Great little restaurant reasonably priced. My traveling companion Buddy Jesus, turned my water into 🍷 wine and Scotch saving me mucho Dinero. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best that I ever had but for the price of the hotel it satisfied me.
The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
This hotel is greatly located near Calle Goya and Retiro park in Madrid. You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars. This is a large hotel, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, spacious rooms gully equipped with amenities. There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks...
This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station...
Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views. Near many restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis. We enjoyed our stay overall.
I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel was packed with people, I did not have issues with the noise. The room was clean and spacious. There are taxis right next to the hotel, and the metro is nearby.
The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, salty, and sweet options...
Plenty of landmarks nearby, whether you like walking or taking the metro. 30 minute walk to major landmarks. Well worth it. You can see the architecture Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Well designed. The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. Super clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful

Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Very nice hotel on the 1st look. The reception was good, they settelled us weary tourists and tour leader very fast and we were in our rooms quickly.
Breakfast was the best. Great staff did their work well and gave us a great start to the day.
Room amenities were great especially the kettle for hot water in winter time.
The only problem was some in our tour group got their rooms broken into and belongings...
Far north of downtown but close to a subway station. Very long wait to check in! The room was OK - clean, comfortable but small, no fridge.
I didn't use any of the amenities so no comment on those.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness. Great location with a bus taking you straight to the Plaza Mayor from just outside the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
It is clean. No frills rooms. Location is outside of Madrid center. Easy to take 1 euro bus to main sections. Breakfast is good. Hot food, Many selections. Restaurants and mall near. Grocery next store. Hotel is Packed with tour buses. Staff are curt and bland. Hotel is Fine if saving $.
Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown.
The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary.
A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants.
Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area.
Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1.50 for the ticket). Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.
This hotel is very busy, coach loads of people coming and going.
Breakfast was heaving, couldn't move for people.
I wasn't allowed to bring my suitcase into the breakfast area. No real explanation but rudely told to take it out.
I hung the do not disturb sign on my door as I didn't want it cleaned. Had a note posted under my door as letting me know they tried to call me all day as they wanted to...
Centrally located in Madrid, this hotel is a great value. Modest rooms with a large dining room. Extremely friendly staff.

Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy. There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug. The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier. Unfortunately mine would not stay closed.
My room was located on the 8th floor near the end of the hallway. I was given two twin beds but the room is very large and not cramped at all...
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They made the effort with little touches like a drink at the bar and chocolates and water in the room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A special mention to Saira (who makes the eggs at breakfast) - what a star!
Rooms okay but seems it's been a while since maintained. Lots of damage on woodwork. A nice gesture is that when you don't have your room cleaned, you get a voucher for a free drink. First day this worked perfectly, second day we received none which brings me to another issue; many of the staff do not speak English, apart from perhaps a few words. So if you ask for the voucher, the housekeeping has...
Breakfast was unbelievable! The variety, quality and presentation are unmatched. The service staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, specifically, the layout and space made it luxurious. I would come here again, without question. 💪🏼
A very good service was provided by this hotel. The rooms were very neat and modern as well as the rest of the hotel’s facilities. The location is excellent for travelers in Madrid
Personal touch from the staff here is out of the space - we are feeling very welcome. We got such a big surprise while returning to our room after a city walk - such a warm and sweet gesture🤍🤍🤍 celebrating our reason of the stay🥳🥳🥳

Stayed here twice, the first room smelled really bad, it was reported but nothing was done. Stayed a second time as it was already booked, the room (video) was better and there was no awful smell. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the burger was good (photo). By the way, as it is near the airport, with people departing at all times, it is always noisy.
The hotel’s location is ideal, especially with their reliable shuttle service that gets you to Terminal 4 in under 15 minutes with a punctual and friendly driver. However, be sure to reserve your spot in advance as space can fill up quickly. The room was perfect for a one-night stay, and the cafeteria was equally satisfying. What stood out most was the excellent service—both over the phone and in person...
Great room, shady grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the cafeteria, buffet a bit average but well presented and fresh. Nice position, convenient for the airport and 15- 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid.
The restaurant was 10 out of 10. Amazing breakfast. Staff was helpful and nice. Free airport shuttle. Senator Barajas is definitely the best quality-price hotel in the area.
Stayed a couple of days just before new year's in a single bedroom. Nice hotel, quiet, clean sheets and towels, and a comfortable bed. The hotel is close to several bus stops and near the airport. Airport shuttle available at specific times. Very convenient.
The rooms were very nice and the food in the restaurant on the bottom floor was very fantastic. No need to search out food in the neighborhood, this restaurant does a very good job and was affordable. The hotel is in kind of a strange neighborhood, but it was close to the airport. Note: the airport shuttle does not run very early in the morning, so if you have a 6:00 a.m. flight, you must take an Uber...

