The public areas, room, restaurants and main bar area where shows are performed are all excellent. We were staying on a half board basis and the food was excellent - in addition to very sensibly priced drinks

The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there

The hotel's location close to the beach and at the quieter end of Benidorm is fantastic - nice and peaceful but not very far and a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the bustling centre and nightlife

Very satisfied We had a great time in Gran Hotel Bali for 5 days ,an unexpected experience. Excellent quality of services. I would like to return in the future.

The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years

From my room, I had the most beautiful blue sea views, and with so many swimming pools scattered across the resort, there was always a new spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine

The hotel itself is breathtaking – designed in the style of a traditional Spanish village with charming architecture, cobbled-style streets, and colourful facades that make every corner picture-perfect

The design and atmosphere create a true Mediterranean escape – elegant yet so inviting. The service was outstanding throughout my stay – warm, professional, and always with a smile

Whether it was at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, every detail was taken care of to make the experience memorable

And newly built complex, that has look like it has stood here a century or more. All this in quite large territory

Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant

This is hotel is a credit to the group, everything about it is exceptional, I arrived late evening on Christmas eve and the staff had put up a meal for me, salad cold meet and cheese, orange juice and water, I was blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff And it only gets better, great entertainment and lovely surroundings, bedrooms are immaculate and again the staff are amazing,...

The meals were excellent good choices and suited me and the wife. Facities were great swimming pool sun loungers as well as a bar with entertainment. We were looked after very well staff were polite helpful and attentive

Really is worth every penny and so pleased I booked here. To the management and staff you really are exceptional, I stay in a LOT of hotels and you are better overall than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in Thank you

Brilliant hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The room although not big was comfortable and constantly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed near the ***** but not too close to get the noise

At meal times matra was always making sure we were looked after, drinks were served quickly and things ran smoothly. Benidorm is lovely that time of year not too hot definetly not cold

This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.

Hi we have been to this hotel around 23 times. It is basic but very clean the food is first class and the staff are wonderful. Very Spanish orientated but we go out most evenings to the new town or a local tapas bar.

Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade

The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda on reception was especially lovely to me and could not have done more to help despite the fact she was trying to deal with some very difficult guests at the same time - I am very grateful to her

There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon, orange and a beer. Being so this gave us access to the “fast pass” and very little waiting in queues

This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food

The food was lukewarm which was a shame but there are microwaves. There is plenty of choice … but i get that it may not be food that those who like a simple diet of burgers and pizza may not enjoy

At one point a drunken woman accused me of pushing in so if others are not aware of this perk they will feel that people are pushing in. With the ultra we also had premium brand drinks

Restaurant was probably up there with the best !! Proper bacon excellent omelettes cooked by the chef to your liking The guy clearing the tables did it so well never seemed to get flustered made the experience great When we come to Benidorm in the future we shall be stopping here !! What an absolutely lovely hotel, atmosphere was so lively and the music was playing at the pool all day. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and attentive

The marina is bang in the middle of the strip in Benidorm. There is music around the pool every single day. There are plenty of eating places and plenty of bars nearby and you are literally 3 mins from the beach front

Just returned from Benidorm stopping at the marina hotel with friends !!! Excellent location very organised loved it !!! Bar staff around the pool were excellent very friendly and laid back nothing was to much trouble so thanks for making are stay great ! Reception and security staff very good too very friendly and helpful We upgraded on the room which was worth it very clean and well maintained...

All they needed was some loving smiles and some happy faces and they really showed that they appreciated not only us but our happy vibes 10000000% come visit the marina hotel and also come say hello to the lovely julie and sarah at reception

The staff were well-mannered and friendly, my friend has a fear of elevators which staff kindly changed the floor of our room so we were able to take the stairs. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, which was great

Whot a exceptional hotel , a monumental effort for new year's gala dinner pre cocktails, canapés, and 5 course dinner , excellent service, how the staff coped but they made it effortless, rooms comfortable, bathrooms endless hot water even when the hotel is full, cleaned every day ,towels at least 3 times I'm a week , communal areas spotless, aircon and heating controlled individually, all staff...

New year's eves gala dinner was amazing. Most definitely a hotel I would recommend. Tiny little pointer if you like quiet don't have a room on the front. We love it but it is a tad noisy

The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security

Our 3rd visit to this lovely hotel and it didn't disappoint with any of the facilities. The staff are so friendly nothing too much trouble. Food excellent would be even be better if plates were warm. Will b back.

Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day…. Overall great hotel, location and couldn’t have asked for more

Food is good value, we went half board and were very happy Rooms are spacious and clean we will request a balcony next time - the roof top bar is also really nice and adults only which we really appreciated

Lovely spotlessly clean and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous, very helpful and professional. We were on floor 7 and had a view of peoples laundry but also the sea and Benidorm island

The breakfast had plenty on offer and the food was good. It is an excellent location for the old town and had everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples

Lovely high room with great view. The staff are all very friendly and happy to assist with any questions. I forgot my plug adapter and the receptionist let me use one they had

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

I wasn't impressed by the cockroach walking around one of the coffee machines (I told one of the staff who shrugged their shoulders) not the worst, but definitely not worth 4 stars

The rules about wearing a shirt in the internal public areas were not enforced leading to some unfortunate sights. The lifts were inadequate for the numbers trying to use them

The less good things were mainly about the other guests who were noisy in all public areas. The feral kids running riot in the restaurant were a liability

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant buffet was plentiful

Very nice, all the animals groomed, fun to track the schedule of feeding the animals, all comment on the zoo staff in English and Spanish. The territory is vast, learning is comfortable

Mario at the kontiki lounge bar was so welcoming , a funny guy with an amazing go to attitude happy to help with anything you need ! Amazing cocktails and vibes !

