What a beautiful new hotel in the most convenient location in Helsinki!
The bed was super comfy, bath tub was a pleasant surprise, service very friendly and flexible, the building itself is so pretty - i felt like a VIP staying here.
Tip for dinner: burger at the hotel bar was amazing ✨

Extremely loud. Hotel hosted party with loud percussive music that made my 4th floor room vibrate. Front desk acknowledged it was their own event causing the disturbance but said they would not decrease the music volume. I was told this happens “every month” and that the music would “likely go until midnight at least.” There was no manager on duty. Do not book at this hotel if you would like to be able to sleep — they prioritize the volume of their hosted events over the comfort of their hotel guests. An extremely unprofessional choice of theirs that the front desk admitted is a pattern.

Really amazing experience overall 🤩 arrival by smooth train in front of the station. Wheelchair has to move from behind the station to the hotel to get inside from the disabled but not a long distance. Really friendly staff and above all knowledgeable! Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Rooms with quality and adjustable beds a big +! Access to trams and buses + metro next to the hotel. I recommend for those who like to enjoy and try the new, old historical building owned by VR renovated and made new half where our room is ♥ ️

The hotel has a very unique character, loved it. An old train station building very nicely renovated. Location is excellent, you can walk to every interesting place in Helsinki from here.

We had a great room, with an amazing shower. The breakfast is good although it is the same selection every day. The hotel is huge and has some related issues such as a very crowded breakfast room and a luggage storage room that is overfull.

Loved this hotel! It has a lot of character, being located in a stylish 1930s former headquarters of Finnish railways. The location is central to everything, including the railway station but the sound insulation is perfect - no noise at all! Rooms are modern, beds comfy, clean, friendly service. And their breakfasts are really good! Recommend!

Overnighting on the way back from London, this hotel feels really luxurious! Utterly elegant room in the old part of the building, beautiful colours, extremely tidy, overly abundant breakfast.

Staff were good and accommodating but the hotel itself was old and has eerie vibes.
We stayed for a few nights and the rooms we stayed in either did not have ventilation / air conditioning or was too cold (the remote only went up to 22 degrees) I used common bathroom and the lights are sensor detect and close by itself and there is no way to turn the lights back on while in the cubicle. It was pitch dark.
The room we were given were also very dusty whether it be the curtain or the bed or the hangers. Honestly everything was very dusty. We also had basic rooms but it was crazy to think that they were not going to give us even a kettle at first.
Honestly, I get that the location of the hotel is more convenient considering it’s right next to the central station in Helsinki but I do not think it is worth it given the status of the rooms and the fact that it is not comfortable to sleep in the rooms and the breakfast was not good either.

Great hotel, couple minutes away from the train station! The windows are so good, you don’t hear the noise from the central station! The breakfast is amazing, wide variety of food available! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Helsinki

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Helsinki. Really liked the hotel, it's huge but with great charisma. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.
Regarding location, the hotel was also 5 stars! Near the train station, tram and also in a walkable distance to the main attractions. Would highly recommend!