City House Hotel Florida Norte By Faranda
Madrid, Paseo de la Florida, 5 🧭 Map
The hotel was kinda great. The rooms were comfy but not that big.
The WiFi wasn't really good.
The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all.
The breakfast was good, but there is a restaurant in the hotel that was definitely awful. 15 euros for an awful meal with a rude staff. Absolutely not recommended...
Characteristic as much in appearance as in the interior and fittings, but comfortable and with large bed, good view from room and plenty of hot water. Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel.
Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is...
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear.
Decent hotel. Plenty of small problems though:
1. One hotel meal (out of our four) was awful. Our fish was cold in the middle. When we told the catering staff, they simply microwaved it and bought it back
2. *ROOM* Fixtures and fittings in need of repair (one example: our shower had cracks and leaks)
3. *ROOM* No duvet/quilt cover; instead it was a "top sheet", which doesn't fully encase the duvet...
Old hotel but in a good state. Rooms are getting cleaned very well with attention to detail. Bed is of good quality. Also the breakfast was okay. The location is a great plus as it is very close to the metro and the centre is walking distance (30 minutes).
First of all great mestoraspolozhenie. Great place to stay during a short self-guided tour. The building itself is old, rooms are average, cleaning is 4. Opposite the building of the old North station. Now there is a shopping center. There are many restaurants and cafes.

Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay.
It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy.
Superb location and nice rooms but most importantly amazing customer service.
Special shout-out to Silvia and and Nacho at the front desk who greeted us pleasantly, answered our questions promptly and gave us a really nice room!
Looking forward to coming back again.
Very nice place, with a sunny terrace outside. The lunch is healthy. The staff is very nice. The decoration is magnificent. Perfect place for digital nomads, with excellent wifi and a few electrical outlets ! Music perfect for working, or spending quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended !
Great location. Easy to get to from airport or train station. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit warm and air con was a bit hit and miss. Nice touch regarding my wife's birthday with a cake etc. Only down side - No kettle to boil water for tea. Not everyone drinks coffee.
We have to rate our stay in your hotel as excellent. The common areas of the hotel, complete with great decoration ideas...supper. A three day trip in Madrid!
When we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Everybody in that hotel was soooo friendly. We slept in a room to the street, it was very kind. The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! One of the best hotels for business travel in Madrid. perfect location and excellent service. I would like to thank the staff for the amazing stay
I came to the Melia on multiple occasions for a conference lunch. The food was good and the environment was nice. The service was quick to clear up any used plates. My only critiques would be there wasn't enough desserts for the size of group we had (100+ people). Good location, rooms are plentiful. Front desk ck in was fast and easy. However for the price and 4 star rating expected a coffee machine in room. Ive stayed at 2 star hotels in madrid and they have q coffee machine.
Beautiful and comfortable vintage-style hotel, perfectly decorated and arranged thematically around the "Capitol Theatre" theme - we felt like divas in those rooms! 🤩
The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful, and of course the location ideal, right in the middle of Gran Via in the beating heart of Madrid.
Had the loveliest weekend staying there!
Nice hotel in downtown. It’s a prime location close to everything. The breakfast is great, lots of options, feels like a fancy restaurant. The rooms are not big and want some refurbishment. But location and breakfast bit everything :) there’s a roof top place but it’s very small and nothing to do in there really. There’s no gym in the hotel. I wouldn’t agree with the hotel being 4-star but it was good. We had a decent stay, but quite underwhelming. It’s close to bus stops and the metro stations and there are also some food outlets (Burger King, VIPS, Taco Bell, etc) close by which I guess makes it a good choice in terms of location. The rooms were okay, with frequent cleaning. The staff were helpful too, we had to call for a check in on...
The hotel is in a great location. Metro stations just a few minutes walk and plenty of shops and restaurants along the same street. I’ve stayed numerous times for both work and for vacation getaways. 1- Checking in, left waiting in lobby for long time waiting to check in, with large queue forming with others waiting to check in

