Nice location of you want to attend the corrida. Anyway clean and comfortable hotel.

It's a decent hotel. The bathroom comes with soap and shampoo. The room has the basics: a bed, shelves, and a TV. In our case, the view overlooked the inns. Just downstairs is a Carrefour that opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 2 a.m. Across the street is a Vips/Gino restaurant, along with several breakfast places and bars. Excellent value for money.

The staff was incredible, speechless. We did the reservation at the front desk and everything was paid and ready to go, when unfortunately we had a personal problem and we asked if we could cancel the reservation. The 2 guys that were at the front desk on the 3rd of June around 1pm (I wish I could remember their names) were incredible! They immediately grabbed 2 glasses of water since we were pretty...

Another great stay at this hotel. Staff were brilliant, spoke perfect English and answered any questions we had. Perfectly located, far enough away from the city centre to be quiet yet only 10 minutes on the Metro to get there - with a Metro station literally outside the hotel. Cafe's, bakeries and shops all on the same street. We always stay here when in Madrid.

This hotel is really top-notch quality, from the staff to the rooms the hotel is really a blessing for a vacation in Madrid, the receptionist all were super kind and helpful all the time! I had a room with a terrace (705) and the view is amazing, the terrace super big and bright with a GREAT noise isolation, you couldn’t hear anything from outside, also the beds are probably one of the best we ever...

Overall nice budget hotel. Clean, basic rooms, comfortable bed and powerful shower. However, Wi-Fi was poor (at least in the room we were staying), no signal strength at all. Also had a disappointing check-in experience, where we were ignored for 5 minutes while the 2 staff members did a handover. It was a terrible first impression.

It was good till I was asked to leave because I forgot to extend .my stay. But overall good hotel and budget friendly.

Nice basic hotel. Supermarket and a fancy shopping centre across the road. Stayed 3 evenings. Small room but clean. Great location. Metro 500 m. Improvement: difficult to find. We walked straight past it. Needs more obvious sign at the front. No fridge in the room. No heating/air con control from the room. No toiletries except toilet paper.

The location is very good, near the center and the river. Rooms are good and comfortable, and the service is great too.

One of the best place to be when you're in Madrid. Place is nice and clean. Just a thing to add just for the future, maybe change the breakfast menu everyday like add eggs or other kinds of food but overall best place to stay.

Clean. Close to metro. Direct line to city center. We could have needed extra pillows. There was only 1 pillow per person. The price without breakfast was fair. But 10€ per person for breakfast was a little much. It is a buffet, but quite meager considering the choice around the hotel and in the city. So only considering the price for the breakfast, I felt the price value was not completely justified

Excellent central location for allowing exploration of all parts of Madrid. The rooms are clean and tidy, the AC rocks and as a Londoner I was in LOVE with the spectacular water pressure in the showers. Metro station right in front of the hotel if you can’t be asked to walked. Not a bad place to call home for a couple days!

Clean but the rooms are very small. Friendly staff, "poor" breakfast. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Santiago Bernabeu.

Older hotel in a quiet corner of the Tetuan neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was slightly dated, but comfortable. The toilet would run for 20 minutes after being flushed, that was slightly annoying. The AC worked but was noisy. There is a lovely Carrefour market 3 blocks away on the Calle Orense that is open early and late.

Good value hotel for a single Night stay.

Basic rooms but very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good too. Was not too impressed with the noise in reception in the morning from the local residents meeting but we did not stay too long. I would recommend this hotel for a short, inexpensive stay as it seemed more of a hostel than a hotel.

This place was "adequate". I was given an attic room with a very small window. Nothing like the bright and airy rooms advertised on their website. The wardrobe seemed to have been built for a child so anything longer than a shirt/top trailed on the floor. Only 5 coat hangers. The glass I had used was not cleaned/replaced. Breakfast was okay, inexpensive and set me up for the day.

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, and the Royal Palace. There is a supermarket near the hotel, and it is within walking distance of the subway station and the Egyptian temple.

Amazing hotel this is another room type I've stayed in now and still the smallest of them all is great cozy and comfy to stay in.

