The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a decent gym workout room. The beds are a bit soft - would prefer firmer.
Booked this hotel for Taylor Swift's concert. There are plenty of breakfast options. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu. The public security nearby is also good. It's no problem to walk back at night
We truly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys a nice swim and more relaxed stay. Staff were very kind and overall experience was great. Rooms are nice and showers are amazing.
I got a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday on July 28th, but there was no free bottled water. There was a mini bar, but everything was charged, including mineral water
The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is not far from the Bernabéu, which is quite convenient. It is more suitable for business travel
Facilities: relatively new Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: close to the business district Service: warm and thoughtful

Unfortunately the hotel was temporarily out of running water due to a maintenance issue. The staff could not have been more accommodating
GOOD PLACE TO STAY AND WORK FOR A GOOD BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT. ALL TIME ENJOY THIS PLACE
Very nice hotel with great amenities. Gym and swimming pool are also nice
Very clean, spacious rooms, shower which wasn’t working great, no bath in my en suite only a shower. Swimming pool was out of action. due to maintenance repairs, lovely downstairs bar area
We did not want to arrive early and stand in line for the shuttle, adding even more travel time to our long day, so we took a taxi back to the airport, which cost 27+ euros and took longer than we expected (15-20 minutes), so the hotel is not immediately next to the airport
We stayed in the city center earlier in this trip and would recommend that over this hotel if your goal is to see the city of Madrid. This hotel is better for a short overnight stay to be near the airport

Best Novotel experience hotel. Highly recommend for family. Rooms are average size. Good for 2+1. They have gift packs to keeps kids busy. Service staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. The staff were very kind and welcoming
Frequent business traveler and this is my go-to hotel in Madrid. The entrance is odd and there are often groups, but the hotel itself is excellent
Lovely staff… I hope you meet Yuri! Lovely spacious room with a king size bed and a fold out bed for my daughter. Very clean bedroom and bathroom
But I think they need to train people better how to prepare the beds. The way the pillows and the sheets were laid out- I’m not so sure. Towels and cleaning can be better. Always had to ask for water, and it’s not easy
Would highly recommend this hotel. Easy to get to and from airport on the metro, which is only 7 min walk from the hotel

Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Room is very clean. Hotel is at city center. Breakfast is very good. A lot of choice.
Good hotel, perfect views but small room. Breakfast was good
The cleanliness is just so so. The service is below average, I ask for complimentary bottle of water for 2 times because 2nd day never top up, they always say yes, will send
S$300+ dollar per night definitely not worth to it

The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this is temporary and the hotel is making a great job to make accommodations so the guests are comfortable
Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return
The location is first-rate, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. It is only about 209 meters away from the Prado Museum, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere
Top hotel ! + Location History and legacy Cupola lounge Renovated hotel & rooms Great room service Good value - No spa Not enough night staff
The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!

They didn’t mention you have to bring your own swimming cap to use the pool in the spa so you have to buy it. I would say all was ok but it didn’t fulfill the criteria for the price
A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling
The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating
They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service
Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service
I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive

Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room
Hotel was nice with a great pool and gym. However, manpower may be terribly short handed at times and resulting in blunders, such as charging twice on my credit card for the room.
The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible
Great location, great lobby and cafe / terrace, lots of restaurants around.
A very good service was provided by this hotel. The rooms were very neat and modern as well as the rest of the hotel’s facilities. The location is excellent for travelers in Madrid

Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside
The hotel is clean and modern. Close to the metro station. Nice location! Near to the city!
I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s nearby a couple bus stops and the metro, which was very helpful if you’re trying to get around Madrid. The housekeepers were super friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean
The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here
They had a very nice lobby as well with lots of areas to sit and relax
Clean hotel, attentive staff Just a shame about the pool, which doesn't exist in real life, unlike on their website.

No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot
Love the terrace for night view
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.
My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.

If it is the first time you want to visit Madrid and you have no idea which hotel can meet your expectations, stop searching! Here is the right place! From beginning to finish I had a nice experience
My room was small-ish and had a very squeaky bed, but aside from that it was lovely. It's a very clean hotel in a great location. Don't miss drinks at the bar downstairs, and I hear the dinner is spectacular
Very nice. Rooms on smaller size, but I think that's just a European thing. Supposedly the rooms were huge for Europe. Very kind staff! Good place
Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, very clean rooms, inspired by vintage style. Thank you so much for everything!
The best service I ever received. Friendly staff, I was treated like a queen 👸.

