They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views
The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring
There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks and their breakfast buffet is is humongous, offering everything for every taste. Their staff is very friendly and always eager to help
The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops
You are literally steps away from this agitated and fast paced part of the city, within minutes away from shopping, supermarkets, parks, restaurants and bars

was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar
The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices

The breakfast is cheap and spectacular. The rooms are modern and spacious. The A/C not as strong blowing, but that is normal in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel
Upon entering the room you'll notice that the room is bright and airy.   There is wooden floors throughout with a large circular rug.   The entry area has an extra door from the main room to provide more sound barrier
It would lift up and down but would not close. There is a heated towel bar, iron and ironing board which is a very rare find and several hangers. There were no slippers or robe to be found
However she called me back a few minutes later after I got my confirmation and told me I would need to come downstairs again to make the request in person to which I informed her I already spoke to someone else and he said it was fine
Breakfast was unbelievable! The variety, quality and presentation are unmatched. The service staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, specifically, the layout and space made it luxurious
I'd say my stay was pretty good except for when it came to dealing with the reception downstairs! I was told I had to call the next morning to ask for an extended late stay. On Sundays they have lazy morning till 3:00 p

The rooms are of decent size , sufficient for a couple. The shower might be small for someone with big body. The service and staff are great and really helpful. We had breakfast included , which was worth the money
The metro is a 2 min walk from the hotel which makes the accessibility easier
Negatives- In my booking, I was advised I would be given a complimentary free drink. More than disappointing to be given a bottle of water, I could have bought myself from the local food shop two minutes away
Breakfast was fantastic and great selection in the buffet, also had a relaxed sleep on a very comfortable mattress. The gentleman who helps guests with luggage is friendly, helpful and a credit to the hotel
First visit to Madrid in March and I booked this hotel based off a recommendation. This is a very clean hotel with different quirks and designs on each floor making this hotel stand out compared to most
Staff on reception weren’t particularly helpful or friendly to a new guest on arrival. It seemed an inconvenience to do their job, far from a warm welcome to Madrid and their hotel

I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable
The rooms were a standout feature: clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. However, during my November visit, the hotel was undergoing renovations
While it’s great to see improvements being made, the remodeling caused some areas of the hotel to be a bit dusty. The restaurant and entrance areas could use more attention
The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers
Unfortunately, the entrance and lobby did not reflect the luxury typically associated with a five-star hotel, which was somewhat disappointing
Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel’s prime location and high-quality rooms make it a solid choice

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so we didn't get to try that. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again
The queue for the rooftop bar was out of control and unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as it was out of season. Worth bearing in mind when you're planning your trip
A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff
I particularly mention the lady working on the downstairs bar who went out of her way to help us when we just missed closing time , brilliant. The staff are a credit to this very impressive hotel

Any time we had questions or needed to know how to get somewhere, the hostess at the desks showed us on maps or cleared confusion for us, no matter what it was they were doing, they made it a priority to make sure you knew the answer to what you were looking for
Excellent hotel with all the amenities and staff who are completely bilingual. Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that provided me with a map and personal take on the nearby attractions to see
Whenever we showered, despite our best efforts, water would get all over the floor and pool behind the toilet. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and they gave several pillows to choose from
Centrally located with delicious food including the breakfast that made walking around very convenient. Room service was on time and of wonderful quality. Would reitun and recommend to others
I stayed one night, and I was impressed with the size of the room and all the amenities. Service is friendly The breakfast buffet offers a large variety and delicious food. The location is central.
We noticed a smell from the bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. After using the shower, we speculated that the smell is from the lack of drainage for the water in the bathroom

