Hard Rock Hotel Madrid, Madrid1 / 50
8.4
Madrid, 17 Ronda de Atocha 🧭 Map
Great breakfast and services! Close to Atocha Central Station👍🏻. Agreed if there is slope at the entrance of hotel, that will be great!
Great location if you’re traveling with train. Walking distance to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms but a bit strange to have the sink outside the toilet with separate shower. Restaurant, bar and pool in the same facility.
This hotel is a must-visit for all Hard Rock lovers! It has a very hip and happening vibe, perfectly in tune with the lively atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and remarkably clean, although a bit cramped for three people. The unique displays in the room were almost too tempting, making it hard to resist purchasing some of their merch as souvenirs—a clever sales tactic! The location is another major...
Marvellous stay in a modern, spotless hotel. We felt real luxury, including the yoga classes offered to guests, which was followed by snacks and fruit juice. Could not recommend more
We had a pleasant stay here. The decor is interesting and the rooms are very clean and a decent size (we did choose to upgrade to the slightly bigger ones with the street view when they offered for a fee at check in). Biggest issue though is that they have no ramp, escalator or elevator at the entrance for luggage so you actually have to carry your bag up the short flight of stairs. They also didn...
Amazing hotel in Madrid center, so close to Atocha train station, walking distance to most of the best attractions in the city. Super modern, clean, rock style all over the place, great decorations, a museum of rock with great amenities: gym, pool, dinning, terraces, roof top bar, nicely decorated rooms and great breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay. It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy.
Superb location and nice rooms but most importantly amazing customer service. Special shout-out to Silvia and and Nacho at the front desk who greeted us pleasantly, answered our questions promptly and gave us a really nice room! Looking forward to coming back again.
Very nice place, with a sunny terrace outside. The lunch is healthy. The staff is very nice. The decoration is magnificent. Perfect place for digital nomads, with excellent wifi and a few electrical outlets ! Music perfect for working, or spending quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended !
Great location. Easy to get to from airport or train station. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit warm and air con was a bit hit and miss. Nice touch regarding my wife's birthday with a cake etc. Only down side - No kettle to boil water for tea. Not everyone drinks coffee.
We have to rate our stay in your hotel as excellent. The common areas of the hotel, complete with great decoration ideas...supper. The human service for the guests is great, during breakfast it was perfect and the breakfast variations were also superb, the cleanliness of the room was always impeccable, the receptionist was ready to help the client. The room and bathroom are large enough, the only small...
The location of this hotel is great; right in the city centre and walking distance from all the main attractions. The public areas are very tastefully decorated and the staff are polite and professional, especially the concierge guy at reception who helped with looking after our stored luggage. However, this is where the positives end. The room for a 4 star hotel was incredibly disappointing. It...

Despite been a bit dated and in need of refurbishment (the passage, the carpets and the rooms etc), I can forgive all that and justify the high cost thanks to the AMAZING staff and the rooftop swimming pool. The location is not great unless like me you came for business, in which case banks (ATMs), taxis and nice restaurants are plentiful. Special thanks to Lilian for a smooth transition from NH Eurobuilding...
Service was exceptional, truly! My expectations were vastly exceeded by literally every member of this NH Hotel’s staff I interacted with. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, if otherwise unremarkable. But, the location is great and the staff were on another level (honestly among the best I’ve encountered). Shout out to Lilian Ferrer, thank you!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel NH Collection Madrid Colón, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully designed rooms that are both comfortable and luxurious....
Very simple rooms, making you feel as staying in some cheap place. The reception area is much nicer than when you're getting to your floor. Small double beds. Blanket done in a way to get it out you need to unmake the whole bed. Breakfast is fine by the way. Staff is nice.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, It is very well maintained, centrally located and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The rooms have been comfortable and immaculate and the staff is amazing, in particular Rosana and Lilian, they were lovely, very attentive and ready to help us. They have made us feel as if we were at home due to the closeness, attention and very...

