The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers

I have nothing but superlatives to describe the hotel. Renovations are almost completed, and they will have very little impact on your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable

The rooms were a standout feature: clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. However, during my November visit, the hotel was undergoing renovations

While it’s great to see improvements being made, the remodeling caused some areas of the hotel to be a bit dusty. The restaurant and entrance areas could use more attention

Unfortunately, the entrance and lobby did not reflect the luxury typically associated with a five-star hotel, which was somewhat disappointing

Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel’s prime location and high-quality rooms make it a solid choice

Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations

We visited the rooftop bar for some drinks and food and it was incredible. The views over Madrid are simply breathtaking

A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot

Breakfast was simply sublime, such a fantastic range of good quality foods and drinks and all overseen and managed by a great team of friendly welcoming staff, thank you My final thoughts are on the staff

The breakfast was outstanding – delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff, including security, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel, were all friendly and very helpful

The rooftop terrace is simply spectacular—a must-see at sunset! The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts you’d expect from a top-tier hotel

I stayed one night, and I was impressed with the size of the room and all the amenities. Service is friendly The breakfast buffet offers a large variety and delicious food. The location is central.

Any time we had questions or needed to know how to get somewhere, the hostess at the desks showed us on maps or cleared confusion for us, no matter what it was they were doing, they made it a priority to make sure you knew the answer to what you were looking for

Excellent hotel with all the amenities and staff who are completely bilingual. Was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that provided me with a map and personal take on the nearby attractions to see

Centrally located with delicious food including the breakfast that made walking around very convenient. Room service was on time and of wonderful quality. Would reitun and recommend to others

Whenever we showered, despite our best efforts, water would get all over the floor and pool behind the toilet. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and they gave several pillows to choose from

The breakfast buffet was by far the best we have had in our years of travel, and mimosas included, nice touch!

To the Palace walk for 10 minutes!!! A supermarket and gym in the neighbouring building

The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all

Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel

Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price

Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is Madrid, both old and new! We enjoyed our stay

Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.

Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc)

Checked in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready even though they had informed us that check in was at 2pm. Room is a 1 star given that I have no room to even look at since i couldn’t check in

It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy

We found the location excellent as it is close to the museums (if you don't mind a walk, which we do not), and a lot of great eating (which we also like to do), and also some pretty good shopping (those mostly high-end designers with an occasional Mango mixed in); fantastic neighborhood though! I'd definitely consider staying here again!

Gran Melia Fenix is an exceptional hotel, and my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon! The staff is on-point, pleasant, and always professional, and the grounds are exceptional in a nicely renovated building with grand staircase

This place was nice for our last night of our trip to Spain we stayed here in June of 2019 the rooftop pool was nice they had some drinks it looked like even though I was 6 it was a really nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel! Stayed in Jr. Suite and it was perfect. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel bar was great, a bit pricey, but not unexpected at a hotel of this caliber.

As a guest for a wedding I was offered every amenity. The food was exquisite and the people attending us polite and ever helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable vintage-style hotel, perfectly decorated and arranged thematically around the "Capitol Theatre" theme - we felt like divas in those rooms! 🤩 The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful, and of course the location ideal, right in the middle of Gran Via in the beating heart of Madrid

The vincci capitol hotel is incredible. Located in the heart of gran via you can’t ask for a better location. We had the room with gran via views, incredibly big and beautiful bathroom

This is the perfect location for exploring Madrid. Everything is walking distance (and there are multiple public transport options if not). The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The service is warm and discreet

Let’s start with the hospitality: everyone is genuinely so kind and will go out of their way to ensure you have absolutely everything you need at all times. Now to the rooms & amenities: Just immaculate

The rooms are beautifully maintained and have endless amenities throughout (toiletries, robes, slippers, stocked mini bar, espresso machine, turn down, remote-control black-out shades)

The mango was buttery soft and there was tons of avocado and other fruits many hotels don’t have. All the staff were so helpful with everything both before and during our visit

When people wanted a taxi, the staff had one for them in 30 seconds. My only complaint is that my room didn’t have a glass door the entire way next to the shower, so it can get wet

I wish USA hotels would be this great! Walking distance to all the activities, wonderful restaurants amd shopping! Zara was half block away amd Pull & Bear just a short walk

Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is okay. Clean. A nice lobby in the very center of Madrid. The Sky Bar is awful… old school look, slow service, bad cocktails and even worst food. Really a downturn.