There is a restaurant in the hotel, the burger was good (photo). By the way, as it is near the airport, with people departing at all times, it is always noisy
Stayed a couple of days just before new year's in a single bedroom. Nice hotel, quiet, clean sheets and towels, and a comfortable bed. The hotel is close to several bus stops and near the airport
Rooms are good but look dated, things are in good working condition and nothing appears to be worn out; just like it’s a style from 15 to 20 years ago. Pool is a no go for me as it’s very green, not in a good way
Great room, shady grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the cafeteria, buffet a bit average but well presented and fresh. Nice position, convenient for the airport and 15- 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid
On a separate note, if you're arriving late at night from the airport, it's best to take a taxi (around 20 euros). Even though Google Maps suggests it's a 20-minute walk, there's no sidewalk, making it impractical
We forgot some items, and they were very helpful in retrieving and delivering them to the mail collection service we arranged. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when flying out of Madrid

and the most important thing in a hotel - wonderful staff A special thank you to the lovely Cristina Anca that was always kind and smiling and to Gunther, which was very helpful and freindly we had an awesome vacation (Adi and Sharon Bibi (Israel
Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.
Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc)
She had a poor command of english and could not explain the situation to us that our room was not ready. She was consistently asking a supervisor for assistance, who did not help speed the process up at all
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel during our short trip to Madrid! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived
Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
Bustling with travellers from UK and USA. Great restaurant and room service but not too many choices in the menu. Helpful staff and good location. Would love to visit Madrid again just to stay here
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast

As well as some good dinning options nearby and the very handy Suanzes metro station (plus you'll enjoy a beautiful walk through the park on your way to it)
Melia has always been our hotel choice. We choose to stay in this hotel because it is very near to the embassy and it is in the business district which mean not a touristic hotel (not crowded)
they're all truly outstanding, and altogether with the modern building and facilities, make this hotel (at least from my experience) one of the best of the Melia hotels network, and surely one of the best, if not the best, in Madrid
We only stayed for one night and had to catch our flight early in the morning, so we were very happy to be checked in quick. The staff was fluent in English, friendly and helpful enough to book us a taxi to the airport
Best hotel I've ever stayed at to the date. Rooms have been fully renovated, cozy and decorated beautifuly. Stayed for 9 nights and felt like at home (actually, much better)
The room was spacious and clean. All expectations were exceeded. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others

3.5*. Very helpful staff, good breakfast buffet and spacious room. The hotel is changing the owner and going through remodeling, perhaps it will get better. The pool area looks bad now and no gym facility.
Excellent service specially by a young lady from Cuba in the reception. Breakfast was excellent and so was the price. Location is superb if you are going to the airport by public transportation
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Nice spacious rooms with all amenities. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Nice location. Everything was good. Loved the place.
The best location to Renfe station. The rooms are renovated and cozy. Also Staffs are well trained and have hospitality.
There's a cab stand one block away as well
Staff is great and rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of cafés and bars frequented by locals. Easy walk to chamartin station

I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant
Fabulous hotel with lovely old world ambiance and service. Great location-close to shops restaurants and museums. Very quiet rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Also nice to have a pool and spa
Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Arrived for Christmas holidays and visit the family, we wanted a place well located with parking, we found a nice place here at Novotel Campo de las Naciones, we also found a very modern place, great decorations and facilities, very nice room, we asked for a double room for 2 adults and 2 kids under 8 years old, the second need was actually a sofa bed but comfy enough
What we are enjoying the most is the personnel and the attention received. The team is always helpful with nice attitude, what a friendly team. We would definitely come back
Ita perfect hotel and service everything it was ok the man work in recepian at night very nice and ask taxi en time a want every thing was perfect
Also it seems the breakfast buffet was no longer as robust, as before (no baked beans, the coffee machine had no cappuccino, etc) Perhaps this all is as a result of the impact of the pandemic
Secondly for some reason the room temperature was set at 25. We tried to reduce it using the regulator in the room but it took hours before we noticed any change
Been here several times since 2017. This stay was however not as enjoyable as the previous stays. For starters, there was no airport shuttle available this time

