Nice hotel, good quality of food and breakfast. Amenities are good too.
Huge Hotel, nice but no kettle to make Coffee Or tea in the rooms .
Great position; quality of the rooms and service in line with the standard. Great breakfast.
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel was packed with people, I did not have issues with the noise. The room was clean and spacious. There are taxis right next to the hotel, and the metro is nearby. The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, salty, and sweet options...
Clean room and great breakfast. Love the rooftop bar. My room was on the 2nd floor close to the street and the traffic was loud all day and night- easy fix with a noise canceling headphones.
I liked this hotel very much: good service and helpful staff. Best thing is to have a restaurant/bar, which is 24 h open. I got a nice room. I have also tried the rooftop bar. Unfortunately they are already closing at 23:00.
Great location, very close to center and easy to get around. Bad - has a feel of all inclusive at breakfast due to a lot of people in a small area. Food was OK but was cold on 2 occasions. For us bad was also swimming pool is shut until 1st June which we didn't know about and the kids were very disappointed
My husband and I just had the best time celebrating my birthday at this location. Laura from reservations and her team were absolute stars. When you're booking these days, it can feel like talking to robots, but she was beyond proactive and caring – took time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure I had a worry-free stay. If you're looking for a great experience in Madrid, this place hits...
The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was okay. And the food for breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is very interesting, it's in a alley with beautiful art and an amazing 3d art piece.
Plenty of landmarks nearby, whether you like walking or taking the metro. 30 minute walk to major landmarks. Well worth it. You can see the architecture Spacious room and a very comfortable bed. All the amenities you need. Well designed. The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. Super clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Extremely helpful

Excellent room service and very professional and kind staff! It has a car park underground and it is very easy to get to everywhere by public transportation at everytime. Very good breakfast with very nice and promptly staff. Very nice lobby bar with a wide variety of drinks and tea at the evening.
Nice hotel but poor compared to other five star. For example, they would not even provide free water and the breakfast was average. For a similar price, you can stay at the Intercontinental and they are a true five star service where they offer you extra water whenever you pass cleaning staff, and they have much better rooms and service.
Loved this hotel! Upon entering the lobby was nice and had free candies. Room: sound proof, high tech shut out curtains, bathtub, nice decor, steamer. Also loved walking to our room. Nearby: 2 breakfast options including Starbucks and for dinner so many upscale restaurants of different cuisine. All within 5 minutes or less of walking through a new shopping center. We had a couple of issues during...
Bathroom light integrated with room light, what mean if you are not alone you can not turn on the light only for the bathroom. Besides it bathroom light was very dark, principally for make up, and shower water was not being properly drained. Architecture very fancy but it is missed something’s to be a 5 start hotel. Breakfast amazing, but they do not pick the name of the person in room list, only point...
Nice and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast but not the greatest. On the website swimming pool but in fact spa only for €30 per person and over 16 years old. My daughter was very disappointed. But I'll be back here. We ❤️ Madrid
Really lovely hotel with excellent travel connections near. Ana at the front desk was a beam of light to greet us and help us get into our room. We had a slight issue with booking the space (book in advance) and she did her utmost to solve it. She is a credit to the hotel.

I loved my stay here. From start to finish I was impressed by the kindness and quality of service from each staff person. The moment my cab came in, an attendant approached to help me with my bag and brought it up to my room for me. The front desk was super kind and helpful with giving me an overview of the accommodations and answering my questions about the area. Manu was especially a ray of sunshine...
This hotel is very well kept, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops, and were able to take the metro down to the museums. The breakfast buffet was by far the best we have had in our years of travel, and mimosas included, nice touch!
The rooms are big and clean, well equipped. Location and service is great. Good breakfast. But the windows are not sound proofing ( in a very busy and noisy area) , blinds are not installed well, and the bed is harder than usual, all this made it very hard to sleep for me and my family. Therefore I can’t give it 5 stars.
We went to Hotel Princesa for an internal company meeting with more than 70 people. From the check-in, the hotel offers a great customer experience with a smooth check-in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and with a very comfortable bed. We even had the full ironing package. The breakfasts were great, as were the lunches and dinners. I would like to say a special thank you to the whole team who welcomed...
It's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, and helpful staff. The hotel offers a more personalized service than any hotel I've stayed at previously. The room was well appointed and comfortable and offered a well stocked minibar. We opted for breakfast in the morning and were surprised and pleased by the selections available. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Madrid.
I wish I could give this hotel & their staff more than 5 stars. This was my first ever trip to Spain & I will never, ever be able to extend my joy & appreciation in my experience in this review, but I will try my best. What a wonderful property! The location is fantastic and close to many of the landmarks you want to see. There is a subway station directly out the front door for convenient access to the city. The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money. The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier.
First visit to Madrid in March and I booked this hotel based off a recommendation. This is a very clean hotel with different quirks and designs on each floor making this hotel stand out compared to most. Rooms are cosy size, barely any storage space, no instructions how to navigate the air con, and shutters, no menu for room service. Breakfast was fantastic and great selection in the buffet, also...
Loved all of the unique art on every floor and the detail. Beautifully executed! Our rooms were clean, loved the bathroom, comfy bed, awesome shower and great lighting. Very grateful for the AC and the adjustable blackout curtains. The pool was a little small but there were plenty of beach chairs to relax in after a quick swim.
The check in was delayed by 3.5 hours. The Rooms are very small. The beds are round it is actually nice however my feet were hanging out since I am 6.1 ft tall. The washroom doors and walls are see through glass you feel uncomfortable when someone is monitoring you during your activities there.
Very unique experience in this hotel. The design is absolutely outstanding and the cooperation with different designers is amazing. There is one big But. The usability, user experience and some comfort is very a sacrifice from the design point. Bathrooms are sometimes leaking, the custom made sinks and baths are not so comfortable. But what do you want from stainless steel design masterpiece? :D (it...
Generally, I had a pleasant stay. However, I was charged about 40 euros in credit card fees for a 2 night stay which I consider absolutely unreasonable. Be careful to select the currency option yourself. The only solution offered was to pay a second time with less fees but to then wait for a refund that would potentially again incur fees.

This is a wonderful hotel which is doing everything right. I want to focus on the customer service in this review because all the people working at the front desk were terrific. They were friendly, helpful and responsive. Special call outs for Alicia and Francesco who answered many questions and helped me on several occasions. Thank you!
Loved all the detailed design of this hotel. The lobby, the glass cabinet room, the elevator with books. All with good surprise. Food was good in the restaurant too. The room was okay good, clean but I wish it was more nicely decorated along with the hotel first floor design. Location was good and staff was nice. Wasn’t crazy about Madrid but definitely liked this
If I ever return to Madrid I will stay here again! The staff are helpful and lovely (special thanks to Alejandro!) The hotel is ideally located: easy walking distance to anywhere in Madrid including the Prado/Thyssen/Reina Sofia. And everything about it is well thought out and beautiful. Well run establishment

Good moderate Hotel. The room was a little cold and there were minor unconveniences. Like very thin walls to all sides of neighbours, resulting in live conversational witness. This hotel surprised us, the reviews were terrible so I wasn’t expecting much but when we arrived we were greeted by staff quickly and efficiently. The room was gorgeous, they upgraded us for free due to a mistake they made with our booking. The restaurant is nice as well. Room clean and comfortable and you receive a nice welcome gift. Good airport hotel. Far enough away that aircraft noise is not a problem and it's easy to sleep at night. Complementary shuttle busses are frequent and the hotel bar has good atmosphere with drinks at reasonable price.