The level of service elevated this hotel from a 4 star experience. Special recognition goes to Massimo, Cristina, and Lucas at reception and Christian in the El Telon restaurant! This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views from the rooftop bar and pool. The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation and many of the sights of Madrid within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The Hotel was decent and quite clean. The best thing about the hotel though is Rigas at the reception. He was the most helpful and polite person in thehospitality business I ever encountered! 5 stars + for Rigas
Great service, clean and located extremely well and strategically in the centre of Madrid, this hotel is a real joy. The rooftop terrace and infinity pool give a great view over the roofs of the city onto the Retiro park and has nice drink offers and from what we saw, good food. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a very large bed and a nice, clean bathroom with a rain effect shower. TV with many foreign...
Without a doubt, the terrace is one of the best places you can go if you want to enjoy the views of Madrid. Let me recommend Laura and I will definitely repeat, thank you for your treatment and attention!

Liabeny is a very nice place to stay in Madrid. Amazingly well located, very close to Plaza del Sol, where several metro lines cross, as well as cercanias. We had a small issue with the bar: they didn’t want to warm some food we bought because of the...
This was the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Hotel Liabeny. You can’t beat the location and prices are reasonable for a full service hotel in the center of the city. The staff are thoughtful and rooms are well taken care of. Highly recommended!
Recently remodeled hotel. Visited there years ago. Always a good experience. Close to Plaza del Sol and walking area to tourist attractions. Rooms are super cozy. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service!!! Very clean and classic hotel. Has A/C, king-sized bed are comfortable, coffee maker is a Nespresso machine (#winner). It is within walking distance to area attractions and metro and bus stations. It is not located in main road but is about 50 steps from one. Breakfast buffet is really good. Did I mention the outstanding service? Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby....
Very nice hotel in the center of Madrid. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. Some water in the minibar and a better shower gel would have been nice.

great location, especially if you plan to visit the Bernabau
Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away. Big gym and sportsbar in the same building.
Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and internet is strong on the upper floors. However, it is not available in the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay.
Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Location is perfect for the Bernabeu. There's an Aldi nearby, amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and health spa with Thai massage.
We stayed for two nights in a suite at the Holiday Inn location in Madrid - Bernabeu. The place is generally good but the the suite needed some renovations, especially the carpeting and furniture. It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. We went to the swimming pool and it desperately needs to be fixed as the swimming pool floor was moving under, like a fixation...
It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Some of the rooms are not very new but it is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The best it is location in from of the Bernabéu stadium, close to public transport and taxis, some good restaurants at walking distance and it has some shopping around.

Nice hotels. Beds are a bit small but ok
We only stayed for one night and had to catch our flight early in the morning, so we were very happy to be checked in quick. The staff was fluent in English, friendly and helpful enough to book us a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All expectations were exceeded. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views. Near many restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis. We enjoyed our stay overall.
I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel was packed with people, I did not have issues with the noise. The room was clean and spacious. There are taxis right next to the hotel, and the metro is nearby. The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, salty, and sweet options...

Quiet, comfortable rooms in a great location . Excellent communication and service. Beautiful bathrooms.
Great place to stay, our room had 5 beds, everything is very neat and clean. Staff are friendly and can speak English well. Only issue is that the windows are thin so we could hear the crosswalk chirping all night long.
our room smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies, so strongly that my throat hurt. They allowed us to move to another room that was better, but we still struggled with it. Staff were very helpful though in recommending places for dinner, best way to get to the airport and so on. Great location!

Great location for the airport. From start to finish we had a great experience. About my only complaint was the breakfast area needed more help. Hot buffet food was low supply. Only 1 coffee machine was working. There were many tables that needed to be cleaned.
Very clean, good service, excellent food. My only gripe would be that they control the air conditioning and at night it becomes warm. With daily temperatures of 110° I would expect much cooler conditions. On the flip side our room had a balcony and was large enough to fit 10 people comfortably.
This hotel is conveniently a short drive from the airport. The front of the hotel is not the most appealing with a dull appearance. However, once you enter you experience pure luxury. The hotel feels hyper 90s modern which was fun to see but everything is in such great shape it feels barely used. The staff was very kind to my husband and I. If we ever have a layover in this area again we’re sure to return to this hotel specifically
It’s pricey but I can’t fault it. The reception check in and first walk into the room was good. You would have to be a complete grouch to complain about this place. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and facilities are fantastic. The care with which they attend to detail is also impressive. Massive thanks to NH Ventas for their care