The location is very convenient, there are many delicious restaurants around, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to Puerta del Sol. Madrid's free bus 001 is also very close, and you can take the free bus for the whole trip! There was a problem with the shower head. I told the aunt at the front desk and she replaced it immediately on the same day, which did not affect the use

A good stay, very cozy and convenient place!

It’s okay for its price. Super convenient location, basically you can walk everywhere from this hotel, main train station is 10mins walk. The room is clean with hairdryer. We stayed on the 5/F, room was small, corridors was narrow (not fitting a huge luggage). We heard noises from the other rooms. Luggage storage costs €1/bag, which is weird to charge us since we stayed there for like 2 nights....

Expensive foe the service and quality it delivers. Great location but the room smell was really strong on aa really fruity flavor. Awful. I would only book againfor the location. The 24h front desk is also good working. The hotel is also very noise inside and has no service. That is the proposal for the price you pay. To be on the city center can get expensive for what you get back from the hotel...

I stayed here on short notice because of passport issues. The Mayerling Hotel gave me an excellent rate and allowed me to relax in their lobby with wifi, free coffee and access to a restroom while I awaited my room to be cleaned. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent the next morning and they were very helpful when I requested that they printed out some travel documents...

A very nice boutique hotel located in the center of Madrid. Great value for the money. The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. We would defiantly stay there again.

Excellent location and simplicity with check-in, breakfast and 24 hour desk assistance. Due to the central location, it got quite noisy during nights since the local bar life went on until around 4 in the morning. As someone who wanted to spend time in the city, the price and included breakfast were the strong points.

I liked the location very much, everything was nearby. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The room was way smaller that what i imagined from the pictures. The bed was also quite small. There was no designated area for smokers, i had to go outside every time i wanted to do that. Problem was that during our trip it mostly rained and i had to smoke...

Great location and good service. The room is cleaned up every day and they change all the towels, bed is comfortable. The only problem is the acoustic isolation, there are several bars around that make a lot of noise during the night/ morning. So people with heavy sleep will be ok, otherwise I'd look somewhere quieter.

It's an oddly corporate-looking building stuck with a Repsol petrol station and a few offices on a patch of land in between the network of motorways, dual carriageways and railways north West of Aravaca. It is possible to walk to Aravaca (about 25 mins to the centre) and Valdemarin. Building work meant limited access to the railway and Hipercor/El Corte Ingles. The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned...

We needed a break from travels, and this was a good spot to recharge. Right by the motorway, free parking, restaurant on site, and service station close by. Free wifi, with good connection. Restaurant had nice food, and staff were friendly. Close to the train line too, if we wanted to travel into Madrid.

The hotel is ok, the room size is fine and the bed is comfortable. The location is the worst, but it could works for you if your are in a road trip and just want to have a rest. Las instalaciones del hotel están bien, la cama era cómoda y la habitación normal. Lo peor es la ubicación del hotel, pero puede ser perfecto si solo estás de paso y quieres descansar.

It's a self check-in hotel, which was new to me, but the online reception responded immediately and they were very helpful. The location is awesome and it's very clean.

If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars. It's quite affordable and pretty close to Gran Via, central Madrid. But there was no trash can in the room. No secured wifi networks available either. Any hacker on the street can get access to the wifi and steal information from connected guests. The walls are paper thin. You can hear other guests in the hallway and in the rooms next to yours.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is actually a 3 star hotel. It is located centrally and is clean and cozy. The reception is operated 24/7 by a nearby located hotel. It even offers lockers for storing your luggage and a light breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The ambientati and the atmosphere are very relaxing and the style of the room is alternative but very trandy.

The lobby is nice, the room is a bit small, but it has air conditioning. Madrid and most places in Spain have been 40 degrees during the day recently, which is unbearable. There is an elevator, so you don't have to carry the stairs yourself

The hotel is quite old. The elevator can only accommodate two people going upstairs at the same time. The hotel room is relatively small and the sound insulation is not very good. Other things are just average.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient living areas nearby and within walking distance to Sun Plaza. The room had plenty of space and Netflix was available. The downside is that although there are no smoking signs inside the hotel, I still smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I immediately reported it to the front desk and they said they would handle it. The public area has a kettle, microwave...

Great view and staff but I don't recommend staying on street side. If you do, wear ear plugs as I woke up many times. People sure party hard down at Puerta Del Sol.
