Good hotel in the center. A bit loud. Excellent breakfast
Excellent place to stay and explore the city. Comfortable suites and good office venues.
Stayed at this hotel for close to a week where we had internal meetings. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Place is conveniently located in the center of attractions making it accessible. Highly recommended if you want convenience and decent food and lodging.
Great location, room size was what you'd expect of a city hotel. Room itself was modern and well appointed with views of Gran Via but soundproofed enough to keep sound out. Excellent value for the price, since the hotel is within a short walk of all major attractions in the heart of Madrid. There is also the Gran Via metro stop right outside. Staff were excellent as well....very polite, professional...
It was a fantastic weekend with my family in Madrid. The location of the hotel is awesome, and also the breakfast
Instead it was a thre star hotel my exparience was incredible. Th buffet isn't very big bat it has got a lot of variety.

The hotel is Clean and the staff’s is very attentive and the morning breakfast lack off variety but taste is good .
good and nice and best location near station! room is clean and breakfast all good
The room is spacious and bright, very clean, very good!
Although there is a big pit in front of the door, it is worth recommending: Convenient transportation, near Chamartin subway and train station, Sumptuous breakfast, breakfast is very important for people on business trips Good hygiene, actually newer than the hotel promotional pictures The room is not small, much larger than most hotels in Europe. Compared to three stars, I am willing to give it four...
The location was perfect for us since we were traveling from Chamartín. Incredible breakfast!! The reception staff were super friendly! Especially Olivia 💕
The breakfast, the parking at Parking Norte and the location perfect. The bed and pillows were very bad. It had broken legs and wheels, so it moved constantly and made a lot of noise while I slept. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support to my head.

Great location just above a subway station, double layered window to prevent road traffic noise, helpful staff. Bartender recommended good drink. Quite spacious room. Washroom nice and clean. Generally good impression, compared to other similarly priced hotel in Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona during this trip.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid, clean, accessible and generally awesome.
Well-located hotel, metro and train station right opposite, which takes you to the airport. Helpful, friendly staff. Just one small downside: the rooms are poorly insulated.
Location and service was excellent! 10/10 Subway, train and bus stop right in front of the hotel. All questions/requests were handled in a professional and very friendly manner, they made us feel very welcome. The bathroom was in need of a renovation, but as we were told, they were going to close the hotel next month to get everything renewed, so they'll get their extra star for the rooms after that...
Perfectly acceptable if a little pricy. As others have said the WiFi is a bit slow but not unusable (and it's free). No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but perhaps that's too much to expect for a 3 star hotel. Very handy for the metro though as it's pretty much built on top of the station. In short it's fine if not spectacular.
A very average hotel with old equipment, rubbish breakfast, and poor service. I didn’t even want to take photos.

Hotel is a little bit old but can book shuttle bus to the airport which is convenient to me. Shuttle bus is 5 euro for one person.
I was flying out of Madrid very early in the morning so this was appropriate accommodation for the close proximity of the airport. However it was expensive to go by taxi into the city of Madrid 30 minutes ride but much better to go this way than by public transportation. I Recommend this hotel as it was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant staff were not friendly nor attentive but the food was...
Very good staff, clean hotel. Easy transportation by public bus
Good price but too far from T4. So problematic shuttle. Rooms are huge.
Good hotel, good experience, and great vibes overall. The rooms were cozy and nice, and it’s a newly built property. However, it’s not very close to the airport, and it took us some time to reach the hotel. There’s nothing much nearby, so keep that in mind. The breakfast was ok but could include more vegetarian options like hashbrowns. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we liked it!
Very family friendly hotel. Very clean, nice food.

Providing the buses to and from the airport was a time savor!
Great location and facilities. The restaurant seemed understaffed. The service was slow so si left. Other than that, great property and value.
Just stay a night for the early flight. The room is clean. But the staff was not very pleasant. Requested a quiet room away from the noise but they gave me the room on the first floor right in front of the road.
Airport Hotel with Shuttle Service approx. every 45 minutes and also vlose to a Metro Station into the City. Avoid rooms to the street, they are noisy. No Coffee or tea making Options in the room.
Perfect for a short stay if you have a following flight early in the morning. Free shuttle service from and to drom the airport is useful. Also from barajas metro station it is 10 euros with uber. Missing free water and coffee amentities but overall very good
Great location as it’s just a few minutes drive from the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Cosy and comfortable rooms albeit a bit small. Overall, convenient location and comfortable stay.

