Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. The staffs at the reception are very friendly and professional. The breakfast has sufficient options. The location is good and not too far away from the old town. Overall great experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BED BUGS!!! ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AND THE HOTEL MANAGER AND STAFF REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY .... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

We had the WORST hotel experience in our lives at this hotel. I have NEVER written a review before, but in this case, I absolutely need to warn other guests of this disgusting and upsetting experience. We checked in during the evening before our early morning flight, which we had to leave the hotel for at 3:45am. We did not have high expectations for the hotel to be luxury or anything, we just needed a place to rest our heads of a few hours during our layover in Palma. My only criteria was clean and decent, so we booked a 4 star hotel with a reputable brand thinking that's what we would get. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the opposite of that and caused headaches and exposure to bed bugs that we never imagined could be such a nightmare. First of all, after the inconvenient parking situation at the hotel (read other reviews on that), we walked 15 minutes with all our bags late at night from a public garage to get to the hotel tired and ready to sleep. VERY inconvenient location and not even in the beautiful part of Palma. As soon as we checked into the room, you could tell it was not well cleaned. As I do in all hotels, I pulled back the sheets to make sure all looked clean, only to find multiple hairs in the bed on the sheets and pillow case. The shower and sink also had hairs in it. I called the lobby to inform them, and as I was calling, my husband checked under the mattress cover to discover BED BUGS / BED BUG POOP ALL OVER THE MATTRESS. Horrified and disgusted we went to the lobby desk to ask for help and reassurance. It seemed like they have dealt with this before in the way they "hush hush" spoke to us, quickly trying to silence us and quietly appease us with "drink vouchers" and an offer to switch us to a new room. The hotel attendant had no sincerity to her apology, and when I asked for an explanation of their cleanliness protocols before we agreed to take the chance on another room, she gave me attitude and refused to answer, rolling her eyes at me, even though this was surely a reasonable request. I wanted to leave the hotel, but we could not find anything else available and in our price range and it was 11pm and we had a 3:45am flight. So, we reluctantly were forced to agree to take the new room they offered us. After inspecting the new room, we noticed the bed had no signs of bugs but fine there were also hairs in that room in the sinks and showers. I HAVE PHOTO EVIDENCE OF ALL OF THIS - see attached. The room they took us to also had two twin beds not the king bed we booked & paid for. We went back to the lobby to ask if there was anything more they can do to compensate us for the inconvenience and this terrible situation, especially given this was eating into our already short sleep as we had 4 hours to sleep before our early flight. The answer was NO. The hotel manager emailed the next day refusing to take responsibility, or admit the truth and falsely claimed the bed bugs were just "balled fabric from friction on the mattress" -- HAHA!! Are you SERIOUS!!!! They finally sent us only a 10% refund. Not only do they not clean rooms, they lie and do not offer any fair compensation.

If they had been understanding and apologetic, and provided adequate compensation for this, I would not be so upset (although still disgusted by this dirty place).

I will NEVER stay at Melia hotels EVER again and I have never ever had an experience at a hotel that has led me to write a review but in this case, I must as I want to warn all other guests.

The hotel looks nice and the service we experienced - from check-in and at the bar - was really good. The gym wasn’t adequately air-conditioned. The bedroom decor was a bit tired and naff but perfectly comfortable with soft bedding and a good shower. There was good quiet air-con in our room and a cute little balcony. The main issue was the lack of soundproofing. Our room - on the first floor - was wildly noisy from both the street and next door / a local bar or disco. The sound of bass when we went to sleep at midnight was intense! Still managed to sleep ok - possibly due to a well-made negroni at the bar!

Recently, I stayed at a seaside hotel that costs 300 euros per night, but the experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the so-called "seaside view" was just a narrow window, giving the impression of being next to a cramped harbor. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning, with mugs clearly not cleaned for a long time.

The room service was also disappointing. While their service fees were reasonable, what they actually provided did not match the advertisements, and even the information on their website was inaccurate. Breakfast was particularly underwhelming, with fruits being rotten, ham not fresh, and the selection not very extensive.

Despite the convenient location, these issues made me feel like it was not worth spending such a high amount. Moreover, hearing about someone losing money in the conference room raised doubts about the hotel's security.

Overall, I was very disappointed with this stay and would not recommend it to other travelers.

Really nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. Air con wasn’t on when we were there in March but they brought us a fan as the outside temperature reached 26 degrees. Excellent service from the cleaners - I left my phone charger in the room and after check out they still got it back to me 😊

Lovely hotel with a spacious lobby and fabulous view of the marina. Very friendly staff, especially Miki the barman, who always serves with a smile and a friendly word. Great breakfast with a huge choice. The only shortcoming was the mattress, which was hard. We did get a mattress topper when we asked, but still, the mattress was hard, even with the mattress topper.

We called into the Hotel for a drink last night. It was very busy with an event. The head Barman, Ernesto was excellent. Very professional & friendly, taking time to chat to everyone and providing a great service. A big thank you to him for making us so welcome!

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for Christmas and New Year. We had a gorgeous and clean room with beautiful marina views. We upgraded to the ‘level’ which we would highly recommend. Food at the hotel restaurants was very good. I can’t say enough about the gentleman Santiago, who works on reception, he was very welcoming and his hospitality was outstanding, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay extra special and we were extremely grateful.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! We have booked more expensive room with Level lounge experience, which I recommend as a "must have" thing. Our room has stunning view with two separate balconies, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and sofa with TV in the separate room. I would like to especially thank to the Level receptionist Alejandro, who is the perfect example of the right person in the right place. He was very helpful and made our stay just perfect. I arrange this stay as a birthday surprise for my husband - they sent us a bottle of prosecco, some cookies and very nice personally hand written birthday wish which made my husband literally cry :) I also have to say, that breakfast buffet is very delicious! Location is perfect, you have a beautiful view over the marina. You are close to the city centre (reachable by walk, taxi, buses...). The only minus is the reconstruction going on in front of the hotel (almost over the whole promenade), but this was not an issue for us, because we have stayed in hotel during the weekend, so it was quiet and calm. This was not our last stay, see you soon, we would come back! :) Best regards!

I got a room with a fantastic view of the marina and access to the Level lounge which basically entitled you to snacks and wine/beer/soft drinks (spirits and tapas 5:30-7) all day until 11pm. Luis, one of the waiters, was incredible helpful and extremely friendly. We were on a group trip and we booked four room. All of them were very nice with a peekaboo bathroom.
Staff at the reception was extremely helpful and efficient. A special mention goes to Veronica, , she welcomed us personally and whenever we needed anything she made sure it was taken care of. Location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city and the marina, and visit the different beaches by car. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we couldn't have asked for better service! Excellent hotel overall!
