This is without question not a 4* hotel; it is barely a 3* hotel, from the lobby to the guest room. If you are accustomed to staying in 4* hotels, you will be very disappointed. I booked three nights from May 14, 2024, and I was so upset by the conditions that I left after the first night, willingly losing two nights of paid stay. Examples: believe it or not, you are not allowed to regulate the room temperature! As informed by the front desk, only the hotel decides your room temperature, and since they consider that summer has not arrived yet, the rooms are not cooled to standard room temperature. And: I took a shower at 2:30 in the morning but there was no hot water! And: there is no USB charging outlet in the room. And: the lobby looks like a high school cafeteria (that is where breakfast buffet is served). And: the door of the minibar had nasty-looking glue drip stains all along the upper edge (see photo). And: the contents of the minibar, and the supplied toiletries, are not 4*. In total, I saw nothing in this hotel that would warrant a 4* rating, including the attire and demeanor of the staff. Having said all that, it is a fact that the room rate at this hotel is considerably less expensive than true 4* hotels in Málaga; however, what you are getting is not a bargain-priced 4* hotel: you are getting an expensive and barely 3* hotel. Buyer beware!

HUGE DISAPPOINTEMENT, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!
Our room's door was not locked properly by the cleaning staff.
This is not a normal thing for a 4 stars establishment.

- We are very disappointed by the incident that happened the last day of our stay.
Unfortunately, the door of our room was shut but not locked properly by the cleaning staff and it could be seen from the main corridor.
Therefore, there was an access to our personal belongings from the moment our room was done in the afternoon until 1:00AM (when we came back).

The next morning, we spoke to the manager who wasn't there when we discovered this.
In order to compensate for the incident, we only had little apologies from them, a night of free parking for the car and a breakfast offered for two guests.

Also, the towels were not replaced this day which left us with nothing - they were taken by the cleaning staff but not remplaced as requested.

- The hotel is very poorly isolated which means that we can hear people in the corridor and what's happening in the street outside.
We also hear everything happening in the bathroom.

- The TV is not a connected TV - you don't have access to YouTube or Netflix.

- No trashcan in the room, only the one in the bathroom is available which isn't very hygienic.

- No toilet brush neither in our room.

Again, this is not worthy of a 4 stars hotel - STAY AT ANOTHER PLACE!
