The location is perfect, near metro and bus stations and a taxi stop at the hotel's door. The meal at the restaurant was incredible!
Located in Northern Madrid, the hotel is close to the metro line and near Bernabeu stadium. I stayed in a double room, which was comfortable, clean, but small. The room had no fridge, only a small electronic mini bar
was put here because my flight was cancelled. really nice hotel. really nice. comfortable beds, friendly concierge, good breakfast buffet.
Very nice service, makes one feel special. Awesome room at The Level. Very good every step of the way. Worth every penny.
Wonderful hotel. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The centre really 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop nearby
The AC was rather loud, but keeping the window open was quiet and sufficient to keep it fresh. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of breads, meats, cereals, fish and freshly squeezed juices

I am taking off a star because there is little convenient access to snack food. It is located in an industrial park next to the airport so there are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity
The stay was delightful and the service was impeccable. Javier and several other staff went out of their way to help the last day of our trip, making for a perfect vacation
Location gets dinged because nothing of note was walkable and walking around the hotel area is not pretty or great feeling of safety
I had one of the best experiences with the staff and service from Marriott and United. I made the mistake of forgetting the exact time for dinner and they still brought the best quality food
We stayed one night between a domestic flight one day and an international flight out the next morning. Shuttle from airport to hotel was convenient, although crowded
Access to the Executive Lounge was a plus as a pleasant place to relax in the evening and morning before a long day of travel. It seemed to be in an industrial area

The location is in a great area away from the tourist traps. The staff on reception are exceptional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife with an issue renting a car. Couldn't recommend them more highly
The food at the rooftop bar is top-notch, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops
This hotel is greatly located near Calle Goya and Retiro park in Madrid
There is a 24 hour sports lounge offering food and drinks and their breakfast buffet is is humongous, offering everything for every taste. Their staff is very friendly and always eager to help
They have a pool but it is very small and kids can’t splash around or jump in (adults too!) they have towel service and chairs. The outside area has a decent roof top with some views
The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is incredible with a huge variety of fresh food, and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring

The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers
Everything you could want and a little more. The breakfast room is ethereal in decor and the options are infinite. Even some bubbly for those interested. And a great location on top of all that
Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel’s prime location and high-quality rooms make it a solid choice
The temporary lobby is a little awkward and the fact that you need to take two separate elevators to get to your room is messy, but this is temporary and the hotel is making a great job to make accommodations so the guests are comfortable
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Be advised, the hotel is currently under renovations as they will be changing from Westin to a Luxury Collection property
I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable

The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here
Great location without crowds of tourists but with a lot of shops and great cafes. Rooms are really spacious and newly renovated. Breakfast has a lot of options. I would stay here again.
Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside
Great location walking distance to key attractions and metro
Location of the hotel is prime. Even though currently there is renovation going on, yet no disturbance to customers. Only hotel wifi needs to enhance a bit at all the locations of the hotel rooms
Lots of locals walk their dogs and local runners on the path. Room was okay, good priced so we are happy. It’s nice and clean with fridge and a kettle

The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfy! I’ve never slept that well in a hotel! We had breakfast on morning and there was such a huge variety of sweet and savoury and drinks were constantly topped up
I recently stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Tower and was thoroughly impressed. Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury
Really lovely hotel with excellent travel connections near. Ana at the front desk was a beam of light to greet us and help us get into our room
We stayed here for a weekend in Madrid and it was so good. Our Spanish is awful but the staff were so lovely and welcoming
The atmosphere in the terrace bar and common areas was sophisticated and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Madrid. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the amazing breakfast
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, though I did find the bar prices to be on the expensive side. However, given that this is a luxury hotel, it’s somewhat to be expected

