Restaurant, bar and pool in the same facility
Super modern, clean, rock style all over the place, great decorations, a museum of rock with great amenities: gym, pool, dinning, terraces, roof top bar, nicely decorated rooms and great breakfast buffet
The unique displays in the room were almost too tempting, making it hard to resist purchasing some of their merch as souvenirs—a clever sales tactic! The location is another major plus, just minutes away from Atocha, making it incredibly convenient for catching a train, metro, or bus on the fly
Our stay here was short but sweet! The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. We spent the last night of our honeymoon here and they made sure it was special. 10/10, will be looking into becoming a member!
We are unsure why all hotels in Spain are so expensive. This has led to high expectations. During our trip to Spain, we stayed at three different hotels, each with an average cost of 190 euros per night
The only aspect that fell short for me was the lack of a personal touch from the staff. While they were helpful and friendly, the warm, welcoming feeling was missing from check-in to check-out

Despite been a bit dated and in need of refurbishment (the passage, the carpets and the rooms etc), I can forgive all that and justify the high cost thanks to the AMAZING staff and the rooftop swimming pool
Special thanks to Lilian for a smooth transition from NH Eurobuilding to NH Colon and great conversation, Yolanda for fixing my suit jacket (which she did not have to do, they don’t offer that service), Alejandro the life guard for his professionalism and diligent service and all the staff in general for their great care of me (management should be very proud of them)
Service was exceptional, truly! My expectations were vastly exceeded by literally every member of this NH Hotel’s staff I interacted with. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, if otherwise unremarkable
The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully designed rooms that are both comfortable and luxurious. Every amenity you could possibly need is provided, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience
However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service provided by the concierge, Cristhian. Their dedication to ensuring my visit was memorable was unparalleled
Great hotel in a very good location. Right in barrio Salamanca which is great for shopping. Within walking distance from Archeological Museum. Will stay there again for sure!

While the rooms are on the small side, the amenities make up for this. We loved the terrace bar and swimming pool as well as the location of the hotel. I would not hesitate staying at this hotel again
This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views from the rooftop bar and pool. The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation and many of the sights of Madrid within walking distance
The rooftop terrace and infinity pool give a great view over the roofs of the city onto the Retiro park and has nice drink offers and from what we saw, good food
The staff is incredible, and the restaurant has delicious food without the standard hotel prices. Our stay was for leisure and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The restaurant staff is friendly and professional
The level of service elevated this hotel from a 4 star experience. Special recognition goes to Massimo, Cristina, and Lucas at reception and Christian in the El Telon restaurant! You all made our stay very memorable
Without a doubt, the terrace is one of the best places you can go if you want to enjoy the views of Madrid. Let me recommend Laura and I will definitely repeat, thank you for your treatment and attention!

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Location is perfect for the Bernabeu. There's an Aldi nearby, amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and health spa with Thai massage.
nice breakfast buffet $20 , personal is not very friendly , the bartender was very rude , the guys at the pool are friendly, the refrigerator doesn't work (I stay in 2 different rooms by the way) room service was fast and good , I got the chicken and the steak from the menu there were good, the pool had an amazing view
It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. We went to the swimming pool and it desperately needs to be fixed as the swimming pool floor was moving under, like a fixation problem
Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away
The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and internet is strong on the upper floors. However, it is not available in the restaurant

Great hotel, lovely spacious rooms with easy access to the city. Very nice staff both at reception and at breakfast. Thanks to Laura from customer service who helps us enjoy our stay even more. We will be back soon!
Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded)
They did offer a room change and gave us a key to another room to check if we want to change , but unfortunately the key was not working, so we decided to stay with the same room, as we were just to stay for a night and too tired to move the luggage to a new room
As well as some good dinning options nearby and the very handy Suanzes metro station (plus you'll enjoy a beautiful walk through the park on your way to it)
This time we choose to stay in level room which comes with a separate dining hall and open to level guests till 11pm which is perfect for us as we usually check in late, and arrive to the hotel hungry and tired

I also had the pleasure of meeting the commercial director, Raul Guerra, who showed us the other accommodations and spoke with such love and enthusiasm, sharing the hotel's stories, making me even more eager to recommend it to our clients
The concierge are very helpful. Good gym and a nice indoor swimming pool. I would definitely recommend it
Our stay was excellent from our arrival until our departure. The staff (especially the long-standing ones) are extremely attentive, the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the evening turndown service was impeccable
We had a lunch in the Palm court. Upon entry it looks the business. Staff on the ball at first, but later we had to call them several times. Should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Food was first class and inventive
At dinner, when my father-in-law commented on the delicious cherries and my wish to buy some the next day, the waiter, Mr. Julio, brought a bowl full of cherries. How could one not love such a hotel?
I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Rebeca for her efforts in organizing our rooms and for the warm welcome we received upon arrival

Huge Hotel, nice but no kettle to make Coffee Or tea in the rooms .
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.

