Hotel Ascot Opera

Two years ago I was here with the family and it was great. We had a nice spacious room for the four of us.
This time I was in Paris alone for a few days and so I booked this hotel again. Logically I ended up in a single room, but it is really small. I could hardly dry myself in the bathroom, it is so small. But hey, you are actually only in your room to spend the night.

The location of the hotel is great; close to the Louvre and there are many (Asian) eateries nearby. Really recommended! The staff is nice and very helpful.
The room this time was noisy, but not disturbing.
I could use the parking garage which was really super handy. There was also the possibility to charge my car next to the hotel, but be warned; for a foreigner without a subscription to Belib it is terribly expensive. After an hour you also pay 10 euros per hour to just be connected to the plug, apart from the electricity costs.

Next time I go to Paris I will come back to this hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights during the Olympics.(early August).price was a bit elevated, but still reasonable compared to the high Olympic prices at some of the chain hotels. We had a large family room on the 6th floor and it was plenty of room for the 3 of us(all adults).great location close to the Opera, easy walk down to the Seine, and several Metro stations nearby to go anywhere in the city. The hotel had a breakfast available and there a several cafes and restaurants close by.

We loved the location of this hotel - we found it tucked away so it wasn't a loud spot, but still close enough to the action. We had a maintenance issue our first night, but they had it fixed the next day.

The room was small, but still worked just fine for two people. I don't know if I would necessarily return back, but it was a good hotel for the value.

I can say this is the cleanest room i stayed in Europe, beds were very comfortable and Air condition was working perfectly fine.
Location is near metro station and lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.
Staff were super friendly and the owner was remarkably nice and friendly.

One of our rooms was small, but it was just enough.

The breakfasts at the hotel were a delightful experience. The food was tasty and fresh, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences. It was evident that great care was taken in providing a satisfying breakfast spread.

It was our daughter's birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it even more special. We found balloons, beautiful birthday postcards, and a delicious cake waiting for us in the room upon arrival. This thoughtful gesture added an extra touch of joy and made our daughter's birthday memorable.

The hotel's attention to cleanliness was commendable. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets were changed regularly. This level of cleanliness and attention to detail contributed to a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Situated within walking distance from the Louvre, Galleries, and several metro stations, it provided easy access to major attractions and convenient transportation options. This central location enhanced our overall experience, allowing us to explore the city with ease.

The staff, especially Charles, were amazing, and his attentive and friendly service made us feel valued as guests.
