We stayed in a family room for 1 night enroute to our resort destination. Good size room and perfect for us and our 2 boys. Good breakfast buffet included.
The reception team were fantastic, especially Mary who helped us so much with transport and luggage issues. We were having a big problem as our Car Hire had gone wrong at the Airport. She helped us look for lots of other options and also helped us with keeping our luggage safe too. Really appreciated how nothing was too much trouble for her, thank you Mary and the team.

DISGUSTING! Only one word to describe this hotel. Their lift doesn't work sometimes, the buttons inside lift are broken.
Their cutlery, plates, glasses are dirty. The room doesn't have a dustbin, liquid soap and even if you complain them, they don't care.

Beware! Their service is the worst! They do not care for their customer's satisfaction. In the breakfast, their plates, glasses and cutlery all are dirty especially the glasses. Food taste is below average.
All they want is to take money and provide zero service. They do not put liquid soap in their rooms. After telling them multiple times, they provided it. The behavior of the staff is not good.
There are better hotels than this nearby. Go for that.

10/10 hotel and restaurant, im Spanish, and I’ve never tasted a better paella in Castelldefels than here. Service is also 10/10, waiters are very nice, and they always greet me, been knowing them for years now ( Yes paella is so good I come once a year to Flora Parc just to eat one)

Sweet little place with nice rooms and the friendliest service I've experienced at any hotel in Europe. The breakfast buffet is just OK, but it's much better than the included breakfast at American hotels. The pool is small and shaded in the morning but we're close to the beach.

It's really nice if you want friendly staff and something a bit away from the wildness of Barcelona. 15 minutes from the train station and 20-25 away in train and you're there. I would book again.

Nice and friendly place with "gratis" breakfast.
