Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

I came with a group of 24. Hotel was great, although some rooms a bit on small side. Food was really good choice and for us it was great to have wine with our evening meal. Service also was very good. We loved the pools both inside and out along with Jacuzzi's. My only complaint is the fact that the sea had some type of fish that liked human flesh. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

Nice hotel. Good location. Terrible information on arrival. No WiFi info, no pool info etc. Safe doesn't work. Phone in room, but not able to call reception to report anything wrong!!! Get the small stuff right. Don't expect to have to go to reception twice to ask.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. We had a balcony in our room. They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices...

Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other. Having spent a week with my family, I would like to note the good attention of the hotel staff. Highlight Carlos in the dining room, excellent professional, attentive and very friendly. This summer I spent a few days and I liked it. 100% recommend to go with family. Very good atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Covid measures were 1000% followed. I was just looking for New Year's Eve, but how is everything ... Next year we will repeat for sure.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

Love the different choice of foods and also drinks. Also the lodge was lovely and clean. Mini bar refilled very day. The zoo and water park were the added bonus. Could go in as many times as u liked during ur stay. Also the snack bar in the water park gave you free food with ur all inclusive band. Sunbeds were included on the all inclusive as well at the water park.

Absolutely loved it while we were there. Stayed in one of the new lodges. Staff were all friendly even with working long hours. The zoo & waterpark are fab.. Kids loved the slides. Definitely recommend and definitely be returning.. Just some of the hundreds of pictures we took.

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. We spent 4 nights here and it's very well set up for families. Our son found plenty of other kids to play with and we all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and town. Staff were very accommodating. The one negative is the steep hill to climb but that can't be helped.

Went to the Indian inside this place. Rather pleasant food but to he honest if I wasn't all inclusive I would have been disappointed. Cheap beer cheap wine but the staff were great and cheerful! Only my first day in Benidorm but could tell the kebab/ curry places be far better.

Stayed here for a week in September. Probably give a generous 6 1/2 out of 10. It was not good for food especially during the day, having to wait more than 35 minutes in a queue to get a hot dog. The pool was quite small, was told no inflatables were allowed in the pool but people still brought them in. I will give a more concise review on TripAdvisor

As a business owner and service provider, you can tell this hotel group doesn’t have the management oversight capacity to maintain all their properties in order to uphold their “4 star” rating. Room is absolutely amazing, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it is so nice! Service is outstanding bar staff are lovely and very accommodating! Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue.
