Great experience at the Palace.
Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant.
Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need.
The staff is friendly and the room is amazing
100% will return
First of all, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Prado Museum and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is commendable. However, the room smelled strongly after renovations. The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. This is incomprehensible. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid...

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good. Excellent! On the other hand, I went to the breakfast hall every morning, but the receptionist was so uninterested in his work that I couldn't remember his name even though I met him every morning for 7 days, and he had no hospitality, so I felt bad every morning. The waiter often forgets what I ordered, and calls out the same...

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating. Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a...

very good hotel but pay for access to spa when the most espensive room is not normal 1 night more 300€ and pay spa seriously !, and 1 hours no more , the women's come for say is finish lets go is normal is 5 starts hotel !!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service....
Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service. If it is the first time you want to visit Madrid and you have no idea which hotel can meet your expectations, stop searching! Here is the right place! From beginning to finish I had a nice experience. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, very clean rooms, inspired by vintage style. Thank you so much for everything!
Luxury hotel, beautifully decorated, well-equipped gym, quality lounge, large and clean rooms, varied breakfast, excellent staff service, and good location of the hotel close to metro line 10 .
Wonderful hotel. Nice room. Great brunch.
The best service I ever received. Friendly staff, I was treated like a queen 👸.
After 2 years of waiting, we were finally able to stay at this hotel. Professional and courteous staff and quiet rooms. We had a club room as we were upgraded due to my status. The rooms definitely could use some upgrading and the mattress was very firm to us so it made it hard to sleep. Our TV didn't work at all so would definitely need an upgrade. Our stay at this hotel was good. The bathrooms and beds were clean, however there were stains on the carpet. Some of the latches and light fixtures were broken. I'd probably stay at another hotel next time. Overall 4/5.
This is a very unique hotel. Every floor has its own design
I was on floor 4 which was very metallic and glass design.
It was weird and the metallic features carried on in the bedrooms.
I found the bathroom a bit weird especially the shower , it’s meant to be modern metallic again but for me it I thought it was too crazy
It was comfortable and quiet though
Breakfast was okay nothing special

This hotel is an architectural treat! Stayed for a quick overnight stay and the quality of design did not disappoint. The hotel is in a really convenient location (near to a couple of metro stops) and not far from Madrid airport.
I stayed on the Kathryn Findlay floor which was beautifully crafted but as with its age there was quite a bit of wear and tear which was more noticeable in an all-white room...
This is mecca for those who appreciate fine hotels and design. Imagine curating one of the world's most famous designer museums where people actually live in the artworks, and you have an idea of the epic achievement and difficulty of the task. After being helped by the reservations department to find the perfect room, stayed on the 10th floor designed by renowned architect Arata Isozaki. The Pritzker...
Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Excellent restaurant and bar. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see. The room itself was a bit stylish but not so practical. I was a bit scared the toilet was going to come off the wall every time I used it. The glass door...
I had a very unsettling experience during my stay. While I was getting changed in my room, someone from housekeeping or room service entered without knocking. I was naked and screamed out of shock, and the person quickly left. I immediately called reception to report it, but was told it was impossible for anyone to have entered — which clearly wasn’t true.
I was told I’d receive a call back after...

The hotel has a great location, excellent staff,we were very happy to stay there❤️
Great service! The room with a terrace and street view on the 7th floor is very good. Free club drinks and food, delicious! The old gentleman in the club is very cute! The front desk gentleman even drew a suitcase for me to communicate with because of the language barrier, haha
Great location. Relaxed and personable environment. The staff really cares that the guests have a good experience in the hotel and in Madrid. My room was comfortable and elegantly appointed.
Excellent hotel, prime location , in one of Madrid’s best shopping and entertainment areas. The hotel employees are very courteous and fine professionals. Very pleased with everything

It's a Beautiful hotel. Located at perfect location. Every place is near by at walking distance. I hardly used any uber or taxi. Food is good. They have indoor clean pool as well.
And the lounge area is perfect to come and relax after one's day of roaming in the city. Staff is always greeting you with so much warmth.
Cheers to the amazing holiday time to Everyone 🎉.
This hotel set the tone for our trip in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being welcomed like VIPs even after a long travel day when we weren’t at our best. One of my favorite hotels in the world. The rooms and the beds are big, it has all the amenities, the breakfast buffet is one of the best. The staff is very nice. It’s located in a super accessible point. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Madrid.
Hotel is very well located. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, although the décor and facilities are starting to feel a little dated.