Short trip to Spain for family wedding. The hotel was situated in the perfect location. Not too far from areas to visit. Bus and subway are walking distance from the hotel. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The beds are comfortable and the room had enough space for us. No complaints, we loved it a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in Madrid for three nights over the weekend and the hotel made a great base to explore the city. The transport links are good, both Metro and a large number of busses pass through Puerta de Toledo. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we checked in slightly early but still managed to get into the room as it was ready which was a great help. The...
We stayed two nights in Madrid and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location was in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was the standout on our trip. The breakfast buffet was solid enough. The only downside was the bland food we received from room service and the customer service from the restaurant...
The rooms are compact but clean, and the room rate are reasonable. It's a bit disappointing that there's no kettle. The staff are all warm and kind. Breakfast is fantastic! The location is superb, with the subway station, supermarket, restaurants, and cafes all nearby. I definitely want to stay this hotel again next time.
Good-looking hotel, only the climate system is blowing hard while there is no water boiler at the bathroom a cockroach 🪳 was found during the night. The bathroom was small but nice only paint on the ceiling was cracking. Breakfast for 11 euro's when purchased a day upfront was good with lots to choose from.
The room is comfortable. The service is good too! The shower head in our room wasn’t working well, the staff helped us quickly to change a better room.

We spent several nights at this hotel. We really liked its central location near Gran Via, with shops, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. The reception staff was wonderful and polite. The room was clean, with linens, towels, a large bed, and was spacious. There were a few things we didn't like: the water heater was very noisy, crackling loudly when the hot water was turned on. The plumbing...
The location is awesome, everything nearby and handy. The staff was so friendly and helpful, would surely come again!
Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small...
Older property but clean. Only complaint is that sole window had no blackout/privacy curtains.
I stayed here because I had business at a nearby hospital. Callao and Plaza de España are within walking distance, making it easy to get around. This wasn't my first time staying at an Exe Hotel, so I felt at ease while staying there. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is not too close to the airport; it takes about a 10-minute drive to the airport. It would be better if the staff could proactively provide more information and assistance to the customers during the check-in process.
No drinking water in the room. But there is small market close to the hotel. So gor the moment, no problem.
The location is very close to the airport and the exhibition center. We booked this hotel because of the exhibition. For travelers who want to see the city, it's not the best location as it takes more than 1h to reach the city center. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket is just next door.
Didn’t have the free shuttle bus
Be better if there are a coffeemaker and a bottle of water in the room.
All good, what you expect from Ibis. Clean, easy, simple, you can walk to Barajas!

Great value hotel. Clean room and very attentive cleaning staff. Roof top pool and terrace is great. Close to major attractions. Metro is also nearby
The first hotel in Spain, very satisfied, the room is clean and tidy, very warm
The location is OK, the breakfast is good, but the room card often cannot be opened and needs to be handled by the front desk
The hotel is close to the Toledo Gate Memorial Gate and next to the Puerta de Toledo Station and the Spanish Public Library, so the environment is quiet. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of food choices, the restaurant is large and the service staff are very polite. The room and bathroom are very comfortable and simple
The hotel is located in the city center, next to the main road. The soundproof glass is OK.
The hotel was great, it was clean, the staff provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was good. The only downfalls were that there is not enough sun loungers and the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment as it was going to be a major part of my plans there. But is was uncomfortably cold.

