Stayed at this hotel for close to a week where we had internal meetings. Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Place is conveniently located in the center of attractions making it accessible. Highly recommended if you want convenience and decent food and lodging.

Great location, room size was what you'd expect of a city hotel. Room itself was modern and well appointed with views of Gran Via but soundproofed enough to keep sound out. I expected a bit more from a Melia affiliate. The hotel is nice, in any case. Clean, well positioned and the personell is very gentle. A bit noisy.

There is a constant machine noise during the night which could be disturbing for some people. However the place is confortable and the breakfast wonderfull!

Cool and silent room which is clean and bright with a small balcony to watch the street not to sit down. What I think they should improve is that training the staff speaking basic English so we can communicate as not all passengers speak Spanish. The location is perfect! On the gran. I payed for a larger room and what I got is a room that was probably originally one big room that split to 2, became my room was very small and has some sort of a wall in side or cubicle in the middle of the room. It felt like there’s a room inside ours. We’ve complained and got a different room but had to wait 2 hours for it.

I stayed here for one night and thought the hotel was very nice and service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and nice. I had breakfast in the morning and the options were great and the food was tasty.

Nice, quiet location a short walk from the Cartagena Metro stop. Nice breakfast restaurant, with a great spread and wonderful staff. All the interactions with the hotel staff were very nice. The room was large with twin beds (I was a solo traveler), and everything about it, including the bathroom was very impressive.

We had a really good experience with this place. The personnel was nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, while the location was great for us, situated pretty close to metro stations. The cleaning service was also very good, doing its job every single day. It wasn't cheap, but I would say that it's worth it!

Hotel is quite old and worn down. Was a fine stay for a few nights but wouldn't stay here again. Many much nicer and newer hotels in the area. Nothing was dirty but it definitely felt very used which was unpleasant.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, very close to the subway station, and the minibar provides free drinks. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the soundproofing is not very good. It is really not worth 1500 a night. I will not choose to stay here when I come to Madrid again

I had an excellent stay. Bonus they had a celebration to turn on the Christmas lights at the plaza and you could see it from the balcony. Room is nicely spaced and clean. Good place to come back to after exploring all day.

The property is in a convenient location to walk to shops/restaurants. After 11am, the taxi cannot drop off/pick up directly in front of hotel. The staff are friendly However, the room is in the 60s and the free WiFi did not work in the room(only in the lobby). I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel with breakfast included. The room was super cosy and comfortable, with nice views of the park. I had an issue with my flight tickets and the employees were super helpful and basically solved it. Finally, the free buffet was completely satisfactory, worth the extra with no doubts. It was my first time here but I will choose it whenever I come back for sure!

Location is fantastic. Close to all main attractions in this area and plenty to eat. The employees are all great to deal with and the breakfast is good. As far as the hotel it's self it might be going through some remodeling that hasn't reached our room. The room was good, the heating great. The restaurant does not always function, we had to roam all over the neighborhood to find lunch! The hotel is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Madrid. We came from the north and flew home the next day. So it's OK for one night, but if you want to stay longer in Madrid, there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. The pool obviously opens later in the summer. Booked an extra bed room with my child. Lived on the 9th floor. It's the top floor. It's quiet, but there are no windows. There are only two skylights. It's very convenient to go to the attractions. There is a 001 free bus at the door to the Prado Museum, the train station, the Royal Palace and many nearby attractions. There is no free bottled water. You can only buy it yourself or drink the paid drinks...

I thought it was an old, run-down apartment, but it turned out to be quite large. The room is a bit old but well maintained, with everything you need. I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. Amazing service! Perfect place to stay with kids and teens! We are 7 traveling with 5 teenagers and one of them got sick, Miguel the front desk attendant called their attending physician and within 15 minutes we had a call from the physician solving our problem. Impeccable service!

Location, room size and showers were excellent. However AC wouldn’t cool the room. Maintenance fixed filter but AC vent temp doesn’t blow lower than 68 F (20 C) and the thermostat is set to 15 C. So the room temperature never dropped below 78 F (25 c) when outside temp is 90.

Simple and effective place to stay close to Barajas airport. Price among the cheapest in the zone. Shuttle pickup available if you call for it. Free drink on arival. I would definitely come here again because of the location. There are good grocery stores here and it has a family neighborhood vibe. Also bus 53 takes you into the center of the city and back to the hotel. Stop is directly in front of the hotel.

Really nice! Small things to note: wifi is kinda iffy sometimes and in my room the AC made weird noises at 3am and woke me up. Both the bed and the breakfast buffet were perfect as expected. No coffee machine or water boiler in the room. Free hi-speed wifi worked only after forcing a login page which a non IT professional would probably not have worked out on their own.
