Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Very nice hotel on the 1st look. The reception was good, they settelled us weary tourists and tour leader very fast and we were in our rooms quickly. Breakfast was the best. Great staff did their work well and gave us a great start to the day. Room amenities were great especially the kettle for hot water in winter time. The only problem was some in our tour group got their rooms broken into and belongings...
Far north of downtown but close to a subway station. Very long wait to check in! The room was OK - clean, comfortable but small, no fridge. I didn't use any of the amenities so no comment on those.

Slightly dated hotel, but still well maintained. Massive hotel with 800+ rooms and an equally impressive number of meeting rooms and conference halls. Seems to be the hotel of choice for a lot of airline layovers and disruptions. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport and the mall nearby
Overall a great hotel. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. I am taking off a star because there is little convenient access to snack food. It is located in an industrial park next to the airport so there are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The “marketplace” inside the hotel was only a few vending machines, most of which were broken. Other than that, it is a great hotel and I would...
Stayed here the night before departing from the airport. Taxis queue outside the entrance and used them versus waiting for the hotel shuttle. Check in was very good with necessary hotel information provided. I recommended the semi formal restaurant and the food, wine and service were excellent and prices were very fair. Location gets dinged because nothing of note was walkable and walking around...
I had one of the best experiences with the staff and service from Marriott and United. I made the mistake of forgetting the exact time for dinner and they still brought the best quality food. The stay was delightful and the service was impeccable. Javier and several other staff went out of their way to help the last day of our trip, making for a perfect vacation. Thank you Update: the breakfast buffet...
We stayed one night between a domestic flight one day and an international flight out the next morning. Shuttle from airport to hotel was convenient, although crowded. Check in was easy and the staff member was informative and polite. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Access to the Executive Lounge was a plus as a pleasant place to relax in the evening and morning before a long day of travel...
My Iberia flight was canceled, so the airline put all of the passengers here for a night. This Marriott is gigantic and very clean. The room I stayed in had two queen-sized beds and was extremely comfortable. A buffet-style dinner was provided and the spread was more than satisfactory.

Great little restaurant reasonably priced. My traveling companion Buddy Jesus, turned my water into 🍷 wine and Scotch saving me mucho Dinero. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best that I ever had but for the price of the hotel it satisfied me.
The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
This hotel is greatly located near Calle Goya and Retiro park in Madrid. You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars. This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station...
Stayed here in Madrid. Clean and modern rooms. They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views. Near many restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis. We enjoyed our stay overall.
I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel was packed with people, I did not have issues with the noise. The room was clean and spacious. There are taxis right next to the hotel, and the metro is nearby. The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, salty, and sweet options...
Plenty of landmarks nearby, whether you like walking or taking the metro. 30 minute walk to major landmarks. Well worth it. You can see the architecture Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Well designed. The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. Super clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful

Westin Hotel Madrid, Spain – Review I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel in Madrid, Spain, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms were a standout feature: clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing a comfortable retreat...
I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Everything you could want and a little more. There is no better staff. Lovely and helpful. The breakfast room is ethereal in decor and the options are infinite. Even some bubbly for those interested. And a great location...
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Be advised, the hotel is currently under renovations as they will be changing from Westin to a Luxury Collection property. So sometimes you hear a little noise you would not expect otherwise. The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this...
Rooms were nice and the hotel is well located for walking around the city. Tasty breakfast. Good service. Due to the renovation getting to the room is a hassle and there is no ambiance in the makeshift lobby. Also, besides the hotel construction the street outside the hotel is being fixed, so there is some construction noise during the week. Would love to come back when the renovation is complete.
We stay just for one night in August 20 2024 the hotel was on renovations for the lobby , rooms had been already updated . We must say that beside all of the inconvenience of the reformations hotel staff is great and at the end we go to this places for service! And if I have a to speak about customer service I must name Alberto who was the best front desk attendance I ever had! Alberto was the most...

Great location without crowds of tourists but with a lot of shops and great cafes. Rooms are really spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast has a lot of options. I would stay here again.
Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside. The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here. PS: they have luggage storage for free.
Location of the hotel is prime. Even though currently there is renovation going on, yet no disturbance to customers. Only hotel wifi needs to enhance a bit at all the locations of the hotel rooms. Food was good with variety displayed. Staff is helpful and courteous.
Lovely stay. Hotel is lovely inside. Reception is beautiful with lovely fragrance. Staff polite, professional and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely spa and swimming pool. The breakfast was great and had lots of gluten free options including cereal and muffins. Great location walking distance to key attractions and metro. Would recommend.

Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
Great care in terms of room and personnel service. Well served buffet for breakfast with gluten free options.
I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant. The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders
Right next to Retiro Park, lots of old world charm and hospitality. Location very central. You can rent their stylish oak wood colored bikes for a day of cycling. Beautiful elegant hotel. Two things that didn't work for me: vegetarian options to the menu werent very many; and the beds aren't that comfortable to sleep in. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness. Great location with a bus taking you straight to the Plaza Mayor from just outside the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
It is clean. No frills rooms. Location is outside of Madrid center. Easy to take 1 euro bus to main sections. Breakfast is good. Hot food, Many selections. Restaurants and mall near. Grocery next store. Hotel is Packed with tour buses. Staff are curt and bland. Hotel is Fine if saving $.
Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary. A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area.
Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1.50 for the ticket). Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They made the effort with little touches like a drink at the bar and chocolates and water in the room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A special mention to Saira (who makes the eggs at breakfast) - what a star!
Rooms okay but seems it's been a while since maintained. Lots of damage on woodwork. A nice gesture is that when you don't have your room cleaned, you get a voucher for a free drink. Decent hotel. Plenty of small problems though: 1. One hotel meal (out of our four) was awful. Our fish was cold in the middle. This is a very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant has nice good food options. I stayed here overnight solely to catch a flight the next morning. The location isn’t very walkable to some more main parts of Madrid and when I travel to Madrid for leisure, I usually stay in a different area. Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional
Stayed here on a quick night layover from Portugal. Friendly front desk staff, and the room was well appointed. Convenient location to get around via Rideshare or Metro. King size bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and heat as well.
Great dinner and service! Armando has been a great host and recommended a fabulous fish meal, really nice dinner ! And a very friendly service on top of it!

Well located and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are definitely not 5*, old and run down. I stayed in an all white room which was reasonably clean but due to it being all white showed every bit of dirt making it look dirty. Too expensive for what's on offer here.
The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money. The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier.
First visit to Madrid in March and I booked this hotel based off a recommendation. This is a very clean hotel with different quirks and designs on each floor making this hotel stand out compared to most. Rooms are cosy size, barely any storage space, no instructions how to navigate the air con, and shutters, no menu for room service. Breakfast was fantastic and great selection in the buffet, also...
Loved all of the unique art on every floor and the detail. Beautifully executed! Our rooms were clean, loved the bathroom, comfy bed, awesome shower and great lighting. Very grateful for the AC and the adjustable blackout curtains. The pool was a little small but there were plenty of beach chairs to relax in after a quick swim.
The check in was delayed by 3.5 hours. The Rooms are very small. The beds are round it is actually nice however my feet were hanging out since I am 6.1 ft tall. The washroom doors and walls are see through glass you feel uncomfortable when someone is monitoring you during your activities there.
Very unique experience in this hotel. The design is absolutely outstanding and the cooperation with different designers is amazing. There is one big But. The usability, user experience and some comfort is very a sacrifice from the design point. Bathrooms are sometimes leaking, the custom made sinks and baths are not so comfortable. But what do you want from stainless steel design masterpiece? :D (it...

Ideal location if you have a train leaving Chamartín. Hotel looks tired on the outside and adequate on the inside. Has a try hard low cost feel / business hotel feel to it. Impressed with the attendant checking me out who did the whole task without looking at me.
Clean and Convenient Base. The hotel was a practical choice for my stay. The room was clean and functional, meeting all my basic needs with a good standard. Its location was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the noise from outside was a bit disruptive in the morning. Overall, it was a recommendable place to stay...
A hotel in a perfect location, above the train station, 24-hour service. Nice and clean rooms, restaurant and beer bar which are open late. Decent prices and food are just delicious, all served with a passion.
Close to metros and trains, good breakfast, mostly friendly staff, room is clean. WiFi has to be the worst I've encountered in years. And yes when in room you can hear everything in the corridor.
Although a long way out of town centre, it sits right next to the train station. Trains in Madrid are good and easy to use. Room was clean and a good size. Although located between a highway and the train station, found it to be very quite. Very good breakfast options.
The hotel is centrally located a quick walking distance to Metro lines and over land railwau station. The rooms are neat and tidy with good bathroom. Only oroblem is there was no a/c or fan. But you can request the staff to help open the windows. The staff and their friendly service and approach is the BEST Experience. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVEL SITES PLS. Go direct to the official price for a great...
