From start to finish I was impressed by the kindness and quality of service from each staff person. The moment my cab came in, an attendant approached to help me with my bag and brought it up to my room for me

The front desk was super kind and helpful with giving me an overview of the accommodations and answering my questions about the area

I didn't use the spa because 40 minutes felt insufficient and reserving a time slot felt like a hassle but there were so many other things I wanted to do, I didn't feel like I missed out by not using it

The location was perfect--I was able to walk to most places and they have a cab stand just outside the hotel and are a two minute walk from the metro

This hotel is very well kept, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops, and were able to take the metro down to the museums

The room was well appointed and comfortable and offered a well stocked minibar. We opted for breakfast in the morning and were surprised and pleased by the selections available

Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.

I was there just for drinks on a business meeting. I did not stay there so I cannot talk about accomodations. What I can tell you is that it is a beautiful hotel, very classic and very elegant

The bar is cozy with leathered seat in a very british style and the drinks are generously pourred. The staff is very friendly and they have excellent bartenders

Great care in terms of room and personnel service. Well served buffet for breakfast with gluten free options.

I will not forget how pleasant the egg chef who served us with such delightful eggs each morning and a great spirit doing so! I highly recommend staying at this hotel for your next stay! Thank you to the staff who made this a memorable time in Madrid!

We stayed here for 6 nights, very good location and easily accessible from the airport by metro! It’s also in a hotspot location on Gran Via which takes you all the way down to the centre! The first few nights we had an issue with aircon and hot water, staff very swiftly arrange for it to be fixed and eventually they upgraded our room without any issues

Our room was absolutely amazing, huge, spotless, and super comfortable! the mattress of the king bed was better than my own! My kids slept in a sofa bed and they also told me it was super comfortable

We got very spoiled by Cristina and Elena from the breakfast area, amazing people! Overall I would stay in Barcelo Torre de Madrid every time I go to Madrid, it is perfectly located too! walking distance to everything! We LOVED our stay!

What a wonderful property! The location is fantastic and close to many of the landmarks you want to see. There is a subway station directly out the front door for convenient access to the city

Visited Spain for our daughter’s 24th birthday. We had a good fortune of staying at this location while in Madrid. Beautifully decorated and conveniently situated in the heart of it all

Perfect location, you can walk everywhere! The staff were fantastic, and helpful. The room was small but very nice. Typical of most European hotel rooms. Breakfast had lots of options and delicious fresh fruit.

The rooms got cleaned daily, and the hotel has great amenities with a fantastic terrance. Look for deals on their website and you might get lucky :)

Amazing location, supportive staff. You can ask anything you need and they for sure will help you out. Rooms are generally nice, although some are pretty small. Category is definitely 4 stars superior.

Only YOU Boutique hotel is very well located in central Madrid, being 15 minutes walk from many of the highlights of the city centre

If I ever return to Madrid I will stay here again! The staff are helpful and lovely (special thanks to Alejandro!) The hotel is ideally located: easy walking distance to anywhere in Madrid including the Prado/Thyssen/Reina Sofia

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was really great. We overlooked the street, but couldn’t hear it at all because the windows were so soundproofed. Really liked this place and hope to come back again!

overall a really nice experience. the breakfast was amazing with a variety of meats and cheeses. our room were clean and quite spacious, designed with a muted color palette. not a lot of view available for us

the location i cannot adore enough. located in a quaint neighborhood at the heart of madrid, it’s close to all the major museums, retiro park, and the neighborhood is just full of hidden gems of restaurants and bars

We spent 7 nights at the hotel. Excellent breakfast with many options to choose from. Room was very clean and quiet. Bar is open until 11:00 PM which is very nice. The location of the hotel is phenomenal

Exceptional location, great hotel and service. All Petite Palaces are different in Madrid and some are not good. The Lealtad Hotel is one of the best in Madrid. Customer service by Fatima was excellent

I thought this hotel was exceptional and I enjoyed the week I spent there. It is centrally located; a short walk to Retiro Park, the Prado and the subway stop. I would love to stay here again on my future trips to Madrid

There is parking very close to the hotel for 30 € per day. The cheapest parking, 20 minutes' walk from the hotel, near the train station, GARAJE RONDA DE ATOCHA - 13 € per day, but you need to book it online

Great hotel! The location was ideal as it was close to everything but not so close that it's noisy (it was very quiet). The room was very clean, the staff nice and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection

The center of the city.

This is not a four star hotel as advertised. What you get is a very good location near the centre

Convenient place, friendly staffs who speak perfect English, clean & comfortable room. Having a bath tub was a treat after walking all day in the city.

Nice place. Shabby furniture and floors only add to the charm. The bathroom cleaning is difficult in the first place is not so carefully, but the experience is not ruined. There are no in room kettle for heating water.

The rooms are big, pretty clean and the service in the reception is very good. The smell of perfume in the room that came from the toilet, was too much strong.

