Facilities: Very nice and new, near a high-end hotel. Service: The front desk spoke good English and was very quick. Environment: The environment was very nice, and the hotel's decor was very upscale and elegant. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily. Breakfast: Very good, delicious, and plentiful. However, there were unexplained deductions.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a decent gym workout room. The beds are a bit soft - would prefer firmer.
Would have been better if security guard didn’t stop me and grill me about whether I was a guest or not. Said they mistook me for someone else. Spoiled the experience of feeling welcomed. Happens I suppose.
We truly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys a nice swim and more relaxed stay. Staff were very kind and overall experience was great. Rooms are nice and showers are amazing.
Excellent hotel, wonderful food, so clean, staff very helpful & friendly…would highly recommend…the breakfast was amazing!
The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is not far from the Bernabéu, which is quite convenient. It is more suitable for business travel. Facilities: relatively new Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: close to the business district Service: warm and thoughtful

GOOD PLACE TO STAY AND WORK FOR A GOOD BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT. ALL TIME ENJOY THIS PLACE
Very clean, spacious rooms, shower which wasn’t working great, no bath in my en suite only a shower. Breakfast good but expensive. Swimming pool was out of action. due to maintenance repairs, lovely downstairs bar area. Handy shuttle bus to airport & back. Would recommend
With airport bus service very convenient. Good service and also close to the bus stop to get into the town centre
Very nice hotel with great amenities. Gym and swimming pool are also nice
The bed was too soft. No slippers or bathrobe available. The hotel is huge so it might take some time to walk to your room. The airport shuttle is convenient. Overall, fine for one night when you have to make an early flight.
The roomis spacious. Breakfast has a lot of choices. But staff at breakfast not friendly.

Frequent business traveler and this is my go-to hotel in Madrid. The entrance is odd and there are often groups, but the hotel itself is excellent. Spacious, clean rooms, a convenient location, and a great breakfast that makes early mornings easier. Solid choice for work trips.
Best Novotel experience hotel. Highly recommend for family. Rooms are average size. Good for 2+1. They have gift packs to keeps kids busy. Service staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms by the road are very noisy. It is difficult to sleep. I recommend avoiding the odd numbers on the street side. The hotel has good location close to the Movistar arena, El Retiro and the Prado. Breakfast is really good.
Would highly recommend this hotel. Well located. Easy to get to and from airport on the metro, which is only 7 min walk from the hotel. Lovely food and cocktails. Lovely staff… I hope you meet Yuri! Lovely spacious room with a king size bed and a fold out bed for my daughter. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. I hope to return
A bit further from the city centre, but convenient enough by train. Rooms are big and comfy.
The hotel is spacious and conveniently located near the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket right next door, and the breakfast is extensive.
Plenty of landmarks nearby, whether you like walking or taking the metro. 30 minute walk to major landmarks. Well worth it. You can see the architecture Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Well designed. The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. Super clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful

It was an amazing hotel!! Totally recommend!!
We had a great experience staying in the hotel. The location is convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly.
Location is good. 1min go to metro station. The cleanliness is just so so. The service is below average, I ask for complimentary bottle of water for 2 times because 2nd day never top up, they always say yes, will send. But in the end never send. S$300+ dollar per night definitely not worth to it. Won’t visit again
Good location, nice view at top of roof

Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return
First of all, the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Prado Museum and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is commendable. However, the room smelled strongly after renovations. The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. This is incomprehensible. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid...
Top hotel ! + Location History and legacy Cupola lounge Renovated hotel & rooms Great room service Good value - No spa Not enough night staff
The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good. Excellent! On the other hand, I went to the breakfast hall every morning, but the receptionist was so uninterested in his work that I couldn't remember his name even though I met him every morning for 7 days, and he had no hospitality, so I felt bad every morning. The waiter often forgets what I ordered, and calls out the same...

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a...

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service....

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
Convenient location and excellent service.
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!
Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.
We stayed in Madrid for one night as a layover for our connecting flight to Porto. As we arrived quite early in Madrid, around 11 AM, and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we decided to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. This was excellent. The hotel is well-located, relatively...
The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious! Overall, it's fine, but my only real issue was the service. I reported that the air conditioning wasn't working properly – the room just wouldn't cool down at all. I brought it up, but they offered no solution, not even moving me to another room. Welcoming, relaxed and excellent amenities. Great breakfast.
We chose the hotel because it’s close to our friend’s house. The hotel is good, we wanted to try the spa, but it was not available during our stay.
The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.
Great location, great lobby and cafe / terrace, lots of restaurants around.
Hotel was nice with a great pool and gym. However, manpower may be terribly short handed at times and resulting in blunders, such as charging twice on my credit card for the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s nearby a couple bus stops and the metro, which was very helpful if you’re trying to get around Madrid. Hotel facilities including rooms were not great. The breakfast buffet menu was the same during the stay (3 nights). There was no free bottled water provided during the stay, and the bottled water provided in the minibar in the room was charged (3.9 euros), but there was no price information.
Lovely hotel. Didn't do or see much as I was in and out .
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.

The hotel was kinda great. The rooms were comfy but not that big. The WiFi wasn't really good. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. Absolutely not recommended...
Characteristic as much in appearance as in the interior and fittings, but comfortable and with large bed, good view from room and plenty of hot water. Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear.
Decent hotel. Plenty of small problems though: 1. One hotel meal (out of our four) was awful. Our fish was cold in the middle. When we told the catering staff, they simply microwaved it and bought it back 2. *ROOM* Fixtures and fittings in need of repair (one example: our shower had cracks and leaks) 3. *ROOM* No duvet/quilt cover; instead it was a "top sheet", which doesn't fully encase the duvet...

Very good hotel right by the train station. If it wasn’t for the construction work around the station, it would be 5 stars for sure. Very well connected with the city via the subway and buses, large selection of breakfast, and comfortable rooms. No complaints and very quiet at night, despite the station being right there. Great option!
Stayed at Hotel Chamartin The One (4⭐️) — overall an average experience. The room was quite small, and surprisingly there was no kettle for hot water, only two small bottles of water provided. Straight out of the train station with direct access to all transport. Can access the city easily and there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has restaurants and access to hot drinks. The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
2nd time we are staying in this hotel. Located right at the entrance of the high speed train at the Chamartin station. This time we got a room in the highest floor. One little comment is the lack of plug in the room (to charge our phones). And also beware some constructions are ongoing from 9 am at the ground level and are quite loud. Not the hotel fault though.
Very convenient, it is located at the station complex. The room is clean and the curtains are effectively blocked the light. The breakfast is full of choice.
