Hotel Palladium

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and booked two rooms for the duration. The rooms were great, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows in one of the rooms that filled the space with natural light and offered stunning views. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot weather, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the convenience of wireless charging on the bedside table. The location is perfect—close to the city center, with a bus stop right across the street, and many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and a bottle of water on the day of check-in, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms, excellent location, and thoughtful amenities.

I stayed here for a week in September 2024 and had a generally positive experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

However, one drawback was the very tiny lift, which was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally they don't have many options in breakfast.

Despite this, I would still recommend this place due to its great location and overall good experience.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are impecable (they even have wireless chargers for cellphones!) and the location is unbeatable, in a quiet street but walking distance from every attraction in town. But the service is what stood out from the most: I hadn’t notice but when we checked out, we left behind some cash in the room. I realized it was missing but didn’t even think to contact the hotel. The next morning, I received a message from the reception telling me they had my cash. Not only did they let me know but they were kind enough to organize to send it to me. Had never had a better experience with a hotel, I highly recommend to stay with them.

Due to my mother taking ill, the Hotel Palladium became my home away from home. Conveniently located in the beautiful down town area of Palma De Mallorca. With a wonderful view of the canal it was little more than a ten minute taxi ride to the hospital.

I didn't know I would be staying for two weeks but the wonderful and supportive staff made sure each time I added days to my stay I was accommodated and in the same room.

My room was ideal. Spacious with two beds ,plenty of closet space a bathtub and a view.. I definitely want room 24 when I next visit.

The staff was a delight. Always welcoming, very polite and most professional. A special note of thanks to Tidi, Vic, Jose Manuel, Daniel and Paul as well as to the cleaning staff and those manning the bar. Thank you all for making a difficult situation the most comfortable it could have been. I look to returning and staying at the Hotel Palladium.

Great place with a convenient location. The employees are welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased with the room we stayed in. It was tidy, spacious, and had a great view of the canal. Despite it's location the room was silent enough to sleep peacefully. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful place to stay in the heart of Palma.

Nice mini hotel. Personally I liked the breakfast. They offer one free drink. The staff has good attitudes. The only thing they can put some tea and coffee to the rooms just beside the cattle. Also they can put simpke slippers for the custımers. How do they go to the bathroom?

Very nice hotel with a good location. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, we had a wonderful view of the cathedral and the sea. Gentlemen from the reception are very friendly and helpful (thank you Mr Vic). I strongly recommend.

Very good value for money for the location. Rooms are clean, new and spacious. The front desk service is excellent, especially Vic. Nice location, close to Santa Catalina and relatively close to downtown.
