Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. Just stayed a week bed an breakfast on a golfing holiday. Nice hotel mainly based at older Spanish guests. Youngsters may find it one to avoid, having said that it is handily placed for the strip and dozens of good restaurants.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Our stay was perfect for what we wanted. Food and drink all day long, amazing polite and hard working staff. Amazing night sleep due to memory foam mattresses. Only downside was air con was noisy and not gassed and due to us getting stuck in the elevator our son made us do the stairs after that all 18 floors!

Great hotel with fabulous staff and a wondeful place to take the family! My one and only issue was the sunbed situation. People would be allowed to leave towels on sunbeds all day without actually using the sunbeds when signs clearly state you can only leave towels on for an hour. But other than that, its a fantastic place!

We booked whilst it was going through a refurb! Reviews were very poor.. we were honestly wondering what the hell we had done!! On arriving at the hotel, it was amazing from start to finish. Been once but the whole family absolutely enjoyed every minute. Family hotel with loads todo games room swimming pool water slides. Great food we never had to eat out once. Staff are super friendly. Clean and tidy rooms had the option of a bath or shower which is lovely. Not a far walk to the beach or shops. Great entertainment/kids club. Free wifi. What more can I say we had a beautiful holiday.

Absolutely brilliant time! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. The only reason i put 4 stars on the room is because the toilet is to close to the sink cabinet so you can't sit straight. The toilet seat was loose because of this and it broke whilst we were here. Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic....

We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. Ok if you are not on floor 1. Prison style balcony doors to stop your room being robbed. We would have preferred little bottles of Shampoo and Shower gel and fresh soap rather than used bottles of cheap hand wash and shampoo and shower gel in 1, alts when you ask for maintenance they should be straight on the job which the problem with the toilet was not fixed. An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. We WILL be back!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. We have great time and need to say we enjoy every minute of it. Buffet restaurant was great, food was very nice and plenty of it and good variety, everybody can find something they like. Definitely like to stay here again.

Spent Christmas there this year. I couldn't fault it. Christmas eve and Christmas day meals were fantastic. I hope to return again very soon.

Nice hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach Playa del Poniente. The hotel is only 7 floors. On arrival the accommodation was fast. Room cleaned well and towels changed every day. Breakfast is quite varied, only the tea is not delicious...( the Cook dinner prepares several hot dishes, be sure to have fish. Relax in the hotel mostly English and Spanish. The staff are friendly. Very nice stay!

4 night stay with wife for anniversary. 1st time in Benidorm and I honestly cannot fault the hotel. The staff were amazing always on hand to help. I am really fussy with food and have stayed all over Spain and this was the best choice of meals I have seen in a long time. Excellent hotel, stayed here several times due to the quality of rooms and high standard. There is plenty of choice for drinks and food options. They have entertainment on an evening, and I love their chill out adult roof area. I wish they would heat their pool as this is a very clean, lovely area but absolutely freezing due to being hidden by buildings. Due to the temperature of the pool it is underused...

It's a nice friendly hotel. It has inside & outside seating available. Positioned on the beach front, where sunbeds can be hired daily. The hotel accommodation is nice.
