The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks and their breakfast buffet is is humongous, offering everything for every taste. Their staff is very friendly and always eager to help
The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring
You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars
This is a large hotel, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, spacious rooms gully equipped with amenities

was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar
The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices

Rooms have A/C which is crucial during summer in Madrid. On the not so nice side of things, carpeting is old, and elevators are very small. Breakfast is average, but at 12 Euros per day I found it lacking
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness
Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1
A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area
Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary
Great location with a bus taking you straight to the Plaza Mayor from just outside the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here

The breakfast is cheap and spectacular. The rooms are modern and spacious. The A/C not as strong blowing, but that is normal in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel
Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.   There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.   The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier
There is an outlet next to one of the beds (after multiple attempts I was unsuccessful in getting it to work). There is a blind separating the bathroom from the bedroom that would not close at least to viewing
I'd say my stay was pretty good except for when it came to dealing with the reception downstairs! I was told I had to call the next morning to ask for an extended late stay. On Sundays they have lazy morning till 3:00 p
It would lift up and down but would not close. There is a heated towel bar, iron and ironing board which is a very rare find and several hangers. There were no slippers or robe to be found
The windows could be opened - except for the side that open was partially blocked and I don't know if that was specific to my room or a feature of the hotel

There is a free shuttle to the airport and central Madrid (make sure to make a reservation, or it won't show up!), as well as a driver service on demand (15 euros to central Madrid in a black car, a regular taxi was 12)
All in all, it's a great hotel to check out. Just keep in mind it's not in a central location and you will likely shuttle or cab around if you don't have a car. I'd love to come back once the renovations are complete
The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money
The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier
Negatives- In my booking, I was advised I would be given a complimentary free drink. More than disappointing to be given a bottle of water, I could have bought myself from the local food shop two minutes away
Breakfast was fantastic and great selection in the buffet, also had a relaxed sleep on a very comfortable mattress. The gentleman who helps guests with luggage is friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel

Madrid, Plaza de las Cortes, 7 🧭 Map
Breakfast is complimentary (buffet and a la carte) and you can even have it taken to your room. Location is fantastic and the service was phenomenal. A little on the pricey side but I guess that you get what you pay for
The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this is temporary and the hotel is making a great job to make accommodations so the guests are comfortable
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Be advised, the hotel is currently under renovations as they will be changing from Westin to a Luxury Collection property
I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable
Everything you could want and a little more. The breakfast room is ethereal in decor and the options are infinite. Even some bubbly for those interested. And a great location on top of all that
So sometimes you hear a little noise you would not expect otherwise

A highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff specifically, Roberta at reception who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and made me feel genuinely welcomed with her attentive and friendly service
The atmosphere in the terrace bar and common areas was sophisticated and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Madrid. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the amazing breakfast
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel! We had breakfast on morning and there was such a huge variety of sweet and savoury and drinks were constantly topped up
I recently stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Tower and was thoroughly impressed. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, though I did find the bar prices to be on the expensive side. However, given that this is a luxury hotel, it’s somewhat to be expected
Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Eurostars Madrid for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the city

Secondly, the shower needs care as hot water was super dangerous hot when trying to regulate the temperature
A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff
I particularly mention the lady working on the downstairs bar who went out of her way to help us when we just missed closing time , brilliant. The staff are a credit to this very impressive hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable

On a separate note, if you're arriving late at night from the airport, it's best to take a taxi (around 20 euros). Even though Google Maps suggests it's a 20-minute walk, there's no sidewalk, making it impractical
We forgot some items, and they were very helpful in retrieving and delivering them to the mail collection service we arranged. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when flying out of Madrid
However, be sure to reserve your spot in advance as space can fill up quickly. The room was perfect for a one-night stay, and the cafeteria was equally satisfying
The hotel’s location is ideal, especially with their reliable shuttle service that gets you to Terminal 4 in under 15 minutes with a punctual and friendly driver
What stood out most was the excellent service—both over the phone and in person. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating
The only issue I initially had was with their payment process, but a quick call cleared everything up with simple instructions

To the Palace walk for 10 minutes!!! A supermarket and gym in the neighbouring building
The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price
Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel
Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is Madrid, both old and new! We enjoyed our stay
The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear

and the most important thing in a hotel - wonderful staff A special thank you to the lovely Cristina Anca that was always kind and smiling and to Gunther, which was very helpful and freindly we had an awesome vacation (Adi and Sharon Bibi (Israel
Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.
Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc)
She had a poor command of english and could not explain the situation to us that our room was not ready. She was consistently asking a supervisor for assistance, who did not help speed the process up at all
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived
Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in

The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and care. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff
The Vincci Soho is ideally situated for professionals working in Madrid, providing both convenience and comfort. Nestled in a serene and relaxed setting, it offers a welcome retreat from the bustling city
Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay
They are not only courteous and polite but also highly knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was handled with the utmost attention to detail
It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy
Having stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say this one ranks among the best. It combines outstanding value for money with exceptional quality

