Good for short stay, very close to the train train station.
The hotel is very good for me and the staff is very frindly and kindness also the hotel has a prime location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Great location walking distance from Atocha station.
The best place to stay in madrid. Location very strategic in central madrid near to metro station.
I went with a friend for a four day visit to Madrid and needed a hotel that did single rooms and was central. This hotel is located perfectly with nearby access to Atocha rail station and the express bus from the airport, and with Estación de Artes the Metro line also nearby and only 3 stops from Sol.
The reception is staffed with very helpful individuals with infinite patience, which we nearly tested...
I stayed at this hotel last weekend (27 to 29 sep) and i was very satisfied. Very clean room and bathroom; they also provide daily cleaning. The guys at the reception were professional and kind. Location is perfect cuz it's near the metro station and Atocha station. It's surrounded by restaurants, bars and fast food chains such as McDonald's, Kfc, dunkin donuts. There's also a pharmacy nearby. The...

Nice location of you want to attend the corrida.
Anyway clean and comfortable hotel.
We had a very nice stay, the staff was great however we feel as if the hotel was a bit dark, and not much room in the lobby. Other then that we had tons of fun.
It's a decent hotel. The bathroom comes with soap and shampoo. The room has the basics: a bed, shelves, and a TV. In our case, the view overlooked the inns. Just downstairs is a Carrefour that opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 2 a.m. Across the street is a Vips/Gino restaurant, along with several breakfast places and bars. Excellent value for money.
The staff was incredible, speechless. We did the reservation at the front desk and everything was paid and ready to go, when unfortunately we had a personal problem and we asked if we could cancel the reservation. The 2 guys that were at the front desk on the 3rd of June around 1pm (I wish I could remember their names) were incredible! They immediately grabbed 2 glasses of water since we were pretty...
Another great stay at this hotel. Staff were brilliant, spoke perfect English and answered any questions we had. Perfectly located, far enough away from the city centre to be quiet yet only 10 minutes on the Metro to get there - with a Metro station literally outside the hotel. Cafe's, bakeries and shops all on the same street. We always stay here when in Madrid.
This hotel is really top-notch quality, from the staff to the rooms the hotel is really a blessing for a vacation in Madrid, the receptionist all were super kind and helpful all the time! I had a room with a terrace (705) and the view is amazing, the terrace super big and bright with a GREAT noise isolation, you couldn’t hear anything from outside, also the beds are probably one of the best we ever...

Amazing place with the perfect location you could ask for.. assistance available via WhatsApp, will definitely come back again
Good location. Very clean. The kitchen was a proper kitchen, I was impressed. Getting checked in was a bit complicating as you have to do it online but we got things sorted.
The room was large and clean. The location was good, and it was nice that I could store my luggage on the first floor. There was an incident when I checked in because the self-check-in email didn't arrive.
The hotel's location is ideal, close to the center with access to most activities, even on foot.
The hotel entrance isn't well signposted. Access via email is a bit complicated. The room is spacious. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's a lot of street noise, including passersby, trash cans, and more.
Breakfast is good, but could be a little better in terms of the quantity and quality of the...
Everything was great!! We booked a family room (duplex) and it was spacious, bright, and cozy. Plus, the location couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back!
Disappointed. Has a rubbish collection point just outside our window, where at 12:00 night there are lots of noise generated by truck collecting the rubbish. The air conditioner is not clean for a long time, could see quite lots of dirt inside.
No service at all. You need to use whatsapp to contact service or make complaints. We lived for 5days and need to deal with rubbish by ourselves.
No laundry...

Budget friendly hotel at a good location. The room was as expected small, but most importantly, it was clean. Overall, the whole hotel had a clean and modern look. The staff was speaking English and were in general helpful. The only criticism comes from the lack of places to hang and store things, like clothes etc. The otherwise modern interior design could have included some clever hook and shelf...
Great location, clean. Excellent value for money, basically a classic Ibis, no complaints whatsoever. I'd come back.
A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality
It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful...
The hotel fulfills its purpose, for one night it is perfect.
The hotel is very clean, the location is central and the rooms have everything you need.
Everything was very good, although only 2 things, one of the the guys at the reception in the morning is quite unfriendly, I don't know if he is like that only with South Americans or with everyone but I felt him like that, and 2 the first day I heard footsteps outside the room and I even felt that someone tried to open the door in the early morning, I stayed there 2 nights and thank God nothing bad...

