Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. I had the single room that was small but well organized with big windows overlooking the courtyard. The morning breakfast was great. The staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the relaxing space on the rooftop terrace. By booking directly on their website it included a free day access to their beach club about 15 minute drive away.

I am currently staying at Puro Hotel Palma (with two nights left) and overall, it has been a very pleasant experience. We had a few small miscommunications at the start of our stay, but I was happy with how the team listened to my concerns and made sure everything was resolved. The staff has been amazing overall, and the hotel is truly lucky to have so many wonderful employees.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous - served until 11:30am, which is wonderful if you like to sleep in. The spread offers many great options, and the atmosphere is relaxed enough that you can enjoy a long coffee while catching up on emails, which I really appreciated despite breakfast hours being over.

The rooftop is another highlight, with a small pool, plenty of sun for tanning, and where you can order drinks. It’s a lovely spot to spend an afternoon.

I think this hotel is especially well-suited for couples - the location couldn’t be better, with shopping, restaurants, and Palma’s Old Town right at your doorstep. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the Puro beach clubs, which we used and thoroughly enjoyed.

As a guest traveling with my assistance dog, I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a dog bed and bowl in the room on arrival.

All in all, this has been a very nice stay, and I’d happily recommend Puro Hotel Palma for anyone looking for a stylish, central, and relaxing base in Palma. I would also happily stay here again.

Well what a lovely hotel. Location is perfect for easy access to the designer shops and local tapas bars. The room we stopped in was well thought out, modern and spacious. To top this great hotel off, the staff are supper nice and very helpful. You need to really try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel ! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and beautifully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience !

Perfect location, perfect size and very friendly staff. We did have a room with a large bed, good spacious bathroom with a tub and maybe most important, an aircon that worked without being noisy. The hotel provides also shuttle service to two different Purobeach sites. In a very close proximity you’ll find literally thousands of restaurants and bars as well as beautiful architecture - and possibly one of the cathedrals of the world with the most amazing interior that you are not likely to find anywhere else.

Outstanding hotel! Rooms, staff and location couldn’t of been better! Would highly recommend! And will definitely be returning!
