If the rooms had soft close doors we would come back.

The staff are amazing and really helpful, the location is great for the old town and the new town. The facilities are of a very high standard, with great views from the rooms, very child friendly with lots to do for the children and a children's nursery for up to 11s in the evening. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again 5⭐s from me

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Just spent a week here and loved it. We were silver level all inclusive and the quality of the drinks and food was excellent. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the hotel was always clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again.

The food was best we have had in Benidorm. Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. We WILL be back!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

Fabulous resort, just doesn’t have the 5 star experience at the Level, understaffed (basically fend for yourself) at level pool areas. No food @ pool, no pool bar table service and it’s quite a track. Breakfast buffet with birds crawling over it, just not what you’d expect for the money. Coffee options poor. Take my advice just stay in the Vilitana 4 star side of the hotel and save yourself money...

The hotel felt homely as you entered the reception area. Rooms were cleaned daily with a change of sheets and towels. Restaurant was roomy and plenty of food choices. Entertainment was really good. Most definitely we would stay there again and highly recommend the Diplomatic Hotel without a doubt.

Overall our experience was good. The view of the sea, cleanliness and the staff were fantastic. Food was good, especially the breakfasts, however, other meals were average and repetitive. Speaking with other guests we all agreed the hotel was noisy. Roadworks couldn’t be helped, but the other noises from constant delivery drivers 24/7 took away from the experience. I’d consider returning again...

This hotel was in the best location in the middle of all the main bars and clubs. Hotel staff were very professional and very polite. NICOLE who was running the top floor bar was extremely hardworking and could have not looked after our group any better. The hotel rooms were very impressive and clean - 100% recommend!!! We recently returned from the stay at this hotel and we genuinely have no complaints or any faults at all. The place was absolutely spotless and the check-in was easy. The food was also fantastic. I would like to make an honourable mention for Nicole from the sky bar who looked after us so so well on our stay. All of the staffs English was also very good.
