Good hotel in the center. A bit loud. Excellent breakfast
Excellent place to stay and explore the city. Comfortable suites and good office venues.
Stayed at this hotel for close to a week where we had internal meetings. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Place is conveniently located in the center of attractions making it accessible. Highly recommended if you want convenience and decent food and lodging.
Great location, room size was what you'd expect of a city hotel. Room itself was modern and well appointed with views of Gran Via but soundproofed enough to keep sound out. Excellent value for the price, since the hotel is within a short walk of all major attractions in the heart of Madrid. There is also the Gran Via metro stop right outside. Staff were excellent as well....very polite, professional...
It was a fantastic weekend with my family in Madrid. The location of the hotel is awesome, and also the breakfast
Instead it was a thre star hotel my exparience was incredible. Th buffet isn't very big bat it has got a lot of variety.

The hotel is Clean and the staff’s is very attentive and the morning breakfast lack off variety but taste is good .
good and nice and best location near station! room is clean and breakfast all good
The room is spacious and bright, very clean, very good!
Although there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending: Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station, Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe. Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four...
The location was perfect for us since we were traveling from Chamartín. Incredible breakfast!! The reception staff were super friendly! Especially Olivia 💕
The breakfast, the parking at Parking Norte and the location perfect. The bed and pillows were very bad. It had broken legs and wheels, so it moved constantly and made a lot of noise while I slept. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support to my head.

Fine hotel, right in the middle of Gran Via, close to the Royal palace and other attractions.
Great location and nice premises. Walking distance from downtown and multiple typical Spanish restaurants and pubs.
Few amenities. Few options in breakfast.
hello all we stayed in hotel centro last week and what a lovely hotel. It was so clean and the staff were so helpful to us at all time giving us guides to where we should go and then welcoming us Home thank you to all the staff
I expected a bit more from a Melia affiliate. The hotel is nice, in any case. Clean, well positioned and the personell is very gentle. A bit noisy.
There is a constant machine noise during the night which could be disturbing for some people. However the place is confortable and the breakfast wonderfull!

Pretty nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. It is quite a simple room, but it is clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price, especially considering its location in the city.
Perfect stay for those that want a quieter setting. Breakfast is great, the staff are helpful and friendly.
Good location, friendly staff, suits for business short stay
Cool and silent room which is clean and bright with a small balcony to watch the street not to sit down. There’s a fridge and nespresso kinda coffee machine in the room and the air-conditioning is manually controlled. Also the stuff is okay not to much of a talk. There were no free anything in the lobby and even we are two peopl there was only one bottle of water in the room only for the first day...
The room is very good, not too big or too small. Convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions.
Great location—just a 5-minute walk to the subway. The breakfast is good, and the price is very reasonable for a hotel in the city center.

Very good location, so closed to the metro station and the royal palace. What I think they should improve is that training the staff speaking basic English so we can communicate as not all passengers speak Spanish. Good location and convenient to anywhere, good service and helpful front desk.  Excellent breakfast with many varieties, I will come again next time.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Located in a perfect location for travellers. The staff are nice and friendly.
The house is very clean, and the location is very close and convenient to the scenic spots
Hotel was very nice, very centrally located and had some very beautiful designs and themes. The room was a bit small and maybe not as wonderful as the hotel entry, but it was good.
The beds are really dirty!!!! There were some hairs inside.

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are very basic and you can hear a lot of noise from others in the corridors. Would avoid if a light sleeper. Good for one night, no frills.
A decent hotel in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are only small, but clean and comfortable. Right next to Chueca and the central gay district. So much to see and do in the surrounding streets.
Perfect stay in downtown Madrid. A room for 3 very confortable et good size. So lucky to have a patio. Very well located to explore the historic downtown, and close to the subway (Calleo and Gran Via) to explore the other neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, shopping options. Surprisely calm. The staff is very welcoming.
The location is perfect! On the gran. I payed for a larger room and what I got is a room that was probably originally one big room that split to 2, became my room was very small and has some sort of a wall in side or cubicle in the middle of the room. It felt like there’s a room inside ours. We’ve complained and got a different room but had to wait 2 hours for it.
We was for 2 months in Europe. From London,Barcelona,Lisbon,Paris, etc. This hotel is the best of all hotels ,spectacular views, incredible service, very clean, excellent location and wonderful reception people. This hotel is very very nice.

The good: well-appointed rooms, the bathroom in particular is modern with very good fixtures. Excellent checking/front desk staff. Easily the most professional, courteous and friendly of any AC brand that I've experienced in Europe. I appreciated being able to check in early. Good location, close to the airport and downtown areas. The not-so-good: why do AC hotels always put their most miserable,...
I stayed here for one night and thought the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and nice. I had breakfast in the morning and the options were great and the food was tasty.
The thing I like: Convenient location Cold water serving at lobby Good Bar at the lobby Good room service The thing I do not like: I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby. Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday
We have stayed 1-2 weeks each every year in the last 3 years and it has always been a great experience that we keep coming back. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. I have seen a lot of them again and again in the last years and they always have a smile on their face and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive.
Room is quite small for three adults and the room is not really sound-proof, can hear the people talking/TV sounds. However, it is quite convenience to get to Plaza de toros Monumental de Las Ventas. Also, there's a supermarket nearby!

