Madrid, Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, 43 🧭 Map
We truly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys a nice swim and more relaxed stay. Staff were very kind and overall experience was great. Rooms are nice and showers are amazing.
The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is not far from the Bernabéu, which is quite convenient. It is more suitable for business travel
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a decent gym workout room. The beds are a bit soft - would prefer firmer.
Facilities: relatively new Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: close to the business district Service: warm and thoughtful
Excellent hotel, wonderful food, so clean, staff very helpful & friendly…would highly recommend…the breakfast was amazing!
Would have been better if security guard didn’t stop me and grill me about whether I was a guest or not. Said they mistook me for someone else. Spoiled the experience of feeling welcomed. Happens I suppose.

Very close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía
The breakfast spread was extensive, with options catering to Chinese palates, including local fried dough sticks (youtiao) and dumplings, all of which tasted great. There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit
The hotel was very clean. Despite the room being compact, it comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. The breakfast spread was extensive.
The only minor downside was the typical European hotel amenity setup – no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided in the room
The gym needs to be better. It was the quality of a 2-star hotel, might as well not tell hotel residents you have a gym.
Palacio de Cristal is closed but the water feature in front of it is very cute. º del Prado at night is pleasant too

Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return
Top hotel ! + Location History and legacy Cupola lounge Renovated hotel & rooms Great room service Good value - No spa Not enough night staff
The environment is very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I highly recommend staying here!
Excellent food, beautiful restaurant and incredible service. Christmas dinner was outstanding! Recommend 100%
The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid, and we've never encountered such treatment
We booked a so-called superior king room with a street view, but if you look closely at the room pictures, you can only see the balcony of the building opposite, with no street view at all

Eurostars Madrid Tower is a top-tier hotel that truly deserves five stars. Located in the city’s business district, it offers stunning panoramic views of Madrid, elegant modern rooms, and excellent service
A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling
The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating
They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service
The hotel is located in a business district, which is convenient for work-related travel, though it is a bit removed from the city center
I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive

Great place, good location, super friendly staff, breakfast unbeatable
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast
A three day trip in Madrid! When we arrived we had such a warm welcome. Everybody in that hotel was soooo friendly. We slept in a room to the street, it was very kind
Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.
My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
Lovely hotel. Didn't do or see much as I was in and out .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable
We had a great experience staying in the hotel. The location is convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options. We enjoyed the stay thoroughly.
Good location, nice view at top of roof
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff
We visited the rooftop bar for some drinks and food and it was incredible. The views over Madrid are simply breathtaking

Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
Convenient location and excellent service.
A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good
When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it

The room is bright and big enough. It is located near the Real Madrid Stadium and has convenient transportation to major attractions
Great location, great lobby and cafe / terrace, lots of restaurants around.
The breakfast is awesome! The location is quite far from the city center, but there have bus stations and subway stations,  so it’s convenient.
I have stayed in many NH hotels in Europe, and this one is the best one so far. First of all, I like the layout of the lobby very much. Because there is a bar, it is very convenient
Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway, but you can take the 150 bus, which is just opposite and you can enjoy the beautiful city view of Madrid

The service is really nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and cleaned and it's in a very good location, near the metro station
The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all
Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price
Characteristic as much in appearance as in the interior and fittings, but comfortable and with large bed, good view from room and plenty of hot water
The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear

I would also say that the rooms maybe need a bit of sprucing up as some areas you could tell were old like the carpet. The team at the hotel were great however and were very accommodating and helpful!
Our stay at this hotel was good. The bathrooms and beds were clean, however there were stains on the carpet. Some of the latches and light fixtures were broken. I'd probably stay at another hotel next time. Overall 4/5.
The hotel is in a really convenient location (near to a couple of metro stops) and not far from Madrid airport
I stayed on the Kathryn Findlay floor which was beautifully crafted but as with its age there was quite a bit of wear and tear which was more noticeable in an all-white room
The lifts being panoramic was a nice touch and I enjoyed being able to visit the foyer of each floor. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a vast spread
There were a couple of instances where my unfinished food was cleared away whilst not at my seat as I was travelling alone but nothing major

Great spot for a stay in Madrid. Nicely located in the business district so easy to where we needed to be for work. Also a short 5 - 10 min walk to the Bernabéu stadium
Great location, just a few minutes away from the Bernabeu Stadium
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows allowed plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect for us
I was still learning Spanish so it was not that good, but the people who worked there were really helpful and let m try and speak some Spanish There was a receptionist that I forgot her name, she was super kind, helped us get around the city and taught me some Spanish The rooms are very classy and nice for the price you are paying I did not try the restaurant Would definitely recommend
The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a contemporary touch
Whether you’re visiting Madrid for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid!

