was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.

The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!

Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar

The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices

We stayed in the city center earlier in this trip and would recommend that over this hotel if your goal is to see the city of Madrid. This hotel is better for a short overnight stay to be near the airport

I had one of the best experiences with the staff and service from Marriott and United. I made the mistake of forgetting the exact time for dinner and they still brought the best quality food

Runner’s heaven! They are also connected to a gym with pool (anytime access to the gym and limited time slot to book for Pool early in the day to come back to in the evening) Do 6k- 15 run to start your day, then book a time slot for the pool in the beginning of the day to recover from a full day of walking

Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.

No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot

Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!

A three day trip in Madrid! When we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Everybody in that hotel was soooo friendly. We slept in a room to the street, it was very kind

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so we didn't get to try that. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again

The queue for the rooftop bar was out of control and unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was out of season. Worth bearing in mind when you're planning your trip

A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot

Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations

As a guest for a wedding I was offered every amenity. The food was exquisite and the people attending us polite and ever helpful.

The breakfast is cheap and spectacular. The rooms are modern and spacious. The A/C not as strong blowing, but that is normal in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel

Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.   There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.   The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier

It would lift up and down but would not close. There is a heated towel bar, iron and ironing board which is a very rare find and several hangers. There were no slippers or robe to be found

The location was close to a mall and supermarkets as well as places to eat. The kitchen is very ill equipped so only real things we could make were cereal in the morning but this was the only bad thing

On a separate note, if you're arriving late at night from the airport, it's best to take a taxi (around 20 euros). Even though Google Maps suggests it's a 20-minute walk, there's no sidewalk, making it impractical

There were some constructions being made on the building right next to the hotel, which were noisy in the morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Catalonia Gran Via !

A slightly bigger room with a table would be very much appreciated - The swimming pool is small which means it’s easily crowded at peak times, with a lack of sunbeds too - The swimming pool close very early (8pm) during summer and they pick up the towels around 7

Pool area was very nice pool was cold however with the blazing heat this was fine! All staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly, water and apples available was a lovely touch as well as coffee station in the room! Would highly recommend

My only complaint is they don't allow any outside food to be brought in to the hotel. I even got told my can of soda that I purchased in the lobby wasn't allowed anywhere in the pool area

Hilton never fails to deliver. Very comfortable rooms. Airport transfer included. Breakfast was standard, no hit food stations unfortunately. The pool and gym were undergoing a maintenance during our visit.