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
It’s certainly a favorite, from all the toiletry options to the buffet breakfast, but the best part are its people! Friendly and willing to go the xtra mile.

This hotel features a stylish design and an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It's conveniently close to many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, it's still regarded as one of the better hotel options in the area.
Excellent location, with most attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great design, and room service was incredibly prompt. Highly satisfied.
The soundproofing is very poor, and it's just for show. Except for the lobby, everything else is disappointing!
This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Really nice hotel in a really great location that was convenient for the work conference I was at. Great and friendly staff. Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. Perhaps they should keep the old world feel, but update their computer system
Good hotel. Good views of the city.
Rooms were alright, beds good, furniture aged.
Some of the hotel staff is very helpful, others don’t seem to care or put forth effort to make your stay excellent.
Great location. Walking distance to a great deal of shops, restaurants, and activities.
Breakfast is great, bar is good. M29 is alright.
Nice friendly hotel with a classic feel. Nice public areas. Restaurant and spa but I didn't try them. Rooms quite brown and authentic wood finish. Interesting painting to cheer the room up. Room safe is tiny and lack of power sockets. Room I had overlooked the rear garden and was very quiet. Fairly central but still a 25 minute walk and metro into the real old town.
True story: I was travelling in a group and all our bags had been put inside a van. On the way -- and that too 2 hours later -- I realised that my backpack was still in the hotel lobby. The tourist guide on the bus said there was little chance of getting it back. We took a chance and found that the hotel staff had kept the bag in a safe spot. Thanks for that. Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

Good service nice location , luxury
Nice environment and nice location
The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is very average, not very big, more than 9,000 a night, not even including breakfast, not worth it. Next time I come to Madrid, I will choose the JW Marriott opposite, just across the street.
Excellent ! Exception service by staff !!

My husband and I spent four nights at the Rosewood Villa Magna over the Christmas holidays. It was okay, but not great. Our suite seemed due for an update, and the concierge service fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the location was excellent.
The best thing about the Rosewood in Madrid is undoubtedly the location, right in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most elegant and walkable areas in the city. It’s perfect for exploring boutiques, cafes, and charming streets on foot. Unfortunately, that’s where the highlights end. The hotel lacks a real lobby, it’s essentially part of a collection of restaurants and lounges, which...
This was our second visit to the property and it keeps on creating new special experiences. Every Rosewood hotel works so hard to create a special local experience wishing to position their properties as distinct by creating a personal attachment to the location and history whilst owning flagship properties. Whilst in Madrid there are “palace” hotels which are grand and opulent, the Rosewood blends...

Fantastic stay with brilliant customer service. Many thanks to Dani G, Ali on guest relations, and the gentlemen who's name I don't know but I can describe as a bit shorter with less hair and glasses. They all helped us feel very welcome with nice suggestions.

Overall...
My experience at this hotel was truly amazing. First of all, the service was beyond expectations. The staff was always attentive and dedicated to making our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. A special mention to Ali and Dani G, who were incredibly helpful and polite, and played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience.
As for the location, it’s absolutely perfect! The hotel...
I stayed here last week for two nights with my partner, and we were really impressed with the customer service and how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The room was very clean and hygienic, the location...
The room is quite big, the service staff is very friendly, the corridor is a bit dark, and the room has some gaps in the light shielding.
The hotel is not big, the breakfast is OK and rich.
The hygiene is not bad.
The location is very good and close to the main tourist areas. During Christmas, they were thoughtful and left us a greeting with chocolates and cake, which was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful.
