Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good. Disadvantages - weak WiFi, the only place you can get it inside in our room was bathroom; no fresh yogurt for breakfast, limited options for fruits - cherries only once, peaches in half meals. Good service and cool hot tub in the room ($$$ upgrade) but that’s about it. The facilities need to be updated and cared for much better. As a business owner and service provider, you can tell this hotel group doesn’t have the management oversight capacity to maintain all their properties in order to uphold their “4 star” rating. Needs attention asap… better house keeping throughout the entire resort...

Great hotel in the perfect location. Fabulous selection of food. Very friendly staff. Especially Paco at the pool bar who looked after s so well. And Raquel who kept an eye on everything and made sure we were happy. The hotel is very clean. The friendly staff are always cleaning. Room is absolutely amazing, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it is so nice! Service is outstanding bar staff are lovely and very accommodating! Location is ideal right on the beach front and shows amazing attractions in the old town. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. One of the best hotel if not the best in Benidorm. I was just having my best life in this place and the way they treats you from the first day till last day is unbelievable and amazing. We had a great experience starting with our amazing room that had the most comfortable beds, rituals bath products and a huge balcony. Breakfast was 10/10 and the pool/sky bar was also great. This hotel was amazing from start to finish of our holiday. Staff on arrival were so welcoming & efficient. We had a problem with our air con, which was fixed right away. Super clean & cozy rooms, sound proof! Diego in the Sky Lounge bar was so happy to help and lots of fun. The views from sky bar & the pool were just beautiful. We will be returning here!

This place is amazing and safe. The staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. The beds are comfy, the rooms are big, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Breakfast has a ton of options, and everything is fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool is a little small, but there's still enough space and beds for everyone, and they even have free towels.

This hotel is amazing!! I don't think they had our booking so it is lucky my sister printed the details but they rectified this very quickly. Everywhere was so clean, smelt amazing. Just back from a 4 night Trip to Benidorm . The first thing that hits you as you walk into this hotel is the smell, it's divine. Everything else just as good . Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. Love the different choice of foods and also drinks. Also the lodge was lovely and clean. Mini bar refilled very day. The zoo and water park were the added bonus. We spent 4 nights here and it's very well set up for families. Our son found plenty of other kids to play with and we all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and town. Staff were very accommodating. The one negative is the steep hill to climb but that can't be helped.

Went to the Indian inside this place. Rather pleasant food but to he honest if I wasn't all inclusive I would have been disappointed. Cheap beer cheap wine but the staff were great and cheerful! Only my first day in Benidorm but could tell the kebab/ curry places be far better.

Stayed here for a week in September. Probably give a generous 6 1/2 out of 10. It was not good for food especially during the day, having to wait more than 35 minutes in a queue to get a hot dog. The pool was quite small, was told no inflatables were allowed in the pool but people still brought them in. I will give a more concise review on TripAdvisor

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath.
