Huge Hotel, nice but no kettle to make Coffee Or tea in the rooms .
was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
Beautiful hotel with lovely interior. Very comfortable meeting room and a restaurant.

The hotel and the hotel room were immaculate. The staff were very kind and welcoming
Lovely clean hotel with great service and a 24 hour bar. Good wifi and good Location, walking distance to the Retiro park. Only minor comment is more lighting required in rooms as we had an inside room
But I think they need to train people better how to prepare the beds. The way the pillows and the sheets were laid out- I’m not so sure. Towels and cleaning can be better. Always had to ask for water, and it’s not easy
The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, salty, and sweet options. There was even a fresh / smooty bar. The pool is rather small, but the rooftop bar is pleasant. All the personnel was very kind and helpful
He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering helpful local tips and handling every request with efficiency and care. He suggested a trip to toledo and he took care of all the transportation details
It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making guests feel at home—Yuri is a standout example of wonderful service. Get the breakfast its worth it

The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this is temporary and the hotel is making a great job to make accommodations so the guests are comfortable
Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return
The maid who cleans the room every day works hard and the service is good
I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable
We must say that beside all of the inconvenience of the reformations hotel staff is great and at the end we go to this places for service! And if I have a to speak about customer service I must name Alberto who was the best front desk attendance I ever had! Alberto was the most remarkable part of our stay even I have to say that new rooms look great! I will treat my family again with a stay at the...
The location is first-rate, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. It is only about 209 meters away from the Prado Museum, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so we didn't get to try that. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again
The queue for the rooftop bar was out of control and unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was out of season. Worth bearing in mind when you're planning your trip
A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff
I particularly mention the lady working on the downstairs bar who went out of her way to help us when we just missed closing time , brilliant. The staff are a credit to this very impressive hotel

I would highly recommend staying here & the staff are very welcoming & friendly. English & Spanish speaking staff
Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.   There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.   The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier
It would lift up and down but would not close. There is a heated towel bar, iron and ironing board which is a very rare find and several hangers. There were no slippers or robe to be found
There is an outlet next to one of the beds (after multiple attempts I was unsuccessful in getting it to work). There is a blind separating the bathroom from the bedroom that would not close at least to viewing
Unfortunately mine would not stay closed. My room was located on the 8th floor near the end of the hallway. I was given two twin beds but the room is very large and not cramped at all
There is a large sitting chair, a sizable desk, a mini fridge with mini bar, and safe. There was a kettle and coffee maker! Many sizes and types of cups as well as a wide assortments of teas and coffees

No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot
Love the terrace for night view
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.
My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.

For example, we've got a room with bath which was amazing but I can imagine that someone with reduced mobility won't be thrilled. My advice would be to consider asking about these things in advance, if you can
Breakfasts are amazing and will easily accommodate celiacs. Pool area is not very big but it is pretty pretty awesome. The staff was wonderful, and I mean the whole staff, whoever we've dealt with
The rooms were well equipped with basic amenities and some you would expect for a 5 star hotel like dressing gowns and slippers. There were some toiletries in the bathroom too but nothing fancy
We've had a project with a screen for when we've got tired from the view hehe. All of that said, we've enjoyed our stay tremendously and would not hesitate to come back again!
Parking is readily available but somewhat pricy, we've used it for a day and then left the car close by in another paid parking that was half the price more or less
You have tons of options to get anywhere in the city from here, either with public transport, taxi, Uber etc. We've had fantastic view from our room

The pool is stylish and peaceful, but it’s not super kid-friendly—limited to six people at a time and requires a reservation, so we only used it once
The gym is there if you need it, though it’s pretty underwhelming (I usually skip hotel gyms anyway). What really makes this hotel shine is the location—walking distance to just about everything
The service throughout the stay was exceptional. Thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a welcome treat upon arrival, and well-stocked amenities made us feel genuinely cared for
The breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of made-to-order options, and the tapas in the afternoon were the perfect snack between outings
Rooms are spacious and we'll designed with doors that hide your mess in near compartments. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Super centrally located and reasonable prices for what they offer
Melia Madrid Princesa is a fantastic choice for families who want comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Madrid

Offered the easy access to the airport that we were looking for. The area was nice and everything was clean and convenient with bus 114 right across this street. Rooms were a little tight for a triple
It was a short walk to the train station. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Just had a slight draining issue for the shower
If you can't get the shuttle to the airport they will call you a taxi and which accept card, helpful if you don't have any cash
Was a little pricey, but that seemed to be the norm when I searched. Shuttle to go to airport was 5 euro pp
Only reason for holding off 5 stars is because of the noise of plumbing experienced on my second visit; I think I heard every flush made! Saying that, I'd definitely stay there again but on a high floor!
Very convenient hotel near the airport. Was very surprised by breakfast buffet. It had great selection of food items, juices and coffee

The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders
Great service! The room with a terrace and street view on the 7th floor is very good
Free club drinks and food, delicious! The old gentleman in the club is very cute! The front desk gentleman even drew a suitcase for me to communicate with because of the language barrier, haha
We been at the Wellington Hotel for the Le Max Spa, and everything went quite well
Our guest loves the room and the service, they will definitely book again.
Fabulous hotel with lovely old world ambiance and service. Great location-close to shops restaurants and museums. Very quiet rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Also nice to have a pool and spa

and the most important thing in a hotel - wonderful staff A special thank you to the lovely Cristina Anca that was always kind and smiling and to Gunther, which was very helpful and freindly we had an awesome vacation (Adi and Sharon Bibi (Israel
Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.
Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc)
She had a poor command of english and could not explain the situation to us that our room was not ready. She was consistently asking a supervisor for assistance, who did not help speed the process up at all
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived
Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The service is warm and discreet
Let’s start with the hospitality: everyone is genuinely so kind and will go out of their way to ensure you have absolutely everything you need at all times. Now to the rooms & amenities: Just immaculate
The rooms are beautifully maintained and have endless amenities throughout (toiletries, robes, slippers, stocked mini bar, espresso machine, turn down, remote-control black-out shades)
The mango was buttery soft and there was tons of avocado and other fruits many hotels don’t have. All the staff were so helpful with everything both before and during our visit
When people wanted a taxi, the staff had one for them in 30 seconds. My only complaint is that my room didn’t have a glass door the entire way next to the shower, so it can get wet
I wish USA hotels would be this great! Walking distance to all the activities, wonderful restaurants amd shopping! Zara was half block away amd Pull & Bear just a short walk

