Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary. A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area.

Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1.50 for the ticket). Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This hotel is very busy, coach loads of people coming and going. Breakfast was heaving, couldn't move for people. I wasn't allowed to bring my suitcase into the breakfast area. Centrally located in Madrid, this hotel is a great value. Modest rooms with a large dining room. Extremely friendly staff.

Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.  There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.  The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier. Unfortunately mine would not stay closed. My room was located on the 8th floor near the end of the hallway. I was given two twin beds but the room is very large and not cramped at all...

The hotel was kinda great. The rooms were comfy but not that big. The WiFi wasn't really good. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear.

Old hotel but in a good state. Rooms are getting cleaned very well with attention to detail. Bed is of good quality. Also the breakfast was okay. The location is a great plus as it is very close to the metro and the centre is walking distance (30 minutes).

First of all great mestoraspolozhenie. Great place to stay during a short self-guided tour. The building itself is old, rooms are average, cleaning is 4. Opposite the building of the old North station. Now there is a shopping center. There are many restaurants and cafes.

Hotel facilities including rooms were not great. The breakfast buffet menu was the same during the stay (3 nights). There was no free bottled water provided during the stay, and the bottled water provided in the minibar in the room was charged (3.9 euros), but there was no price information.

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.

Convenient and clean hotel. It was a short walk to the train station. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Just had a slight draining issue for the shower. If you can't get the shuttle to the airport they will call you a taxi and which accept card, helpful if you don't have any cash.

Offered the easy access to the airport that we were looking for. The area was nice and everything was clean and convenient with bus 114 right across this street. Rooms were a little tight for a triple. Was a little pricey, but that seemed to be the norm when I searched. Shuttle to go to airport was 5 euro pp.

Stayed here twice, the first room smelled really bad, it was reported but nothing was done. Stayed a second time as it was already booked, the room (video) was better and there was no awful smell. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the burger was good (photo). By the way, as it is near the airport, with people departing at all times, it is always noisy.

Not having a car, I had to go to the nearest convenience store, which happened to be a very expensive gas station. In terms of service, the drink dispenser was out of service. My children were thirsty, and they were offered to go to the famous gas station. A bar that didn't serve much after the out-of-service dispenser. Speaking of convenience, the hotel offers a non-existent service for transportation...

There are no slippers in the room, no free drinking water, no kettle, only sparkling water and Coke Sprite in the refrigerator, the service is very poor, the room service ordered a bottle of mineral water and it was delivered to the wrong place twice. The room rate does not include the morning, and the airport shuttle runs every 40 minutes. In short, everything is not satisfactory, not worth the price...

The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are very big, the things you use are very good, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but if you are a light sleeper, you should not choose a room facing the street as it is a bit noisy!

Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away. Big gym and sportsbar in the same building.

We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Holiday Inn location in Madrid - Bernabeu. The place is generally good but the the suite needed some renovations, especially the carpeting and furniture. It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. We went to the swimming pool and it desperately needs to be fixed as the swimming pool floor was moving under, like a fixation...

It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Some of the rooms are not very new but it is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The best it is location in from of the Bernabéu stadium, close to public transport and taxis, some good restaurants at walking distance and it has some shopping around.

Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded). This time we choose to stay in level room which comes with a separate dining hall and open to level guests till 11pm which is perfect for us as we usually check in late, and arrive to the hotel hungry and tired...

It is a bit far from the city center, but there are some bus stops conveniently located near the hotel. Also, there is also a Carrefour Express about a 5-minute walk. We stayed in a room with a river view and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was safe and we were able to take a walk even after sunset.

Good location, friendly staff, price is a bit high for the facilities but it’s a good place for short stays where you want to be near Campo and the city. Also allowed us to check in 5 hours early (with no notice!) due to sudden changes in travel plans at no extra price, which earns a 5/5 in my book.

It's located near the airport, so it's good for a one-night stay. Free airport pick-up is also available, which is convenient. I had a minor issue which was promptly resolved so I have amended my review. Overall it was a good stay, nice rooms and great location near the Gran Via.

What an amazing hotel & team. We checked out after two nights and left with our luggage to catch the train home. Then the 'blackout' happened and we were stuck in Madrid with nowhere to sleep, no cash, and very little food and water. We had our ten year old daughter with us so we were worried. This is my second stay. I still think the location of the hotel is great, and the staff is very helpful. I found this time the breakfast options narrowed in some products and expanded in other ones that seem to adapt more to international visitors.