They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views
The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks and their breakfast buffet is is humongous, offering everything for every taste. Their staff is very friendly and always eager to help
The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops
You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars
I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I asked for a calm room and they gave me one looking to the courtyard and it was very quiet

Started out as an sporadic location and finally I have selected this fantastic location to enjoy my weekend evenings either by myself or with gear company to taste the cocktails made by the hand of Filippo, the bar manager
Hands down the best hotel I have been to. Attentive staff and beautiful rooms. The courtyard and sitting areas are also beyond splendid. Special shout out to Carmen on guest relations
Her and her team made me feel at home and are the reason I will be staying at the hotel again when I return to Madrid in 3 months
If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. I would give Maria and Gabriel 100 stars for their thoughtfulness and focus on the customer. Thank you Santo Mauro I will be back!
First the design to the utmost detail of fine design. The staff is really trained to attend you at any moment
Beautiful hotel with a lot of character. Location near a lot of shopping. Amenities for this level of hotel is lacking though, no pool/hot tub. Only a sauna and steam room is available.

In conclusion, the Hilton Madrid Airport hotel stands out as a clean and strategically located accommodation option with well-designed rooms, making it a strong contender for those seeking comfort and convenience during their stay in Madrid
Very nice hotel close to the MAD airport, the free shuttle is very convenient. If you have a conference at IFEMA, it is also close just a 10min taxi ride. People from the hotel staff were very kind and professional
The king room and its bathroom were really large and clean. The only missing thing was a coffee machine. The breakfast buffet is very nice, lots of choice and tasty food
Great location for the airport. From start to finish we had a great experience. About my only complaint was the breakfast area needed more help. Hot buffet food was low supply. Only 1 coffee machine was working
Used DayUse to stay here during a long plane to train layover and the service was amazing. The room was very clean and all our requests were followed
I also tried the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent. The fitness room is not huge but has everything for training, including a rawer

Hotel has an incredible wine selection and the breakfast buffet was excellent! We enjoyed Madrid so much were already planning our next visit and we will definitely be booking at Posada del León de Oro
All in all a perfect spot in the Latin quarter of Madrid. Excellent breakfast and perfect town centre rooms.
Really good place to spend a few days in Madrid. The rooms are very clean, with their own heating/cooling system, and comfortable and big beds. I missed a coffee machine, but it is possible to order at the bar from 08
Staff members are really nice and helpful. It has a restaurant on the ground floor so it can be a bit noisy until 23. It is located in a street full of restaurants, in a very vivid areas of Madrid
Top location, on the best street for tapas and so easy to reach everywhere. We booked a room for two nights, extremely clean, large, beautiful decoration

The pool area is very nice and the sky bar too - decent prices and a true hidden gem In Madrid. The hotel is close to Ponzano street (full of tapas bars) and many metro stops to get you anywhere in Madrid
Beautiful place with a nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, in a calm neighborhood, rooms cleaned neatly daily
Really nice, big, clean, well sanitized hotel! I got a room upgrade upon arrival which made my (long) stay even better. The personnel is very customer oriented - which is a plus
Safe area - solo women travelers don’f have to worry about anything! Definitely will return, thank you for an amazing stay!
we stayed 2 night, 4 people, but only one bottle of water each room for the 2 days. water is so cheap ( 0.25 euro at the market each ) and so it would be a lot of good will to give the guests 2 bottles free per day
The amenities are very nice, and services are great for the price. Just the room features are not handy (shower and lighting). Would return however for a bigger room.

