Room is very clean. Hotel is at city center. Breakfast is very good. A lot of choice.
Just visited Madrid for the first time and this hotel certainly added to a fantastic trip in a wonderful city. The hotel is stunning both inside and out with an extra touch of magic with the Christmas decorations
Good hotel, perfect views but small room. Breakfast was good
The cleanliness is just so so. The service is below average, I ask for complimentary bottle of water for 2 times because 2nd day never top up, they always say yes, will send
S$300+ dollar per night definitely not worth to it
Good location, nice view at top of roof

The hotel’s location is excellent—centrally located and within walking distance of many key attractions, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers
Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing
100% will return
We must say that beside all of the inconvenience of the reformations hotel staff is great and at the end we go to this places for service!
And if I have a to speak about customer service I must name Alberto who was the best front desk attendance I ever had!
Alberto was the most remarkable part of our stay even I have to say that new rooms look great!
I will treat my family again with a stay at the...
The hotel also insisted on charging an extra €55 for bringing my daughter, who's under 11. We've traveled all the way from Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Madrid, and we've never encountered such treatment

Even though this hotel is under refurbishment, you won’t be able to see any of that in its inside
The hotel is clean and modern. Close to the metro station. Nice location! Near to the city!
I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s nearby a couple bus stops and the metro, which was very helpful if you’re trying to get around Madrid. The housekeepers were super friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean
The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, the bathroom was big, and the location is amazing… right next to Gran Via, but far enough to not hear and feel the buzz and noise. I’d definitely stay again here
They had a very nice lobby as well with lots of areas to sit and relax
The lobby looks great, and check-in was quick, with very friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a sofa, and a convenient desk for work

City House Hotel Florida Norte
Madrid, Paseo de La Florida, 5 🧭 Map
To the Palace walk for 10 minutes!!! A supermarket and gym in the neighbouring building
The rooms were comfy but not that big. The location is good, because there is a bus and metro station crossing the street. You can walk 15 minutes to Gran Via, so good location at all
Officially four stars and a slightly naff breakfast, but the reception staff were polite, efficient and provided the sort of service you'd expect at a five star hotel
Stayed here for 6 nights its right next to the train station which is nice, there is a full gym next door, and they have onsite parking all for a reasonable price
Suggestion:- ignore the complaining moaners that it's not ultra- modern. This is Madrid, both old and new! We enjoyed our stay
The house keeping staff was great and the turn down service was done well daily, the room was clean. Although the bed is a little bit worse for wear

Free club drinks and food, delicious! The old gentleman in the club is very cute! The front desk gentleman even drew a suitcase for me to communicate with because of the language barrier, haha
Possibly the best hotel in the capital. Its rooms are warm and invite you to spend time in them. The service is exceptional and attentive at all times. Breakfast is also one of the best.
Excellent hotel, prime location , in one of Madrid’s best shopping and entertainment areas. The hotel employees are very courteous and fine professionals. Very pleased with everything
As a guest for a wedding I was offered every amenity. The food was exquisite and the people attending us polite and ever helpful.
Great service! The room with a terrace and street view on the 7th floor is very good

The hotel is very central and metro station is right outside (but the lift to metro platform is about 5 min walk). Bath room is very pretty but shower is a bit weak in terms of water pressure
I would give 10/10 to this hotel i stayed 6 nights clean , nice smell , excellent house keeping service, excellent staff, excellent location just few steps to gran via and lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping , metro and bus station infront of the hotel , royal palace withen walking distance , park infront of the hotel with daily activities like DJ and outdoor cinema excellent facilities gym, sauna...
The room was quiet and wifi was very fast. Breakfast was superb, although starts 7:30 during weekends which is bit late for me to start the early morning conference sessions. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay
Amazing hotel and staff ! Breakfast was very good. We had a small issue and it was sorted out as soon as they got to know about it. Very well handled by Maria. We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Torre de Madrid.
Overall the hotel is located in a very convenient area and was easily walkable to the metro along with many other shops and restaurants. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we had a wonderful stay
Super close to the palace and other central places. Spacious rooms with good modern style. Friendly front desk recommended good local restaurants. Kids love the frequent small presents (chocolates fruits etc)