One of the best place to be when you're in Madrid. Place is nice and clean. Just a thing to add just for the future, maybe change the breakfast menu everyday like add eggs or other kinds of food but overall best place to stay.
Nice hotel, disappointed that they couldn't take payment from our office, other than that good.
Clean. Close to metro. Direct line to city center.
We could have needed extra pillows. There was only 1 pillow per person.
The price without breakfast was fair. But 10€ per person for breakfast was a little much. It is a buffet, but quite meager considering the choice around the hotel and in the city.
So only considering the price for the breakfast, I felt the price value was not completely justified
Excellent central location for allowing exploration of all parts of Madrid. The rooms are clean and tidy, the AC rocks and as a Londoner I was in LOVE with the spectacular water pressure in the showers. Metro station right in front of the hotel if you can’t be asked to walked. Not a bad place to call home for a couple days!
Clean but the rooms are very small. Friendly staff, "poor" breakfast. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Santiago Bernabeu.
Bed is wery small. I put bought single beds tugether

Madrid, Antonio Lopez 168 🧭 Map
The location was good, the people were friendly. There is a carpark in premises underneath the hotel that is a little bit tricky to get in and out.
There was a problem with the air conditioner.
But in general the hotel is very good close to transportation and shopping center
The problem started once I tried to call them for a parking place. The telephone number from both booking and google maps is correct, I called many times but no one answered. If you have a car, the parking will cost you 20€ more per night, if there is a space available. The room did not have any window, the mirror is broken on the right corner and the furnitures are old…next time I would pay more for...
Far from the metro station. It's shabby, as the entrance and reception are rather shabby, but it's not too noisy and the room, although basic, is clean, as is the bathroom. It could be recommended, as a budget option, if it were closer to the metro. Breakfast was good and inexpensive.
Our family of four stayed in this hotel for three nights. The rooms were made everyday and towels changed as well. Reception being a first touch-point served more like a gate-keeper function. Staff understood English but could not be bothered helping when asked for a local map where we were asked to go to a tourist info centre. Same thing for hot water where we did not notice the breakfast room location...
I was pleasantly surprised by this 2-star hotel. The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. The front desk arranged our airport taxi at a fair price.
While the stay was satisfying, updating the furniture and improving the lighting would be nice.
Three metro stations around the hotel are under 10 minutes walk to each and the neighbourhood is lively.
Overall, great value for the money.

Perfect location. Close to train / metro station and a few blocks from reina Sofía museum. Free coffee and drink corner is definitely a bonus.
Excellent location, particularly for someone new to Madrid, and friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to a friend. Many decent restaurants nearby, and the La Vapies and Chueca neighborhoods, which offer great restaurants and bars, are within walking distance. The room was small, but the common areas on the ground floor and roof were comfortable...
Location is good. Close to train station and city center. However, there is no refrigerator which brings us some inconvenience.
A nice hotel right next to Atocha Train Station. Very friendly staff.
The hotel is very Eco-friendly! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was compact and well organised with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. Very handy location to the train station and buses. Perfect for our 2 night stay.
Very good location and walking distance to train station.
Cons: The room is really very small, can’t even fix a an open baggage.
Room does not have a complementary water. Purchase a coke from front desk and cost Euro 1.50 which is very costly from the tap (no free flow or 2nd serving) . A can of 330ml coke cost Euro 2.50

Nice place near to the center of Madrid. You can find all the requirements near you. Nice and clean economical hotel. Breakfast is also good.
Very nice, home like feel with excellent service and free breakfast. Great location near puerta del sol and plaza mayor
I really enjoyed everything about this Hostal as it appears more like a hotel. They were extremely well-organized, helpful, and kind. The staff friendly and the Hostal clean, and stylistically fashionable. The rooms aren't large but the price is perfect for that size. Additionally, it's situated in an excellent part of the city. I strongly recommend it.
If the room were a big bigger I would rate this place with 5 stars!
The lobby area is amazing, the location is even better, close to everything but also away from the noise of plaza del sol.
We've enjoyed a lot our last visit to Madrid. It was our first stay at this cute Hostal. It is managed in a very high professional and friendly style. With the support of their team and the perfect location We have a lovely experience. We will come back in Autumn.

Fantastic room, very specious. Great location looking forward to coming back
The hotel is on a small street, a little small, the lobby is small like a small hotel. The room is OK, relatively large. There is a small kitchen, which is OK for heating microwave food, but forget about cooking.
The room was very clean and bright, especially the shower water was very hot and refreshing, and it was very comfortable to take a shower. However, there was no kettle, but luckily I brought a small one myself. This needs improvement!
Convenient location, supermarkets near by. Few minutes walk to metro station. The staff very nice.
It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient, with a microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, tableware, a refrigerator, detergent, etc. The room smelled good and felt clean. It was inconvenient that there were only a few electrical outlets in odd positions, not next to the bed.
The room is clean and hygienic, and there is a kitchen for cooking. It is satisfactory