Nestled in the heart of Madrid, the Emperador Hotel is lauded for its prime location, with guests appreciating the short walks to numerous attractions, eateries, and shops. While the rooms earn praise for their comfort and cleanliness, opinions on service and noise insulation are mixed.
The rooftop pool with stunning views stands out as a guest favorite, despite occasional overcrowding and noise....
Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is okay. Clean. A nice lobby in the very center of Madrid. The Sky Bar is awful… old school look, slow service, bad cocktails and even worst food. Really a downturn.
The location is excellent. The room has many amenities. There is a great view from a restaurant on the roof top.

Beautiful hotel and rooftop. We had a terrace room facing gran via. Beds were comfy, front desk staff was polite and helpful hailing a taxi for us. Only negative was our room was below the rooftop bar and you could hear the bar upstairs.

Good city restaurant close to the airport and main highways in and out of the city. Good service and good infrastructure BUT mandatory paid parking should be managed differently. No alternative parking around pushes for a "mandatory" daily charge for car parking.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and internet is strong on the upper floors. However, it is not available in the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay.
Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Location is perfect for the Bernabeu. There's an Aldi nearby, amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and health spa with Thai massage.
We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Holiday Inn location in Madrid - Bernabeu. The place is generally good but the the suite needed some renovations, especially the carpeting and furniture. The noise was quite noticeable during the day but died down after midnight and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Air conditioning...
The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff is so kind, helpful, and even helped with the language barrier. The hotel manager was so generous to my wife and I got our honeymoon at the hotel.
Stayed in a room with a terrace. It was nice. Terrace furniture was comfortable. Room is normal small for Spain. Has a built in closet. Bed was comfortable with I believe a memory foam mattress. Must insert room key to get lights and HVAC to work. Surprisingly quiet room although you can hear people in the hallway. We didn’t experience that much. WiFi works well. Didn’t use TV.
Loved this hotel! The breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from - even options for diabetics. The churros with Chocolate were the best. The location was amazing as well - very close to everything. Close to historical places and to many shops. We greatly appreciated having everything close by as it allowed us to see lots of things in a short amount of time.
Great location, nice service, what a shame that the rooftop restaurant were closed. In the Restaurant, Victor was the best!! Thanks for amazing stayed!!

Madrid, Avenida de Pio XII, 77 🧭 Map
This was my first time visiting Spain and Europe overall for my birthday. The location is perfect. It’s not far from the tourist areas.
The location is about 15-20 minutes away from the attractions. You will need a uber, or bolt (that’s their uber version), or rental car, or taxi. They have subways too.
Check in was easy, the front desk was helpful, and they hold your luggage if you arrive early...
Location is great, not too far from airport. Also has a bus stop near the entrance into town. The ambience looks luxurious, however the quality of the rooms were not great. Rooms are spacious but the cleaning was poor. There was hair and left over bar soap from the previous occupier. Despite complaining to the staff, it wasn't dealt with which was quite disappointing. Food was great in the restaurant...
Ilunion Pio XII is half an hour's bus ride away from the town centre (there is a convenient bus stop just outside the main entrance). The hotel is advertised as a four star but does not feel that way. The room was large but not laid out in a particularly comfortable way (the bed was fine). The desk lamp didn't work. There was not enough hanging space in the bathroom and again the layout was not user...
Super comfortable and spacious rooms. Top notch bed and tv and decorations, but the minibar was empty, the main rain shower was offline and there weren't any toiletries or coffee (although there was a coffee machine). Perhaps there was incomplete service because its August and the room was only €55?
The UP Beautiful hotel, lovely room, breakfast was delicious, Service at bar was a bit slow as they were also cleaning the dining room but nice staff. overall a good hotel. Downs: it was a taxi trip from everywhere, heat was pushing 44c inner centre of Madrid, so too hot to walk anywhere as normal. If they had a pool it would of been a god send!
Great room at a great price! You are within walking distance of Chamartin station for all of the high-speed trains and if you walk a bit further, a store lined street that includes a self service laundromat.
