Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return
Top hotel ! + Location History and legacy Cupola lounge Renovated hotel & rooms Great room service Good value - No spa Not enough night staff
The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good. Excellent! On the other hand, I went to the breakfast hall every morning, but the receptionist was so uninterested in his work that I couldn't remember his name even though I met him every morning for 7 days, and he had no hospitality, so I felt bad every morning. The waiter often forgets what I ordered, and calls out the same...
Excellent food, beautiful restaurant and incredible service. Christmas dinner was outstanding! Recommend 100%
The location is first-rate, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. It is only about 209 meters away from the Prado Museum, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service....
Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality, and the wellness center adds a luxurious touch. Staff are professional, attentive, and make every stay comfortable. Whether for business or leisure...
This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Super clean and tidy—absolutely worth booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Mr. Ibrahim, thank you so much for your care and for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of your kindness and great service, I truly want to come back again with my family. The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of variety...
Fair to say, the hotel is really good overall. However, considering it's a 5-star hotel, it's not that good. Staff at the reception look very serious and not friendly or welcoming. Rooms, a lot of technology, but that's it. No more space than other more standard hotels. Beds are pretty comfy. The gym is good, and the breakfast, while pricey, really good. To me, good hotel, but it doesn't deserve...
I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast, which is complimentary, offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences—an excellent way to start the day. The rooms are impressively spacious and come equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, making it ideal for both short and extended...
We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Even one of the housekeepers took the time to translate “ask reception for an umbrella” on her phone as it was raining and she saw we didn’t have coats. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel! We had breakfast on morning and there...

I had a very unsettling experience during my stay. While I was getting changed in my room, someone from housekeeping or room service entered without knocking. I was naked and screamed out of shock, and the person quickly left. I immediately called reception to report it, but was told it was impossible for anyone to have entered — which clearly wasn’t true. I was told I’d receive a call back after...
Excellent hotel but you should know what you are signing up for! Here are few things and observations that will hopefully help: 1. The hotel is designed with amazing taste but there might be some interior design features in your room that won't work for you. For example, we've got a room with bath which was amazing but I can imagine that someone with reduced mobility won't be thrilled. My advice would...
This hotel definitely met our expectations in terms of innovation and aesthetic. We stayed in the Zaha Hadid rooms downstairs so we didn’t get a great view but would definitely come back to check out the other rooms in future. The rooms were well equipped with basic amenities and some you would expect for a 5 star hotel like dressing gowns and slippers. There were some toiletries in the bathroom too...
Wonderful unique hotel. Each floor is designed by a famous designer or architect. Unfortunately, it needs some updating. New carpets please. The 0 level bar is our favorite. Stayed here many times. Short drive to the airport.
Well located and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are definitely not 5*, old and run down. I stayed in an all white room which was reasonably clean but due to it being all white showed every bit of dirt making it look dirty. Too expensive for what's on offer here.
The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money. The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier.

Melia Madrid Princesa is a fantastic choice for families who want comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Madrid. We upgraded our room and took full advantage of the free breakfast and daily tapas in The Level lounge—an absolute game-changer with kids. It meant fewer frantic restaurant searches and more time relaxing. The service throughout the stay was exceptional. Thoughtful touches...
They are currently doing construction and gave me a room that is exactly where they are working outside. It is so loud, you cannot have a conversation. You would think they would not book the rooms in the same area as construction? They did offer to move me, but said it will stop in 1 hour. Went to use the gym but it is also closed for 4 hours due to being painted. No alternate location provided...
I along with a group of nine fellow travelers stayed at the Melia Madrid Princesa during Spain's power outage on April 28, 2025. We returned to the hotel in the evening from our tour that day to find the hotel had emergency lighting, one elevator working AND offered a limited dinner menu with cooked food at the lobby bar along with tables set for dinner around the lobby. Most restaurants were closed...
Lobby looks nice, rooms outdated and bad finishes. Noisy windows. Between rooms not much noise. Shower is good. Swimming pool very limited opening times (from 11am to 9pm) and you have to make a reservation for a 45min time period. Its always full at the times you would like to swim (morning or evening). Useless. Service is fine.
Very good hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet which fs large and varied. Great staff and location. I wanted to highlight the staff again and in particular Jorge who is one of the bellman. He was incredible throughout our stay! Very accommodating and always at the ready to provide anything that we needed. Thank you Jorge. Also, my sincere thanks to Sophia who works at the front desk. We were fortunate...
Excellent hotel with all the amenities and staff who are completely bilingual. Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that provided me with a map and personal take on the nearby attractions to see. Centrally located with delicious food including the breakfast that made walking around very convenient. Room service was on time and of wonderful quality. Would reitun and recommend to others.

Great service! The room with a terrace and street view on the 7th floor is very good. Free club drinks and food, delicious! The old gentleman in the club is very cute! The front desk gentleman even drew a suitcase for me to communicate with because of the language barrier, haha
Our guest loves the room and the service, they will definitely book again.
Its an old hotel, cozzy, the staff is very warm but the room walls are thin and you can hear what happens in the nearby rooms. The Gym is amazing

Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially loved the variety of choices while...
I’m glad we chose this hotel. Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Services are awesome. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc). Will definitely choose this hotel again
Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in. Service was absolutely atrocious by the concierge. We were attended by someone who was clearly new and was extremely slow in keying in our details. She had a poor command of english and could not explain the...
Funny because my wife thought this was a 3-star hotel :) This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I understand that you can't renovate everything to keep up with new and modern hotels, but yeah it's pretty dated. We came here from a 4-star hotel and it was much better and cheaper. The service was great, front desk recommended a nice restaurant and made reservations for us. Breakfast was good. Hotel is...
The hotel had a fantastic location, and our room view was a perfect 10/10. The room was spacious and clean, but the staff was not helpful at all—they didn’t provide service even at the level of a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was fitting for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this 5-star hotel as 4 stars.

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The service is warm and discreet. The spa services were good, and the breakfast spread is extensive. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back.
This hotel is fabulous. As a family of four with 2 kids it was very clean, very attentive, the staff is always smiling and willing to go out of their way to assist. I'm a clean freak and often have issues sleeping in hotels however, I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The location is also perfect. Lots of shopping and entertainment around.
This hotel is SPECTACULAR. My family & I stayed here for 6 days over Thanksgiving and were blown away by every single aspect of this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Fenix Overall due to extremely friendly services and staff. We booked a red level with a whirlpool in terrace, which cost approximately 600€ a night. When checking in the room, we were disappointed at the facilities and a small size of the room since it says 53sqm, which includes terrace. The bathroom had a tiny bath, which would be better to be a big modern...
This place was nice for our last night of our trip to Spain we stayed here in June of 2019 the rooftop pool was nice they had some drinks it looked like even though I was 6 it was a really nice hotel!
Great classic hotel in the middle of Salamanca. Excellent clean bathroom downstairs!
The location is excellent, with walks to the best shopping in Madrid. The Martini bar and restaurant is an interesting concept that blends a cozy lounge with sharp, clean Martini shaking bar. Give a try and receive a certificate of the exact number Martini made since they did their first 9 years ago and started to keep count. Mine was 48,834. I'm sure they will 50 K soon.