Bustling with travellers from UK and USA. Great restaurant and room service but not too many choices in the menu. Helpful staff and good location. Would love to visit Madrid again just to stay here
My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
Before we checked- out we asked if we could leave our baggages in the hotel, they said yes, that was so nice. I slept so good, I ate too fabulous and I fell like home! I really recommend that hotel!
One of the best hotels for business travel in Madrid. perfect location and excellent service. I would like to thank the staff for the amazing stay
No gym, no pool, no other facilities that 4 star hotel should have. Located in the center if everything, except food. Hotel reception worked very well on the standard procedure, is like a robot
The bath was very cleaned and the room was very nice! The breakfast was the top of this adventure! So much diversity of fruits and food. I really enjoyed the breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable
A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff
I particularly mention the lady working on the downstairs bar who went out of her way to help us when we just missed closing time , brilliant. The staff are a credit to this very impressive hotel
We visited the rooftop bar for some drinks and food and it was incredible. The views over Madrid are simply breathtaking

Not cheap and not great either. This place is in good condition but old fashioned both in terms of design and service. Nice gym though and a good location.
I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant
Fabulous hotel with lovely old world ambiance and service. Great location-close to shops restaurants and museums. Very quiet rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Also nice to have a pool and spa
Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders

Great location, right outside the hotel you will find a bus station that will take you to Madrid’s downtown. The rooms are pretty comfortable and you have all the necessary
Location is outside of Madrid center. Easy to take 1 euro bus to main sections. Hotel is Packed with tour buses
A lot of grocery stores nearby, and also restaurants. Not that near from El Centro de Madrid, but you have the necessary near. And its a 20-30 minute ride in the bus to the popular area
Great value hotel with reasonable prices. Even though it is not in the centre, it is well connected. Right at the door there is a bus stop and it takes 20 or 25 minutes to get to the centre of Madrid (€1
Good hotel and staff members. Good location. Coffe machine didn't work. We reported to the reception, but they couldn't fix it before our check out.
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness

Unfortunately mine would not stay closed. My room was located on the 8th floor near the end of the hallway. I was given two twin beds but the room is very large and not cramped at all
There is an outlet next to one of the beds (after multiple attempts I was unsuccessful in getting it to work). There is a blind separating the bathroom from the bedroom that would not close at least to viewing
There is a large sitting chair, a sizable desk, a mini fridge with mini bar, and safe. There was a kettle and coffee maker! Many sizes and types of cups as well as a wide assortments of teas and coffees
It would lift up and down but would not close. There is a heated towel bar, iron and ironing board which is a very rare find and several hangers. There were no slippers or robe to be found
The windows could be opened - except for the side that open was partially blocked and I don't know if that was specific to my room or a feature of the hotel
There is some previous water damage on my ceiling that has been repaired. Each twin bed had three pillows and there is a decent size TV for the room

The service is really nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and cleaned and it's in a very good location, near the metro station
The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all
Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price
Characteristic as much in appearance as in the interior and fittings, but comfortable and with large bed, good view from room and plenty of hot water
The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear

The location was close to a mall and supermarkets as well as places to eat. The kitchen is very ill equipped so only real things we could make were cereal in the morning but this was the only bad thing
Nice apartments, comfortable and modern. Very few appliances, for example, there were only 3 plates and 3 knives and forks. Big pool outside for use in the summer. Well located.
Our room overlooked the pool, which was great to have to do on a down day. Could use more sun loungers - they were quick to be taken no matter what time of day you went out. We didn't visit the cafeteria so can't comment
After a frustrating and long night spent at the airport trying to resolve some issues we had with flights this was our first positive experience since the previous evening when being checked in at our original airport
After a cancelled flight, the airline booked us this hotel for the night. We were mostly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the service. The hotel is a lil bit far from the city but near to MADRID Airport
All the negative reviews had us concerned for our trip, but we had a delightful stay at Compostela suites. We stayed in room 1320, wasn't noisy at all, we slept great whilst we were there