The rooftop pool with stunning views stands out as a guest favorite, despite occasional overcrowding and noise
The rooftop pool and views are amazing, good central location, directly across from a Starbucks, decent buffet breakfast, great view from my room.
Nestled in the heart of Madrid, the Emperador Hotel is lauded for its prime location, with guests appreciating the short walks to numerous attractions, eateries, and shops
I had an amazing time. Pool was great. View was amazing! And most of all our waiter Manuel was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. If you’re ever in Madrid I’d always recommend going here!!!
Thank you Julia for an always warm welcome to the amazing pool and roof terrace ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice location but that’s all! I think that is NOT a 4* hotel! It’s more like 3* because lots of facilities are missing! In addition my room was like a hospital room with nothing fancy inside! Also there was a weird smell inside! The minibar… totally empty only 2 bottles of water 2 cokes and 2 wines with prices up to normal! Also the last two days they didn’t left us hand and head/face towels no matter...

Arrived at the rental car, dropped off the family, the Luggage, the front Desk gave me a business card, and said the surrender the car - call me pick! Called took! And all for free
The front desk service was fast. The room was clean although a bit old. I didn't try the breakfast. It was interesting to stand on the bus to the airport.
Spacious rooms excellent service very good breakfast. Although I visited the place in late autumn I believe that the swimming pool makes it an all time value for money. Definitely recommend
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 20-minute walk from Madrid Airport, and the hotel can book rooms without breakfast. The parking lot is also large and parking is very convenient.
Excellent stay close to the airport. The interiors could use a touch of some modern elements. None the less impeccably clean and spotless. Great breakfast as well. Make sure to use the free airport shuttle services.
Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night. The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Location is perfect for the Bernabeu. There's an Aldi nearby, amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and health spa with Thai massage.
nice breakfast buffet $20 , personal is not very friendly , the bartender was very rude , the guys at the pool are friendly, the refrigerator doesn't work (I stay in 2 different rooms by the way) room service was fast and good , I got the chicken and the steak from the menu there were good, the pool had an amazing view
It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. We went to the swimming pool and it desperately needs to be fixed as the swimming pool floor was moving under, like a fixation problem
Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away
The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and internet is strong on the upper floors. However, it is not available in the restaurant

Hotel is very nice. Check in was a breeze. The beds is nice and soft. Fridge in room. Rain showerhead. I definitely will enjoy my stay here.
Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded)
This time we choose to stay in level room which comes with a separate dining hall and open to level guests till 11pm which is perfect for us as we usually check in late, and arrive to the hotel hungry and tired
They did offer a room change and gave us a key to another room to check if we want to change , but unfortunately the key was not working, so we decided to stay with the same room, as we were just to stay for a night and too tired to move the luggage to a new room
And we thought the smell were due to the turned off ventilation and would go away after a while, but we were wrong. They also run out of slipper and they told us their stock will only arrive another 3 days
Great hotel, lovely spacious rooms with easy access to the city. Very nice staff both at reception and at breakfast. Thanks to Laura from customer service who helps us enjoy our stay even more. We will be back soon!

Madrid, Paseo Virgen del Puerto, 57 🧭 Map
Every time we spend a few days in Madrid, our first option is a quiet hotel near Manzanares, which is also well connected to the center. Number 50 brings you closer to Puerta del Sol
It is a bit far from the city center, but there are some bus stops conveniently located near the hotel. Also, there is also a Carrefour Express about a 5-minute walk
The location is 20 min walk away from the city center and this makes the location very calm and quite. You'll surely enjoy the stay! If you're taking the Uber from the Airport, it would be around €21
We stayed in a room with a river view and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was safe and we were able to take a walk even after sunset
The only cons were not things that could be changed, such as the distance to city center, shower only without bath, and the apparent traditional lack of washcloths, which weren't provided in any of the 4 different hotels where we stayed in Spain
They were also very sweet in allowing me to practice my Spanish with short conversations. The rooms were beautiful with lots of natural light as well as good electric lighting and plentiful mirrors

Great hospitality and location ! The room we were in had one quirk - the bathroom had a speaker that played what was going on TV. Other than that the breakfast buffet was great, the staff were very helpful and thorough
The hotel is packed with art work, some replicas of Spain’s greatest artists whjxh immediately creates a warm vibe. We had 3 female staff-2 Paula’s and Devin’s who were unbelievable helpful, kind and informed
We would not have had the stay in Madrid we did without their advice and tips. The hotel has a shuttle to take you out -if it’s free, but the location of the hotel is in the middle of everything
This elegant hotel is a delight from the moment guests arrive. A sensual fragrance is the first thing that hit us as we walked in, along with the towering ceilings and old world yet modern feel
It’s brilliant and a beautiful jogging path for mornings and the main shopping strip 2 minutes walk. Incredible breakfast buffet, and the Spanish restaurant is one of Spain’s best
There is a huge garden which is a delight in hot days. And the Thai spa is absolutely brilliant-makes such sense to have Thai people giving massages as they are so skilled
