Just arrived here with my 88 year old mom. Nobody helped to carry our 2 suitcases to the room on 5 th floor. They are also ignoring any request to provide room with 2 separate beds. When we enter the room 2 beds were standing together . Probably they wanted me to move them apart by ourselves! Thanks for your outstanding services for 2 ladies one of which almost 90 years old!😡😡😡

A nice hotel with apartment type rooms. Large amount of space for the price. The furnishings were clean and modern. Good location, close to a metro stop with multiple lines. Some street noise in the room but not a deal breaker.

the hotel rooms and services are quite good relational quality price without being wonderful, now don't expect the best smile in the world when you arrive, they have plenty of people to take care of them because they don't even ask you where you come from so you are just another number, they have plenty people in Madrid. Right now it's a complicated area if you have to take a taxi because Ferraz is close with the demonstrations, you have a parking lot in front because the one at the hotel just seeing the entrance makes you turn back. Not only is it narrow, there is also no elevator.

I loved the spaciousness, the decoration, the comfort, the beautiful cafeteria and how well located it is. There is a coffee maker, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave if you want to cook something. The bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.

Excellent hotel in relation to quality - price. Well done structure. The reception staff are very kind and always available. Located 2 steps from the Aguierre metro and a pleasant walk to the center (12 minutes). Thanks for room 704

We stayed at Aparthotel Rosales for 11 nights, starting on April 27 until May 8th, 2023. The room we got was large, well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to a Metro station (Arguilles), several bus lines, bars, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and polite and assisted us whenever we needed it.

Somewhat dated hotel, especially the reception and hallways. The situation is good and the room is quite good, considering the price. Very quiet because it overlooked a patio. It was very hot in the room upon arrival because the AC was turned off. Having previously communicated the arrival time it would have been a detail to connect it a little earlier. That's probably a lot to ask for a ***. There is only water in the minibar. Correct reception, although they did not give me the WIFI password. Enough to spend one night for an affordable price.

Superb room but lacking tea/coffee facilities room. Great restaurant downstairs. Staff really helpful. Excellent location for visiting attractions. Lovely bars and restaurants in the area.

Great location for the event I was attending, it's a bit far from the center of you want to enjoy Madrid night life. The hotel is 80's style, but clean. Very silent, I slept well, the bed is good.