The resort had loads to do! The zoo is fantastic, the waterpark is great! The resort also puts on a free bus to take you to into Benidorm. There is also an app which shows you whats on everyday so you can plan your days

We also paid extra for a hot tub and all inclusive plus which were both well worth the money. However, the food is awful! It was cold, looked under cooked and most days we were living on chips and bread

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them

A lovely lady named Gianina gives absolutely wonderful customer service! She is so warm, welcoming, and always greets you with the kindest smile. She makes every visit feel special and enjoyable

Great hotel. [ my thoughts] Room nice size, great views [ 12th floor] Staff always gave a smile. A lot of spanish staying so you know it's a good hotel. Only breakfast on my deal & very good. [ mostly spanish] choices.

I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals

Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and elegant We had a wonderful time – and we will definitely return!

The staff service was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Ruben at reception was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning staff was excellent

When we arrived, we noticed the room had two single beds instead of a double — we mentioned it at reception, and they changed it immediately with no fuss

They have a surf shack vibe and the bathroom and balcony were brilliant the pool area is great not too busy and getting beds for the day was no problem at all in the evening they have entertainment in two areas first is by the pool on the stage where they have multiple acts on throughout the evening

100% returning !! Close to everything, also very quiet when the doors are closed. Perfect location . Only downside. Tables in dining area are far too close together and evening meal would be better if it started at 6pm

I would say its one of the best I have stayed in the food and the food area is so good if you are A fussy eater well they have lots of variety for you to choose from and the food was plentiful And was great quality

3 friends and myself are just home on Tues 26th August from a 6 day stay in Ambassador 1 hotel and we had an absolute ball from start to finish. What a fabulous hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff

Our cleaner (room 1202/1203) did a fantastic job in our rooms every day, fresh towels and a thorough clean. The food was delicious and plenty of choice. My request for low floor rooms wasn't a problem to them

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel. The staff on the reception were brilliant. Explained everything that we needed to know. The rooms were very modern and look like they’ve just been renovated

The biggest problem I had was with the food temperature, everything was just lukewarm. The soup was the warmest food I had during the week we were there. Would definitely return on a room only basis though

Only a couple of downsides- apart from breakfast you have to pay for any drinks you want at lunch/dinner (even water), and the glass on the balcony wasn't clean. Location is decent for the beach and the strip

I’d stay here again in a heartbeat, but only on a room only basis. The food was the biggest letdown, although some ingredients were of an ok quality, some were not

That same night was a bit windy ,we heard a sound like a jet engine starting coming from gapping around veranda door framework. On second night which was a lot windier the jet engine noise was bad ,so much at 4

so just a tip if you like a coffee grab a milk from the shop and use the coffee and sugar sachets available at breakfast. iverall though great hotel and we will be back

Special mention to front desk staff and room staff who cannot do enough for you to be comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended from us, and will relay details of the hotel to all family and friends

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. The breakfast team to the front desk all staff made sure we felt relaxed and got we needed

With breath taking views over Benidorm. Beautiful place away from the madness of city. I would definitely make a return to here in the near future

Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish

The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer

H10 has absolutely beautiful hotels everywhere we have been so far (Malaga, Madrid and Benidorm). This particular hotel is right on the sea front, next to the old town which is the charming part of Benidorm

And on the show cooking grill I did have to ask the grill chef to ease up on the salt, as a couple of times I recieved over seasoned meat. That apart I can say I will definately return again

He is genuinely so kind with every single guest and super helpful when help is needed. He could easily work in some of the top restaurants in the world. We are about the check out with only positive things in our mind

Just got back from a week here. Brilliant hotel, great location on the Poniente handy for the old town and close enough to walk into the Levante. ALL the staff were helpful,attentive and gave service with a smile

Our room is very spacious and stylish, the bathroom is perfect too. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The service is always 5*, and in Benidorm they went beyond our expectation from the moment we arrived

Great pool on the roof, with a bar with loads of space to enjoy the sunshine. Rooms are spacious and to a high standard, could not fault the hotel at all for cleanliness, service and attentive staff

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times

We visited the local market and arranged a day trip to Mundamar. You can upgrade to Ultra AI to receive a few extra benefits, but this was going to add another 600€ to our holiday, which we didn’t think was worth it

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides

Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge and amazing views! We had access to a main buffet restaurant which had a good selection of food and theme nights every evening I

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average

The wifi is excellent, the buffet breakfasts are good but not great. The pool area is beside the busy sea front road

Incredible views, the best choice we made was to book at this hotel, I would always go back there.

Things to be aware of: -The pool water is very cold, especially the rooftop pool (which felt more like a plunge pool). Even the sea was warmer! It looked great, but hard to enjoy for long swims

Pool is cold but refreshing but the bottom of it could do with a clean but this is our only downside to this hotel. Food is acceptable but limited by nature. Breakfast is better than evening meal

Rooftop terrace vat is amazing with awesome views of Benidorm and beyond. Most of the rooms have sea and Mountain View’s and balconies are very large

Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Probably one of the best breakfasts i've had from a hotel! Easy walk to the Old Town, New Town and the beach
