Nice hotel, good quality of food and breakfast. Amenities are good too.
Huge Hotel, nice but no kettle to make Coffee Or tea in the rooms .
Great position; quality of the rooms and service in line with the standard. Great breakfast.
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby

Lovely clean hotel with great service and a 24 hour bar. Good wifi and good Location, walking distance to the Retiro park. Only minor comment is more lighting required in rooms as we had an inside room. Excellent breakfast.
Location is great. Rooms are spacious. But I think they need to train people better how to prepare the beds. The way the pillows and the sheets were laid out- I’m not so sure. Towels and cleaning can be better. Always had to ask for water, and it’s not easy. But it is what it is, it’s not so bad.
Yuri at the front desk of Novotel Madrid was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile that set the tone for our entire stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering helpful local tips and handling every request with efficiency and care. He suggested a trip to toledo and he took care of all the transportation...
One of the best breakfast-experiences I have had in hotel. Great choice of different types of food, a juice bar. The room was cozy, I like the lightning - usually I prefer more soft light, which creates a cozy atmosphere - it was exactly like this, but also there is an option of a more bright light, if you need to read or work with papers. The very big minus for me was, that there were no natural...
Great little restaurant reasonably priced. My traveling companion Buddy Jesus, turned my water into 🍷 wine and Scotch saving me mucho Dinero. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best that I ever had but for the price of the hotel it satisfied me.
The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
Plenty of landmarks nearby, whether you like walking or taking the metro. 30 minute walk to major landmarks. Well worth it. You can see the architecture Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Well designed. The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. Super clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good. Excellent! On the other hand, I went to the breakfast hall every morning, but the receptionist was so uninterested in his work that I couldn't remember his name even though I met him every morning for 7 days, and he had no hospitality, so I felt bad every morning. The waiter often forgets what I ordered, and calls out the same...

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Super clean and tidy—absolutely worth booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Mr. Ibrahim, thank you so much for your care and for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of your kindness and great service, I truly want to come back again with my family. Fair to say, the hotel is really good overall. However, considering it's a 5-star hotel, it's not that good. Staff at the reception look very serious and not friendly or welcoming. Rooms, a lot of technology, but that's it. No more space than other more standard hotels. Beds are pretty comfy. The gym is good, and the breakfast, while pricey, really good. To me, good hotel, but it doesn't deserve...
I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very pleasant experience overall. We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Even one of the housekeepers took the time to translate “ask reception for an umbrella” on her phone as it was raining and she saw we didn’t have coats. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service is impeccable here and the welcome into the grand lobby sets the tone for your stay. The rooms were a slight disappointment as they're extremely corporate with awful cold, rough vinyl style flooring. But the bathrooms were fabulous and breakfast was outstanding. It’s a lovely place. You pay 10€ to get up and have bar access. Totally worthy! Best view you will have in Madrid. Had only drinks, no food. But it is a busy place with the tourist atmosphere; so get ready to every corner be very crowded.
An unforgettable stay at Hotel Riu Plaza España! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Wonderful Hotel. The rooftop has amazing view and is good to take picture from the sunset. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness. Great location with a bus taking you straight to the Plaza Mayor from just outside the hotel. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.
It is clean. No frills rooms. Location is outside of Madrid center. Easy to take 1 euro bus to main sections. Breakfast is good. Hot food, Many selections. Restaurants and mall near. Grocery next store. Hotel is Packed with tour buses. Staff are curt and bland. Hotel is Fine if saving $.
Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary. A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area.
Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1.50 for the ticket). Staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.
This hotel is very busy, coach loads of people coming and going. Breakfast was heaving, couldn't move for people. I wasn't allowed to bring my suitcase into the breakfast area. No real explanation but rudely told to take it out. I hung the do not disturb sign on my door as I didn't want it cleaned. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They made the effort with little touches like a drink at the bar and chocolates and water in the room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. A special mention to Saira (who makes the eggs at breakfast) - what a star!
Rooms okay but seems it's been a while since maintained. Lots of damage on woodwork. A nice gesture is that when you don't have your room cleaned, you get a voucher for a free drink. First day this worked perfectly, second day we received none which brings me to another issue; many of the staff do not speak English, apart from perhaps a few words. So if you ask for the voucher, the housekeeping has...
Breakfast was unbelievable! The variety, quality and presentation are unmatched. The service staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, specifically, the layout and space made it luxurious. I would come here again, without question. 💪🏼