The hotel could have saved us this by telling us right away at check in to turn it off and rather open the window, when we asked it turns out the hotel will not turn on AC before summer! Otherwise the personel did their best, were friendly and gave us tips on where to go in the area

Service was very pleasant though nothing really stood out as spectacular and there were no additional room offerings beyond your standard daily cleaning. The room itself was not much bigger than the bed and desk

The location is pretty optimal if you're looking to explore the main center of town and not drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance and it's fantastic

Very nice bathroom, though it didn't have a ventilation fan. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and everything was nice and quiet. Most importantly, it was within my company's per diem

The staff are so accommodating, regardless of your status, and there is a beautiful marble stairway with an old steel cage elevator that goes down the middle

We stayed in April 2019, we stayed 4 days. Wide, clean room, very comfortable mattresses and latex pillows protected, very comfortable. Very central, it has a metro station within walking distance

The hotel was good in the city centre very close to the metro station Santo Domingo. We got a twin room and my mattress was a little bit uncomfortable.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Not deal breakers, but you might want to note: There is no kettle in the room but there is a hot water dispenser at the lobby, if you want a hot drink

Reception is beautiful with lovely fragrance. Staff polite, professional and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and had lots of gluten free options including cereal and muffins

The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here

Runner’s heaven! They are also connected to a gym with pool (anytime access to the gym and limited time slot to book for Pool early in the day to come back to in the evening) Do 6k- 15 run to start your day, then book a time slot for the pool in the beginning of the day to recover from a full day of walking

Location of the hotel is prime. Even though currently there is renovation going on, yet no disturbance to customers. Only hotel wifi needs to enhance a bit at all the locations of the hotel rooms

A fantastic place to stay. Just in that street there are beautiful tapa bars and restaurants with a difference. It's so central that you can walk to most places and the staff are so friendly 🫶

A very cute and clean hotel very close to the centre of the city. You can walk on foot to many must see locations. The personel was also very kind and caring with the customers. Rooms are large enough and very clean

Maybe I didn't look at the site correctly when I was booking for 4 adults but my 2 adult opposite sex children, shared a room, so it wasn't very appropriate. I had nowhere to hang or put my clothes

(Hanging space above mini and safe, however this would have only suited tops not dresses. )We didn't eat dinner in hotel but we had drinks and dessert and they were delicious. The atmosphere in the bar was really good

Old school hotel. Friendly reception, quality furnishings, spotlessly clean. Only a couple of minutes from central Madrid.

The room temperature was very high and the staff kindly listened to the issue and tried to solve the problem but still it couldn't get fixed

Great location and friendly staff

Nice hotel close to Subway station and many restaurants and bars!! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean and the double shower was huge!! Reception staff were very helpful when I needed stuff printed One small quibble was that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work which meant that having a shower also meant being in a sauna!! Overall very happy with my stay there!

Other then that it was a fine stay! Located 2 minutes from grand via, but also if you walk into the alleys by the hotel it’s a fantastic residential neighborhood. Overall nice hotel for not a long stay, really

Hotel was very central and everywhere we went to was walkable. Close to Atocha station, where you could take the train to the airport. Hotel was very clean, staff was polite and accommodating

This is my favorite place to stay in Madrid. Great location, right on the Paseo del Prado near the Atocha train station, across from Retiro Park and a stone's throw from the Prado Museum

The decor is slightly modern and I love the crisp white bedding. Room rates are very reasonable and the food from the restaurant is very good ( I usually get the Classic Sandwich)

Price was very reasonable for where located, the Prado practically across the street, the Thyssen just a 15 minute walk up the street and the Reina Sofia just behind us

The hotel is well located on the Paseo del Prado and just seconds away from the Prado. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the food in their cafe was exceptional

Breakfast was included with our stay and was yummy. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others and would come back and stay there again

The breakfast was worth every penny, and our rooms were decent sized for Europe, and the room cleaning service was incredible!!! we stayed in over 5 hotels overall on this trip and this boutique hotel beat all major hotels out of the water

Design meets a relaxed atmosphere! The neighborhood is super safe and super nice. Quiet so that you can even sleep with open windows. Super clean rooms that are well designed. All you need to feel comfortable

The area is very safe calm, but not too far from the tourist spots, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the time to stay here.

The attached restaurant Oliva is offering yummy breakfasts and wonderful dinners for a reasonable prices seen the good quality

Stayed here for little over a week and I really enjoyed the quiet rooms and the friendly staff. Room were nice and comfy

So why not 5*? The rooms although comfortable, feel basic (I stay in executive), no real information, no kettle or coffee, no complimentary water, a basic and expensive mini bar, nowhere to sit other than the restaurant

Nice hotel in a nice location, sparkling clean rooms, with very white bedding. I normally stay here when I'm in Madrid, for the location and peace and quiet. The breakfast (14€ if not included) is very good