The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to many of the city’s most iconic sights. The standard of hospitality here was so high that none of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip could compare
This hotel set the tone for our trip in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being welcomed like VIPs even after a long travel day when we weren’t at our best
Each visit there, whether for breakfast, a drink, or a quick snack, we were greeted with genuine warmth. Housekeeping kept our room in pristine condition, restocking everything we needed with care
One of my favorite hotels in the world. The rooms and the beds are big, it has all the amenities, the breakfast buffet is one of the best. It’s located in a super accessible point
We’re so grateful for the kindness and warmth shown by the staff. It truly made us feel special and welcomed throughout our stay

It’s certainly a favorite, from all the toiletry options to the buffet breakfast, but the best part are its people! Friendly and willing to go the xtra mile.
Beautiful hotel! Stayed in Jr. Suite and it was perfect. Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel bar was great, a bit pricey, but not unexpected at a hotel of this caliber.
One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable)
But what truly sets it apart is the dedication of its staff, whose attentive service and unwavering commitment to excellence elevate your stay to a truly luxurious level, ensuring you feel pampered and privileged from the moment you arrive
Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again
Great staff and very attentive. They were able to get us reservation with Botin on a short notice, they went even beyond that. Got us a reservation to a flamingo on the same day

The Madrid EDITION
Madrid, Plaza de Celenque 2 🧭 Map
Excellent location, with most attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great design, and room service was incredibly prompt
This hotel features a stylish design and an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It's conveniently close to many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city
The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters!
I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service
Others western tourists got served the water immediately
The soundproofing is very poor, and it's just for show. Except for the lobby, everything else is disappointing!

Nice modern hotel with good service and right at the city centre!
I found this time the breakfast options narrowed in some products and expanded in other ones that seem to adapt more to international visitors. I would come back to this hotel in the future if I come back to Madrid
Lovely hotel right in the center. It’s clean and spacious. Many restaurants and shops around, super convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
Accessible to major transportations like metro. Lots of restaurants around.
Very centralised.
Room is of decent size
I find this hotel through Rick Steves tour book. To my surprise, this is one bed room apartment with 2 toilets and separate living room with sofa. Very clean, bed is comfortable. Only problem is weak wifi signal
Everything was great and the staff even helped us to pre-packed for our breakfast as we had a train to catch next day early in the morning ! Bed is very big and comfy too !

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Very nice hotel right in the centre. Clean and hot water any time of day
Great location! Absolutely love Madrid! The biggest downtown and walking area out of almost all Metropolitan European cities! The hotel reception area was very nice and the front desk staff were great
Was a tad noisy at night (we were at the front of hotel). Tea facilities in the room would have been appreciated also. However, comfortable bed, lovely rooms, breakfast was fantastic
Great central location and handy for transport links
Pretty good other than that! You're paying for location! There wasn't a view but that was a good thing! If I had a view then I would have had a lot of noise so try to get a room where the window isn't facing the main streets!
The rooms were pretty good but the bathroom was a little dirty just because the shower head was clogged with mineral buildup and some if the towel holders we're falling off the wall

I stayed in the hotel less than 24 hours unfortunately but time was enough to get the best of it. The room was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Staff personnel very friendly, helpful and gentle
Perfect position for a walk to the city center. Next time surely I will choose this Hotel, ideal for leisure or business travel
Gret hotel at a fair price, a close walk to everything pertinent. new clean rooms, and the desk, restaurant and cleaning personnel were very nice. The bar was understaffed and the service was terrible as a result
This was my second time staying at a Raddison hotel. The staff even let me check in early, allowing me to rest up before sightseeing after just getting off the plane. It was a heartwarming experience
Our A/C wasn’t working, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a more spacious room, which we loved. Traveling with our one-year-old was a breeze—the hotel provided a super comfortable crib for her
After the hotel communicated with the customer service in the local language, they responded to our request very quickly and were willing to cooperate as much as possible over the past few days

The hotel Is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring the centre of Madrid and beyond. A short walk from Gran Via and Plaza de España
Centrally located, stunning rooms, elegant bath with a stellar rain shower, very accommodating staff - very responsive when we had trouble operating the lights and air conditioning in the room (we didn't realize you had to insert your key card, oops!)
I stayed ten days here and it was amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning. They have the best coffee, the tortilla egg dish was amazing, the staff was great. The room was perfect and made up every day
Location was perfect, walking distance to everything and very easy to hail a cab when you’re tired of walking :) The vertical garden was breathtaking! So pleased with my stay here, thank you Hotel Santo Domingo!

