A good value small hotel. Clean with pleasant staff and rooms. Only drawback is poor wifi reception a lot of the time. Otherwise a nice central place to spend a few nights.

Very good experience: helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy lobby and breakfast corners. Everything is simple, by which I mean devoid of anything superfluous. Rooms are spatious, clean, modern looking, but there is no mini fridge or hair dryer inside the room. Breakfast is decent, there is ham, cheese, omlette, but the eggs never met the chicken, coffee and a few croissants.

Selected for its proximity to a Metro Station and 24 hour Gym the Neo Magna is a no frills Hotel available under $100. Located in a fairly quiet area the rooms are not particularly soundproofed from others in the same building. Toiletries are low quality but beds, water pressure and WiFi are adequate.

The hotel was great value for money. Location was amazing with easy walking access across the tourist destinations. Room was a bit small. The room temperature was very high and the staff kindly listened to the issue and tried to solve the problem but still it couldn't get fixed. The only solution was to open the balcony door at night to keep the room temperature reasonable.

Just back from another stay at this hotel. We just love the location and the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of the terrace rooms which was spacious and had a lovely terrace to sit out in to enjoy the sun. Room was also cleaned to a high standard every day. Was a nice hotel located within minutes of Plaza Majoré. Not a bad drive to the airport (20-30 minutes). In house cafe/bar is somewhat lacking in variety but good for a quick bite. Main dining for breakfast is top notch and offers many different options.

Very good hotel, seems worth more than 3 stars. Everywhere is very clean , there is a reasonably priced cafe/bar which stays open till midnight. The breakfast was much better than I expected with plenty to choose from. Would come again.

Decent place with decent rooms, nearby the local legazpi metro which is fantastic to get to the centre. Rooms come with standard a.c. and with a TV. They have a laundry service. Breakfast buffet is lacking. There is underground parking which is 15€/per day. Somehow I still feel I'm paying more than what I'm getting in return.

They picked me up from airport with no problem but then driver acted like I was a burden when I needed a ride to the airport for a covid test and same thing for departure. The location is not ideal if you want to walk or take short trips to the center of town. Very few restaurants within walking distance. There was a lot of noise early in the morning, which according to the hotel was due to the cleaning crew. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. It is ideal for those traveling via the train station, needing a clean hotel to stay in.

Day 1 and so far I have found that the concierge is the personification of a raging hemorrhoid, the air conditioning only cools the bathroom, (leaving the rest of the room uncomfortably warm), and the fridge runs just slightly below room temperature. The door to the bathroom does not fit the frame which prevents it from closing. The parking they advertise means you have to pay them 25 euros per day...

Perfectly reasonable hotel in central Madrid. The room was clean and was tidied every day by housekeeping - a rarity in chain hotels. Great hotel, but unfortunately, we had a room outside the petrol station refulling taps and had a fuel tanker delivery at 5am in the morning, which made lots of noise and strong smell of petrol. Was woken up by this and had to close the window.

Friendly staff, nice area less than 2 minutes to Subway. You can even get a nice 25 minutes walk to the City center. All the basic equipment are there. Don't expect too much from the gym.