I stayed one night, and I was impressed with the size of the room and all the amenities. Service is friendly The breakfast buffet offers a large variety and delicious food. The location is central.
Any time we had questions or needed to know how to get somewhere, the hostess at the desks showed us on maps or cleared confusion for us, no matter what it was they were doing, they made it a priority to make sure you knew the answer to what you were looking for
Excellent hotel with all the amenities and staff who are completely bilingual. Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that provided me with a map and personal take on the nearby attractions to see
We had noted it was our honeymoon on our reservation and it was very appreciated that they went above and beyond for us. The breakfast had a lot of nice options, including eggs made to order how you want them
Whenever we showered, despite our best efforts, water would get all over the floor and pool behind the toilet. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and they gave several pillows to choose from
The prepared hot food could be better kept warm however. They have heat lamps on the dishes but they’re never actually hot, just warm. Overall, the service is wonderful

The rooms are very comfortable and the receptionist is very nice. The food at the buffet is alright but it has a nice location quite close to places like the Prado museum.
I thought the people behind the front desk were great. Very polite and efficient. I will be back next time I visit Madrid. Its a lovely hotel near the city centre that is very reasonably priced.
Great experience after several days in busy city of Madrid
1- Checking in, left waiting in lobby for long time waiting to check in, with large queue forming with others waiting to check in ( limited staff) 2- Internet, internet connection is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in across the world, for a 4star hotel it is disgusting, signal fails constantly and I mean every couple of minuets it freezes and restart is needed, connection...
Classed as 4 Star Hotel, I would rate at no more than 3 Star at a push
I think some of the bad reviews are ridiculous. The location is amazing and staff is kind and courteous. Restaurant and breakfast is very good

It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy
Superb location and nice rooms but most importantly amazing customer service
Special shout-out to Silvia and and Nacho at the front desk who greeted us pleasantly, answered our questions promptly and gave us a really nice room! Looking forward to coming back again

Interesting hotel, rooms need refurbishment but they are Interesting enough to look past some minor blemishes. Location is great, with two subway stations very close by
Well located and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are definitely not 5*, old and run down
Loved all of the unique art on every floor and the detail. Beautifully executed! Our rooms were clean, loved the bathroom, comfy bed, awesome shower and great lighting
Very grateful for the AC and the adjustable blackout curtains. The pool was a little small but there were plenty of beach chairs to relax in after a quick swim
The beds are round it is actually nice however my feet were hanging out since I am 6. The washroom doors and walls are see through glass you feel uncomfortable when someone is monitoring you during your activities there
The usability, user experience and some comfort is very a sacrifice from the design point. Bathrooms are sometimes leaking, the custom made sinks and baths are not so comfortable

Cosy hotel with excellent location for public transport. Very good food and service, renewed rooms decorated with style. Stylish amenities. Clean and spacious rooms.
Ideal location if you have a train leaving Chamartín. Hotel looks tired on the outside and adequate on the inside. Has a try hard low cost feel / business hotel feel to it
A hotel in a perfect location, above the train station, 24-hour service. Nice and clean rooms, restaurant and beer bar which are open late. Decent prices and food are just delicious, all served with a passion.
But you can request the staff to help open the windows. The staff and their friendly service and approach is the BEST Experience. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVEL SITES PLS. Go direct to the official price for a great price😃

Perfect location, wonderful team, great hotel to have a mix of simple luxury and fun. Eduardo was the best for restaurant recommendations. Stayed in the energy room, very quiet and comfortable. All around great!
Great location, we walked, took Ubers, used the metro- all of it. The restaurant downstairs is gorgeous & they made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had
Beautiful building and great location. Friendly service and quick cheap-in. Lovely reception area. Rooms are modern but small. get a room with an outward view and not internal yard. Nice rooftop
Rooftop is beautiful & hotel guests get priority. We got the room with a balcony, which I would suggest- as the standard rooms would probably be a lot more dark without the light from the balcony
We enjoyed our stay here, with literally nothing negative to say. They let us check in early after an overnight flight from NY & the staff was friendly throughout our whole stay
