Executive room with a nice view and some champagne, a couples retreat which worked well. Great service as well, lounge had some nice snacks. Beautiful elevators and good quality rooms. Mattress a little hard and a bit minus for the pool and sauna; desperately in need of a make over. Breakfast was nice and fresh with a wide selection. Overall a nice stay!

It may be a European thing, but there was no room in the fridge and no cutlery or plates. Other than that, It was a great place to stay. Comfortable bed and great service by the staff.

My most recent stay at Hilton Helsinki Strand was disappointing overall. I encountered several issues that affected my experience:
1. Cleanliness: The initial room was not clean, which was particularly problematic due to my dust mite allergy. This made it very uncomfortable and hard to sleep.
2. Room Quality: After requesting a room change, I developed a skin rash, which further impacted my comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
3. Breakfast: The breakfast menu remained the same every day with no variety. This lack of change made the meals monotonous and less enjoyable.
4. Additional Costs: I was also surprised to find that bottled water was not complimentary, which felt unreasonable.
Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations for a Hilton property, and I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Overall a good stay, but a few issues!
Not the usual quality one expects from a Hilton.
The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job.
One morning the hot water broke. The staff were not very apologetic about this, but we were given money off on checkout so do ask if things genuinely go wrong - I would never ask usually but don’t think you should have to pay for a cold shower! 🥶
I’m surprised about the previous review of breakfast! We were really disappointed.
All the hot food was lukewarm at best. This was really disappointing as there was a good selection, but cold bacon and eggs isn’t really that tasty!
The sauna and pool area were nice! 👌

A wonderful hotel. My stay was nice, the personnel is kind, the lobby extremely pleasant, the room neatly arranged and very clean. The location is perfect, central and quiet in the same time.
If I may have a minor critic, it is just about the fact that the hotel did not offer me any compensation (I just expected something small and symbolic) after a problem with warm water one morning when I had to take a very cold shower before going to a professional appointment. But one more time this is minor and does not affect the quality of this Hilton hotel.

This hotel was just okay. The staff was great, very welcoming and helpful when you needed them. However, there were very few amenities. The pool is indoors, small and cold. There was a sauna and gym. There was only one restaurant and no room service. The location was about a 20mins walk to the center city. I went during summer time so it's daylight about 19hrs and it never gets completely dark. I knew this before going but I expected the curtains in the room to close all the way and block out the light, but there was a couple inch gap between the two curtains even when drawn SHUT. Overall, it was just less than what I expect from a Hilton.

This is a lovely hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It’s also a great location to be able to walk to all the major sites in the city. The staff were friendly as well. The parking garage was a little weird to get in and out of, and of course we had to pay to park.

Great hotel which is fairly close to the city centre and has well maintained gym, sauna and pool area.
i stayed in the executive floor which was nice, the overall interior of the hotel was unique that showed their history without feeling like it wasn’t maintained
However one draw side was being a Diamond member i would have expected the lounge to be one of the highlight instead its was very basic. To begin, its only hold around 20 people and in the morning the food spread was so basic, i don’t understand why they didn’t just send people to the ground floor.
Lack of decent nibbles in throughout the day meant and in the evening was the only benefit where they got a few light bites and drinks.
I would return if they had more of a wow factor until then i will keep it for business only

I didn't expect such service from Hilton. The feeling is as if this is not a global chain of hotels, but some kind of house in the village. This is the first time I see that you have to pay 15€ for room service, and there are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room, but you can get them in the sauna for an additional 10€, if of course you carry a couple of bills with you in your back pocket. Hilton, it’s better to increase the room price by 25 €, and don’t cheapen your status like small hucksters. And also be prepared that you must take care of your suitcase yoursel;)