I must say it exceeded my expectations!!!
The location is super good. The Atocha train station can be reached directly by subway, and the bus station can also be reached by one transfer. It is a 3-minute walk from the subway station. When you go out, you will see a street full of young brands. You can walk to Gran Via. Beher (a ham store, where you can have breakfast for two consecutive days) and Honest...
Excellent service and friendly staff who are very attentive to guests, making your stay unbeatable.
The location is very good, close to the subway station, convenient for travel, close to the scenic spot, and in the business district. The overall environment is good, the service is also very good, I will come again next time👍

The hotel itself very good,a little confusing to get there
The beds were comfortable. But the walls felt like paper, and you could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next door, even if they were talking in normal tones.
Good option if by car, not public transport.
Nice bedroom, spacious, clean, quiet.
Good option if you go driving, as public transport can be a bit difficult in the evening. It`s easy to go to town, but on the way back it was difficult to get off at the right bus stop, also another 15 min walk, depending on the time of the evening might not be ideal.
Its only fault is the location almost in the middle of nowhere, everything else is very good.
Clean rooms, clean bathroom
No noise
No wifi in room i was in (last room of corridor )
The site is quite good, although it is quite remote and difficult to access public transport.

I had the spacious deluxe double room with balcony and full length bath tub. So relaxing. Location was nice, opposite the Botanical Gardens.
Everything's amazing about Mora. It was a fabulous experience. The hotel is located in downtown Madrid where every great spot is near you. Carlos is one of the most kindest man I've ever met. Thank you again for this wonderful journey. Surely gonna come back to Mora Hotel.
Conveniently located near atocha. The rooms have all you need - a hot water kettle would be appreciated - but are located along the main boulevard and are very noisy (there are double windows but that doesn’t cover and what if you like fresh air in such a small space….). Included breakfast is at the cafe next door but is minimal and any premium one is overpriced and bad. If possible just pay for breakfast...
The location is perfect. Close to Atocha station, opposite the Prado museum and botanic gardens. The staff are excellent. Don't bother getting the breakfast included there is a very good coffee shop just behind the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. Would recommend.
Great hotel experience. Very clean and spacious. Staff is amazing. Loved our time in Madrid.
Unbelievable the hazard of their high bathtubs where you can trip and kill yourself. Roof of the bathroom full of mold too. Water leaking from bathtub to the floor. Water fawcet not well adjusted it moves and seems to fall. Location is the only thing valuable as well as the service of the front desk.

Older hotel in a quiet corner of the Tetuan neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was slightly dated, but comfortable. The toilet would run for 20 minutes after being flushed, that was slightly annoying. The AC worked but was noisy. There is a lovely Carrefour market 3 blocks away on the Calle Orense that is open early and late.
Good bed covers, pleasant staff.
Bathroom needs updating
Great hotel, very well located and not too expensive. My hotel in Madrid for many years.
Good value hotel for a single Night stay.
Basic rooms but very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good too. Was not too impressed with the noise in reception in the morning from the local residents meeting but we did not stay too long. I would recommend this hotel for a short, inexpensive stay as it seemed more of a hostel than a hotel.
This place was "adequate". I was given an attic room with a very small window. Nothing like the bright and airy rooms advertised on their website. The wardrobe seemed to have been built for a child so anything longer than a shirt/top trailed on the floor. Only 5 coat hangers. The glass I had used was not cleaned/replaced. Breakfast was okay, inexpensive and set me up for the day.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions. The room is small and the soundproofing is poor. The breakfast is average. If you stay for a long time and don't mind the trouble, it is recommended to book without breakfast.
The waiter is very enthusiastic and patient. Affordable hotel, worth considering! The hotel room is very unique. Except that the sound insulation in the room is not very good, everything else is good! ! ! !
Centrally located, 2 minutes away walking distance from La Puerta del Sol. Good option for budget travelers, very nice and friendly staff.
Overall was a pleasant experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently near all the bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely will return again!
The room is quite good, mainly because of the good location. Since it is a renovation of a century-old opera house, it definitely has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, but it has everything you need and has a balcony, which is actually quite good!

Lovely place. Excellent service. Rooms are amazing. Cannot complain one bit.
Clean, cheap, convenient. One night it was noisy - a Spanish holiday, lots of partying - so I pulled down the metal shutters, which helped.
Clean and reasonably comfortable and priced hotel. Cordial staff. Decent breakfast compared to similar hotels. Has an underground parking but if you are in a C type or bigger vehicle it takes quite an effort to fit in. Two metro stations nearby.

The hotel is quite old. The elevator can only accommodate two people going upstairs at the same time. The hotel room is relatively small and the sound insulation is not very good. Other things are just average.
The hotel is in a good location, with convenient living areas nearby and within walking distance to Sun Plaza. The room had plenty of space and Netflix was available.