We had a really good experience with this place. The personnel was nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, while the location was great for us, situated pretty close to metro stations. The cleaning service was also very good, doing its job every single day. It wasn't cheap, but I would say that it's worth it!
Small rooms but clean. CAREFUL with id cards don't forget to ask for it back. I had to pay to get mine back. Location is great ambiance restaurants .
Pros: * superb breakfast, * very friendly reception staff, * clean room, * access to the swimming pool, * large washroom, * convenient location (two metro stations nearby). Cons: * central air conditioning was not working strongly enough in hot July (it was hard to sleep in the hot room), * kind of outdated and worn out furniture in the room.
Absolutely excellent hotel in the outskirts of central Madrid. Clean and comfortable at a decent price. Has a pool but it's not always open to hotel guests.
Excellent choice located at the north center of Madrid. Very good breakfast, super clean rooms, friendly staff and close to metro stations in line 10 (2 blocks) and line 1 (4 blocks). Shops, restaurants and convenience stores all around. Very much recommended!
Hotel is quite old and worn down. Was a fine stay for a few nights but wouldn't stay here again. Many much nicer and newer hotels in the area. Nothing was dirty but it definitely felt very used which was unpleasant.
Seems to be well located and a short walk to the Real Madrid stadium Santiago Bernebau

I will not stay at this hotel again. I stayed one night, which was plenty. The main issue with this hotel is that the walls are extremely thin. I could hear all of my neighbors, even though they were speaking in regular conversational voices. Additionally, the door handles are very loose, resulting in me feeling like my belongings were not that safe inside my room.
We love the room, it’s spacious even for 3. The open view is comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Living Room is particularly useful, we had a cheese and wine dinner party there, some small plates and disposable cutleries are available upon request.
The hotel is in a great location, near the palace, and across the street is a shopping mall and transportation hub, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel is a renovation of an old building, so the facilities are not so modern, but they are sufficient. There is just no kettle, and you need to pay a deposit to the front desk. The surprise is that the room we booked has a balcony...
They were very accommodating even though we checked in late at night. The room was simple but had a comfortable atmosphere.
The room in the photos looks larger than it actually is. The hotel is across from a metro station from which you can get to certain shopping areas. The area looks a bit lonely at night but is very quiet and busy during the day. The staff was very friendly and I would return for the price/quality ratio.
The room facilities are average, the service is average, there is a supermarket nearby, you need to take the subway to the shopping street, it's a bit far to walk, it's average, the price/performance ratio is not very high,

I don't recommend this hotel, based on the following personal experience: 1. The hotel front desk didn't read the notes. The notes required a quiet room, and gave me a corner room near the sewer. Every night, I don't know if it was the next door or the upstairs who started taking a shower, and the water pipe started to make noises. (Attached is a video, you can turn on the sound to listen) After communicating...
The hotel facilities are relatively new, very close to the subway station, and the minibar provides free drinks. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the soundproofing is not very good. It is really not worth 1500 a night. I will not choose to stay here when I come to Madrid again
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of famous attractions and business districts in the city. The room is small but comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and the service is good. The overall stay experience is good and worth recommending!
The hotel is in a very convenient location. You can take subway Line 4 or Line 6 directly from the airport. There is also Line 3 at the door to Sun Palace Square. Opposite the hotel is a British Palace department store and a Zara. If you want to walk to the Sun Palace, it only takes 30 minutes and you can take a leisurely stroll. It is recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. The dining area has...
The hotel is in a good location, with a small supermarket next door and two bakeries nearby that are also delicious. The hotel is very cost-effective in Madrid. But the bathroom in the room has a bad smell (probably because we live on the first floor)
The room is not big, but the location is very good, and you can walk to the main attractions of Madrid. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the ham and meat products are delicious.

Our beds were made perfectly when we came back later in the day and our room was cleaned perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Loved staying here, and can’t beat the location!! We were able to walk from the hotel to all our activities
A 5 star experience at this 3 star hotel, it was exactly what we wanted and needed after landing in Madrid after an overnight flight. Hotel Europa is in an excellent location for sight seeing. Our room was very clean spacious and well maintained. The lobby is typically small for a city hotel but fine. We had a great experience. The staff was amazing, so polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the only thing that was lacking was the fact that the air conditioning was turned off at night. Otherwise everything was perfect.
We arrived quite early, but the standard check-in time was 3 PM. However, the front desk staff were very accommodating; they helped us store our luggage and suggested we could use the lobby restroom to freshen up and change clothes, even though the restroom was a bit small and basic. Location is fantastic. Close to all main attractions in this area and plenty to eat. The employees are all great to deal with and the breakfast is good. Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer-friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice room with good bed. The location was especially good. We were pleased with everything about the hotel. I will stay at the same hotel next time I visit Madrid.

The location is very good, very close to the subway station and the old town. I highly recommend this hotel, which is relatively cheap on Gran Vía and in very good condition.

This seems to be a small hotel chain. It has clean quiet room but a little small. Ok for us as we were out all day. It had a great shower. Our hotel was centrally located and surprisingly quiet for where we were at. Awesome breakfast and attentive service. Totally recommend.😊
Amazing service! Perfect place to stay with kids and teens! We are 7 traveling with 5 teenagers and one of them got sick, Miguel the front desk attendant called their attending physician and within 15 minutes we had a call from the physician solving our problem. Impeccable service!
Location, room size and showers were excellent. However AC wouldn’t cool the room. Maintenance fixed filter but AC vent temp doesn’t blow lower than 68 F (20 C) and the thermostat is set to 15 C. So the room temperature never dropped below 78 F (25 c) when outside temp is 90.
