Great experience at the Palace.
Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant.
Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need.
The staff is friendly and the room is amazing
100% will return
First of all, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Prado Museum and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is commendable. However, the room smelled strongly after renovations. The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. This is incomprehensible. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid...

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good. Excellent! On the other hand, I went to the breakfast hall every morning, but the receptionist was so uninterested in his work that I couldn't remember his name even though I met him every morning for 7 days, and he had no hospitality, so I felt bad every morning. The waiter often forgets what I ordered, and calls out the same...

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating. Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a...
There is a strong bad smelling the first day.
very good hotel but pay for access to spa when the most espensive room is not normal 1 night more 300€ and pay spa seriously !, and 1 hours no more , the women's come for say is finish lets go is normal is 5 starts hotel !!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service....
Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality, and the wellness center adds a luxurious touch. Staff are professional, attentive, and make every stay comfortable. Whether for business or leisure...
This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Super clean and tidy—absolutely worth booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.
Mr. Ibrahim, thank you so much for your care and for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of your kindness and great service, I truly want to come back again with my family.

Our stay at this hotel was good. The bathrooms and beds were clean, however there were stains on the carpet. Some of the latches and light fixtures were broken. I'd probably stay at another hotel next time. Overall 4/5.
This is a very unique hotel. Every floor has its own design
I was on floor 4 which was very metallic and glass design.
It was weird and the metallic features carried on in the bedrooms.
I found the bathroom a bit weird especially the shower , it’s meant to be modern metallic again but for me it I thought it was too crazy
It was comfortable and quiet though
Breakfast was okay nothing special

This hotel is an architectural treat! Stayed for a quick overnight stay and the quality of design did not disappoint. The hotel is in a really convenient location (near to a couple of metro stops) and not far from Madrid airport.
I stayed on the Kathryn Findlay floor which was beautifully crafted but as with its age there was quite a bit of wear and tear which was more noticeable in an all-white room...
This is mecca for those who appreciate fine hotels and design. Imagine curating one of the world's most famous designer museums where people actually live in the artworks, and you have an idea of the epic achievement and difficulty of the task. After being helped by the reservations department to find the perfect room, stayed on the 10th floor designed by renowned architect Arata Isozaki. The Pritzker...
Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Excellent restaurant and bar. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see. The room itself was a bit stylish but not so practical. I was a bit scared the toilet was going to come off the wall every time I used it. The glass door...
I had a very unsettling experience during my stay. While I was getting changed in my room, someone from housekeeping or room service entered without knocking. I was naked and screamed out of shock, and the person quickly left. I immediately called reception to report it, but was told it was impossible for anyone to have entered — which clearly wasn’t true.
I was told I’d receive a call back after...

Madrid, Princesa, 27 🧭 Map
Melia Madrid Princesa is a fantastic choice for families who want comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Madrid. We upgraded our room and took full advantage of the free breakfast and daily tapas in The Level lounge—an absolute game-changer with kids. It meant fewer frantic restaurant searches and more time relaxing.
The service throughout the stay was exceptional. Thoughtful touches...
They are currently doing construction and gave me a room that is exactly where they are working outside. It is so loud, you cannot have a conversation. You would think they would not book the rooms in the same area as construction? They did offer to move me, but said it will stop in 1 hour. Went to use the gym but it is also closed for 4 hours due to being painted. No alternate location provided...
I along with a group of nine fellow travelers stayed at the Melia Madrid Princesa during Spain's power outage on April 28, 2025. We returned to the hotel in the evening from our tour that day to find the hotel had emergency lighting, one elevator working AND offered a limited dinner menu with cooked food at the lobby bar along with tables set for dinner around the lobby. Most restaurants were closed...
Very nice reception, very patient
Lobby looks nice, rooms outdated and bad finishes. Noisy windows. Between rooms not much noise. Shower is good. Swimming pool very limited opening times (from 11am to 9pm) and you have to make a reservation for a 45min time period. Its always full at the times you would like to swim (morning or evening). Useless. Service is fine.
Very good hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet which fs large and varied. Great staff and location.
I wanted to highlight the staff again and in particular Jorge who is one of the bellman. He was incredible throughout our stay! Very accommodating and always at the ready to provide anything that we needed. Thank you Jorge.
Also, my sincere thanks to Sophia who works at the front desk. We were fortunate...

Old world hotel in a very fancy neighborhood of Madrid full of excellent restaurants and shopping
The hotel has a great location, excellent staff,we were very happy to stay there❤️
Great service! The room with a terrace and street view on the 7th floor is very good. Free club drinks and food, delicious! The old gentleman in the club is very cute! The front desk gentleman even drew a suitcase for me to communicate with because of the language barrier, haha
Great location. Relaxed and personable environment. The staff really cares that the guests have a good experience in the hotel and in Madrid. My room was comfortable and elegantly appointed.
Excellent hotel, prime location , in one of Madrid’s best shopping and entertainment areas. The hotel employees are very courteous and fine professionals. Very pleased with everything
Its an old hotel, cozzy, the staff is very warm but the room walls are thin and you can hear what happens in the nearby rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and it was good. You can ask for bottle water any time but the ice cubes are 10 Euros
Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. At the front desk, I paid for an upgrade to a premium room and was assigned one on the top floor. The room's facilities were impeccably maintained, looking almost brand new. I especially appreciated that the window could be opened slightly. Just a heads-up: booking their rooms at least 48 hours in advance can save you a significant amount.

Four Seasons Hotel
Madrid, Sevilla, 3 🧭 Map
Good service nice location , luxury
Nice environment and nice location
The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is very average, not very big, more than 9,000 a night, not even including breakfast, not worth it. Next time I come to Madrid, I will choose the JW Marriott opposite, just across the street.
Excellent ! Exception service by staff !!
The location is very nice, in a very central place, the cleanliness and facilities are very good, there are deficiencies in the rooms but they are completed if desired. The quality is indisputable.

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
It’s certainly a favorite, from all the toiletry options to the buffet breakfast, but the best part are its people! Friendly and willing to go the xtra mile.
If you seek an unparalleled luxury experience in the heart of Madrid's prestigious Salamanca district, look no further than Hotel Fenix. Very good location, just minutes walking distance from metro around the corner. Close to the city but far enough from the hustle and bustle - very quiet and peaceful stay. The room was large and amazing - front desk offered a free upgrade to a suite and we were very comfortable during our short stay. Rooms were clean and service was wonderful. Everything was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you wanted to take a good rest at the midst of your trip with 5 star service and facilities.
However, the hotel is quite far away from the city center, takes an average of 40 mins. It will be a perfect hotel if you drive by yourself
The room was spacious and very clean. Although a bit dated, the facilities were all very functional and easy to use. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to get anywhere. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptionally good, and it offered great value for money!
The rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.
The hotel had a big room, the quality of materials used is great.
The staff was really helpful, however, the pool was still closed even if there were more than 32 degrees celsius outside.
Anyway, it was a good experience and I would recommend it if you need a hotel in the area
Overall, everything was excellent. The location near the villa area was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even proactively offering a baby bed rail. The suite itself was very spacious.
The only downsides were its distance from major city attractions and the slightly inconvenient transportation. However, I was otherwise quite satisfied. The hotel service was excellent, and there's a lovely cafe just 50 meters to the right outside the hotel, offering great coffee and reasonable prices.