This hotel is very centrally located, it is very walkable to different spots in Madrid. I was traveling solo and its very solo friendly and they have a very well equipped gym. The hotel also has a good restaurant
We found this hotel via booking. com and decided to reserve because of its amazing location in the center of city center. However, the location is just one of so many amazing elements of this hotel
Fabulous hotel in an excellent location and within easy walking distance to many interesting sights and places to visit. Large rooms with great amenities. All staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful
As you enter the hotel you immediately get a creative vibe, the marble floors, the glass doors, mirrors every element complements the overall experience. If you are a Breakfast person you will definitely love this one
If front of the Four seasons Hotel, and so many restaurants and shops all at a walking distance. I am pretty sure this is a 5 star hotel. But they couldn't get the 5 star because there is no pool or gym

5 star for the location...rooms are decent but functional and clean. The rooftop view is awesome...especially if u managed to catch the sunset. When we were there in late november, rooftop opens at 6pm.
The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a great rooftop bar, and a pool. The room was spacious, and clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful
The only issue with the room itself is that in the morning you can hear noise coming from the corridor, as it's big and busy hotel and the room door can't be closed silently
In the end, it was a problem within the hotel system; without any problems in the reservation itself. There was no need to pass the problem to us and stressing us out
It's also very well located in Gran Via, a very tourist area, with many people and with stores and restaurantes being open until late at the night
Instead he could just asked for our reservation confirmation and everything would be worked out. He instead even exposed a hotel problem

The location of this hotel is great; right in the city centre and walking distance from all the main attractions
I stayed again at Vincci Soho Madrid and, as always, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and this time I was given a slightly upgraded room in another wing of the hotel, which made my stay even better
The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras, close to everything: great restaurants, museums, and walking distance to the main sights
There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel
The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day
Other facilities in the room are good, although cotton pads would be nice to have. The hotel is very conveniently located and quiet at night

Location quite far from the center/metro, at least 20 min walk, connection with buses but which run infrequently/unpredictably. Accessible by foot to the royal palace, real basilica del San Francisco el Grande!
Lovely hotel, nearby local restaurants were amazing, easy to get to city center by Uber or Metro. Walk out of the hotel and make a left. Stay on local sidewalk there is a grocery store and then 2 restaurants
A modern hotel in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Not too far from the center of the Madrid.
Hotels' location was perfect lots to do around the hotel and good transport connections into madrid centre, the breakfast was not up to standard some food had mold on and when a server was prompted they seemed very blasé about it like it was a normal occurrence I also heard another guest complain that the yoghurt was out of date and they were met with the same response
It is a bit far from the city center, but there are some bus stops conveniently located near the hotel. Also, there is also a Carrefour Express about a 5-minute walk
We had a superior room with an enormous comfy bed which included a really good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices. Good position for sightseeing within easy reach either by walking or bus stop outside

Madrid, Gran Via, 70 🧭 Map
Lovely hotel. Clean and nice breakfast . Fairly central. Lots of toilets dining room very clean and a great variety of food for breakfast. Maybe a little too packed. Staff very helpful. Modern and fresh.
Centrally located in the theater district. Easily accessed from the airport via the metro. Good shopping, food, drink, and coffee options nearby including a three storey mercado with tons of street food options
Room was spacious, newly renovated, and meticulously clean. Not as good as I was hoping for kids as their pool was for the spa, had limited availability times, and for relaxing - not splashing around
Worth staying here just for that - all cities get tiresome and it's a great way to forget the sweaty, noisy, smelly crowds. Rooms are large and airy, comfortable etc
Location, location, location! Friendly staff, nice rooms. The spa is nice after a long vacation or to make you more comfortable for your plane ride.
Very helpful front desk (printing an urgent doc in the middle of the night). Confortable bed and clean spaces. The gym is small but fairly equipped
