Crowne Plaza Helsinki - Hesperia, an IHG Hotel

We were visiting here during the weekend. We were not satisfied with the hotel at all. Room had a nice view but smell was awful. First we thought that someone has broke her perfume bottle there. Then we started to wonder if the smell was placed there on purpose to hide the awful smell from the toilet/sewage. In the morning before 8.00 am house keeping started to keep quite a noise and it was very unfortune to wake up so early during the weekend - especially when we had poor night in the smell. So, we left with the migraine and when we told all this in the reception, only answer was that they will check what was wrong with the room, not even proper apologizes. Anyway - even the location was near the National Opera house, next time need to choose differently.
