We truly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys a nice swim and more relaxed stay. Staff were very kind and overall experience was great. Rooms are nice and showers are amazing.

Booked this hotel for Taylor Swift's concert. There are plenty of breakfast options. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu. The public security nearby is also good. It's no problem to walk back at night

I got a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday on July 28th, but there was no free bottled water. There was a mini bar, but everything was charged, including mineral water

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is not far from the Bernabéu, which is quite convenient. It is more suitable for business travel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a decent gym workout room. The beds are a bit soft - would prefer firmer.

Unfortunately the hotel was temporarily out of running water due to a maintenance issue. The staff could not have been more accommodating

The stay was fantastic! Check the schedule of the hotel 🔁 airport shuttle bus. They are really punctual. Comfy beds, clean room and friendly front desk. Nothing more i could ask for!

No slippers or bathrobe available. The hotel is huge so it might take some time to walk to your room. The airport shuttle is convenient. Overall, fine for one night when you have to make an early flight

Best Novotel experience hotel. Highly recommend for family. Rooms are average size. Good for 2+1. They have gift packs to keeps kids busy. Service staff is friendly and helpful.

Frequent business traveler and this is my go-to hotel in Madrid. The entrance is odd and there are often groups, but the hotel itself is excellent

The hotel is spacious and conveniently located near the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket right next door, and the breakfast is extensive.

Very close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía

Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations

Breakfast is complimentary (buffet and a la carte) and you can even have it taken to your room. Location is fantastic and the service was phenomenal. A little on the pricey side but I guess that you get what you pay for

Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return

We stay just for one night in August 20 2024 the hotel was on renovations for the lobby , rooms had been already updated

The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid, and we've never encountered such treatment

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!

And a big thank you to the breakfast waitress Samira who served us very well! The only downside is that the distance between the city and the hotel is 17 minutes by car

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling

The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating

Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a must! Rooms are luxurious with all amenities present. I enjoyed the bathroom setup and overall atmosphere of my room

They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service

Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service

When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it

What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good

Great location with a bus taking you straight to the Plaza Mayor from just outside the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me

To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. The hotel is well-located, relatively close to the city center (Plaza Mayor)

Hotel was nice with a great pool and gym. However, manpower may be terribly short handed at times and resulting in blunders, such as charging twice on my credit card for the room.

I have stayed in many NH hotels in Europe, and this one is the best one so far. First of all, I like the layout of the lobby very much. Because there is a bar, it is very convenient

Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway, but you can take the 150 bus, which is just opposite and you can enjoy the beautiful city view of Madrid

The breakfast is awesome! The location is quite far from the city center, but there have bus stations and subway stations,  so it’s convenient.

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible

Great location without crowds of tourists but with a lot of shops and great cafes. Rooms are really spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast has a lot of options. I would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s nearby a couple bus stops and the metro, which was very helpful if you’re trying to get around Madrid. The housekeepers were super friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean

Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside

They had a very nice lobby as well with lots of areas to sit and relax

One critique I had was that the shower’s water would spill all over the floor if you’re not careful enough because the shower glass only goes halfway. Overall, great hotel, I’d recommend

The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast

Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.

A three day trip in Madrid! When we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Everybody in that hotel was soooo friendly. We slept in a room to the street, it was very kind

The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all

Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price

Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel

Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is Madrid, both old and new! We enjoyed our stay

My room was small-ish and had a very squeaky bed, but aside from that it was lovely. It's a very clean hotel in a great location. Don't miss drinks at the bar downstairs, and I hear the dinner is spectacular

There was a restaurant that was delicious, the staff helped us get signed up for the airport shuttle very easily, the airport shuttle left on time and got us there safely, the beds were nice, the showers were nice, everything looked very beautiful and comfortable and clean, overall just a really great experience, I felt so comfortable

We stayed here on the last night of our trip because our apartment that we had rented for the week was just pretty lousy and wanted to just have a comfortable night close to the airport on our last night, and this ended up being absolutely perfect

A fantastic hotel! We were traveling with a lot of luggage and planned a side trip to Granada, and the hotel kindly offered to store our bags at no extra charge — an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture

