Great little restaurant reasonably priced. My traveling companion Buddy Jesus, turned my water into 🍷 wine and Scotch saving me mucho Dinero. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best that I ever had but for the price of the hotel it satisfied me.

The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly

Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views. Near many restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel was packed with people, I did not have issues with the noise. The room was clean and spacious. There are taxis right next to the hotel, and the metro is nearby. Far north of downtown but close to a subway station. Very long wait to check in! The room was OK - clean, comfortable but small, no fridge. I didn't use any of the amenities so no comment on those.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness. Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary. A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area.

Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1.50 for the ticket). Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is very busy, coach loads of people coming and going. Breakfast was heaving, couldn't move for people. I wasn't allowed to bring my suitcase into the breakfast area. No real explanation but rudely told to take it out. I hung the do not disturb sign on my door as I didn't want it cleaned. Centrally located in Madrid, this hotel is a great value. Modest rooms with a large dining room. Extremely friendly staff.

Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.  There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.  The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier. Unfortunately mine would not stay closed. My room was located on the 8th floor near the end of the hallway. I was given two twin beds but the room is very large and not cramped at all...

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They made the effort with little touches like a drink at the bar and chocolates and water in the room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A special mention to Saira (who makes the eggs at breakfast) - what a star!

Stayed here twice, the first room smelled really bad, it was reported but nothing was done. Stayed a second time as it was already booked, the room (video) was better and there was no awful smell. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the burger was good (photo). By the way, as it is near the airport, with people departing at all times, it is always noisy.

Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear.

Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay. It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy.

Nice hotel in downtown. It’s a prime location close to everything. The breakfast is great, lots of options, feels like a fancy restaurant. The rooms are not big and want some refurbishment. This is a very nice 4 Star hotel, about 10 minutes from Madrid Airport & 15 minutes from the city centre by metro. There is a secure underground car park. Good city restaurant close to the airport and main highways in and out of the city. Good service and good infrastructure BUT mandatory paid parking should be managed differently. No alternative parking around pushes for a "mandatory" daily charge for car parking.

Beautifully appointed and clean hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle included. Breakfast is the best continental one we have had so far in Spain with hot items, pastries, fruit , etc. worth the money. Highly recommend. Also, the metro is relatively close so If you choose to either go into central Madrid, or drop off a rental car like we did it is easy to get back.

Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away. Big gym and sportsbar in the same building.

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Holiday Inn location in Madrid - Bernabeu. The place is generally good but the the suite needed some renovations, especially the carpeting and furniture. It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Some of the rooms are not very new but it is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The best it is location in from of the Bernabéu stadium, close to public transport and taxis, some good restaurants at walking distance and it has some shopping around.

It is a bit far from the city center, but there are some bus stops conveniently located near the hotel. Also, there is also a Carrefour Express about a 5-minute walk. We stayed in a room with a river view and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was safe and we were able to take a walk even after sunset.

Good location, friendly staff, price is a bit high for the facilities but it’s a good place for short stays where you want to be near Campo and the city. Also allowed us to check in 5 hours early (with no notice!) due to sudden changes in travel plans at no extra price, which earns a 5/5 in my book.

Cool place and clean. Spacious rooms. Only downside is the lack of cool enough airco, we opened the window and there were a group of people smoking and our room got the smoke stank from cigarretes.

Room was great. Very clean. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent, many also spoke English. Fantastic stay.

Axor Barajas Hotel at Madrid offers a good option for a quick stay during a connecting flight. It has outdoor pool available only during the summer. Complementary bus service to all terminals, WiFi in all areas. Breakfast buffet is served daily with additional charge.

The hotel is in a grate location in the center of the city. The problem is you can hear everything from the rooms. We couldn't sleep most of our nights there because we heard a man from the room next door, then we heard the cleaning ladies early in the morning cleaning the rooms and every night there is a trash truck coming to pick up the trash from the hotel in the middle of the night and making...

Excellent location! Staff friendly and helpful. Room was sparkling clean and much larger than expected. I ended up in a room on the first floor quite close to the elevator and staircase, but I booked on a third-party website and checked in quite late so not unexpected. The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff is so kind, helpful, and even helped with the language barrier. The hotel manager was so generous to my wife and I got our honeymoon at the hotel.

Stayed in a room with a terrace. It was nice. Terrace furniture was comfortable. Room is normal small for Spain. Has a built in closet. Bed was comfortable with I believe a memory foam mattress. Must insert room key to get lights and HVAC to work. Surprisingly quiet room although you can hear people in the hallway. We didn’t experience that much. WiFi works well. Didn’t use TV.

Loved this hotel! The breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from - even options for diabetics. The churros with Chocolate were the best. The location was amazing as well - very close to everything. Close to historical places and to many shops. We greatly appreciated having everything close by as it allowed us to see lots of things in a short amount of time.

This was my first time visiting Spain and Europe overall for my birthday. The location is perfect. It’s not far from the tourist areas. The location is about 15-20 minutes away from the attractions. You will need a uber, or bolt (that’s their uber version), or rental car, or taxi. They have subways too. Check in was easy, the front desk was helpful, and they hold your luggage if you arrive early...

Location is great, not too far from airport. Also has a bus stop near the entrance into town. The ambience looks luxurious, however the quality of the rooms were not great. Rooms are spacious but the cleaning was poor. There was hair and left over bar soap from the previous occupier. Despite complaining to the staff, it wasn't dealt with which was quite disappointing. Ilunion Pio XII is half an hour's bus ride away from the town centre (there is a convenient bus stop just outside the main entrance). The hotel is advertised as a four star but does not feel that way. The room was large but not laid out in a particularly comfortable way (the bed was fine). The desk lamp didn't work. There was not enough hanging space in the bathroom and again the layout was not user...

Super comfortable and spacious rooms. Top notch bed and tv and decorations, but the minibar was empty, the main rain shower was offline and there weren't any toiletries or coffee (although there was a coffee machine). Perhaps there was incomplete service because its August and the room was only €55?

The UP Beautiful hotel, lovely room, breakfast was delicious, Service at bar was a bit slow as they were also cleaning the dining room but nice staff. overall a good hotel. Downs: it was a taxi trip from everywhere, heat was pushing 44c inner centre of Madrid, so too hot to walk anywhere as normal. If they had a pool it would of been a god send!

Great room at a great price! You are within walking distance of Chamartin station for all of the high-speed trains and if you walk a bit further, a store lined street that includes a self service laundromat.
