Mayhem!!! The only word for this hotel. If you are looking for a good nights sleep or relaxing holiday then dont book this hotel. Been here one night and we want to leave. Rooms are clean enough but need upgraded. Several things not working in the room. The hotel itself looked good when we arrived late last night. We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach. Great hotel for the money. Extremly clean and good food and drinks always available. Fantastic, helpful staff let us keep around until we needed to leave at 6pm. Down side, there's no proper pool for a swim but there is a pool so sit in to cool down which was more than adiquate. Thanks for a great holiday!

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married. Excellent hotel staff could not do enough for us. They moved our room to be closer to our son. Easy access to the beach about five minute walk. The pool area was great. Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Great staff and good food. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Would stay agin. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later. In a good location as well.

Overall good Good location, breakfast not too good. AC on point for hot spain weather. Make sure to book your taxi yourself as the hotel charges comission and the price is higher. Ended yo paying 95€ instead of 75€

Considering how little i booked this hotel for, i was more than pleasantly surprised when i got to my room. It was very nice with an equally nice clean bathroom. To top it all, it included Breakfast.... I would have "No problem" recommending this hotel to others, I would certainly stay here again. 👍🏼👍🏼

A great value hotel in an area that is close enough to everything Benidorm has to offer but is far enough out of the Hussle and bussel to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The swimming pool isn't very big for the number of guest rooms but it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent value at €8.

Okay hotel but quite a walk away from the old town and up a steep hill. Didn't try the breakfast as it was only continental and we like an English breakfast. This is a lovely hotel located just south of the Old Town and right on the seafront with access to the beach and promenade. A bright clean hotel. My bedroom/bathroom was large clean and comfy. There is a great rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Despite the advertised and website info stating that there is Wi-Fi at the hotel, there isn’t, at all. In 2025 zero Wi-Fi at a hotel is unheard of but Hotel Rambla doesn’t have WiFi. The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish.