We stayed here for one night before our flight and absolutely loved it! The hotel is just about 10 minutes from the airport — super convenient if you’re travelling the next day

We had a suite, and it was really spacious — perfect for families, as our daughter had her own separate room. There’s a minibar, great room service, and a lovely bathroom

That was really important to because I was feeling really anxious going into it coming from our previous day which was not very good

Upon arrival, I requested a quiet room and I got a room facing the steet on a floor with a lot of loud touring people staying for one night and cars and buses pushing their claxon and sounding there alarms

I checked in on line and got the keycard to room 539 quickly. The staff seems professional and speaks decent English, so I didn't have to use the limited Spanish I learned in school many years ago

I travel alone and put the two on top of each other. The bed is made, but the floor is not vacuumed, leaving hairs and dust. The bathroom is small, but adequate with and in bath shower

I have to use roaming and 4G/5G to connect my devices. Not a problem for a citizen from the EU with a large bundle, but very expensive if not covered by the contract in your home country

The bottles are not replaced with new ones after using them, but a Mercadona Supermarket is within a five minute walk. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are very thin and soft

But if you walk five minutes, you pay half the price for the same food and drinks. The two main issues are the Wi-Fi and the poor insulation. There is no Wi-Fi signal in room 539

We are currently staying at this hotel and we were warmly welcomed by Andres at the front desk when we arrived at the hotel which made us believe that we have chose the right place for our short stay

The hotel was impeccably clean, and we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The location is excellent—situated away from the city noise yet conveniently close to Retiro Park

As a medical professional, I was particularly impressed by the presence of a defibrillator in the lobby, with all staff members trained in its use. This level of preparedness and attention to safety is truly remarkable

This is a very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant has nice good food options. I stayed here overnight solely to catch a flight the next morning

Andres has proven us right via his consistent support and help when we needed to ask any questions on locations or printing some important documents etc

The only issue I had is I like to watch TV in bed so chose a room with big TV opposite comfortable queen bed. But the Smart TV was not smart enough to sign into my streaming apps or cast my phone or tablet apps to it

I stayed on the Kathryn Findlay floor which was beautifully crafted but as with its age there was quite a bit of wear and tear which was more noticeable in an all-white room

Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see

The lifts being panoramic was a nice touch and I enjoyed being able to visit the foyer of each floor. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a vast spread

After being helped by the reservations department to find the perfect room, stayed on the 10th floor designed by renowned architect Arata Isozaki

Our room was absolutely amazing, huge, spotless, and super comfortable! the mattress of the king bed was better than my own! My kids slept in a sofa bed and they also told me it was super comfortable

The hotel is very central and metro station is right outside (but the lift to metro platform is about 5 min walk). Bath room is very pretty but shower is a bit weak in terms of water pressure

The room was quiet and wifi was very fast. Breakfast was superb, although starts 7:30 during weekends which is bit late for me to start the early morning conference sessions. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay

The property featured helpful staff, modern room amenities and rock solid WIFI. Other than that, there’s not much else to say about our room, other that it was a larger-sized plainly styled box

This property offered the location we sought after, right next to a Metro stop not far from the Chamartín Alta Velocidad rail station where there were lots of dining choices

It was a last-minute booking, after an AirB&B host stiffed us by yanking the availability of the apartment I booked and paid for months ago

I recently booked a last minute stay for one night at this hotel, and whilst my stay was good, I felt that the hotel offers very little value for money. There is nothing in it, but a bed, table and chair

I expected a lot before going as it is a Marriott hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, many seating areas in the lobby. A bar, and restaurant also in the lobby. Friendly staff everywhere on the hotel

We had an amazing lunch meal in the lobby restaurant which was five courses and included a glass of wine or beer. I believe the special was between 12 and 4 p. Again, the food was delicious

Centrally located, and easy to get around either on foot or the Metro (close to the hotel). Delicious buffet breakfast which was amazing. The cost I believe was 23 euros, but well worth it

This is a great hotel at a strategic location everything nearby and staff are excellent and welcoming. Room is spacious and cozy and very quite at night