We experienced some of the most welcoming hotel staff of our trip, and they even put our bags in our room as soon as it was ready even though we were out touring
I've been coming here for years and the best thing about this hotel are the lovely hardworking staff. Excellent customer service and care. Hotel itself is clean, has great facilities, good rooms and good food
Clean, spacious and comfy environment. Mattress of the sofa bed is too soft. It would be better if there is a cushion similar to those on the beds. Locates at linea 6 of metro, easy to reach different places
In addition, the location is great just above the CONDE DE CASAL station which makes it great for touring the city. It was great seeing our friend Najib 3 years later who always makes our experience even better
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Retiro, and a 20 minute bus ride to Plaza Mayor. We felt it was perfectly placed for everything we need to do, even though it's not smack dab in the center
This is our second stay with the Claridge hotel. It was just as enjoyable as our first one some three years ago! All the staff were really amiable and helpful, and the rooms were kept nicely

The whole city is easily accessible from this location, whilst the pool & garden are great for relaxing. The bar and restaurant are great
Good for room, breakfast and pool. Gym is a treadmill/cycle and some free weights in small room. Location is good locality outside centre. Value for money: 4/5.
Both night shouts from street come easily from window but worst of all side rooms of other guests can slam at any time in night including cleaners slamming them in morning means sleep isn't the most quiet or comfortable
I was here for a meeting and needing ironing of clothes for a formal meeting. They charge for almost everything as extra. The furniture is very minimalistic and old. I even saw a silverfish in the bathroom
Despite repeatedly being asked about the iron board, they cohosh provide it because it looks like there's only one iron board distributed on request to all rooms
There are not many options, and waiters don't serve you any options for freshly cooked omelette. It was written on the table but nobody came to ask

Best even, there is a metro line two minutes walk from it, with a straight line to the gran via. Around half an hour to the centre in a new and clean subway? Not so shabby for a city as big as Madrid!! :)
Close to the airport with a shuttle to take you there! Room service was wonderful! Staff friendly and helpful. Even offered to put together a breakfast to go for me since I had such an early flight!
Great airport hotel, for both pick up and drop off. Quaint area. Nice quiet break from central Madrid. Rooms nice, service was very helpful. Dia across the street. Book shuttle upon check-in.
This is the best airport hotel I've ever been to
We use to stay at the Hilton before leaving Madrid, but after stumbling onto this hotel a couple years before Covid, I will never use another airport hotel when flying out of Madrid
It's clean, tastefully decorated, high tech rooms and lighting and a bed which is perfect for my back. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also it's close to a couple Chinese restaurants which I like

Breakfast was unbelievable! The variety, quality and presentation are unmatched. The service staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, specifically, the layout and space made it luxurious
Really good rooms - light and airy with an opening window. Quiet overnight and comfy beds. Great shower and separate basin area. Loads of places to eat nearby without heading to the City centre
The room was clean and tidy, there was an issue with the safe not working correctly, but this was fixed exceptionally quickly, so I certainly wouldn't hold it against them as problems will arise
A very good service was provided by this hotel. The rooms were very neat and modern as well as the rest of the hotel’s facilities. The location is excellent for travelers in Madrid
A really beautiful hotel with comfortable large bed. Great facilities in the room including a mini bar, coffee capsules machine, tea, infusions, corkscrew & bathroom extras
Breakfast was excellent. I booked this hotel after my long flight. Quick drive from the airport. Showers were hot and the breakfast did not disappoint.

We spent 2 nights here at the end of our stay in Spain. Perfect location across the street from the Prado! Easy walking distance through old town
Lovely hotel in the centre of Madrid at a reasonable price. The decor is modern, beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are brand new, everything works, German plumbing. The staff is professional and unobtrusive
Scheduled an early taxi for us to get an early flight to the airport, ready and waiting with no stress. Would definitely stay here again!
best location, and best service. good price
The location is great, and overall, the staff and facilities offer very good quality for their daily rate. So if you are traveling on a budget and/or don't want to overspend on accommodation, this is a very good option

Great location, clean and super accessible no issues either with the room, the bed was comfortable, and facilities and breakfast were all great It's really great for anyone looking to explore Madrid and have a good base, and it's on 30 euro to get a taxi to the airport
He called a taxi for our departure trip to the airport and made sure room service served us coffee on time and even handed out a to go cup. NH in Amsterdam could take customer service lesson from this hotel
Nice clean rooms and perfect service. Average prices but one downside is that breakfast is not included (you can do the reservation with that option but costs a little more per person per day).
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Housekeeping was great and the front desk clerk Miguel went out if his way to accommodate our needs and even printed our boarding passes
A good value small hotel. Clean with pleasant staff and rooms. Only drawback is poor wifi reception a lot of the time. Otherwise a nice central place to spend a few nights.
Within walking distance to all major sites, very friendly and helpful staff, some that speak English, have the basic amenities. . . perfect when traveling on a budget.

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.
No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast
