Excellent food, beautiful restaurant and incredible service. Christmas dinner was outstanding! Recommend 100%
Westin Hotel Madrid, Spain – Review I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel in Madrid, Spain, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms were a standout feature: clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing a comfortable retreat...
I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Everything you could want and a little more. There is no better staff. Lovely and helpful. The breakfast room is ethereal in decor and the options are infinite. Even some bubbly for those interested. And a great location...
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Be advised, the hotel is currently under renovations as they will be changing from Westin to a Luxury Collection property. So sometimes you hear a little noise you would not expect otherwise. The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this...
Rooms were nice and the hotel is well located for walking around the city. Tasty breakfast. Good service. Due to the renovation getting to the room is a hassle and there is no ambiance in the makeshift lobby. Also, besides the hotel construction the street outside the hotel is being fixed, so there is some construction noise during the week. Would love to come back when the renovation is complete.
We stay just for one night in August 20 2024 the hotel was on renovations for the lobby , rooms had been already updated . We must say that beside all of the inconvenience of the reformations hotel staff is great and at the end we go to this places for service! And if I have a to speak about customer service I must name Alberto who was the best front desk attendance I ever had! Alberto was the most...

We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Even one of the housekeepers took the time to translate “ask reception for an umbrella” on her phone as it was raining and she saw we didn’t have coats. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel! We had breakfast on morning and there...
I recently stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Tower and was thoroughly impressed. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, making it a true five-star experience. A highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff specifically, Roberta at reception who went above and beyond to ensure...
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on October 2024 during a business trip in Madrid. Overall I enjoyed my experience here. - Rooms: they are quite new and well-maintained despite some improvements can be done in the shower as everytime you open the door to exit from it the water splashes all around the floor! Rooms are equipped with slippers, dental kit, comb and shower plastic cap. However, there...
Each and every staff member I encountered here was outstanding - truly gave a 5 star experience. The rooms are big, comfortable, and have everything you could possibly need or want. Breakfast was also extensive and worth the extra money.
The fitness centre is not a center, weight are missing or unpaired (ex the 10kg were missing and the 14kg unpaired). Not even a single barbell, this could add so much versatility to the gym. Breakfast is amazing, the best I have ever had in a hotel worldwide, world-class The service needs improvements, the iron machine not working. The cleaning is amazing. The bathroom is amazing The bed is very, very...
Excellent room service and very professional and kind staff! It has a car park underground and it is very easy to get to everywhere by public transportation at everytime. Very good breakfast with very nice and promptly staff. Very nice lobby bar with a wide variety of drinks and tea at the evening.

Madrid, Velazquez, 8 🧭 Map
Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
Great care in terms of room and personnel service. Well served buffet for breakfast with gluten free options.
I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant. The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders
Right next to Retiro Park, lots of old world charm and hospitality. Location very central. You can rent their stylish oak wood colored bikes for a day of cycling. Beautiful elegant hotel. Two things that didn't work for me: vegetarian options to the menu werent very many; and the beds aren't that comfortable to sleep in. Even the double beds are two single beds joined together so it's a bit difficult...
We had a Sunday morning brunch at the Wellington hotel and the experience was really unforgettable. The food and wine are varied and delicious, service is excellent, the place is perfect. They managed to prepare a last minute birth cake for my father. And the price is very good for the overall quality.
Fabulous hotel with lovely old world ambiance and service. Great location-close to shops restaurants and museums. Very quiet rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Also nice to have a pool and spa

Excellent hotel with all the amenities and staff who are completely bilingual. Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that provided me with a map and personal take on the nearby attractions to see. Centrally located with delicious food including the breakfast that made walking around very convenient. Room service was on time and of wonderful quality. Would reitun and recommend to others.
I stayed one night, and I was impressed with the size of the room and all the amenities. Service is friendly The breakfast buffet offers a large variety and delicious food. The location is central.
We checked in early before our room was ready, and they kindly held our bags for us so we could go eat. When we got to our room, it was nicely appointed, with a good view. We noticed a smell from the bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. After using the shower, we speculated that the smell is from the lack of drainage for the water in the bathroom. Whenever we showered, despite our best efforts...
I loved my stay here. From start to finish I was impressed by the kindness and quality of service from each staff person. The moment my cab came in, an attendant approached to help me with my bag and brought it up to my room for me. The front desk was super kind and helpful with giving me an overview of the accommodations and answering my questions about the area. Manu was especially a ray of sunshine...
This hotel is very well kept, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops, and were able to take the metro down to the museums. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we have had in our years of travel, and mimosas included, nice touch!
The rooms are big and clean, well equipped. Location and service is great. Good breakfast. But the windows are not sound proofing ( in a very busy and noisy area) , blinds are not installed well, and the bed is harder than usual, all this made it very hard to sleep for me and my family. Therefore I can’t give it 5 stars.

