Rooms with comfortable beds, fridge and safe-deposit box. The hostel manager is very attentive and spares no effort to make you feel comfortable and shares insider tips on the best spots in the city
I had a wonderful time at Hostel Callao. It was very well situated, close by to the metro and shopping. The personell was very friendly and helpfull. I can fully recommend it!
Personalized attention. Central location. Family and close treatment. I will repeat. 100% recommendable.

The apartment was clean and well appointed with upscale appliances and furnishings. The staff was friendly and took care of everything we needed and asked for. I had a great experience at Casagrand Madrid

Must commend the beds because they are heavenly - so comfortable and cozy - the best bed ever. Spacious and beautiful bathroom. Big kitchen with everything you need and charming living room
Beautiful place, recently remodeled with elegant new fixtures (not Ikea) and decor. Old style floorplan with 2 wings, many windows, 3 bathrooms (all showers)
Great location near Prado, Thyssen, services, shops and restaurants; Chueca Metro stop nearby. Helpful lobby attendants daily, as well as cleaning
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend. The only lack was that TV didn't work and the floor was squeaking loud

Great place to stay and meet people. If you are looking to party and go out this is an an amazing place. If you're looking for a quiet place, probably consider something else.
Great place with great location! I was in a 12 person dorm and everything was nice. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had good conditions and it was all very clean
Great place, great people! Had an amazing time at the Cats Party Hostel in Madrid. People who work there are nice, helpful, funny and very friendly. I’m coming back for sure!
You have things to do every night so you're never bored. Overall I loved the experience and I would definitely recommend it and come back in the future
They host bar crawls EVERY night for 20 Euros which includes 4 free drinks for non residents and 5 free drinks for people staying at the hostel. Our room was beautiful (private room) and their service was excellent
Our bathroom clogged and when we informed them, they got it fixed within an hour. They also host events and dinners often at the hostel. Only downside is that the bar is only open later in the day