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The service is warm and discreet
Let’s start with the hospitality: everyone is genuinely so kind and will go out of their way to ensure you have absolutely everything you need at all times. Now to the rooms & amenities: Just immaculate
The rooms are beautifully maintained and have endless amenities throughout (toiletries, robes, slippers, stocked mini bar, espresso machine, turn down, remote-control black-out shades)
The mango was buttery soft and there was tons of avocado and other fruits many hotels don’t have. All the staff were so helpful with everything both before and during our visit
When people wanted a taxi, the staff had one for them in 30 seconds. My only complaint is that my room didn’t have a glass door the entire way next to the shower, so it can get wet
I wish USA hotels would be this great! Walking distance to all the activities, wonderful restaurants amd shopping! Zara was half block away amd Pull & Bear just a short walk

The rooftop pool with stunning views stands out as a guest favorite, despite occasional overcrowding and noise
The rooftop pool and views are amazing, good central location, directly across from a Starbucks, decent buffet breakfast, great view from my room.
Nestled in the heart of Madrid, the Emperador Hotel is lauded for its prime location, with guests appreciating the short walks to numerous attractions, eateries, and shops
The location is excellent. The room has many amenities. There is a great view from a restaurant on the roof top. The room was not clean. Found hairs on bed sheets. The bathroom had dirty towels.
The Hotel Emperado was located on Grand Via and a short walk to the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. The rooftop pool was incredible - a great way to relax after a lot of walking throughout the city and great views
While the rooms earn praise for their comfort and cleanliness, opinions on service and noise insulation are mixed

Frequent shuttle to airport and a couple of minutes walk to metro for downtown. Love the pool! I just do not understand how they have curtains that do not cover the full width of the window !!
Excellent stay close to the airport. The interiors could use a touch of some modern elements. None the less impeccably clean and spotless. Great breakfast as well. Make sure to use the free airport shuttle services.
Spacious rooms excellent service very good breakfast. Although I visited the place in late autumn I believe that the swimming pool makes it an all time value for money. Definitely recommend
No alternative parking around pushes for a "mandatory" daily charge for car parking
Great hotel that is close to the airport, but far enough that you don't hear jet noise. The place was clean and orderly with all the amenities you would expect. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous!
I had a very short stay, but everything went well. Big hotel, modern rooms and bathrooms. Shuttle to all terminals every 10 minutes and 30 minutes from 1am to 5am, but can come right away if you request it

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Location is perfect for the Bernabeu. There's an Aldi nearby, amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and health spa with Thai massage.
nice breakfast buffet $20 , personal is not very friendly , the bartender was very rude , the guys at the pool are friendly, the refrigerator doesn't work (I stay in 2 different rooms by the way) room service was fast and good , I got the chicken and the steak from the menu there were good, the pool had an amazing view
It made it look out fashioned. The welcoming chocolates were a nice gesture though. We went to the swimming pool and it desperately needs to be fixed as the swimming pool floor was moving under, like a fixation problem
Doing buisness in Madrid? This is the place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the financial center of Madrid. Easy to get to the airport, by subway, it's just 15 minutes away. And you can even rent an office 1 minute away
The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar served good food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and internet is strong on the upper floors. However, it is not available in the restaurant

The hotel is in a great location, the receptionists were all pleasant and helped us out with cabs! The room was good and suited our needs. Definitely a good place to stay, if you wish to be in the city center.
A decent hotel in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are only small, but clean and comfortable. Right next to Chueca and the central gay district. So much to see and do in the surrounding streets.
Perfect stay in downtown Madrid. A room for 3 very confortable et good size. Very well located to explore the historic downtown, and close to the subway (Calleo and Gran Via) to explore the other neighborhood
Family of 6 , we stay 10th floor at the 3 bedroom suite and we had an amazing view Breakfast ok The hotel position is excellent Polite and friendly You have to change elevator at 3rd floor, but overall its not a big deal The only thing I have to mention is that the gym is extremely small and you pay extra 6e to entry, doesn't make any sense
