The service is excellent, the food was amazing and the building is beautiful. Definitely I give it 5 stars. Next time I go to Barcelona, this is my place

We were thrilled and very appreciative of the front desk staff especially Maria, Tatania, Lorraine and Jose. (I am sorry I may not have the spelling of their names right). They all made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed assistance with, transit directions especially.
Breakfast was delicious as well. It was very good to have a safe in the room.

The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was just steps from the bus to Barcelona. The only downside was the restaurant. We ate dinner there and it was a big mistake. They were out of most things we wanted to order- entrees, wine and dessert. They did, however, replace one item that we ordered that was distasteful and replaced it with another but the food was very mediocre.

We had a conference here for 2 weeks and all the staff were so friendly and supportive. They tried to accept most of our requests. It was pretty far from the city but had a pretty beach nearby, as well as shopping malls. It seems like a small village but there are some shops along the street to look around, too. If you are looking for a cozy place with a nice budget, this hotel is for you. I definitely loved to stay here, and hope to visit again.

Basic and clean with great location, you pay half the rates of central Barcelona. Fifteen minutes from the airport. Buses that take just 40 minutes to get into the centre of Barcelona.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food options were limited but local cafes are open until late. Quiet safe neighbourhood.

your explanations are unacceptable. you can't lose a ring that you left in the bathroom and that came into the possession of a third party. we reported the matter to the police in Barcelona and an investigation has begun. the hotel is very unfriendly to guests and everyone should be careful with this hotel because the same thing can happen to anyone.
I strongly advise against this hotel! We stayed for 1 night and my wife left her engagement ring in the bathroom next to the bathtub. We found out about it after leaving the hotel in a taxi. Despite repeated attempts to recover the ring which was 100% left in the bathroom, the staff did not return the thing we left. We are reporting the matter to booking and the police. The attitude of the staff is unacceptable, we are disgusted and wronged because the ring had a very big sentimental meaning and was of great value.

This budget hotel has some surprisingly good features. Excellent breakfast. Large room with refrigerator and safe. Very easy bus service runs 24 hours a day.

We stayed in a family room for 1 night enroute to our resort destination. Good size room and perfect for us and our 2 boys. Good breakfast buffet included.
The reception team were fantastic, especially Mary who helped us so much with transport and luggage issues. We were having a big problem as our Car Hire had gone wrong at the Airport. She helped us look for lots of other options and also helped us with keeping our luggage safe too. Really appreciated how nothing was too much trouble for her, thank you Mary and the team.

DISGUSTING! Only one word to describe this hotel. Their lift doesn't work sometimes, the buttons inside lift are broken.
Their cutlery, plates, glasses are dirty. The room doesn't have a dustbin, liquid soap and even if you complain them, they don't care.