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
Bustling with travellers from UK and USA. Great restaurant and room service but not too many choices in the menu. Helpful staff and good location. Would love to visit Madrid again just to stay here
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast
A three day trip in Madrid! When we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Everybody in that hotel was soooo friendly. We slept in a room to the street, it was very kind

Honorable mention to Adrian who was an over the top waiter and made a considerable difference attending to our needs during breakfast. We actually missed his presence the day he wasn’t working during our stay!
We found the location excellent as it is close to the museums (if you don't mind a walk, which we do not), and a lot of great eating (which we also like to do), and also some pretty good shopping (those mostly high-end designers with an occasional Mango mixed in); fantastic neighborhood though! I'd definitely consider staying here again!
Gran Melia Fenix is an exceptional hotel, and my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon! The staff is on-point, pleasant, and always professional, and the grounds are exceptional in a nicely renovated building with grand staircase
This place was nice for our last night of our trip to Spain we stayed here in June of 2019 the rooftop pool was nice they had some drinks it looked like even though I was 6 it was a really nice hotel!
Beautiful hotel! Stayed in Jr. Suite and it was perfect. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel bar was great, a bit pricey, but not unexpected at a hotel of this caliber.
Great staff and very attentive. They were able to get us reservation with Botin on a short notice, they went even beyond that. Got us a reservation to a flamingo on the same day

As well as some good dinning options nearby and the very handy Suanzes metro station (plus you'll enjoy a beautiful walk through the park on your way to it)
Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded)
they're all truly outstanding, and altogether with the modern building and facilities, make this hotel (at least from my experience) one of the best of the Melia hotels network, and surely one of the best, if not the best, in Madrid
We only stayed for one night and had to catch our flight early in the morning, so we were very happy to be checked in quick. The staff was fluent in English, friendly and helpful enough to book us a taxi to the airport
Best hotel I've ever stayed at to the date. Rooms have been fully renovated, cozy and decorated beautifuly. Stayed for 9 nights and felt like at home (actually, much better)
The room was spacious and clean. All expectations were exceeded. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others

Excellent service specially by a young lady from Cuba in the reception. Breakfast was excellent and so was the price. Location is superb if you are going to the airport by public transportation
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Nice spacious rooms with all amenities. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Nice location. Everything was good. Loved the place.
The best location to Renfe station. The rooms are renovated and cozy. Also Staffs are well trained and have hospitality.
There's a cab stand one block away as well
Staff is great and rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of cafés and bars frequented by locals. Easy walk to chamartin station
Very nice and convenient hotel You can take a cercanias train to and from the airport. Friendly staff and good restaurants. Rooms are nice enough for a business trip.

Fabulous hotel with lovely old world ambiance and service. Great location-close to shops restaurants and museums. Very quiet rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Also nice to have a pool and spa
I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant
Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders

Arrived for Christmas holidays and visit the family, we wanted a place well located with parking, we found a nice place here at Novotel Campo de las Naciones, we also found a very modern place, great decorations and facilities, very nice room, we asked for a double room for 2 adults and 2 kids under 8 years old, the second need was actually a sofa bed but comfy enough
What we are enjoying the most is the personnel and the attention received. The team is always helpful with nice attitude, what a friendly team. We would definitely come back
Ita perfect hotel and service everything it was ok the man work in recepian at night very nice and ask taxi en time a want every thing was perfect
Also it seems the breakfast buffet was no longer as robust, as before (no baked beans, the coffee machine had no cappuccino, etc) Perhaps this all is as a result of the impact of the pandemic
Secondly for some reason the room temperature was set at 25. We tried to reduce it using the regulator in the room but it took hours before we noticed any change
Been here several times since 2017. This stay was however not as enjoyable as the previous stays. For starters, there was no airport shuttle available this time

But location and breakfast bit everything :) there’s a roof top place but it’s very small and nothing to do in there really. Parking is outside across the street for €30/day
You can enjoy the restaurant on the first floor surrounded by billboards and charming waiters like Zenon! Or find your way to the roof terrace and be assisted by Enrique from maintanance with a smile
The hotel is modern look, with dark hallways, elevators were glass a little scary but fun. The breakfast was ok, but in general we enjoyed our stay while in Madrid
Beautiful and comfortable vintage-style hotel, perfectly decorated and arranged thematically around the "Capitol Theatre" theme - we felt like divas in those rooms! 🤩 The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful, and of course the location ideal, right in the middle of Gran Via in the beating heart of Madrid
best location for a hotel in madrid, close to several squares/parks, within 2km radius, if u can/have energy to walk, u can go to many places of interest in madrid. simple hotel, has breakfast, tidy and clean rooms.