Straight out of the train station with direct access to all transport. Can access the city easily and there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has restaurants and access to hot drinks
Very convenient, it is located at the station complex. The room is clean and the curtains are effectively blocked the light. The breakfast is full of choice.
The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again
Friendly Staff great location, easy access to the train and underground
One little comment is the lack of plug in the room (to charge our phones). And also beware some constructions are ongoing from 9 am at the ground level and are quite loud
2nd time we are staying in this hotel. Located right at the entrance of the high speed train at the Chamartin station. This time we got a room in the highest floor

There was a restaurant that was delicious, the staff helped us get signed up for the airport shuttle very easily, the airport shuttle left on time and got us there safely, the beds were nice, the showers were nice, everything looked very beautiful and comfortable and clean, overall just a really great experience, I felt so comfortable
We stayed here on the last night of our trip because our apartment that we had rented for the week was just pretty lousy and wanted to just have a comfortable night close to the airport on our last night, and this ended up being absolutely perfect
A fantastic hotel! We were traveling with a lot of luggage and planned a side trip to Granada, and the hotel kindly offered to store our bags at no extra charge — an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture
We stayed here for one night before our flight and absolutely loved it! The hotel is just about 10 minutes from the airport — super convenient if you’re travelling the next day
We had a suite, and it was really spacious — perfect for families, as our daughter had her own separate room. There’s a minibar, great room service, and a lovely bathroom
That was really important to because I was feeling really anxious going into it coming from our previous day which was not very good

There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The hotel has a pool outside, so to cold in October and a gym. The restaurants and bar in the hotel are overpriced
The walls are paper thin, so you can constantly hear other guests and the hotel is frequently visited by tour buses with alarms sounding when they back-up in parking in the evening arriving and early morning departing
Perfect hotel near the airport for early flights.
I've had an initial bad experience with the hotel but after reaching out to the Hotel Group they were really cordial and fast on solutionating our problem
I checked in on line and got the keycard to room 539 quickly. The staff seems professional and speaks decent English, so I didn't have to use the limited Spanish I learned in school many years ago
I have to use roaming and 4G/5G to connect my devices. Not a problem for a citizen from the EU with a large bundle, but very expensive if not covered by the contract in your home country

For me it was comfort and beauty with Japanese panels opening to a grand view of the city center, dual soft and waterfall showers. I'm eager to visit again to experience the other famous designers
The only issue I had is I like to watch TV in bed so chose a room with big TV opposite comfortable queen bed. But the Smart TV was not smart enough to sign into my streaming apps or cast my phone or tablet apps to it
Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see
Imagine curating one of the world's most famous designer museums where people actually live in the artworks, and you have an idea of the epic achievement and difficulty of the task
I stayed on the Kathryn Findlay floor which was beautifully crafted but as with its age there was quite a bit of wear and tear which was more noticeable in an all-white room
The reception staff were helpful with storing luggage pre check-in and post check-out and overall I would recommend for a short unique trip and would love to visit again to experience another floor!

Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
Excellent hotel, prime location , in one of Madrid’s best shopping and entertainment areas. The hotel employees are very courteous and fine professionals. Very pleased with everything
As a guest for a wedding I was offered every amenity. The food was exquisite and the people attending us polite and ever helpful.

I would give 10/10 to this hotel i stayed 6 nights clean , nice smell , excellent house keeping service, excellent staff, excellent location just few steps to gran via and lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping , metro and bus station infront of the hotel , royal palace withen walking distance , park infront of the hotel with daily activities like DJ and outdoor cinema excellent facilities gym, sauna...
Our room was absolutely amazing, huge, spotless, and super comfortable! the mattress of the king bed was better than my own! My kids slept in a sofa bed and they also told me it was super comfortable
The hotel is very central and metro station is right outside (but the lift to metro platform is about 5 min walk). Bath room is very pretty but shower is a bit weak in terms of water pressure
Although the breakfast felt a little overpriced, it had a good selection of options (even some gluten free items!). We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool, but my husband loved the sauna
The room was quiet and wifi was very fast. Breakfast was superb, although starts 7:30 during weekends which is bit late for me to start the early morning conference sessions. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay
Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.

Hotel is clean and modern. We selected this hotel for one before our tour began in the same hotel. The breakfast is superb
Gave us two separate rooms due to lack of double beds. Amazing surprise. Great service. The best hotel I've stayed at in europe. Room design is amazing and it was very clean.
I totally recommend if you go as a foreign tourist. They have tone of activities like flamenco night and live music almost every day. On the other hand the bed was really comfortable and the pillow a piece of heaven
Excellent hotel with 10/10 facilities, short walk to the metro and train station. Enjoyed the gym and the lovely big rooms. - great shower and very clean

Every place is near by at walking distance. I hardly used any uber or taxi. They have indoor clean pool as well. And the lounge area is perfect to come and relax after one's day of roaming in the city
A downside is the swimming pool: children are not allowed, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. There are also quite a lot of rules, which takes away some of the enjoyment
We upgraded our room and took full advantage of the free breakfast and daily tapas in The Level lounge—an absolute game-changer with kids. It meant fewer frantic restaurant searches and more time relaxing
The pool is stylish and peaceful, but it’s not super kid-friendly—limited to six people at a time and requires a reservation, so we only used it once
The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to many of the city’s most iconic sights. The standard of hospitality here was so high that none of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip could compare
This hotel set the tone for our trip in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being welcomed like VIPs even after a long travel day when we weren’t at our best

Excellent location, with most attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great design, and room service was incredibly prompt
This hotel features a stylish design and an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It's conveniently close to many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city
The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service
Others western tourists got served the water immediately

Great location for connecting flight.! Great breakfast.! Nice rooms and the front desk team is amazing.! Make you feel like home.! The shuttle to the airport is very convenient.! Great place to stay!
We had a really bad experience being stranded by the airline for a day and a half. They sent us to a dump and as soon as we walked in, I googled Hilton. I’m so grateful that I found this Madrid airport location
