I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The view of the sea from my room was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were old but clean. However, the breakfast was quite basic and didn’t really impress me. In the evening, the live music by the pool was a nice touch and made for a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for great views and good service

We checked in late, I mean after midnight and we weren’t able to see the view from the top of the balcony. So, you can imagine our excitement when we saw the view of the sea from our balcony the next morning. The location is great and close to everything. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning has everything and more. We will definitely come back again if we’re ever in Mallorca.

Cannot recommend it. Prices are very high with 170€ per night. Rooms are dirty and damaged (see pictures). We needed to leave six days earlier because my wife is pregnant and did not feel so well. But there was no alignment possible with the hotel reception in any way for a refund - so we needed to pay the whole remaining six days. Total rip off!
In addition the rooms are very loud - you hear everything from your neighbours. The buffet is never four stars. Oh and to round it up the hotel bar was closed so you can only get drinks at the pool.
My wife and I are travelling a lot and we never experienced something like that.

Lovely hotel, 2 x great pools. The sangria at the pool bar is delicious! The area around the hotel is a bit quiet but there are some great restaurants close by - recommend Barefoot for fancy dining and Marsal for great paella. The hotel staff were nice although sometimes only one person on reception despite a big queue. We couldn't do late check-out but they let us use the pool all day and the gym showers/changing rooms before departing. 10 minute walk to the beach (which is also lovely, €17 for 2 x sunloungers, umbrella and lock box).

Perfect. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location close to all the shops and restaurants.
Highly recommend. Food and drinks lovely, clean hotel, and spacious rooms. All staff really friendly. Special mention for Isa (Isabelle?). So happy and chatty, and she makes THE BEST Sangria. Thanks for a fantastic holiday, I will be back.

We found our room very comfortable and clean with a lovely view. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
The staff were all wonderful and work very hard. Fabiana makes the best mojitos!
Breakfast is served in a different building but that is no problem, its literally over the road. There is a lot of choice, something for everyone, I really enjoyed the fruity water and freshly made omelettes.
The only downside for us was that the main pool was closed but I think that's because it's not high season. It would have been nice though as its overlooking the beautiful harbour area.
To summarise: A decent hotel in a nice location with some fab restaurants a short stroll away. No riff raff here! A good place to chill out and relax.

By having a room on the 6th (top floor) you are woken up before 7 am by dirty laundry karts moving around on the service floor above (which are picked up). Complaining twice didn't have any results.

Fabulous hotel and the staff couldn't do enough as soon as we walk through the door everyone was very helpful 😀 the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel !! But for me it was john (jonny boy) that stole the show he made me and my partner feel like family and felt like id known John along time not a few days !! So yeah well done hotel vistamar and well done John 👏 we will be returning for all the above reasons

This was a very last minute trip. Looking for rest and relaxation. This is what we got here. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned as well as all public areas. The views from the balcony were some of the best looking over the cliffs one side and the harbour the other.
Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food. The omelette/egg station was a lovely unexpected surprise. However even the standard eggs on the buffet were really good quality with bright orange yolks.
Pools were lovely an clean and the pool bar area nice and relaxing. We hired a car and found parking very easy (directly outside the hotel) this was street parking.
Staff lovely and friendly cant fault them.
The area was quite so if your looking for lots of bars/clubs this really isn't the place for you. But if you want relaxed atmosphere really good quality restaurants a short walk away. Pretty harbour to sit at or a lovely beach to relax and swim. you would be had pushed to find better.
Would defiantly return to this hotel and looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Both the breakfast and dinner are lovely with lots of choice. The location is perfect, very quiet, not too touristy or commercial with plenty of amenities just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We would love to come back.
