The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!

Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar

The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices

Stayed here the night before departing from the airport. Taxis queue outside the entrance and used them versus waiting for the hotel shuttle. Check in was very good with necessary hotel information provided

I am taking off a star because there is little convenient access to snack food. It is located in an industrial park next to the airport so there are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity

The “marketplace” inside the hotel was only a few vending machines, most of which were broken. Other than that, it is a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again

The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this is temporary and the hotel is making a great job to make accommodations so the guests are comfortable

I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable

They are also connected to a gym with pool (anytime access to the gym and limited time slot to book for Pool early in the day to come back to in the evening) Do 6k- 15 run to start your day, then book a time slot for the pool in the beginning of the day to recover from a full day of walking

Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!

A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot

Rooms have A/C which is crucial during summer in Madrid. On the not so nice side of things, carpeting is old, and elevators are very small. Breakfast is average, but at 12 Euros per day I found it lacking

The location was close to a mall and supermarkets as well as places to eat. The kitchen is very ill equipped so only real things we could make were cereal in the morning but this was the only bad thing

Is it the Ritz? No, but if that’s what you expect, spend money to stay at that type of hotel, because it is available down the street for three or four times the price

1- Checking in, left waiting in lobby for long time waiting to check in, with large queue forming with others waiting to check in ( limited staff) 2- Internet, internet connection is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in across the world, for a 4star hotel it is disgusting, signal fails constantly and I mean every couple of minuets it freezes and restart is needed, connection...

4- Noise, there is no sound proofing in the rooms allowing you to hear everything that is going on in other rooms, even low talking from the next room can be heard and is very disturbing in the early hours

3- Bathroom, taking a shower is a joke by the time you finish the shower the bathroom floor is totally flooded due to the poor shower screen being so small that all the water goes on to the floor

The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money
