We recently made a short family trip to Palma and stayed 3 days in Protur Naisa Palma. We had 2 adjoining rooms, with a small lobby (shared entrance) between them, brilliant arrangement. The staff and services far exceeded expectations. Excellent breakfast, amazing variety of foods (for all tastes). The roof top pool/area was the main reason for the hotel selection and was certainly essential as the temperature soared to 36-38C. On our last day we checked out as normal but had a late evening flight. The hotel invited us to use their full services for the day, amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back. I also recommend restaurant Mambo (5m walk). Enjoy!

This hotel was clean, the staff is friendly and great breakfast with American style and euro style options. The rooms have automated light controls and have large washrooms. The pillows are a bit soft for my liking and the shower is gigantic. Good location and easy and safe walk to Catalina area restaurants.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly.
The Ac was really quiet and it just takes 10 minutes to the center of palma.
Our room was big, and the beds were soo comfortable!!
The pool on the rooftop was just fantastic! The prices for drinks were totally okay.

great hotel in great location. the rooftop pool is wonderful!!
we really liked the welcome drink at the rooftop bar
breakfast was very good with lots of selection. i just dont think that they should charge an extra money for fresh cappuccino (the coffee from the machine is free)
the location in Palma is great. few minutes walk from the old city. lots of restaurants and a big supermarket in the area.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional. Never experienced service like this. Happily made table bookings for us and gave us maps etc. room was stunning, cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool and spa pool were a great bonus. Can’t comment on the gym as we didn’t use it. Location is 10/10. Close to airport bus which starts at 4am. Walking distance to centre and marina. 35 min nice walk to the beach.

housekeeping is making so much noise after 8 am it’s impossible to get some sleep. in the lifts there is no button to close the doors, you have to stand at least for 10 seconds, if you’re staying at the top floors good luck! the parking was nice, there is space undeground

- ROOM 322:
- photos show mostly double rooms with bank along the window - not always the case. It’s misleading.
- room wasn’t ready for 2pm as it should’ve been
- you can see inside the shower from outside, rooms are unsuitable for sharing
- windows barely open and they don’t stay open so you’re left with a 5cm opening which is useless, they were also very dirty, covered with dust and bird excrements
- fridge in the room not working
- light switches in the room are supposed to be some fancy invention, but are not backlit so in the dark you don’t see which light you’re turning on (typical form over function)
- beds and pillows are comfy, so that’s a plus
- WET ZONE -2:
- no towels in the wet zone in -2 except small gym towels
- only hot water in the shower no temperature regulation, so unusable after sauna
- no water bucket in the sauna
- ice machine in wet zone broken
- gym quite well equipped (up to 30kg dumbbells, cable pulley machine)
- drinking water only in the gym
- BREAKFAST:
- checking in on Saturday I stated I will need a breakfast to go on Monday 6:00. I was assured this will be done. I inquired to be sure on Sunday evening and the front desk agent told me it’s not possible. He changed his tune only when I insisted this to be done as it was previously arranged.
- service is not very friendly (except the cleaning lady who was very kind!); comparing to other places I’ve stayed in Mallorca way below average
- poor breakfast and badly arranged breakfast area (hot section is at the very entrance and you can easily overlook it)
- ROOFTOP:
- roof swimming pool is 1-1.1m and not 1.4m deep (that’s the -2 swimming pool). Wrong info on website.
- hotel is surrounded by ugly apartment blocks, don’t count on any views
- bar closed in April, no info, no alternative
- relaxing music playing at the rooftop, a plus
- GARAGE:
- very narrow parking spots
- 16€ per day, no reservation, max 15 spots available
- OTHER:
- didn’t provide an invoice (neither printed nor mail), had to ask twice for it
- they’re not answering to emails (2 left without an answer)
- walkable distance to the city centre, a plus

We LOVED our stay! Everything was perfect. Amazing breakfast
Lovely rooftop (no bar/service out of season)
The lunch/snack menu was so yummy and very reasonable
Staff were all amazing

Walking distance from the old city and main town square. Very friendly staff ,good breakfast ,roof top pool /inside pool heated and gym. Situation also great for restaurants . Will come back again