We booked this trip before COVID and have only just made it - family and timing just got in the way. So glad we didn’t change our plans. The weather was beautiful and Hotel Emperador was exceptional

I had an amazing time. Pool was great. View was amazing! And most of all our waiter Manuel was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. If you’re ever in Madrid I’d always recommend going here!!!

Great location and great hotel. The hotel is older but very nice. The staff was very helpful when we discovered the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking and got us put into a new room right away.

Maids were very friendly and the 2 men on reception were very polite and helpful. Even though the rooms are very tired, we would stay here again due to the location and friendliness of the staff

The only issue for us was that the light switches were in the head board so when you moved in bed, often the lights would come on which was very annoying

Perfect stay in downtown Madrid. A room for 3 very confortable et good size. Very well located to explore the historic downtown, and close to the subway (Calleo and Gran Via) to explore the other neighborhood

Family of 6 , we stay 10th floor at the 3 bedroom suite and we had an amazing view Breakfast ok The hotel position is excellent Polite and friendly You have to change elevator at 3rd floor, but overall its not a big deal The only thing I have to mention is that the gym is extremely small and you pay extra 6e to entry, doesn't make any sense

From London,Barcelona,Lisbon,Paris,etc. This hotel is the best of all hotels ,spectacular views,incredible service,very clean,excellent location and wonderful reception people. This hotel is very very nice

The location is 20 min walk away from the city center and this makes the location very calm and quite. You'll surely enjoy the stay! If you're taking the Uber from the Airport, it would be around €21

Great hotel! The beds are really comfortable, the stuff is super friendly and we loved the location which was quiet and a 30 minute walk to the city centre was perfect for us

We stayed in a room with a river view and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was safe and we were able to take a walk even after sunset

They were also very sweet in allowing me to practice my Spanish with short conversations. The rooms were beautiful with lots of natural light as well as good electric lighting and plentiful mirrors

Very attentive staff, excellent food and super comfortable bed! The gym is a little small but has 3 running machines, stepper, Crosstrainer, bike, 1 multi cable machine, dumbbells and gym balls.

We stayed at Hotel NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares May 9-12. The room was comfortable and service was fantastic. The food at the buffet was excellent, as was that at the in-hotel restaurant

Great hotel, great location. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was really good, one of the best we've had whilst visiting Spain. Staff and helpful and friendly. The only negative was having to pay to use the room safe!

Stayed in a room with a terrace. Terrace furniture was comfortable. Room is normal small for Spain. Bed was comfortable with I believe a memory foam mattress. Must insert room key to get lights and HVAC to work

The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff is so kind, helpful, and even helped with the language barrier. The hotel manager was so generous to my wife and I got our honeymoon at the hotel.

The noise was quite noticeable during the day but died down after midnight and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Air conditioning worked great to keep the room comfortable

Liabeny is a very nice place to stay in Madrid. Amazingly well located, very close to Plaza del Sol, where several metro lines cross, as well as cercanias

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Hotel Liabeny. You can’t beat the location and prices are reasonable for a full service hotel in the center of the city. The staff are thoughtful and rooms are well taken care of

It is not located in main road but is about 50 steps from one. Breakfast buffet is really good. Did I mention the outstanding service? Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We felt very secure walking at night

It's very close to the city centre and one of the big park's, we found staff very helpful when you engaged with them (but not overly friendly by Irish standards, more like they were leaving you alone and not annoying you) when we left I thought I lost my keys of my car & by the sound of it they turned the room upside down to find them
