My review is mostly for the animation staff who did great for my 3 years son, especially Paula who went above and beyond to keep him entertained, allowing mum and dad some precious relaxing time by the pool. A large beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were smart and very pleasant. The food was very Spanish which I enjoyed but there was even roast beef and Yorkshire pud presented some days. I would like to go back when it wasn't the school holidays. I like children but not hundreds of them.

My new second home :) had the best 5 days on holiday here. Was on a solo holiday and had the time of my life. Rooms are spotless, the food is a hit and a miss, had some nice lunch but I’m a fussy eater, so wasn’t a fan any other time. The drinks were so strong & was never thirsty lol. Hotel a little dated but was clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. No welcome pack only a few cans of fizzy drink in the fridge & a bottle of prosecco which was fine. Had a great time the hotel was lovely and clean. Had a huge choice of good food . The room was nice and clean. Our beds were made every day had fresh towels. Only draw back was the huge queues at the bar only had one member of staff serving. Apart from that the staff were very welcoming . Will definitely book again for next year

We arrived at the Cristal Park Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday morning, during our check-in we the reception person didn’t explain to us what was included in the (Ultra Premium) band, how we go about the bus times for the other resorts, so the kids ended up missing out on visiting the other resorts as we only discovered their was a bus timetable on the wall at reception two days before leaving...

Being English customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately this hotel has too many bad employees working here for it to be enjoyable for someone so focused on customer service. However, the food and rooms were good so if customer service isn't a focus then you will enjoy it here

Budget hotel. Located nearer the old town than the newer busier section though only 15 mins walk away. Breakfast good buy are out in the old town which is 5 mins away and loads of good restaurants. Pool on roof with pool bar serving in half pint plastic cups....

I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. We had a balcony in our room. They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices...

Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

Just got back from week here, all inclusive for a family of 9 (3 rooms). We requested 2 of the rooms be next to each other before our arrival and this was met, these two did not have the best view however the third room had a lovely view of the pool. Good rooms fitted to a good standard. Very clean. Half board meals had plenty of variety. Great priced bar 1.5 euro for glass of wine. Pool side and sun bathing area big enough and plenty of space. Reception staff helpful. Short walk to the beach with easy access to shops close by.

Just stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy with hotel. Staff work really hard to keep all areas clean and tidy. Updated bedroom was lovely, especially the walk-in shower. The addition of a kettle plus tea/coffee was an added bonus. Plenty of food -something for everyone I would definitely recommend hotel for very good value.

The Blackpool of Spain... lots of old people, plenty of cheesiness, but it is a happy clean and friendly place. Its definitely not a high end place with rips on the sofa and rusty bars on the windows, but the room is clean and comfy and it is just 2 minutes from the beach

Great hotel for the money. Extremly clean and good food and drinks always available. Fantastic, helpful staff let us keep around until we needed to leave at 6pm. Down side, there's no proper pool for a swim but there is a pool so sit in to cool down which was more than adiquate. Thanks for a great holiday!

Considering how little i booked this hotel for, i was more than pleasantly surprised when i got to my room. It was very nice with an equally nice clean bathroom. To top it all, it included Breakfast.... I would have "No problem" recommending this hotel to others, I would certainly stay here again. 👍🏼👍🏼

A nice old fashioned Spanish hotel. Mostly older Spanish guests. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Food is Spanish and of a good standard. This place is just great value. Great location. Very clean tidy rooms well appointed. The biggest pool and grounds ever. Best aircon ever. Food good don't expect pie and chips though because guess what your in Spain eat good Spanish food. Very helpful staff. Excellent stay.

Stayed overnight with family. Hotel is in a really hood location near poniente beach. Our room was a good size but really smelled of stale cigarette smoke as a non smoker this was so uncomfortable but only for 1 night was ok. The breakfast wasn't the best but only cost a few euros extra so can't really complain

Lovely hotel. Food selection was fantastic! Never really saw the entertainment team (except in the restaurant). Maybe a little further away from the "busy area" but we were fine with this. The area felt quaint and authentic.

After finding myself in an awful situation where I lost my phone, wallet and address to my villa, the staff here kindly let me use their phone multiple times to ring home, sort out money and a booking for the night. In the morning, they also went to an extra effort to made sure I had a taxi to my booked villa, communicated the situation to the taxi driver and even checked up I got there afterwards...

Just arrived but impressed already. My room is just right for me and a great view of the beach and the whole of Benidorm. The bathroom is superb and a large shower. Pool area is a nice size. In the quiet side of town and a long walk to the other side of town. The restaurant is large and I enjoyed the food that was on offer.

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming. There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit. Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. Rooms were clean and functional with free use of safes in the rooms. Powerful shower. Plenty of storage/wardrobe/drawers etc. Plenty of sun loungers around...

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal...

The rooms are spacious, we didn't have a balcony and not enough plug sockets, had to take the kettle out to plug in the air condition which was positioned near the fridge so couldn't benefit from it. Not enough plug sockets, also could do with brighter lights as it was a struggle to put our make up on, apart from that the room was okay. Ideal location easy access to all the main bars. Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

For what we paid it could have been a tent.food was very good with plenty of choice. Beer on tap till midnight. The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it to a more discerning holiday maker due to a lack of any luxury, I would definitely return based on great value for money.

The hotel is in a great location, if you can deal with a less than great service, but not a terrible one, this is a great place to stay at. Food was good, the hotel attracts an older crowd, but that just means less loud people at later hours of the day. The rooms are kept very clean.. A few issues I found was no fridge,no kettle or facilities to make a drink..the beds were comfortable.. But for me the main issue was a noise nearly all night- it sounded like an old air con unit outside our door- (we didn't have ours on so it wasn't ours)..the balcony could've been wider- 2ft wide is more or less pointless..reception staff were very helpful- the pool...

Excellent value, we paid a premium for a sea view room and was treated to one of the best views in Benidorm. We chose the half board option and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful. Staff are friendly and the property is kept very clean. It is popular with the older Spanish clientel, This is not an issue in anyway just an observation

We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine. Immaculately clean with helpful staff, for a short stay we couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one week . At check in the staff were very helpful. I booked a single room which was clean and had a 4 ft bed. It was identical to the room shown on the website. The hotel is situated opposite the beach in the best part of Benidorm with bars and restaurants close by.

Had 4 nights away with the girls and we all said this hotel is far better than we expected. The photos do not do it justice. The rooms and corridors must of recently been done up and are very modern and spotlessly clean. The pool area and restaurant also much nicer than expected with a very nice shaded chill out area that looks new. All staff are lovely and perfect location, just few minutes to lovely...

We stopped here every evening for drinks. I have only given one star for the rooms as we have never stayed there, so I can't comment. We sat every evening at the outside bar. The staff are run off their feet but still give good service.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Good sized, clean rooms, good shower, balcony, and very helpful staff. All inclusive food had a great variety, was fresh and tasted good. Much better than previous Spanish all inclusive hotels. First week open but looking great staff friendly helpful probably best food for price of hotel and as for looks refurbed rooms are modern and functional communal areas great too . would definitely come back .