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Hotel Liabeny. You can’t beat the location and prices are reasonable for a full service hotel in the center of the city. The staff are thoughtful and rooms are well taken care of
I still think the location of the hotel is great, and the staff is very helpful
I found this time the breakfast options narrowed in some products and expanded in other ones that seem to adapt more to international visitors. I would come back to this hotel in the future if I come back to Madrid
Liabeny is a very nice place to stay in Madrid. Amazingly well located, very close to Plaza del Sol, where several metro lines cross, as well as cercanias
It is not located in main road but is about 50 steps from one. Breakfast buffet is really good. Did I mention the outstanding service? Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We felt very secure walking at night
Everything was great and the staff even helped us to pre-packed for our breakfast as we had a train to catch next day early in the morning ! Bed is very big and comfy too !

The gym is there if you need it, though it’s pretty underwhelming (I usually skip hotel gyms anyway). What really makes this hotel shine is the location—walking distance to just about everything
The service throughout the stay was exceptional. Thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a welcome treat upon arrival, and well-stocked amenities made us feel genuinely cared for
The pool is stylish and peaceful, but it’s not super kid-friendly—limited to six people at a time and requires a reservation, so we only used it once
The breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of made-to-order options, and the tapas in the afternoon were the perfect snack between outings
The breakfast is more than extraordinary, very complete and beautifully presented, it goes without saying that the facilities are luxurious and the attention of the staff superb.
Melia Madrid Princesa is a fantastic choice for families who want comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Madrid

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and polite and the location is excellent, just a 20min walk from T1
The pool is good, gets plenty of sun and has a lifeguard (albeit only opens at 11a.m). Shuttle from airport useful, runs late. Reception staff mature and professional.
Offered the easy access to the airport that we were looking for. The area was nice and everything was clean and convenient with bus 114 right across this street. Rooms were a little tight for a triple
I always stay here when I go to Madrid, I’ve stayed here on 5 seperate occasions and I love how close it is to the airport and it has a nice pool area!
It was a short walk to the train station. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had good water pressure. Just had a slight draining issue for the shower
If you can't get the shuttle to the airport they will call you a taxi and which accept card, helpful if you don't have any cash

I have eaten at hotel bar restaurant and I only disappointed at all. The staff are very friendly and polite. The room service was delivered by Bagdan and the tray has a special touches of cute miniature flower in a vase
The dining and front desk staff is FANTASTIC! Bogdam and Favier were very attentive and did so many sweet touches to welcome us to Madrid. This was the best first dinner we could have ever wished for!
I’ve stayed in this hotel twice since last year. I came to Spain for work and this hotel was recommended by some ai know that lives locally. Great aervice all around and my room was ready and cleaned
I have stayed here several times and it is very convenient. I always stay in this hotel every time I go on a business trip. Although it is a bit expensive, it is convenient.
Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was nice although the fruit was a little tasteless. The staff at breakfast was friendly but would t remove the used plates.

The hotel is very central and metro station is right outside (but the lift to metro platform is about 5 min walk). Bath room is very pretty but shower is a bit weak in terms of water pressure
Overall the hotel is located in a very convenient area and was easily walkable to the metro along with many other shops and restaurants. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we had a wonderful stay

One of the highlights was the breakfast, which featured a delightful spread of fresh, locally sourced produce. Every morning was a treat, starting the day with delicious food in such a serene setting

We stayed in the 3-bed room and we couldn’t even get complimentary water. The breakfast buffet can definitely do with more food options to choose from and to cater to a wider range of guests
It's very close to the airport, and a taxi costs less than 20 euros. It's a little far from the city center, but there is a direct subway, so the price is lower than the city center. It's a good transit option.
It’s close to bus stops and the metro stations and there are also some food outlets (Burger King, VIPS, Taco Bell, etc) close by which I guess makes it a good choice in terms of location
The room was cleaned very well every day, with no disposable items. There was a kettle, but I brought my own and never used it. There was no additional city tax, and early check-in was possible without any extra charges
Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the subway station. There's a fast food restaurant downstairs, and the restaurant across the street is clearly popular with nearby residents
The hotel is located near Metro Line 5, a 3-minute walk away. The airport terminal 2 is about €25