The hotel was kinda great. The rooms were comfy but not that big. The WiFi wasn't really good. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all. The breakfast was good, but there is a restaurant in the hotel that was definitely awful. 15 euros for an awful meal with a rude staff. Absolutely not recommended...
Characteristic as much in appearance as in the interior and fittings, but comfortable and with large bed, good view from room and plenty of hot water. Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel. Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is...
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price. The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear.
Decent hotel. Plenty of small problems though: 1. One hotel meal (out of our four) was awful. Our fish was cold in the middle. When we told the catering staff, they simply microwaved it and bought it back 2. *ROOM* Fixtures and fittings in need of repair (one example: our shower had cracks and leaks) 3. *ROOM* No duvet/quilt cover; instead it was a "top sheet", which doesn't fully encase the duvet...
Old hotel but in a good state. Rooms are getting cleaned very well with attention to detail. Bed is of good quality. Also the breakfast was okay. The location is a great plus as it is very close to the metro and the centre is walking distance (30 minutes).
First of all great mestoraspolozhenie. Great place to stay during a short self-guided tour. The building itself is old, rooms are average, cleaning is 4. Opposite the building of the old North station. Now there is a shopping center. There are many restaurants and cafes.

Hotel facilities including rooms were not great. The breakfast buffet menu was the same during the stay (3 nights). There was no free bottled water provided during the stay, and the bottled water provided in the minibar in the room was charged (3.9 euros), but there was no price information.
Lovely hotel. Didn't do or see much as I was in and out .
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.

I had a very unsettling experience during my stay. While I was getting changed in my room, someone from housekeeping or room service entered without knocking. Excellent hotel but you should know what you are signing up for! Here are few things and observations that will hopefully help: 1. The hotel is designed with amazing taste but there might be some interior design features in your room that won't work for you. For example, we've got a room with bath which was amazing but I can imagine that someone with reduced mobility won't be thrilled. My advice would...
This hotel definitely met our expectations in terms of innovation and aesthetic. We stayed in the Zaha Hadid rooms downstairs so we didn’t get a great view but would definitely come back to check out the other rooms in future. The rooms were well equipped with basic amenities and some you would expect for a 5 star hotel like dressing gowns and slippers. There were some toiletries in the bathroom too...
Wonderful unique hotel. Each floor is designed by a famous designer or architect. Unfortunately, it needs some updating. New carpets please. The 0 level bar is our favorite. Stayed here many times. Short drive to the airport.
Well located and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are definitely not 5*, old and run down. I stayed in an all white room which was reasonably clean but due to it being all white showed every bit of dirt making it look dirty. Too expensive for what's on offer here.
The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money. The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier.

They are currently doing construction and gave me a room that is exactly where they are working outside. It is so loud, you cannot have a conversation. I along with a group of nine fellow travelers stayed at the Melia Madrid Princesa during Spain's power outage on April 28, 2025. Very convenient hotel near the airport. Was very surprised by breakfast buffet. It had great selection of food items, juices and coffee. Rooms on top floor are remodeled and had 2 small water and two cava bottles complementary. Good overnight stay after the long flight
Convenient and clean hotel. It was a short walk to the train station. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Just had a slight draining issue for the shower. If you can't get the shuttle to the airport they will call you a taxi and which accept card, helpful if you don't have any cash.
Offered the easy access to the airport that we were looking for. The area was nice and everything was clean and convenient with bus 114 right across this street. Rooms were a little tight for a triple. Was a little pricey, but that seemed to be the norm when I searched. Shuttle to go to airport was 5 euro pp.
Stayed here twice, the first room smelled really bad, it was reported but nothing was done. Stayed a second time as it was already booked, the room (video) was better and there was no awful smell. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the burger was good (photo). By the way, as it is near the airport, with people departing at all times, it is always noisy.
The hotel’s location is ideal, especially with their reliable shuttle service that gets you to Terminal 4 in under 15 minutes with a punctual and friendly driver. However, be sure to reserve your spot in advance as space can fill up quickly. The room was perfect for a one-night stay, and the cafeteria was equally satisfying. What stood out most was the excellent service—both over the phone and in person...

I wouldn’t agree with the hotel being 4-star but it was good. We had a decent stay, but quite underwhelming. Beautiful hotel and rooftop. We had a terrace room facing gran via. Beds were comfy, front desk staff was polite and helpful hailing a taxi for us. Only negative was our room was below the rooftop bar and you could hear the bar upstairs.
I had an amazing time. Pool was great. View was amazing! And most of all our waiter Manuel was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. If you’re ever in Madrid I’d always recommend going here!!!
We booked this trip before COVID and have only just made it - family and timing just got in the way. So glad we didn’t change our plans. The weather was beautiful and Hotel Emperador was exceptional. Thank you Julia for an always warm welcome to the amazing pool and roof terrace ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
