My Iberia flight was canceled, so the airline put all of the passengers here for a night. This Marriott is gigantic and very clean. The room I stayed in had two queen-sized beds and was extremely comfortable. A buffet-style dinner was provided and the spread was more than satisfactory.

Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. Compared to U.S. standards, it was 3 stars , as per Spain standards, definitely 5 stars. Rooms were little but smaller, but in Spain, everything is smaller. You have to pay additional for breakfast. Most of the U.S. hotels include breakfast. Staff was courteous.

Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary. Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay. It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy.

The NH Collection on Jose Abascal is incredibly well located and appointed. The service is pleasant, courteous and prompt, and their breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty. Extraordinary personal attention! Rooms big enough, and very very comfortable. Nice modern sober decoration. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent dinner restaurant! For now this is my favorite hotel in Madrid (and I am demanding for outstanding quality)

A beautiful new hotel. The room is spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom is luxurious and well presented.

May 2023 I loved this hotel. I expected a lot before going as it is a Marriott hotel. I was not disappointed. Comfortable bed, clean room, many seating areas in the lobby. Great stay, lovely hotel, located in the town near to convenience for basics and the Madrids Stadium bearly 500meters. But the staff are not at all hospitable. With such a nice and well equipped hotel it can do so much better if the they can provide good customer services and friendly employees.

This is a great hotel at a strategic location everything nearby and staff are excellent and welcoming. Room is spacious and cozy and very quite at night. The food is great and they always try to customize your order to your need i love it. The only problem i had was with the internet WIFI it is very slow and unsecured anyone can access the net even people not staying at the hotel. Also one minor comment...

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and toiletries provided. Bathroom slightly dated and bidet blocked access to the shower. TV provided, with one English news channel, more could be provided to accommodate international clients.

The price is higher than the value. The location is very good and connected to the city by different means. You should pay for the parking if you have a car, it's around 20 euros/day.

Thank you for the upgrade. We had bad luck because the restaurant and cafetaria were closed Sunday. We had hoped there was a water cooker with some sachets there wasn't. That was the only negative. Bed was big and good. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we could park in the garage below the hotel.

It is clean, view was not as good as i Expected and they did not left any option to have coffee or tea in room which really bothered me. But overall It is okay

Nice hotel, the suite are the best size room having bedroom, bathroom, lounge and bar. Breakfast is hot and cold including eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, fruit etc. Close to Airport, metro and UK visa Centre

We had a really nice stay, the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a very good area 10 minutes walk from Santiago Bernabeu and the centre 15 minutes by metro. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful! Enjoyed every minute!

Good moderate Hotel. The room was a little cold and there were minor unconveniences. Like very thin walls to all sides of neighbours, resulting in live conversational witness. But all in all a place to visit Madrid per pedes. What I liked the most, was the vicinity to the city and the center. Madrid is such a lovely city!

This hotel surprised us, the reviews were terrible so I wasn’t expecting much but when we arrived we were greeted by staff quickly and efficiently. The room was gorgeous, they upgraded us for free due to a mistake they made with our booking. The restaurant is nice as well. Room clean and comfortable and you receive a nice welcome gift. Would recommend.

It’s a good hotel. Located right on the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station, bus station all are nearby. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Service is good. There are self laundry places within walking distance which are pretty affordable. Overall a good experience.

I absolutely loved our stay at Vincci Soma! I am used to having troubles with the internet connection when I travel, but here I was able to do all the video conferences and even run a webinar from my hotel room. Besides that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely be staying here again when back in Madrid.

Very friendly attention to people at reception, shift during the day, night companion somewhat smaller, same, great facilities and very well located, modern and clean. The cafeteria and restaurant staff are charming and very attentive, I hope to return. I recommend this!!!!
