was really impressed with outside grounds. Rooms clean and spacious for a studio style. Bed wide and comfortable. Pillow menu very impressed. Food good variety and tasty. Sugar free cookies at breakfast.

Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away

Brilliant location , between the two beaches, great hotel, indoor pool. We were there in February, everything was open .. sparkling wine with breakfast was classy 😀

very nice hotel with great views from the rooftop bar, friendly staff, the pool's are a little on the small side for a hotel of this size but you are a stone's throw from the beach, being situated where it is it's close to everything the old town has to offer and not to far from the strip if that's what you are looking for

Great place for family holidays. Family of 4 people enjoyed vacation in August 2024. Food was fantastic, staff was very supportive and friendly. Walk to the beach takes only 5 mins. Hotel is vary kids and family friendly

My 5 year old enjoyed every second. Rooms great, staff amazing, location supper, down the hill and you at the sea. Kids club and kids pool really great

The pool is cold but you would moan if it was warm. The entertainment team, especially Cobal are amazing, it was my birthday and they made me feel special. The gaming room staff was great with the kids

We went all inclusive, snacks in between meals was good too. 100 % would recommend this hotel without doubt. Little tip if you have small children. The little beach near harbour is a gem

I was worried about all the bad reviews but I can assure you all me and my boys had the best week. Everywhere was clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday. I’m very fussy with my food but I still managed to eat something

Loved our week at the hotel in April. Cobal and the entertainment team are amazing and get everybody to join in. My son loved his first holiday abroad. Nice choice of food and drinks plenty to chose from

Lovely hotel, would definitely go back. Think it has had a recent refurbishment so everything is fresh and modern. The pool gas also been revamped and has a lovely bar with it on the roof

The hotel is located in the old town with its mix of small shops, cafés and restaurants, the beach and promenade are just 5 minutes walk away which means the hotel is perfectly located

Food is on all day to midnight and they have 2 restaurants there are the 4 bars, One on the rooftop along with a jacuzzi and swimming pool

Excellent location, old city centre , the hotel is on a promontory of the sea from all sides. Food at the height of the room is very clean,towels etc changed every day

Beautiful. Just stopped in for a coffee & chocolate frio. Superb view. Met some friendly folk who have just arrived & are over the moon with their room with splendid sea view.

If you select the room with a sea view, the extra charge is definitely worth the view. Would be happy to stay here again, great location, quiet area not far from the beaches, good restaurant.

The staff is polite,but in Russian of course do not say. Noise in the form of the waves outside the window or the rare cries of "drunken English" solved closed window and the a / C on

Hotel pool wasn't open but my visit was early in the year. Roof terrace was lovely to sunbathe on and had views of the sea and the mountains

Location superb 50m from the beach shops and bars in walking distance and a taxi rank right outside. Enjoyed my stay so much have booked to return in May
