Excellent hotel right in the city center. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, the lobby and restaurant area very stylish. The breakfast buffet is also very good, and the staff there are incredibly friendly too.
The only thing that would make this hotel even better would be a sauna, which is extremely common in Finland and nearly every hotel has one, so it’s strange they don’t have one here. Nevertheless, a great stay overall.

We were not guests at the hotel. We did however want to see the drag show that was listed on the website. We even asked the front desk a week prior if the show is supposed to be hosted as planned - which was confirmed. After coming back a week later (and having turned down several other plans for the night), we find out that the dates listed were for the year prior and that no show was going to be hosted. Rather aggravating. It would be great if they could update their content and be a little more precise (like including the year).

Couldn’t adjust the air-con and woke up hot repeatedly. Bed was comfy. Curtains didn’t reach across the windows and let in light from early hours. Although the breakfast was an amazing range of tasty food I prefer not to be surrounded by photos of semi naked men when with my small children.

This place should be commended for its fabulous staff! Location is great, and the breakfast offers a big selection and is of high quality. Beds are wonderful.
What would be needed for five stars?
- better air circulation in the room, alternatively less noise when opening windows. Rooms facing the court are in the summer plagued by ventilation noise from a big exhaust fan at the top of the building.
- No/limited place to hange towels; adding a few hooks in the bathroom should be a no-brainer. Having a few more clothing hooks, hangers and maybe a cupboard would help. Anyone spending more than two nights will not like the current setup.
- improve bread quality (there is so much great Finnish rye bread, yet mostly boring industrial style bread is served) and add fresh orange juice. I would pay a few euros extra to get this.
- water mixer in shower with thermostat instead of fiddly manual one.

We had a skysuite for a 3 night stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of staff to refresh plates, and plenty of fresh hot and cold options. As others remarked, rooms are a little tired and rammed with furniture, but perfectly functional and every amenity was available free of charge. Location was awesome and easy walk to most attractions and eating options.

Got superior room which has a window and table. Excellent location, closed to tram station. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Great amentities such as slippers, deodorant, coffee , hot chocolate, vanity kit , comb, toothpaste and toothbrushes for free. Hotel breakfast is excellent. No blackout curtains in the room, which is a problem in summer when sun rises at 4 am and sunset at 11 pm.

This boutique hotel has a lovely rooftop, is centrally located, and is 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and there is nice decor; mine did not have a desk; if you want good AC or it runs hot, it may not be the place for you. I had a good stay, and they gave me a fan; breakfast was good, and overall, little details such as free water, ice cream, and toiletries make me happy.

Conveniently located hotel (less than 10 min walk from central train station) with kind staff and great breakfast. The room was small but for 1 person it was perfect. I also appreciate the coffee/tea in the room. There were mini bars items that were not too pricey as far as hotels go. Everything was spotless and room was equipped with toiletries/hair dryer. I wish I had the chance to enjoy the rooftop bar but it closed fairly early during my stay. However, close by to other well-rated restaurants/bars.

Hotel is in the center of Helsinki, great for shopping. The breakfast is very nice incl kinds of food incl vegetarian vegan and lactose free.

Unfortunately I was hit by the lone traveler curse again. My room was supposed to be for two, but as you can see from the pics the bad is kind of small…. View was to someone’s bedroom or an other hotel room. My question to hotels is why??? I always stay more than two nights but I always get the last corner. Maybe I should start complaining🤔 Anyway: the staff was absolutely fabulous from cleaners to reception and breakfast❤️❤️❤️