Pretty nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. It is quite a simple room, but it is clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price, especially considering its location in the city.
Perfect stay for those that want a quieter setting. Breakfast is great, the staff are helpful and friendly.
Good location, friendly staff, suits for business short stay
Cool and silent room which is clean and bright with a small balcony to watch the street not to sit down. There’s a fridge and nespresso kinda coffee machine in the room and the air-conditioning is manually controlled. Also the stuff is okay not to much of a talk. There were no free anything in the lobby and even we are two peopl there was only one bottle of water in the room only for the first day...
The room is very good, not too big or too small. Convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Amazing Stay at Hotel Príncipe Pío!** We had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Príncipe Pío. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. On our first stay (4 nights), they even gave us a room with a beautiful view of the Royal Palace without us asking — such a lovely surprise! After visiting Barcelona, we chose to come back and stay here again, and it truly felt...
Stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed (although no coffee in room). Location was superb, just across from the palace. Staff were superb and helped us sort out the taxi to the airport that I had booked for the wrong time! Bar was lovely and comfortable and bartender offered superb service.
The hotel has a great location and it is near the city center. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Breakfast was great. The room contains a safe and a refrigerator. The bed was comfy. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has luggage storage where you can leave your luggage before the trip.
Excellent location. Less than 5 mins walk to Royal Palace. Superbly clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and airy. For this category of hotel - 3* - it was excellent. I would go as far as to say it felt like a 4* hotel. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to friends. You can’t go wrong by booking this hotel.
Stayed in this hotel for a weekend break, I found it satisfactory but would not return. Location is the main positive- it's walking distance to the centre and close to the palace. Very good location, so closed to the metro station and the royal palace. Service was exceptional. Andre went above and beyond. Wilbur made our check in smooth and swift. Minor corrections to the room were handled right away. It is not near the historic or downtown area's. But a 15-20 minute taxi ride will get you there. I would stay here again for the service.
Great place. Large room. I liked the kitchen in the living room. Close to subway to airport (direct) and close to subway to downtown.

I stayed here for one night and thought the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and nice. I had breakfast in the morning and the options were great and the food was tasty.
The thing I like: Convenient location Cold water serving at lobby Good Bar at the lobby Good room service The thing I do not like: I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby. Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Madrid. It's incredibly convenient, located right off Gran Via. When I'm tired, I can quickly head back to the hotel to rest. Plus, the front desk staff speaks excellent English.
Great value hotel. Lovely room. Great location. Definitely recommend Definitely would stay again.
The hotel is very central located. Not cheap for solo room. my room had no view (no sunlight) but the alleys of the building. No central heating in the room but there was an air conditioner. There was a construction in the hotel with alot of disturbing sounds. You can’t have a nap in the afternoon. Raoul or Rafael a new employee there was very nice customer service person. Hotel very well located, with very spacious facilities and very comfortable rooms. They gave me a room on a high floor and it was quiet, a detail that is appreciated. Check-in is usually from 12:00 onwards, which is also very important. I will stay again.

Small rooms but clean. CAREFUL with id cards don't forget to ask for it back. I had to pay to get mine back. Location is great ambiance restaurants .
Pros: * superb breakfast, * very friendly reception staff, * clean room, * access to the swimming pool, * large washroom, * convenient location (two metro stations nearby). Cons: * central air conditioning was not working strongly enough in hot July (it was hard to sleep in the hot room), * kind of outdated and worn out furniture in the room.
Absolutely excellent hotel in the outskirts of central Madrid. Clean and comfortable at a decent price. Has a pool but it's not always open to hotel guests.
Excellent choice located at the north center of Madrid. Very good breakfast, super clean rooms, friendly staff and close to metro stations in line 10 (2 blocks) and line 1 (4 blocks). Shops, restaurants and convenience stores all around. Very much recommended!

A good hotel if your aim is to spend the night and leave the place during the day. The room I stayed in wasn’t spacious but very clean. It didn’t have something as simple as a coffee machine. The staff were fine.
Everything was good. But the thermostat was controlled to not go below 72° F, which made the room very stuffy, even though we were able to crack the window, it was very hot and hard to sleep.
I loved it, it's very well located and close to the places I had to go, very clean and the room was very clean and there were several courtesy details, the girl at reception who attended me was very kind and helpful, I recommend it and I will definitely return and for more nights.
This hotel may be rated 4 stars, but it operates with the finesse of a 5-star property and ranks among the best I’ve experienced in Madrid. Designed with high-end travelers in mind, the exceptional service leaves nothing to chance—no request is too small or too complex. The thoughtful details made a lasting impression: a kettle, fridge, coffee machine, premium toiletries, complimentary lobby snacks...