Well located and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are definitely not 5*, old and run down. I stayed in an all white room which was reasonably clean but due to it being all white showed every bit of dirt making it look dirty. Too expensive for what's on offer here.
The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money. The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier.
First visit to Madrid in March and I booked this hotel based off a recommendation. This is a very clean hotel with different quirks and designs on each floor making this hotel stand out compared to most. Rooms are cosy size, barely any storage space, no instructions how to navigate the air con, and shutters, no menu for room service. Breakfast was fantastic and great selection in the buffet, also...
Loved all of the unique art on every floor and the detail. Beautifully executed! Our rooms were clean, loved the bathroom, comfy bed, awesome shower and great lighting. Very grateful for the AC and the adjustable blackout curtains. The pool was a little small but there were plenty of beach chairs to relax in after a quick swim.
The check in was delayed by 3.5 hours. The Rooms are very small. The beds are round it is actually nice however my feet were hanging out since I am 6.1 ft tall. The washroom doors and walls are see through glass you feel uncomfortable when someone is monitoring you during your activities there.
Very unique experience in this hotel. The design is absolutely outstanding and the cooperation with different designers is amazing. There is one big But. The usability, user experience and some comfort is very a sacrifice from the design point. Bathrooms are sometimes leaking, the custom made sinks and baths are not so comfortable. But what do you want from stainless steel design masterpiece? :D (it...

Stunning hotel, great facilities, chic bedrooms, great food and drinks, great service - everything you could want is here. One of my favorite hotels in Madrid. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
The hotel with luxurious facilities is located at the beginning of Paseo de la Castellana, where you can meet and enjoy good food.
Stayed for one night with a last minute booking. Spectacular rooms, completely spotless and contain everything you could need. Check in took a long time but the service was friendly and polite. The service at breakfast was very attentive. Would definitely go back.
Great food, great atmosphere and great service.... None of which is surprising with the quality Villa Magna has. Highly recommended for a special night or even just to indulge yourself. If the weather allows it, the terrace is very enjoyable.
I was only there for a couple minutes picking up a friend, but it looked amazing and it was very well located right in Paseo de la Castellana.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms, wonderful food, and very professional staff. Check out the speakeasy and rooftop bar. Shout out to Javier H. for his kind and helpful assistance.
I had a fantastic stay at NH Collection Madrid Suecia. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff. The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Madrid!
Stayed at the NH Collection Madrid Suecia for a family trip to Madrid with a 7 and a 5 year old. It’s Europe so we planned on two rooms and the hotel was great about having them next to each other. I really like this hotel. Everything about it is great! Starting from the staff working at reception, the service helping with the bags and the staff working in the restaurant. The breakfast has a big variety of different spanish specialties and also vegetarian options. Thank you to the manager of the restaurant, Javier H. at the entrance and Mikel from reception. Would definitely recommend it. :)
I stayed at this hotel for a 10-day business trip. The ambiance of the common areas and the breakfast are fantastic. Thanks to the service and retro decor, you feel like you’re in The Great Gatsby. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I’m glad we chose this hotel. Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Services are awesome. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc). Will definitely choose this hotel again
Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in. Funny because my wife thought this was a 3-star hotel :) This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I understand that you can't renovate everything to keep up with new and modern hotels, but yeah it's pretty dated. We came here from a 4-star hotel and it was much better and cheaper. The service was great, front desk recommended a nice restaurant and made reservations for us. Breakfast was good. Hotel is...
The hotel had a fantastic location, and our room view was a perfect 10/10. The room was spacious and clean, but the staff was not helpful at all—they didn’t provide service even at the level of a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was fitting for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this 5-star hotel as 4 stars.

Luxury hotel, beautifully decorated, well-equipped gym, quality lounge, large and clean rooms, varied breakfast, excellent staff service, and good location of the hotel close to metro line 10 .
After 2 years of waiting, we were finally able to stay at this hotel. Professional and courteous staff and quiet rooms. We had a club room as we were upgraded due to my status. It was a very pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Fenix Overall due to extremely friendly services and staff. We booked a red level with a whirlpool in terrace, which cost approximately 600€ a night. This place was nice for our last night of our trip to Spain we stayed here in June of 2019 the rooftop pool was nice they had some drinks it looked like even though I was 6 it was a really nice hotel!
The location is excellent, with walks to the best shopping in Madrid. The Martini bar and restaurant is an interesting concept that blends a cozy lounge with sharp, clean Martini shaking bar. Give a try and receive a certificate of the exact number Martini made since they did their first 9 years ago and started to keep count. Mine was 48,834. I'm sure they will 50 K soon.
Great hotel and amazing staff. Honorable mention to Adrian who was an over the top waiter and made a considerable difference attending to our needs during breakfast. We actually missed his presence the day he wasn’t working during our stay!
